We were looking through the various elder care agencies in the area and settled on Fox Chase. The reliable service coupled with the great attitude of the aide sent has worked wonders in cheering everyone up in our household.
Absolutely the best company in Philadelphia. They have always provided my son with the assistance he needed in our home. Whenever we needed our aide, she would be there within minutes. Home Health Aide is the best.

I was recommended for the Rehabilitation Center at Fox Chase and I have been quite pleased with the services provided for me. They got me back into working condition in what felt like no time at all, and the bill wasnt nearly as bad as I expected.
We utilize Adult Day Care from time to time to give us some relief while providing a good time fr my uncle. There are so many different activities and games that are available daily that my uncle is always asking when his next chance to go will be.
I could have not asked for a better rehab after work. The respite care team at Fox Chase Wellness Center was extremely knowledgeable and always available to assist us.

2018-11-15Yesterday was the final day Fox Chase elder care team visited my mothers home. I wanted to reach out and thank you and your staff for the compassion shown taking care of mom. The home health aide was extremely thorough when we first me t two weeks ago.. She explained everything perfectly and followed up as needed. Our in home care specialist was the best that she could be. She is one of the most gentle, compassionate and kind young ladies Ive met. She was patient and professional and adored by all. Thank you!!!

2018-11-04I tried to get services at several home health care agencies in Philadelphia for my 95-year-old mother. But they were never able to send anyone for her care. She is not a very easy person to please and is at times is makes difficult demands on caregivers. Fox Chase has been able to provide us with top-notch caregivers who understand the behavior of elder and sometimes difficult clients. This has been really helpful to my entire family. Thank you to Fox Chase for providing such professional elder care service.

2018-07-16I would never trust anyone else with the care of my parents. Home Health Aide has been the best and they are easy to talk to. If I ever have a concern, they address it immediately and my parents love their aide, which eases my mind.

2018-07-13After a head injury, I needed help at home as I could not get around very well. My friend recommended Home Health Aide and I am glad that she did. The woman who was assigned to help me was friendly and she was always supportive and encouraging. I will definitely recommend this place to anyone who needs any type of care in their home.

2021-04-20They do not care about they patients needs they over work they staff so its always high turn over. They do not report abuse or non care, if you report a patient beingabused or not cared for in a ptofessional way the agency does not take action. The corprate office only cares about the money they make off the patient. Please do not send your loved ones to be cared for by fox chase corparation.
