We were struggling with our old phone system. Another company we are associated with recommended Full Service because of their satisfaction with the phone system. From the very first call Full Service has been nothing but professional, very knowledgeable, extremely helpful and a wonderful team to work with. The new phone system has made our office so much more proficient just because of the ease of use. Highly recommend.

We recently switched from a local telecom provider and various vendors for other type functions. Since switching we couldnt be happier.They did a very thorough setup process and the cutover went extremely smoothly.Their tech support is excellent. Many of the requests for changes, adds and deletions are handled immediately.
I was skeptical about moving from my verizon account to an IP phone system. I did not want to have the cut-over impact my business. It took me almost a year to finally make the leap. My salesman delivered on every promise. The transition was seamless and the phone work great. The cost for a phone system and service is the same as it was for just my verizon lines. If everyones customer service was as good as Full Service my life would be so easy. I dial 00 on my phone and someone picks up my call immediately. They can diagnose/fix any problem right away. The last problem was the cleaning people hit a jack under a desk. They knew exactly where to tell me to look. I never write reviews but I just wish everyone had customer service like this.
FSN came in and treated us right from the start. From the sales process, to installation/set up, in person training and ongoing support. We have been pleased from day 1. Do not hesitate to bring them in! Justin Blake did all the work for me and he was great!

Have been with Full Service Network for over 2 yrs now and I have to tell you they have been a huge relief thus far. We are a Home Healthcare network in the South Hills Crafton/Carnegie area. And although we have both Comcast and Verizon available, we were just tired of their rates and being kicked around in general.FSN not only saved us money, but their support has been head and shoulders better than the aforementioned big guys of the industry. The phone hardware (and service) they provided us are far better than i expected. Highly recommended
I have only been a customer for a few months, but so far the experience is night and day from my last provider Comcast. It started out on a positive note when the technician arrived early for the install. We love our new phones and internet upgrade that we received through FSN. We really needed to update our phone system at our daycare facility and we loved some of the enhanced safety features built in with their system. I would highly recommend FSN for any type of business.

We just switched all of our company phones and services to Full Service Network. They have been so helpful and accommodating throughout the entire process. They had several people here for a whole week installing the phones and answering all of our questions. Their customer service line 00 is very easy to use when youre in a pickle. I would highly recommend them!
We are a small business who was stuck in an antiquated phone plan with Verizon. We were contacted by Adam Burns from Full Service Network and he met with us and showed us their VOIP phones. They were full of great features that our old phones didnt have, so of course we wanted them! Then we called Verizon to see about getting out of our plan, only to be told wed be charged thousands of dollars of early termination fees. It took us months and months of phone calls to Verizon - with Adam checking in every month or so to see how things were going - until we finally found someone at Verizon willing to help us. It was ALL worth it because we are now proud and highly satisfied customers of Full Service Network. The best part is that anytime we need assistance, we just dial two numbers and help is on the other end! Give them a try... you will NOT be sorry.

I own several properties in the Pittsburgh area and have transferred all of my internet and phone services from the big providers to Full Service Network. Overall, the experience has been excellent. The staff is experienced and knowledgeable; and on the rare occasion I needed an issue elevated, the executive team is both extremely courteous and attentive. I would recommend FSN to anyone looking for quality and an alternative to the big name providers.
We have a custom phone system for our business from Full service network. When we looked at other phone systems, they had the most options. They are working on new features and improvements, but overall it is a really good phone system that suits our business and they have good support.

Wow! What a difference FSN has made for our business operations over the past 4 years. We purchased a large collision center that had analog phones and an antiquated paging/intercom system in place that they had not updated since the 90s! As our business quickly grew - we began to implement more technology and computer workstations and were in the need of high speed internet and better phone systems to connect our office employees with our shop employees. Full Service Network came to the rescue! They have been excellent from the beginning and even worked to integrate our existing paging system which was crucial for our daily operations. The digital phone equipment they provide is top notch and every field technician we have worked with has always been helpful, efficient and courteous - often times going ABOVE & BEYOND to solve an issue we might be having. We were also able to cut down on the number of unsolicited sales calls and route out ACTUAL customers better by opting for an auto attendant when calls first come in. Thanks to FSN for a stellar customer service experience and a business phone system that will serve us well for many more years to come.
We were very unhappy with a phone system we were contracted with for 5 years. There were so many issues and so many times the phones just went down. A business can not run without phones! When we called their customer service we were placed on hold for the longest time! When we left them and came to FSN we all thought we had died and gone to phone heaven! The phones are amazing, we have had very few issues that was mainly due to us not knowing how to do certain things . Calling customer service for FSN?? INSTANT HELP!! Friendly, knowledgeable and every single person we have ever talked to made us feel like we are their ONLY customer! So eager to help and followed up afterwards to make sure we got what we needed and are happy ! And we are! Happy happy happy!
My experience with FSN is two part. The customer service is EXCELLENT. Ive had several problems with the service itself and they were always willing to provide alternate solutions and technical support. Despite the Customer Service being phenomenal, I had to go with another provider b/c they failed to provide internet service that was fast enough for my needs. I was appreciative for the customer experience and am deeply saddened it couldnt work out with the service.
Cancelled our internet/phone service on 11/22/2019. Billing cycle runs from 11/16/19 to 12/15/19. Called to get a refund for the remainder of the month after 11/22/19 and was told once you enter the monthly billing cycle there is no refund for the remainder of the month. Had issue in past that took over 3 weeks before they sent a tech out who discovered that FSNs equipment was bad. Will not recommend this company.
FSN saved us on our budget while not decreasing our quality of service. Also, we received all new equipment as part of our service. It was an all around great offer for us.

We migrated to FSN from a legacy POTS system. This was single handedly the best experience Ive had with an outside vendor. Cant believe we used Comcast and Verizon for so long! Full Service Network gave us free phones, on-site tech service, super reliable and fast internet, and 24 hour instant support. Oh, and were saving $200 per month!
We’ve been satisfied with FSN from our initial connection with their sales staff. Ongoing support has been just as pleasant. We would highly recommend for sure!
Good luck if you have an issue with your phone line with Full Service Network. They are at the mercy of Verizon for the repair and you will be down for days. Unlike the big guys that my aunt had before these guys service department is only open from 9 to 6 Monday through Saturday. So when Verizon shows up late in the evening and doesnt fix the problem and leaves, youre stuck to even report the issue until the next day. Then youre waiting 24 to 48 hours for the next Verizon tech to show up. Took five days to get the issue resolved which was a bad line between the house and the utility pool.
Had their service at two properties years ago. Much of the trouble was the lines at one of the properties. Other was fine, no issues. However, I had numerous customer service issues and disputed charges from the problem property. I was very dissatisfied and dropped them at both properties. One of the issues was charging me for early termination on one of the properties even though I had passed the contract period. When I tried to resolve with them, they would not adjust my account and were extremely rude. BBB was no help. This is a service when if it works, its good and if it doesnt ... good luck. Make sure you keep good records on your contacted period.
This company deserves a minus 100 They have very poor customer service skills. Theyre very unresponsive to your concerns and needs. The internet/phone service is horrible half the time. The phone service goes out for hours at a time and if you are a business that means that you will miss important calls from customers. And they could care less. Your phone could be out for hours and they will not reimburse you. They are very childish when you call they look at the caller ID to identify who you are and how to deal with any issue you may have. I have spoken to Zach, Jason & JoAnne on numerous occasions about poor service and none of them take the customer serious. Horrible avoid at all cost. Dont say I didnt warn you.
I was introduced to Full Service Network by Adam, on of their representatives, and from the very beginning I was blown away by their offering. Our business, located in the heart of downtown PGH, is working with FSN to not only handle our Phone and Internet services, but also replace our older than dirt phone system. The technology that they can provide is very key to what we do here, and is simply not offered by Verizon or Comcast.The style and professionalism stands out. I am really excited for what the future holds with Full Service Network.
I had a number of negative experiences with Full Service Network, kind of chaotic at their end, but the bur under my saddle is the erroneous credit report that shows that I still owe them money, 4 years after I closed the account and paid all I was due. Now I have to pay money and go through aggravation to correct their error. So if you are not fond of credit record errors, maybe look elsewhere.
FSN was able to connect our multiple locations together and made our lives a lot easier. Their ongoing support is always there when needed and they are quick to handle any issues or changes.
Full Service Network took over our communication back in 2015 and we have been very happy. Their on going support has been great and they are always there to help us with any updates or changes we need.

This company has the worst customer service! The ghetto reps who work there need to be trained on professionalism and listening skills. They disconnect peoples phone when they feel like it instead of when requested. This is unacceptable then requiring a reactivation payment. My recommendation is to stay away for this company at all costs! UPDATE!! IT IS NOW 2MONTJS LATER AND NO MATTER HOW MUCH I SPEAK WITH THESE PEOPLE AND THEY ASSURE ME THEY WILL NOT BE TAKING ANYMORE MONEY OUT OF MY ACCOUNT THEY DO! I WILL BE SUING THEM!

Our firm has been with FSN close to 4 years as a provider of both our phone and internet service. We have found their customer service response to be quick and through when ever a problem has developed.
I told them when i got service that I was going to move in 2 months before I signed they said its ok they would move my service for free. I called after the move to have them move my service. They told me they didnt provide internet in that area. I returned the equipment and they put a bill of over 600 against my credit. I reported them to the bbb. Worst company ever had to deal with first time I ever had to call bbb. Or seek help for a business that lies
I work at a CPA in pgh and everyone used to complain about our Internet. I called our building management company, Hertz Gateway, and they recommended Full Service network. It turns out my wifes company is down the hall also uses FSN. Now we do too.
We have multiple locations and Full Service Network was able to tie everything together once we updated our phone system with them. Our staff is very pleased with the new phone system.
GREAT SERVICE AND PRICE!! I have had this local Pittsburgh companys phone AND internet for the past several years and have to say am VERY pleased with it! The customer service that I get is unparalleled to any other utility I have or had. Comcast jacked up my package prices every couple of months - This company has stayed low in price while the other companys continually are hiking up their prices.I just had to write this review so everyone knows about this local business!
Used their internet for years and has been great. Price is good and when I thought there was an issue with my line the tech was out the same day. The issue ended up being a new router I installed but they corrected the problem for me.
Great customer service. Great quality of network. We were having trouble with the quality of our voice over IP provider....calls were dropping, sound quality was in and out. We switched to FSN, and we couldnt be happier. Thank you!
As a medical professional in the Pittsburgh area it is imperative I maintain reliable phone, internet and networking. I have found this with full service network. I have two offices which are networked using VPN, internet service at both locations and multiple phone lines. These services cost fraction of what the cost would be with the major providers. Also, The response we have received regarding any problems or issues has been excellent! Most cases a tech is in office same day. Not my experience with major providers! Considering cost, service and products Full Service Network is no brainer for any small business!!!!
Terrible experience with Full Service Network . Because of poor management they give poor quality Internet service support.If you have a problem with you Internet connection they not gonna help you.Custom service folks are supportive though -- they will register you problem and open ticket -- but thats it. You cannot get IT or repair guys who can solve your problem.After sitting without Internet 1 month I cancel my account.Do not recommend this company to a friend

The installation team was very efficient ans pleasant to work with. The training was very thorough! I love the features on the phones that improve productivity.
After using Verizon since 2002 our law firm was hesitant to change. Ironically I met the VP of Full Service (Devon) with his daughter at a Penguins game. I bet he was suprised when our office manager called him the next day but were happy we did.

At the beginning of the month I was told I needed 169.00 for a security deposit . They called a few days later and said they didnt offer this interview net in my area. Refunded my money now 2 weeks later theyve taken 110.00 not once but twice which caused 2 checks to bounce trust me never again.

Myself, my grandmother, and my parents have all used Full Service Network for phone and Internet for going on 10 years. They offer a good hometown alternative to some of those huge companies out there. FSN has always provided my family with great products and excellent customer service.
Why does this company even exist? Why is it that Comcast charges $150 less per month for 4 voice lines/1 fax line/100mb up/down compared to full service network? Theyre a bunch of crooks! And theyre Internet is constantly disrupted.

2022-06-28We recently had to close and move our office to a new location. Full Service Network employees were amazing. The managed everything from the time I made one call to their office. They were very professional and caring. If there was a problem, they handled it right then and there. No waiting. Everything went so smooth. It was so nice not to be stressed out. I enjoyed working with all of them. Also, Just on normal working days, if you have phone problems or questions they will help you until the problem is solved. They are great company.Thanks Full Service Network!!

2022-04-01Covid left us desperate for more flexible phones to work remotely. So the perfect timing of the cold-call and the perfect pitch about the perfect solution left me perfectly skeptical. More suspicion when the guy who scheduled the meeting sent someone else, but rep put us at ease before the initial handshake. Polished, well-spoken, and had a confidence that had my staff placing wagers when he left that he was actually The Full Service Networks CEO. Turns out hes just really loyal to his brand, like been-there-for-20-years loyal. A rarity. I wrote this bc I felt we owed him since he did everything he said he would, and now we have brand new phones that work exactly as he promised. Thank you Devin Jurgensen and your awesome team. I recommended everyone in my address book to call you and the Service Network for the SONM phone system.

2022-03-11This company snookers a business into a five year service agreement and gives you cheap Chinese phones. Now in our 3rd year of contract. We get charged for service calls (which were supposed to be included but our website lists all our charges, not your service agreement - right! try to find that on their website).... If you write a negative review the Executive Vice President sends you an email threatening a lawsuit! This is the SLIMIEST company I have ever encountered! Stay clear...

2020-02-28This was my first experience using a full service provider for my company’s telecommunications needs that was not one of the “big 3.” From the sales rep, Justine, through Eric’s installation team my expectations were exceeded! The staff trainer went through the system in a patient and thorough manor with our team after the install and remained until everyone was comfortable using the new phones. Full Service is professional, knowledgeable and very responsive. I rarely give 5 stars, however, in this case Full Service earned them.

2020-02-05If possible, Id give more than 5 stars! Everything has been smooth and perfect, from sales (I recommend reaching out to Justin) to the install and the technical support. When you have any questions, you have a direct dial to their LOCAL technical support, where they are ALWAYS courteous and knowledgeable. This has been one of the better experiences Ive ever had with a technological company. We got a new phone system installed with much better service for a lower price. Its a no-brainer to switch to Full Service Network!

2019-12-12Full Service Network was a big budget saver for us. Instead of spending an outrageous amount of money on phone equipment, they were able to include them in our monthly bill and save us on our monthly spending. Their service has been great also!
