We are really glad that we found this service as it was a desperate situation for us to transport our mom from Michigan to India as her illness worsened that she wanted to live rest of her life back in the country where she was born. Given her conditions we were left with no options of transporting her on our own and luckily found Flying Angels. From the moment we contacted them, Bob was in constant contact with us providing us with timely information and guidance. He was very clear on all the steps including the cost. We didn’t have to worry about anything as Bob took care of A to Z of what was required. We were also very impressed by the total professional knowledge, skills and care provided by Doug (nurse assigned to travel with Mom). Through the trip he informed us at each layovers on mom’s condition. My family is very grateful to Bob, Doug, and Flying Angels for the care and comfort they provided us whole through out this process. We recommend them 100%.
This company is absolutely amazing! I went through Flying Angels to get my grandmother Cindy from Minnesota back to New York. The nurse that she had (Liz) was fantastic. She kept my grandmother at ease and treated her as if it was her own family. I highly suggest to ANYONE to use this company over any other air transport. The team there treats you and your loved one like gold!
Our family is absolutely thrilled by the excellent service that was arranged for my sister’s international medical transport. Bob was extremely supportive throughout the entire process. RN Marcia did a tremendous job in supporting and accompanying my severely ill sister during the whole trip. We highly recommend Flying Angles!
Flying Angels did an incredible job of transporting my Mother from Orlando to Philadelphia, all aspects of the move was explained and executed - our RN, Elise who accompanied us on the transfer was the best. No task was too much, even going above normal expectations. I would highly recommend Flying Angels - a first class, first rate organization!
I moved my 97 year old mother with dementia from San Francisco to Seattle to live near me in a wonderful care facility. I didn’t know how to begin until someone recommended Flying Angels. They handled all the arrangements and a wonderful nurse who was well versed in dementia patients accompanied us. We had the added challenge of an expired passport and driver’s license as Mom’s only ID. Everything went smoothly from pickup to drop off at the her new home. This was the best experience that I could have imagined. I am so thankful for this service and the caring people who make it all happen.
My mother Judy has moderate-severe frontal lobe dementia which results in difficult to manage behaviors. We flew her from Chicago OHare to Seattle-Tacoma Airport without incident. THIS WOULD NOT HAVE BEEN POSSIBLE WITHOUT FLYING ANGELS.I accompanied the Flying Angels nurse and so could observe first-hand her work with my mom. A few specific observations stand-out: 1) All details of medication, ground transportation and the flights themselves were meticulously planned by Karen Devi at Flying Angels prior to day of travel. This included her proactively coordinating with my mothers medical providers 2) Joy Cross, our flight nurse thoughtfully connected with myself and mother at her care facility the day before the flight. She was able to quickly form a strong relationship with my mom, despite my mothers initial hostility, she took vitals and collected all medication needed for the flight, 3) The day of the flight Joy remained calm, warm and professional as my mother refused to leave her facility and I began to panic. She quickly assessed the situation and created a plan which included an injection to calm my mother and a means to motivate her toward the waiting airport van. 4) During significant challenges at airport security Joy assertively advocated with TSA agents so that we could make our flight. 5) Joy remained by my mothers side throughout routinely checking-in with her and managing behaviors as they emerged. She skillfully knew when to be assertive and when to flex to preserve a working relationship with my mom. She treated my mother as a person with value despite her mental disability. It was wonderful to see. 6) In addition to the benefit of injection medication which a Joy could provide as needed, she had numerous safety enhancing devices at the ready (eg. Supplemental oxygen, means to monitor blood oxygen level and blood pressure, etc.).This was the best money Ive ever spent. I recommend Flying Angels without reservation. They are WONDERFUL!
We hired Flying Angels to help transport a relative from Florida to the Midwest. I cannot say enough good about them. Everything was easy and straightforward. They worked so well with us (and our anxiety regarding this). They answered our questions beforehand and provided a clearly experienced professional to help with this transition. It was so smooth and easy, and provided such a peace of mind to know we were in good hands. Absolutely recommend!
5 stars + Highly recommend this medical transport service. Dad’s health and function were deteriorating in FL facilities and we needed him transported up north for us to oversee his care. Since he lost use of his legs, we looked for a non-emergency transport service. Flying Angels was a rare find, they had excellent ratings online and they handled all the bookings from bedside to bedside (medical forms, flight, vans, wheelchair and medications). They booked first class seats on a commercial flight so it’s not as expensive as a medical jet transport. Even arranged for TSA to meet us at the check-in and escort us through security— can’t get that anywhere!Nurse Adrian was very attentive and professional. He handled the discharge and logistics to the airport and destination, and relayed the info to the rehab facility by us. Dad kept saying he wishes he could see Nurse Adrian again, because he hadn’t gotten such good care in months. We wouldn’t be able to risk moving Dad by ourselves bec of his physical condition. Now we are able to visit everyday and give him the care and emotional support he needs.
10 stars if it would allow me! Bob, my main point of contact, was so very patient with me. We had 3 false starts due to my mothers condition, with her needing to stay in the hospital for awhile longer. I moved us up to New Jersey to be near our family during this chapter, as she requires the care of a long term care facility. Now instead of just her and I in Florida, were home, and her location is now within 8 miles max of every single family member, including her 96 year old mother. Bob was forever patient with all of our delays, and putting flights on hold. Completely professional, as I felt myself being a major burden on him. He stuck with me and communicated well with me throughout the entire ordeal. Now, that brings me to Doug. He was my mothers R.N. for our journey, and he showed the utmost respect and patience with my mother. He flew in on a Thursday, and we were tentatively supposed to leave the following morning. Our flight got delayed about 3 times, before finally being cancelled around midnight until Saturday afternoon. Mind you, my mother was only supplied with the medications needed for the trip, and nothing more. When we learned that we werent due to leave until 2 pm the following day, Doug sprang into action without breaking a sweat. I myself was honestly having a hard time keeping it together, as I just wanted my mother home already. Doug immediately called the hospital where she was, explained the dilemma, and got permission to bring her back for the night. He then got on the phone with medical transport, and made that happen in short order as well. He handled the pressure like a true soldier.I really dont think that there are any adjectives to describe how absolutely thankful for both Bob and Doug. They made everything happen so smoothly, even with all of the obstacles that kept coming our way. I highly recommend their services if you are looking to move a loved one whom is sick or injured. Stop searching and price shopping for similar services, you have landed at the right place!-William S.
I had 10 days to move my elderly parents from southern California to SW Virginia. I didnt have a clue how to arrange transport because they were both in wheelchairs and CoVid is a thing. They were 2500 miles away. I was frantic. Then I heard about Flying Angels. I called, Bob answered, and he took the reins from there. Literally within 24 hours the arrangements were done. They advertise that they help move them from bed to bed. And they do! They contacted the assisted living facility; they sent an RN who managed their prescriptions and helped them pack; they arranged transportation to and from the airports (vehicles and wheelchairs); they made sure they were fed and other needs were attended to; they took care of them during their layover in Dallas; they picked up their medication from the pharmacist and transported it with them so they wouldnt miss a dose. They handled every aspect of the move with great precision and professionalism. Not once did I or my parents feel anxious or out of the loop. Bob called my dad to assure him that everything was being handled and not to worry. He took the time to have a conversation with him. We were both informed about everything that transpired before and during their trip. I got pictures of them in the airports. LolOMG! Dont get me started on the RN, Christi Alabama! (what we call her) So kind! My parents adored her from the start. She took care of them with kit gloves and treated them with respect and dignity the entire time. She went way above her duties to take care of them. She dropped them off at their beds before she had dinner (first meal of the day) and called to check on them the next day. Its been a week and Bob and Christi have checked in on them a couple of times. It is so evident that this is not just a job for them, it is a calling that they have answered. They do not charge enough for their services. I dont know how you could put a price on what they do.The Flying Angels were a God send to me and my family. I am telling everyone I know about their services and so are my folks. I hope these angels keep flying for years to come.
Awesome! We spent a lot of time looking around for a medical transport service to relocate my mom from Colorado To Illinois after a lot of searching came across Flying angels. Bob answered all my questions and concerns one of the medical transportation company recommended by a place for mom which we also used successfully. Flying angels made it so much easier for us my mom was transported the same day by one of the flying angels Nancy was awesome having the experience to support us and move my mom without any difficulty even on the airplane and ending with transport to the assisted living facility. My mom was very pleased and no issues with the dementia which was a primary concern, flying angels Nancy handled all of our concerns. Everything went so smoothly I highly recommend Flying Angels very professional business , can’t say enough Thank you
Hi Bob. Want to tell you that Lisbeth was wonderful. My mom arrived safely and I felt so good knowing she was in good hands on the way over. Lisbeth kept in constant touch with me, was patient with my mom, made good judgement calls and was a true professional.Thank you!Lisa
I am extremely grateful to Flying Angels for making an otherwise impossible trip possible, flying an RN over from the states to transfer my very elderly parents across Europe. The service was professional and courteous from start to finish. Bob Bacheler made all the necessary arrangements, and the RN, Tim, went beyond the call of duty to put my parents at ease and make them comfortable throughout the quite long journey. Many thanks to Bob, Tim and all the team for the good work you do.
We had to move my 90 yr. old Mother across the country after my sister died. It was going to be stressful for us (her two remaining daughters) and even more so for my Mom. FA was indispensable to the entire operation. They were calm when we were frantic, had solutions for things we thought impossible, and throughout the entire process made the best transit and reservation choices. We simply couldnt have done it without FA. We will be forever grateful to FA staff, especially coordinator Susan Treseder, RN, BSN, CEN.
My mother fell while we were vacationing in Arizona and sustained a hip fracture. It didnt require surgery but did require complete non-weight bearing. The hospital indicated that she was unable to fly home to Wisconsin with us and I realized that our family couldnt safely assist her. I searched the internet and found Flying Angels. Through discussions and texts with Bob, I decided to entrust her care to them. I could not have made a better decision. They coordinated everything - ground transportation to the airport, comfortable commercial flights and then ground transportation from the final airport to our community rehab facility. Bob worked with the hospital discharge planner as well as the admissions person from our care facility, coordinating all aspects of her discharge and travel. He reassured me that they would maintain her non-weight bearing restriction and safely transfer her. They did just that. The RN met her at the hospital the day before travel and stayed with her through the entire trip providing excellent care. I not only had the flight itinerary but was kept updated each step of the journey. Upon arrival, the RN (Tom) gave report and departed. My mother said he was just excellent. Ill admit it is very frightening to entrust your loved one to strangers but my trust was well placed. They are skilled, organized, caring and provide an amazing service. Thank you Flying Angels!
The Flying Angels organization is truly a 5 star experience!!! If I could, they would be rated above 5 stars as they were truly a blessing to use. A few years ago, while my extended family was on vacation, my Mother had a horrible accident at the hotel we stayed at and required major surgery. Eventually, we would be to transfer her to a care facility back in our home town, which required a ton of work. Where do you even begin? We fortunately came across the Flying Angels organization who were just awesome. Their experience, expertise, kindness and thoroughness put us all at ease. They rushed to take over the transport details for us and immediately put us as ease. They were concerned not only with my Moms transport but with supporting us as her family. Within no time, they worked out the details with the discharging hospital facility, receiving care facility back home, scheduled flights not only for my Mom, but for the few family members as well who remained to accompany my Mom, arranged for a nurse to accompany my Mom the entire time to attend to her needs and to ensure that she was transported properly with the least amount of discomfort. The Nurse they hired to accompany my Mom, was not only very experienced, but treated my Mom as if she were her own Mom. She talked to my Mom throughout the transport, explaining what was happening and creating an atmosphere of trust and friendship to keep her calm during the entire time.Everyone at Flying Angels that we worked with truly were Angels. They are an awesome organization to use and we will forever remember in our hearts and be grateful to them for the service, support and comfort that they provided my Mom and my family during a very difficult time. I highly recommend using Flying Angels!!
Flying Angels was exactly as promoted! Flying my mother home while recovering from a heart attach, went smoothly and uneventful. Flying Angles took care of every detail and followed up very professional with the flight status. She mentioned that the nurse was caring and wonderful. Thanks so much in helping our family in this stressful time. Would highly recommend.
Absolutely the best experience ever! I never expected anyone or any business could exceed my high standards, but my experience with Flying Angels FAR EXCEEDED what I anticipated! My parents are both 98 with health and mobility issues and had to make a move from California to Virginia. Bob took care of EVERY LAST DETAIL to make sure their trip ran smoothly all the way to their destination (which was an hour and a half from the airport). The accompanying nurse, Sara, is so knowledgeable, professional, kind, respectful, organized and CARING ! I couldnt have asked for anything more! When I first called them, I wondered why they called the company Flying Angels -- now, I TOTALLY GET IT! Thank you so much for making this trip possible for my parents -- we couldnt have done it without you!
My 90-year-old uncle living in a Long Term Care facility (in Arizona) completely shocked me when he said yes to moving to Iowa to be closer to family! I was so excited at the prospect of having him in town but also very overwhelmed with the process of getting him “home”. I had no idea how to transport him across the country. I contacted Cottage Grove Place to see if they had a room for my uncle, which they did. They were wonderful to work with and recommended that I contact Bob Bacheler with Flying Angels. Bob handled everything for the move - transportation from the healthcare facility to Phoenix airport, airline reservations, and transportation from the Cedar Rapids airport to CGP. He was in constant communication with the two facilities and me making sure I knew what was being planned. Bob also arranged for a wonderful registered nurse, Marc, to meet my uncle the day before the big move. Marc accompanied my uncle on the entire trip! I could not believe how good my uncle looked when he arrived at CGP. His comment was I am so glad to be here! Marc took great care of my uncle and said they had some great conversations! There is no way I can truly express my gratitude to Marc, Bob and the Flying Angels team for all they did for my uncle and family. Flying Angels perfectly describes Marc. Thank you so much! You are a true blessing!
3 weeks ago we learned my Father in law was sickVery quickly it progressed to him not having much time leftI found Flying Angels on the web and reached out to Bob about sending a nurse to travel with him to America to be with familyAfter a week of waiting to see if the hospital to get him stable enough for travel we got the go ahead last Friday the 12thSadly before we could get to home he went on to our Lord and Savior on the 13thBob was more than understanding and immediately worked to refund the majority of our cost. Our plans didn’t workout Like we had hoped but I can’t thank Flying Angels enough for all they did to arrange a safe flight here.I don’t know when I may need this service againBut my first call will be to Flying Angels for helpI recommend using them to get your loved ones safely to you wherever they are in the world
Flying Angels picked up our family member at a rehab in Fl transported him in a beautiful car to the airport, they flew 1st class to Philadelphia , picked up by another beautiful car and delivered him safely to an Assisted Living in Pa. he shared that the RN was very friendly and kind. We recommend this service, when transporting.
I am a Aging Life Care Specialist (Care Manager) and enlisted the services of Flying Angels to assist with a very complicated patient transfer. I would also say that this was in the middle of COVID and recent hurricane. Our client was transported vis private plane. What makes this service stand out is the clinical expertise of the owner and staff as well as their communication. The flight nurse assigned to our case was exceptional. She went to the facility a day early to get things in order and meet the client. The client had a head injury with ensuing behaviors and Elise managed the situation like a true professional. She also played a critical role in getting the client settled at the new facility. Bobs communication was exceptional. We had many moving parts involved in this case. Bob was on it.I honestly cannot recommend this medical transport company enough. They are exceptional in every way. Thank you Bob and Elise!
Flying Angels transported my 90 year old mother -- who has Parkinsons -- across country (via a commercial flight) without a hitch. The nurse was caring and attentive to my mother. There were many complications on our end, but Bob, who runs the operation, stayed on top of everything. Its not cheap, but for me Flying Angels was worth every penny. Highly recommended.
We needed to fly my mother, who is suffering from early stages of dementia, from Denver to New York, and she was highly resistant to the idea. We stumbled across Flying Angels and realized that they were the only way we could successfully bring her to our neck of the woods. Honestly, if they had not provided door-to-door transportation and an extra pair of expert, caring hands (the RN), theres no way we could have succeeded. We are so grateful to Flying Angels for making the move possible.
I have worked in and around Senior Living and Elder Care Services for over six years now. From move management, intra-state logistics, activity & event planning and now clinical care coordination - I knew that there HAD to be a company out there that could get our newest resident from Arizona to Iowa. His healthcare needs were a bit unknown, but we knew he would be better to FLY across country and knew he would need a nurse to do so. I found Bob and his team through a quick Google search, but they were so much more than your standard search engine find. Bob and his team, including Marc, did so MUCH to get our resident safely from one state to another with out issue. Above and beyond doesnt even begin to explain it. We appreciate you and your team Bob and we look forward to working with you in the future.
“Flying Angels” - well what an appropriate name for this phenomenal business!A week ago my brother was moving his family from Minnesota to Florida in their RV. My 86 year old mother was moving with them when the RV was involved in a serious car accident in a remote area of Iowa. My mom was life flighted to the nearest trauma hospital in Wisconsin. She was treated for her injuries. It was a time of crisis for us as a family. Upon discharge, we had to get my mom to her new home in Florida (versus a rehab home in Wisconsin). She wasn’t stable enough to travel with just family. The hospital gave us the name of Flying Angels. Upon our first call, Karen was very compassionate about our desire to get our mom back home. Karen also worked diligently with us when we expressed concern about a current hurricane in Florida. She made sure she all flights and transits were done after the hurricane passed through. She clearly understood the nursing requirements needed for my mom to make sure she got the best service. Our actual Flying Angel was RN Doug. He was the best! Not only did he take care of my mom’s healthcare needs, he texted my brother and I during each step of her journey home. My mom loved him and said he was very kind and helpful. As a family, we appreciated the great communication skills and being kept in the loop with each step of the journey.I think my biggest compliment for this organization would be - in a time of crisis, when emotions are heightened and it is hard as a family to manage millions of small details, you really need people who can step up, serve your family well, and get things done with the utmost love and compassion.Karen and RN Doug did this! Thank you Flying Angels for a job well done.It was a bit expensive but given the circumstances of our crisis - it was worth it to ensure my mom got home safely to her family after such a traumatic accident.Thank you Flying Angels, and thank you Karen & RN Doug!
My brother is on hospice and needed a safe way to get to Andover, Mn. from Stuart, Virginia. I found Flying Angels on the website and turned out to be Awesome. Karen made the arrangements from his assisted living in Virginia to assisted living in Mn. An RN (Doug) picked him up in a Luxurious SUV, which took him to the airport, rode on First Class with the RN by his side throughout the trip. Then bought him to Mn. On another Luxurious SUV which took him to the Andover Assisted living where his family was waiting. I never saw him so happy! Karen let us know where he was throughout the trip and Doug took such good care of him.You could tell he was so careful. My brother had one of the most wonderful experiences of his life. I would highly recommend Flying Angels!
My sister developed early onset dementia while living alone in CO. It was a horrible nightmare which I wouldnt wish on my worst enemy. My other sisters responsibility was to find a way to fly her home safely with medical escort to get her into a memory care facility asap. We found Flying Angels and that is, indeed, what they were. Bob made arrangements for my sister to fly home with Sue the nurse. Bob was incredibly organized and responsive and nurse Sue made my sisters flight relaxing and enjoyable. My sister was afraid to fly and Sue kept her engaged, distracted from her fear and calm. We could not have asked for a better experience in a bad situation. I offer my highest possible recommendation of this service.
The Flying Angels were truly a God send in escorting my brother across the county to reside near us in an assisted living facility. We could have never been able to accomplish this without the care and coordination it took to make it happen . A special thank you to Doug, the nurse who was able to safely escort our brother. Thank you!
Flying Angels assisted me by facilitating the move of my mother, a memory care resident, from Williamsburg to Tampa when my family relocated. They were a great blessing to our family. With all the packing, household responsibilities of moving, and need to drive cars to Florida, I needed help getting Mom there. She wasn’t able to make a 14 hour car trip. I wasn’t comfortable leaving her in one state while I was in another for too long. I was nervous about the requirement for masking in airports and on planes, and I knew it would be an extremely tiring trip for Mom. Karen put my mind at ease. The Flying Angels do this all the time. They understand the challenges of dementia patients. They made all the arrangements for transportation. They knew how to take advantage of airline and airport services to make the trip go smoother. They coordinated with both memory care locations for pre-travel assessment, departure, and arrival. They took care of transporting meds and made sure Mom had something extra for anxiety just in case. Mom’s nurse was Joy, and we texted and FaceTimed the day of travel so that I would know the progress. Joy made the whole trip sound easy, but I know she earned her days work keeping that mask on Mom. In the end, Mom was safely delivered to her new memory care shortly after I arrived in Florida myself, which gave me peace of mind that I could get to her quickly if needed and oversee her care. I would not hesitate to hire Flying Angels again. Both Karen and Joy were so companionate and they got the job done with excellence. Mom was all smiles when she arrived in Florida.
Heres the truth. Flying Angels and Bob Bacheler were handed off to deal with me when I was in the midst of my own personal hell. At that point in time I was no longer behaving in any rational mode. Everyone that had anything to do with me at that moment in time was going to have to meet me in hell. That didnt scare Flying Angels away. There are maybe a handful of professionals I have experienced in my 61 years who could have turned the situation around the way Flying Angels did. I take that back. There isnt a handful of professionals I can recall who could do what Bob Bacheler did. Hes one of a kind. He named his company correctly. Flying Angels took me from hell to heaven as we crossed the pond together. I am better for it. Every one in my family is better for it. Thats the thing about Angels, theyre out there looming around with good earthlings. If you ever need a medical ride cared for with divinity go with Flying Angels.
Flying Angels, without a doubt, are true experts in moving infirm or elderly loved ones across the country. And, beyond their expertise, they deeply care about the wellbeing of the one being moved, and the family who has hired them to do this task. Its no picnic finding a way to move a loved one who cannot travel due to illness or age, across the country. We interviewed a number of services. And without question, I chose the best one to do the job. Flying Angels Bob Bacheler and RN Sue Treseder were extraordinary.RN Sue helped to pack my sister’s stuff before the trip so that it was not necessary to check baggage. She let us know we needed to mail some things back and met us at the lobby of the rehab center to be sure we got everything! Then en route she was able to help in bathroom duties and take her through security, give her comfort and safety as they waited, and help her on the plane without incident. She also texted us en route and let us know how it was going. Great communication! This is not the kind of job you want to leave to someone driving across the country. Consider that every time an elderly person is moved, it takes them weeks to adjust and sometimes they never make it up to the same level they were before the move.If you love someone, you need to know without question that the most professional job will be done. And there is no doubt in my mind that our money was best-spent with Bob and his Flying Angels. My infirm sister arrived across the country, rested and ready to see the family anxiously awaiting her. She trusted RN Sue, who treated her with firm but warm compassion. At arrival, Bob actually took the trouble of driving Sue and my sister out to the suburbs of Philly and make sure she was safely delivered and settled in.You cannot buy service like that -- but it is what these people provided us. And we are so grateful.
I needed to move my mom from CT to CA. She is in memory care and does not have a valid ID for TSA clearance. Bob Bacheler walked me through what was needed to allow my mom TSA clearance. I dont think this is something the TSA would do if my mom was not traveling with a Certified Flight nurse who was very experienced and had logged miles and years in patient care AND TSA requirements.Bob also arranged to coordinate my moms drugs and care with the facility she was leaving so that the nurse was well-prepared to care for my mom.I am thrilled that I found Flying Angels and found that Bob really does work around the clock! There is a 3 hour time difference between me and Bob and he responded at 1am his time to a question I posted to him at 10pm my time.I highly recommend Bob and Flying Angels. The transportation of my mom went smoothly and the attention to detail exceeded my expectations.
I cant say enough great things about this company. From the first phone call with Karen, through the delivery of my mother to her new long term care facility, this company was an absolute pleasure to work with. They are extremely friendly, professional, and helpful during what was a really big and daunting process for our family. I really dont know how we could have done it without their help and support. On the day of transport, Doug, the nurse who was transporting my mom, gave us constant updates, and at drop-off, he stayed to ensure everything was in place and that my mom was eating and comfortable. I cant express enough gratitude or thanks for how much they helped us and our family in transporting my mom from CA to CO.
We were looking for Medical companion to move my dad to India. We reached out to multiple agencies to see which works best for us. One of the agencies and also my friends friend recommended Bob(Flying angles) who is very well experienced in assisting patients in non emergency travel. Once we got in touch with Bob, there was no looking back to find another agency. He provided all the information and cleared all our questions we had w.r.t to travel. He is very prompt in responding and was able to accomodate all the needs that my dad had while travelling. Due to various reasons I couldnt accompany my dad and Bob gave us confidence and assurance of how he can take care of my dad. Though my parents couldnt communicate well in English, they were very happy with the care provided by Bob while travelling and in flight. Also, the price is less compared to other agencies. I would surely recommend Flying Angels for anyone in need of a medical companion while travelling. They are the best !!!
I cannot express how high my level of satisfaction is with Flying Angels. Bob is prompt, detailed, and always on top of it. His team of RNs are top notch. We needed to fly my mother from Baltimore, MD to Austin, TX on Feb 26th. Bob arranged to allow my Aunt to accompany my mom. The flight was very early with, and not without complications caused by the hospital and my mothers condition. Karen, our Flying Angel, was absolutely amazing. She took wonderful care of my mother. She was moved bed to bed with no issues, and my mom actually enjoyed the trip if that can be believed. I cannot recommend the Flying Angels team more. One last point of professionalism, the contracted van driver was inexperienced with operating the wheelchair lift. This was the only hiccup in the flawless services, and Bob was quick to refund the cost of that element and put a new process in place to ensure it would not happen again for subsequent clients. That is true customer service and professionalism. Bravo!!!
We were in an extremely tough situation and Bob was nothing short of amazing. He was incredibly helpful in providing me with a immensely peaceful mind with the professionalism that he brought with him and his absolutely calming presence. He brought me and my uncle a sense of safety in a time of uncertainty and unpredictability. The journey wouldn’t and couldn’t have gone more smoothly and that’s all thanks to Bob’s and the Flying Angels Company’s efforts. So thank you for everything, I could never truly express just how grateful I am to you guys.
I had to get my nephew (a hospice patient) from Oregon to Maui, Hawaii. Am I glad I found Flying Angels! They took care of all the myriad of details needed to transport him from his Oregon home, fly him to Maui, and get him right to my house. He arrived well taken care of. Also, I was informed at every step along the way of decisions made and the progress of the trip. I give Flying Angels the highest of marks!
Flying Angels Medical Transport is aptly named, and answered prayer for our family! Bob and his crew took the logistical load off of us to provide door to door service for Mom to receive the medical care she needed...all the details were covered, including oxygen needs. I felt safe knowing that their highly experienced Critical Care RN was flying with her, and I could take a break from being caregiver to simply daughter. They are truly compassionate, truly professional, truly trustworthy, and truly competent. Fly with them to Soar as on the wings of angels...and not grow weary.
If you are looking for heart and reliability, look no further than Flying Angels. What Bob Bachelor brings to his business is amazing! Its no wonder he was voted Outstanding Corporate Partner of the year by the Aging Life Care Association. Truly an exceptional company!
My mother moved from Assisted Living in Philly to Nursing in Crossville, Tennessee. Flying Angels is a top notch, professional organization that maintained excellent communication before, during and after the transport. Bob was outstanding. Sue, the nurse, was excellent. I was terrified about moving my mom, but it was a smooth and positive experience for her. I highly recommend Flying Angels. Their name is perfect for what they do and how well they do it!
On Friday 8/30/19 Bob Bachelor of Flying Angels helped make it possible to finally bring my 92 year old Mother to move from Florida to New Jersey to spend her last years close to me. I cannot say enough about the excellent care and attentiveness that Bob provided. He was truly an angel sent to make our trip possible. Bob, you are are a real professional and a gentleman. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. Lynda Kelly-Mitchell
Flying Angels coordinated all the details of transporting my wheelchair-dependent mom via a commercial airlines flight. This entailed scheduling wheelchair vans, providing airline tickets, and arranging preparations at both the sending and receiving facilities. In the weeks leading up to our travel, I was able to get my questions answered immediately, even after business hours or on weekends. Both the sending and receiving facilities were impressed by the professionalism of this organization. On the day of travel, my mom and I were escorted by a flight nurse who attended to my moms needs throughout.I definitely recommend Flying Angels and would use their service again.
Recently I moved from Santa Fe, New Mexico to Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. I used the services provided by the Flying Angels. I need someone to travel with me and make sure that I was in good health. They provided all that I needed in a perfect manner.I use a walker and a wheelchair to get around and they were able to accommodate my physical condition. I also had a breathing condition and was on oxygen the whole time. Nothing phased the Flying Angels. They was very attentive and anticipated my needsThe trip would not have been possible if it wasnt for the Flying Angels. They even accommodated me by bringing along a separate laptop so that I could watch a movie on the plane. When we got to Philadelphia they had a car waiting for us to drive us to the place I was staying at. This could trip could not have made without the help of Bob and his capable coworkers.Ray
My experience with Flying Angels:I recommended a friend to Bob for professional medical transport. From family consultation through pickup and successful transport on commercial aircraft to safe delivery at the scheduled receiving hospital both family and client could not be more pleased. As a former ICU nurse, I can attest to Bob’s clinical proficiency. Having had university teaching experience he is well qualified to manage his flight coordinators and flight nurses who themselves are registered nurses and fully trained in flight physiology. As Managing Director, Bob is trustworthy, dependable, and professional, guiding each case through to its completion. Based on my personal experience, I would never hesitate to refer Flying Angels to anyone in need of non-emergency medical transport anywhere in the world.
Flying Angels helped my dad when I wasnt sure anyone could. While on vacation in Italy, my dad was hospitalized for three months and his doctors said the only way he could be discharged back to Texas was with a medically-assisted flight. His insurance company said they would not cover the flight but offered a company (Flying Angels) to contact. I emailed Bob Bacheler on a Saturday morning to explain the situation. By that afternoon, he was already calling me, asking for more information. He coordinated with one of the flight nurses, Karen (who lives in Milan), to visit my dad the next day (a Sunday). Over the next few days, Bob and Karen coordinated with my dads Italian medical team, my dad, and my uncle (who was with my dad) to get him home safely. By Thursday, my dad was on a flight home with Karen to a rehab facility back in Texas. Upon arrival at the facility, Karen talked extensively with my dads new medical staff about his conditions before leaving for her hotel. Overall, my experience with Flying Angels was very positive. Everyone was quick to respond, courteous, professional, and compassionate. And in case youre curious, the majority of the expense was actually for the flights themselves, not for Flying Angels. I hope not to use them again (#sorrynotsorry), but if I did need to, I know the situation would be taken care of and done well.
Flying Angels helped transport me and my 95 year mother across the country from California to Massachusetts. Emergency situation where we had to leave within a week and Flying Angels came through with limos , flights and a Register Nurse door to door. I couldnt have managed moving my mother without their excellent professional assistance.
My sister and I had Flying Angels pick up our Mom in Virginia and escort her to the western part of the USA. All went great: she was picked up in a Cadillac with a liveried driver, the companion nurse that would travel with her & maintain her medications, get her through airport security, then fly with her in first class and deliver her at destination to her new place of residence. It all went extremely smoothly and we would highly recommend Flying Angels to any family that would require an escorted transportation service.
I am so happy to have found Flying Angels. They have demonstrated what a company with clear values and purpose is all about. If you need help getting someone you love home, call them...period. Below is my full story, please read it, or save yourself precious time by just calling Flying Angels. My story is meant to demonstrate how helpless my situation was and to let you know that Flying Angels, through perseverance, skill, experience and compassion successfully brought my uncle home.In February 2021 my family and I were forced to deal with a health crisis with an aging uncle. We needed to get him back home for surgery, we needed to move fast. The mission was to bring him from his bedside in a small town in Mexico to Toronto Canada.Problem #1, Covid-19 made all travel a massive challenge. It required quarantines of 14 days when coming back to Canada which made it impossible for me to attempt to help navigate.Problem #2, I am not a medical professional and my uncle needed to fly with an Oxygen concentrator- because of Covid there were none to be found anywhere in Mexico. It was also illegal for me to get one from Canada and ship to him as the medical device is controlled.Problem #3: Direct flights had been cancelled and with my uncles compromised health managing connections on his own was not an option, even if we could risk flying without O2.I called everywhere.. The Canadian Consulate recommended MedEvac but the private jet was more than we could afford. When I found Flying Angels and learned about their medical escort option I completed a contact form late Friday night from their website.Saturday morning I received an email from Bob Bacheler. Not a form email, it was the answer to my prayers. It only took a couple of days to navigate the seemingly impossible logistics. With creative thinking, perseverance, commitment and holding true to their company values, Flying Angels (Cheryle was our Medical escort) escorted my uncle from his bedside, through Guadalajara Airport, connecting in Dallas, and handed off to Canadian paramedics in Toronto all while respecting the COVID-19 protocols of each country involved Mexico, USA and Canada.MISSION ACCOMPLISHEDBob and Cheryle, I cannot thank you enough. If ever your journey’s bring you to Toronto, bring something nice to wear, because dinner is on me.
My parents were visiting the united states for a couple of months but unfortunately, my dad suffered a stroke. After having stayed in the hospital for a month, we were looking at ways to bring him back to India. The staff at UCSF recommended Flying Angels to us. As soon as I called Rob, we were able to hatch a plan to get him back home.Within about a week from the initial conversation, Rob have everything scheduled from the transport to/from the airports; to the airline tickets for my mom, dad and me along with the registered Nurse Elise. The entire journey of almost 23 hours went off without a hitch. Elise was great in handling everything during the long journey.Im glad that we got in touch with Flying angels in our hour of need, they were extremely professional and I would highly recommended their exceptional service.
I want to thank Bob Bacheler and Karen from Flying Angels for helping our family at a very difficult time. They arranged and flew my sister to Craig Hospital in Denver from Minot, ND. Everything was organized by them, the nurse flew in the day before and met us and my sister. She was very caring and kind and made our trip easier than we ever thought possible.
Flying Angels Got my uncle home. He was in a hospital in California and he wanted to get home to new york, and Bob From Flying Angels got him here. Thanks to them he was able to spend his last few days with family. Flying Angels took care of coordinating everything needed, including talking with doctors and arranging for oxygen on the flights. If i ever need to get a sick loved one home, I will be calling them again.
Bob and his team made moving my mom cross country so easy and seamless. I cannot believe I didn’t have to lift a finger. He was beyond professional, always quick to respond, and scheduled everything so perfectly, I didn’t have to worry about a thing. Thank you, Bob, I would recommend you to anyone flying a loved one!
Flying Angels made what we originally believed to be the impossible, become possible. My mother suddenly endured a spinal cord injury/paralysis after back surgery complications. We quickly learned of Craig Hospital in Denver and wanted to have her moved there for expert care. The only problem was - getting her from Louisiana to Colorado. We explored medical air transport, but we were looking at $20,000 minimum. She really didnt have a medical need to travel via air ambulance, except for pain and inability to sit up in a standard wheelchair (or chair) for long periods of time. Bob with Flying Angels was recommended by the accepting hospital. We contacted him and all concerns and anxiety immediately diminished. He explained that he had a special wheelchair that would adjust to allow my mother to recline or lay flat, (like a stretcher). This was a game-changer! Bob also handled all arrangements, door-to-door (hospital to hospital). He was able to administer medication to my mother, kept her medical issues discreet throughout flight, and helped her adjust in her airplane seat, as indicated for spinal cord injuries. Every time we had a question (pre-flight), he had a complete answer - and it calmed all nerves prior to transport. My mother arrived in Denver yesterday. We were there to greet her. She was in great spirits, free of pain, and had no issues throughout flight. I have not seen her look this good and happy in months! If you need this type of transportation assistance, you do not need to worry about anything if you hire Flying Angels. Their medical professionals have it covered - and they certainly have experience to handle all types of medical situations! Thank you, Bob and Flying Angels, for making this possible!
On 3/9/17 while vacationing in FL, my 75 year old mom had to have emergency surgery for a blockage in her intestines. It was major surgery and my sisters and I flew down to be with her. We were not comfortable with the care she was receiving and wanted to transfer her to HUP (Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania), but we didnt know how to get her there. A family member who works at HUP told us about Flying Angels, so we contacted them to see if they could help. During my first phone call with Bob, I knew we were in good hands. He was very professional and explained exactly how the transfer would work. Flying Angels took care of the paperwork, contacted my moms case worker at the hospital and booked her flight to Philly. The RN assigned to my mom was Doug Whithead, Flying Angels most experienced flight nurse. On 3/17, Doug arrived at the FL hospital and within an hour he was wheeling my mom to a waiting sedan. Doug was very attentive to my mom and made sure she was comfortable during every leg of the trip. At the airport, Doug took us to a private lounge for preferred AA flyers. We had some refreshments and relaxed until it was time to leave. My mom and I said our goodbyes (I was flying back to Baltimore) and Doug said he would text me when they landed. The flight to Philly was quick and uneventful, and Doug texted to say they were en route to HUP and that all was well. He got my mom checked in and texted me her room number. The entire transfer went so smoothly and I am grateful to Doug and Flying Angels for taking such great care of my mom. Using Flying Angels was the best decision for us and I would highly recommend them to anyone needing to transfer a sick family member. Thank you Bob and Doug - we are all so grateful!!
My family and I are extremely pleased with the service provided to us in bringing my father home to New York from Honolulu. Bob and his team coordinated all aspects of a complicated move with unfailing attention to every detail, and all at a moments notice. We were planning to use a different company, but were uncomfortable with what seemed like exaggerated costs and a lack of transparency in that regard. We contacted Flying Angels at the last minute and found their professionalism and integrity to be impeccable. Everything came off without a hitch, and we saved a good bit of money as well. I cant recommend this company highly enough!
I recently employed Flying Angels to manage my 95 year old fathers flight from Toronto to Tel Aviv. I am very glad I did so. The problems were anticipated and handled in a very professional manner. My father can be very stubborn but Doug, the critical care nurse who flew with us, handled him beautifully. Also, the fees and expenses involved were fully itemized and reasonable. I am very glad I employed Flying Angels.
My mother was living alone in Florida and took ill as well as having major surgery. I live n NJ and could not supervise her care in Florida. She needed to be transported north immediately. Bob coordinated everything from getting her from the rehab facility to the airport and then again from the airport to the new facility in NJ. One of the nurses that he works with flew down to Florida, met with my mother the day before, packed her belongings for her and escorted her back to NJ and to the new facility. I was keep in the loop the entire time. They are amazing!
My brother and I realized we needed to move my mother to Texas and had no idea how to do this. Thankfully we discovered Flying Angels. They took all the stress out of this delicate family situation. The flight coordinator Doug was attentive and took care of all of the details. The flight nurse Karen was compassionate and caring. They are truly Angels!
Wow, they really are ANGELS! If you have a loved one who has medical issues and needs to travel, it can seem like an impossible task. Let Flying Angels come to your rescue, they handle absolutely everything bedside to bedside. All the logistics are taken care of and an experienced and compassionate Angel nurse will make sure your loved one has a comfortable journey and arrives safely to his or her destination. Cant thank them enough for their outstanding service!
My mother in law was visiting us in the US from India and unfortunately she had a major stroke. We have been trying to get her back to India. The quotes of medical transport I got from different companies including Air India were exorbitant and way out of my reach. When all doors seem to be closed , a friend of mine referred me to Flying Angels.I have received extraordinary support and service from Flying angels and Dough at a relatively affordable price. We have successfully transported back my mother in law to India. They are real Angels.
I am so grateful for Flying Angels. They helped to get my terminally ill mother from US to China. Bob was so knowledgeable about transporting patients from the hospital to the airport. The RN Sue was very caring and professional along the way. They made the whole process so smooth and problem free. I cant describe how thankful I am......
Amazing experience with this company.. highly recommend. The amount of compassion and attentiveness they showed to our needs will never be forgotten. When we needed to get a family member back to the states urgently they made this happen in a matter of days they were our real Angels. They took care of setting everything up as well . Highly respect what this company does for people... thank you Flying Angels!
These are really good people with very honest intentions. My employee had a serious Zip Lining accident in the Dominican Republic and was badly injured in this 3rd world country.Bob understood the situation and advised us what to do. It is impressive when a man admits a better solution that he cannot provide to you and then helps you set it up for the best of the patient.Yes they fly but more important, they truly are Angels. If you need help, these are great humans and want to provide the best for your situation.
Thank you so much for helping my father back home! Certainly exceeded all my expectations. Bob is very efficient with arranging the trip, and the nurses (Elise and Gene) are very capable and super kind! I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for transferring a patient!
Bob was amazing everything went smooth and he felt like family was able to relax and enjoy the traveling! This company came through for me at a time when I needed it the most people take for granted the little things like helping someone with a bag or just a warm smile! I thank you Bob and The Flying Angels love The Romulus Gang🙏🏼👑
I cannot tell you how thankful I am to Flying Angels. Thank you again for your professionalism, kindness, and absolute compassion. Knowing that I had such wonderful people transporting my father home after the passing of my mother put me at ease. Thanks again and God bless!
Flying Angels were a lifesaver for our family, including to put the right nurse for the right situation, keeping us informed and scheduling to accommodate the facilities on both ends, plus independently got informed on medical status and were financially reliable (even credited back charges that we didnt know they didnt incur).
This is an absolutely outstanding service. If you have a loved one who needs a medical professional to help getting from one location to another this is the way to go. Their very competent staff took care of all the arrangements and made what could have been a very difficult trip almost enjoyable.

2022-08-13We used Flying Angels to transport my dad, who has advanced dementia. Bob was our initial contact person and Marcia was the nurse who accompanied my dad as part of Flying Angels service. This was such a fabulous experience! Bob and Marcia exceeded our expectations on every level! The whole process went smoothly. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Bob and Marcia. I even gave out Flying Angels information to the social worker who had been working with us and my dad prior to his transport back home. Everyone involved in this process from both facilities (the one our dad came from and the one he went to) was truly impressed with how smooth it all went. I want people to know that if you are in need of a transport please know that there is an alternative to get your loved one back to you. They fly with their clients all over the world and are truly caring, heartwarming and compassionate about the people that they are transporting and the families they are working with. You are part of the whole process. The day of transport Marcia kept us informed every step of the way from pick up, to airport security, to calling me so I could speak with my dad before he got on the plane and doing the same once they landed. This experience was worth every dollar we spent! Marcia was truly an angel. Flying Angels truly brought our love and joy back home! Thank you so much, we will continue to sing your praises!

2022-03-26My husband hired Flying Angels last minute to move his mother from Albany NY to Bartow Florida…. They did a great job organizing putting everything together for a easy move. They took care of the tickets for our flight, had everything organized at the airport, medical transportation to and from the airport. They kept in touch with my husband sent him emails of all the information, the itinerary of the flight….Adrain the flight nurse came to the personal care home the day before the flight to meet my mother in law & my sister in law & I…. He wanted to know if we had any questions. My mother in law is 95 years old with health issues. She can’t walk well, has to use a wheelchair to get around. I was going to try this move myself. Now, looking back there was no way I could possibly do it myself after watching how the flight nurse handled everything & had all the gear she needed to get to Florida! They provided a comfortable wheelchair for her, oxygen & anything the Flight Nurse could carry. The flight nurses name was Adrain! He was a amazing! He went above & beyond his duty to make my mother in law comfortable. He check her oxygen levels repeatedly duration of the flight! She had to wear a mask the whole trip. I traveled along with them…. I am glad I went along, I helped Adrain as much as I could. I suggest for a family member to ride along just to be there for support for their loves ones. I helped Adrain hold things. It can be a lot for the flight nurse having take care of her & her personal belongings. I am sure Southwest would of had someone help also if need be. Adrain, was telling me about when he had to help passengers on flights that had health issues.. We were into our flight mid air about one hour headed to Florida when I heard a thumb & people saying oh my goddess…. Adrain jumps out of seat & helps the passenger that passed out twice walking from the restroom on the plane in the middle of the aisle. He went to her aid & helped her…. He had all the gear with him to save this woman life…. Yes he did save this woman life…. The flight attendant were asking on the intercom on the flight if there was a doctor in the house.. There was a doctor on board…. I noticed how he went & looked at the passenger spoke to the flight attendant & Adrain and went back to his seat & sat down, because he knew the Adrain a ICU nurse had it covered! The passengers were Applauding Adrain for jumping in and helping this lady & that we didn’t have to divert to get her medication attention… When we arrived in Tampa Florida there was a paramedic that came on board & took the lady off the plane & thanked Adrain for doing what he did❤️. The flight attendant was telling Adrain he taught them things that they could use in the future…. Thank you you Flying Angels & Adrain for everything❤️

2022-04-30After a lengthy illness involving multiple hospitalizations and back-and-forth trips to rehab, I needed to find a way to transport my elderly mother from a hospital in Missouri to my home in California to get her set up with hospice care. I researched many options, and during my search, I found Flying Angels. I reached out to them via their website, and Bob responded within the hour. He was clear and up front about what the estimated cost and process to get mom home would be. He was extremely patient and flexible as the plan continued to change as mom bounced between the hospital and rehab center for a month. When it was finally go time, he had our travel coordinated within 48 hours, including a ticket for me, so I could be on the same flight with mom.Elise, the nurse assigned to accompany mom, was awesome. I am so grateful for her assistance and that when she came to see us the day before we traveled she was very good about setting our expectations regarding what to expect during the trip. She warned us that the trip would be very hard for mom, and it was, but she did everything possible to make it smooth and seamless. She coordinated all of the details with the hospital. And she is just a very kind, congenial person. Her attention to detail is superb. And the fact that she managed our travel so well really took a lot of the stress off of me and my mom. Plus she was very encouraging, especially at the very end of the trip when mom was so exhausted; she really cheered her on and kept her going.I am so pleased that I reached out to Flying Angels, and with how Bob really just rolled with all the constant changes, was kind enough to listen to me when I was freaking out, and for his fantastic job of coordinating this whole trip. I am grateful that there are people like Bob and Elise in the world who care so deeply and take such good care of people who are often in the most vulnerable places in their lives.

2022-01-30When I fly anywhere I’m a wreck - on the way to the airport, navigating the terminal, dealing with security, finding my luggage, and eventually arriving at my destination exhausted & disheveled - which I expected to find when I finally greeted my 90 yr old mom after a flight with the Flying Angels several states away. NOT THE CASE. First to step out of the classy black transport was a suited up driver, then a nurse with the largest smile in her eyes as well as behind her mask, and finally mom looking absolutely lovely in her coat and ready to greet us in a great mood. This is the best way for anyone to travel, let alone a loved one who needs extra care. The Flying Angels outperformed all expectations. No detail was overlooked - from the day before, the morning of, security, the airport lounge, the first class flight and the long drive to the final destination. Perfection, safety, professionalism, and sincerity. Worth every cent.

In March, my family met an impossible mission to fulfill my sons last wish to visit his hometown in Ohio from west coast.Bob stood up among a few companies and accepted this challenge. He and his team worked around clock to adjust a few times to make flying to hometown very smoothly and enjoyable. My son passed away before return trip, bob used ticket credits to save us money and very considerable to support my family in the difficult time. He truly put our family first before his interest. We all really appreciate his service. He did finish the impossible mission well. Thank you, flying angels, thank you, Bob!

2022-04-28When our friend had a stoke many thousands of miles from home, the thought of bringing him back home haunted us due to the challenges we needed to overcome. That is where Flying Angels came in as saviors. Efficient, knowledgeable and considerate they knew what needed to be done. Within a few days the team we worked with quickly made our nightmare an easy process. A distinguished and amazing service from everyone we dealt with from hospital pickup, assistance in transport and airport security and down to the last point of securing our loved one in the hands of care at the home destination. And updates on each step and process as it happened. Thank you said a million times would not be enough.Truly, Flying Angels is a name synonymous of their true selves and service.

2022-03-04I cannot say enough good things about this company. We were in dire need of getting my aunt, who had travelled from NY to visit us in MN in Oct ‘21 back home. She became seriously I’ll with COVID and was hospitalized in NOV. it was now late FEB ‘22 and she was not recovering. Her family and friends in NY were vast and she desperately wanted to go home. Bob and his nurse Liz came to the rescue as well as family and friends donating to the cause. Liz arrived in MN on Tuesday MAR 1st and was amazing. My aunt had not been out of bed in months yet Liz organized discharge paperwork, told us how to pack and get my aunt ready for her journey home. She arrived again early the next morning organized getting My aunt in a wheel chair and off to the airport. Although the flight was quite delayed she brought her to the sky club where she could be more comfortable. When the time came she organized getting her on the plane and then off the plane and to her transportation home. My aunt is now home with her family and friends. My heart felt sincere appreciation for helping us do what we thought was impossible is beyond words. They made it so easy by taking on the heavy lifting of every single detail needed to support such a complex journey. If you have any doubts using their service. Don’t! They are amazing.

2022-08-15We couldnt have done it without Mark-he was great and very attentive and patient with my mother throughout the trip. She hadn’t flown in decades and was a bit anxious. I was so appreciative for him helping us navigate the ground transport and airports as I had some large luggage to manage. Also his facilitation of getting her to her new room at the destination with the recipient assisted living facility when my arrival was delayed along the 90 mile ride from the airport . I am so thankful!

2022-03-20I never imagined I would need to arrange medical escort services for a loved one until my father suffered a stroke overseas. At the time, we were not able to go and attend him, but we had to get him back home. It was difficult and scary for me to know which medical escort agency to trust and choose. I reached out to several but found only two that noted experience with transporting non-ambulatory patients. I was in a time crunch, and Bob Bacheler with Flying Angels reached out to me immediately and sent me a detailed description of their services. Bob was amazing to work with and kept in direct touch with me throughout the process, which was pretty smooth and seamless. He and his team provided their services just as it is described in the website. Today we were able to see our dad in the flesh after many years. We are forever grateful to Flying Angels. It was worth every penny because having our dad home is priceless.

2022-08-08I am tearing up as I write this because there is no way I can ever thank Flying Angels enough for the incredible service they provide. It was really hard on my family having my dad experience a medical emergency so far from home. We were all so eager to get him back to his home in Nebraska but we didnt want to risk doing anything that would jeopardize his safety. Our angel, Marc, was such a godsend, deftly handling the crowd at the airport and making sure Dad was comfortable throughout the journey. It gave us all such peace of mind knowing that he was in such capable hands. My sister, who was traveling with them, said theres no way we could have navigated the airport without Marc. I am so grateful that this resource exists and would recommend them to anyone in need of medical transport, whether for themselves or a loved one.
