Great staff, store is suffering supply shortages.
Nice big store where you dont feel crowded like stores at the mall. Better selection it seems since its a little gem people seem to forget about. Super friendly staff that always sound cheerful and willing to help. Not with the meh attitude and rush you out the store after.
Workers inside are very nice and helpful.

I wish I knew his name off the top of my head cuz hes wonderful to my son and I. We shop at the one on Bowman st. when we call or go in and hes there I know my sons questions are going to get answers and we are getting awesome service!! Hes really good with people(customer service) and has patiences, and always goes over and beyond with us. Some of the other employees not to crazy about really idk who he is but the one time he waited on us and kind of seemed to me like he just wanted to ring us up and for us to leave didnt really want to keep answering my sons questions. So basically for the most part we come out of the store happy customers!!!
Yesterday we were in and a guy, who I believe was named Walter, behind the counter was going on a long rant about politics and was bad mouthing a particular group of people right in front of the customers. I found this extremely inappropriate for a video game store, especially when you dont know anything about whos in there. Nobody comes to Gamestop to listen to you *yell* about your political opinions. Very disappointed with the management.
Great staff, i talked with Levi on the phone and he was very helpful. Also dealt with Levi in store, he was great in helping me make the right purchase, very knowledgeable and friendly. Will definitely come back here again

Good selection of Xbox1 games
Amazing. The staff are very helpful and they know a lot of valuable information about the games, gaming systems, etc. that they sell. They have a great sense of humor as well. This store is like my second home.
Take your membership to best buy. I have been a gamestops member since they bought EB games out of business, and I recently found out that the membership now falls under two classes and two prices after my renewal. Wont ever renew again. Not only that, but through the years, Ive watched them get worse and worse towards customers.
Gamestop is cool and whatnot.
Hands down my favorite gamestop. The service is fantastic and the employees are some of the most trustworthy and honest workers i know. They always are ready to help you as best as possible.
They usually have everything I need, ans the people there are awesome ans they help you with anything you need.
Oh bought the last NEW assassion creed odyssey Gold, that was the demo case that had the plastic cover sleeve that goes over the metal case. And when they put the cd in the case they never pointed out that the metal case was crushed. I paid a new price for a case that lookes like hell.
Some of the staff here arent as friendly as other GameStop locations. I actually worked there for a day, but left after I discovered they knowingly lied to customers about dates in order to get pre-orders. Dont know if its a company-wide thing or only this particular store. Because of this, I am very hesitant to ever shop at any GameStop again and will not even set foot in this particular one.

2022-07-17Was time to trade in the wifes PS4 and grab a few much needed accessories... the staff was really helpful and made the entire experience a breeze.. I was always a regular at a few gamestops in Alabama.. to the point we were all on first name bases.. hoping this place will become just as much a home away from home as the others were

2022-05-08The kid at the counter was not trying to take no for an answer on the added protection and membership plan, I had to stop and ask if he heard me say no the first 7 times. Was clearly reminded why I typically avoid this place and any locations at all costs.

2022-05-28Its always so awkward in here. We avoid it if there is no other customers in the building. Dont follow me around the whole time trying to make a sale, dont ask me 100 times about your add-ons after I said no to each time..

2019-11-09The people who work here are awesome and helpful. My boyfriend is on a first name basis with staff who go out of their way to put things aside that they know he would like. Theyre friendly and knowledgable and are fun to talk to, even when just their to browse. You dont feel pressured to purchase anything, and you never feel like your questions are annoying the employees.
