The new manager was ridiculously accommodating and helpful. He went above and beyond to answer my questions, search for inventory, and make sure I got what I was looking for.
I hadnt been in the store for quite a while and I was pleasantly surprised by the variety of pop culture items they offered
Great place to go for all your hard copy needs. They still have vinyl records! Also you can make mix cds from all the newest artists, very large database. Wanna load your ipod or phone? This is the place to do it.
So I used to like this store for interesting and older movie finds. Their new movie prices are absurdly high compared to other stores, so dont even bother. I recently purchased a used dvd for a decent price. When I went to play the DVD, my player gave me a playback error. I tried 2 other players in my house and got the same results. There does not seem to be any physical abnormalities on the face of the disc, yet it will not play no matter what troubleshooting I performed. I am disgusted by the fact that this store sold this faulty product even though they are supposed to be guaranteed. I will never shop here again.
Was very surprised to see that this store was still here being most have closed due to the internet. That being said, I was disappointed to see that the music selection is as bad as best but as in theres practically not one. Most of the store is DVDs and memorabilia, but they do have alot of cool things in that area
The staff is very helpful, informative and friendly. A little bit of everything that involves movies, music and Anime. Toys, collectibles and specialty items are available. I have become a regular customer, thanks to the staff and selection!
Their selection of both new and used movies has always impressed me. Knowledge of the staff is well above others. Have been a member of their points club for years.
They dont hav much of anything in there store no newer album or nothing the only good this is the staff is awesome it they dont hav a CD ur looking for just write down the album name and the song names and theyll make u that CD for only $10 even if it just came out that day or that week
This place is literally falling apart the ceiling is falling down to the point to where they have a giant tarp hanging up so when it rains it smells like mildew really bad in the store because of that and the carpet is all grossing place is very dirty.
Its a great place to go to find movies and CDs, large assortment of pop culture merchandise from tons of genres. They have foreign snacks and a decent assortment of tech, from Bluetooth speakers to record players

Probably the best store ever but definitely the best store in the Beaver Valley Mall. The store looks better all the time and they have the nicest employees ever. The employees a few months back were awful but they’re under new management now and everything is much improved. Anyone who is disgruntled is most likely an employee who was let go because they were rude and lazy. Good riddance!
Great variety of Blu Ray/dvd/CD. Tons of apparel, and odds and ends of neat stuff. If you go here your sure to find a gem somewhere if you got the time to look!
Variety of Movies in categories and alphabetical order. Easy to find and you can find some second hand movies on sell. They have a buy three get one free deal.

Ok sales. But there were signs up for sales that were not honored. They would not drop the price to match the sale sign.

A good selection of Heavy Metal CDs and its varied genres and styles with offerings from the obscure and popular alike given what the store is. There is also normally polite staff.
I picked up a lot of used movies for less than half of what it costs to rent online. Im going to miss this store when the mall inevitably closes
There was no sign on the gates saying why it was closed. My best friend and I wasted a 30+ minute drive to come here. Disappointing.
Excellent variety of products, you WILL find something you want here. Do some early Christmas shopping, beat the rush!
Rude staff, overheard an employee tell his employees to go to the front cause he didnt want some 8 year olds trying to rip them off, my 16 year old cousins were with me and the only kids in the store and were just looking at buttons. Very unprofessional.
Hate that they take advantage of trade in movies and CDs. Gave 3cents for Michael Jackson. And under a dollar or two for a stack of movies. Then they mark it up for resale about 600%
Retail prices abound on Cds and some unique candy and novelty gifts. Nice store that is fun to shop.
This place is terrible. Do not work for them or even buy stuff from them. The manager is a horrible person and treats the customers like garbage and talks about them whenever they leave. P.S. do not get the discount card. It costs 11 dollars A MONTH. FOR 10 PERCENT. save your money, go somewhere else.
FYE is basically the only game in town as music/entertainment stores go. They have an assortment of STUFF but their prices are on the high side.

I was looking for a CD and couldnt find it; yes, i bought a CD in 2019 😂😂. The lady working helped me without attitude and was able to find what i was looking for. The selection wasnt great but again cds in 2019 😂🤷🤷

I joined book club ,the worker there said it was free ,then they took out fourth dollars out of my bank account ,I tried cancel it it still took my money so I went back to the store and told them he finally cancelled it I dont like it there.
The store has really changed since I was last there. I think it was better before.

2022-07-2611:22 am. Weve been waiting for 22 minutes and Noone is here. Online says the you guys are open at 11. And there is no signage of anywhere else saying any different. We Im out of town my son wanted to buy something for his sister back home, we came yesterday and and he didnt have his card so we decided to come back 1st thing in the morning because we fly out of town today. So instead of being with our family that we only see once a year we are here standing outside of your store waiting for it to open and somebody to show up. I understand in this time that staffing issues happen. But if you are unable to be open today there should have been signs.

2022-08-08Didnt buy anything, was just checking to see what all they had, which was a lot! My only request is please get in more Harry Potter stuff! If youre a fan of anime, they had a ton of variety for that and various other things!
