One problem with the store. Im glad to see something like a record store. I went during the holidays so the staff was pretty much over being happy and helpful. The manager on the other hand was very helpful and nice.
I love the cool stuff they have. My husband got me all 3 DVD set of Fifty Shades of grey, darker and freed for Xmas. Something for me to get off from lol 😘💋
Excellent staff. Used to hit the mix and burn hard every weekend (service no longer at this store). Staff has always gone out of thier way to help out. I get addressed on a first name basis everytime I walk in.
The employees are all very nice and pleasant...you can get new as well as used movies and music CDs...prices are about normal as any other place...they also sell tee shirts...and they sometimes have sales on them
One of my favorite stores to go to. the staff makes it worth coming back. the young ladies I always see are so sweet, welcoming, and very helpful.
Good place for chesp stuff. Watch getting accessories for your phone. The $5 ear buds are okay, but not great. Cheap chargers can damage your battery, so if you need a charger get a named brand. Its foolish to get a cheap charger for your $500 to $700 phone. But FYE has some good stuff for everyone. Always a fun time when you go, and thre may be a surprise or two when you go.
Best place to get music in the philadelphia area. the selection of music is slightly larger than some of the other fyes. The staff is cordial and there are lots of other items to buy. plenty of pops and movies as well.
Good store that sells a variety of vinyls, DVDs, funko pops and pop culture memorabilia. The staff are friendly without a sales pitch.
The store is nice, but the employees go out of their way to make sure youre satisfied. Unbelievably friendly every time.
Great store to window shop in, with nice employees and lots of niche items. Prices are a too high in general, but thats kinda expected.

FYE is not a good place to go with a 6 and 8 year old unless you are looking to buy them a gift! They do have everything!
If youre 16, youll love this store. Obviously Im not the target demographic, but this place is a good stop if you have youngish kids.
It was 🥰🙊😮 I love the Harry Potter chocolate. They have a nice selection of headphones too .

2022-01-11I was pleasantly shocked a brick and mortor music/entertainment store still existed. Lots of diversity from little cool goodies, cds, movies and vinyl. Only complaint from a marketing standpoint is that I would move the vinyl to the front and center of the store. Otherwise I hope if Im ever in the area and at the Neshaminy Mall, yall are still around. 😀

Its an almost guarantee will find what youre looking for, or, if youre not looking for anything special in particular, youll find something you want or just.have.to.have.Only pet peeve is people who dont put things back where they belong but this happens in every store.Im not sure if theyre still doing this or not, but you could ask an employee for certain; if they dont have what youre looking for, they could put it on order for you and when it comes in, you come to pick it up. Wait time for arrival cannot be depicted. Great deal, if you dont get it that day youll still get it, if you dont mind waiting. Unsure if *every* single item is available for order, but wont know unless you ask.A really cool store, Im glad they brought it back!

2021-11-04They buy your videos and cds back for only 10 - 40 cents each,then,they sell that item for about 10 dollars ! Closing this store would be a blessing !

2019-09-08Very nice place. I found a few Funko Pops that were difficult to locate. The store is nicely set up and easy to navigate. It also had many items I had not seen before. The cashier was extremely friendly.

2019-05-13FYE is the place for old movies and TV shows box sets. It also has some cool geek stuff and the only place I know to have an anime selection.For this store the location aint to bad and the size is small but organized fine. Finding movies/music can be a challenge since they have so many but the employees are nice to help look for something you need.Prices is ridiculous for some of newer release but for older movies/music its fine.
