Other than taking longer than I would expect, all of our vehicle purchase experiences here have gone well (a cash purchase with no negotiations took over four hours). However, service after the sale is frustrating due too long wait times for an appointment. When something is wrong with your vehicle you dont want to call and be told did the first appointment is two weeks away, yet that happens almost every time I call. Since weve had reliability problems on the last two Caravans weve had, thats enough to keep us from going back.
Louis was helpful and knowledgeable. Had the vehicle we wanted. We traveled from Cleveland, a 108 mile journey for the best deal on a brand new 2019 Ram 2500 heavy duty. Very good internet manager to arrange our communications with our salesman. We will buy here again.
Asked salesman about recalls on vehicle that we bought and he said that there wasnt any, we go to do paperwork and at the end we are given the information on 2 open recalls that I asked about. Then when we were driving down highway on the way home we notice a nice coming from the back of car. When we take car in all 4 tires are bad. The service department admits to knowing about this and had recommended that they be changed. The buying process was awful and terribly long. I would not recommend this place to any one.
I had nothing but a great experience from start to finish here. Steve took care of me from the second that I inquired about a car I seen online. He helped me stay within my budget and helped me as a first time financer. I unfortunately wasn’t able to get the car I wanted the first time due to paystub issues, but Steve still communicated with me for the few weeks that I had to get it figured out and didn’t make me feel like I was just someone there to buy a car. The car I originally wanted had a transmission issue that would have costed about $700 dollars and I would have not had money to have it repaired. Steve knew this and didn’t even offer to try and sell me that car, and instead offered me the same exact car but a different color! I felt very comfortable around Steve and was never pressured or felt like I was being ‘forced’ to buy something I didn’t want to. He answered all the questions I had. I’m extremely happy with my purchase and how the entire process went.
I drove in from out of state to buy a used vehicle here. Wes was great to work with. When I got home the vehicle had an undetected problem that arose. Wes was able to work with a local dealer and get the car fixed at no cost to us. I didn’t need to make a fuss, they stood by the sale and got everything fixed on their dime. They handled the problem great and we got a great deal on the vehicle.
Our sales guy, Jeff Walter, was amazing. Despite my partner and I not agreeing on cars we liked, Jeff remained patient and showed us all the information on each car we looked at. He was polite and friendly. He kept good conversation for both of us the entire time. When it came time to purchase and get financing, Jeff was honest and open, he knew the price we set and worked hard to remain as close that that number as he could. The business was in a bit of a rush so the finance guy was backed up for several hours, the entire time Jeff sat with us and just talked. He did not stand up to help anyone else that came in and get another sale going, he just sat and talked with us. He was awesome! We bought a 2015 Jeep Cherokee, the Jeep did not come with a second key, which kind of bummed us since it would be a vehicle for both of us. Jeff brought it to management and they came out and are getting us a second key on them.Everyone at the dealership was friendly and talkative. It was a great buying experience.
Saturday I picked up a used van. Early in the week I worked with Nick as my salesman. I knew what I wanted and worked with Nick on the price over the phone. They had the 2018 Promaster 2500 van ready for me when I arrived. It was as described and the transaction was very fast and very friendly. I would buy from Nick again in a heartbeat! Honest and personable.
A few days ago I brought my 16 Jeep in for a loud noise coming from the rear of the vehicle. I suspected a wheel baring. The service staff found that my suspicion was correct. They had the baring changed in about a half hour. I was very pleased with the short wait! When I left the noise was still present. I immediately turned around and went back. The service manager went with me for a ride and completely agreed that there was an issue further. We went back and he gave me a loaner. He wanted to investigate the issue and make sure my jeep was taken care of. Two days later the issue was fixed and they filled the gas tank for the wait. The sales staff was nice and explained everything. All was covered under warranty and the entire experience didnt cost me a dime. Great service and friendly staff. All in all great experience at Gary Miller Jeep Dodge Ram!Thanks Guys!
For a long time I was a Ford Explorer owner (5 total). A few years ago they re-engineered the Explorer and I was very disappointed with the quality. That led me to search for a replacement and I discovered the Jeep Grand Cherokee at Gary Miller. It was the best move I ever made as the Jeep is amazing and I’m now on my fourth Grand Cherokee. All of purchased from Gary Miller. On the most recent purchase I found George Ester to be extremely helpful and he worked hard to earn my business. With each Jeep I saved a lot of money compared to quotes from other dealerships in the area. Let’s just say that this firm is more resourceful in trying to earn your business than any other dealership I’ve worked with. I’ll also include a fifth purchase, a Ram pickup for my son, and that experience was also great. Five new units in 6 years and not once did I leave disappointed. As for service; I have looked at the other reviews regarding the department and can only say my experience has been very good. Because I drive a lot I’m in the garage every few months getting an oil change. Earlier there were some scheduling concerns however over the last year; Shawn Stanbro, the Service Manager, has made it much easier to get appointments and I have never waited more than 30 minutes to have service performed. If you’re considering a new Jeep, both the sales and service departments have been terrific to work with and I would recommend Gary Miller without reservation.
We just bought an SUV from here a couple months ago. 2018 Dodge Jouney. Our salesman, Nick, was super helpful! I called to ask about oil changes and brought up to him last week that I already needed my brakes replaced. He called me back within 10 minutes and told me to bring it right in and they replaced them free of charge! I was not expecting that what so ever. Great experiance all around and would absolutely purchase from there again.
Some of the best service I’ve ever received! From beginning to end, my salesman, Jeff Mountain, was incredible. Not only did I get my Jeep at a great price, but the process was so easy. Jeff was never pushy, like I’ve experienced at other dealerships, and I felt like he was always doing his best to make sure I got a fair deal. Before I left, he ensured that I understood absolutely everything about my vehicle - he spent quite a long time with me in the vehicle going over all of the technology and everything. Two HUGE thumbs-up! I’ll definitely be coming back to Gary Miller and Jeff Mountain next time. And so will my friends and family, if I have anything to say about it!
Purchased a 2015 Ram 1500 (certified) the first of January 2019. Pick-up had 2400 dollars of damage to body and had to put new tires on. Salesman was great, Management not so. After finding damage, called Dealership and salesman said that is why it was discounted. But we were not told about the damage when purchased. After getting repair estimates at the dealership and local they ask for and two months of contacting management (in that time he never call us back like he said he would) we call every week. He said they could not be sure the damage was there when it left the lot. As a minister it does not feel good to have your word doubted. My advice be very careful on your purchase. I recommend Nick as a salesman and be careful of management. Will not give name but Nick knows.
Best dealership in town!!! I have purchased my last 4 if not 5 vehicles at Gary Miller. I have also sent several friends and family member there for new vehicles. The sales department has always treated my more than fair and I have not once had an issue with the service department. They have always been there if I needed them. Without a doubt will give them the first shot when Im looking for a new vehicle.
When I walked into the showroom, I was taken aback that a group of salesmen were just standing there and no one was approaching me. After a while, Nick Longstreth broke through the group and Im so glad he did. He was an amazing salesman. He listened to what I was looking for and matched me to my new 2019 Ram 1500. And I had fun! Casey was super easy to work with and answered all my questions. It was the best car buying experience Ive ever had!
I bought my truck here and had a good experience. We will see about quality of service. I called there in the morning during business hours. I got a voice mail telling me that if no one answered they were helping other customers. Leave name and number and they would call back. No problem so far. Six hours later no call back. Problem. I stopped there in person on my way home from work. There were four people working the service counter. Two of them were sitting there doing nothing. Did I mention no call back. Problem. I let them know about it. I had the service done a couple day later and it went well. Ill give them one more chance at better service. If theres no improvement I can walk home from the Chrysler dealership in Waterford so I guess they will get the business.
After having an incredibly disappointing and stressful weekend car shopping and dealing with sales people who refused to listen to what I needed, I came to Gary Millers and I got exactly what I needed. Nick was an excellent salesperson. He listened to everything I told him I needed and I never once felt like I was being lied to or pushed into paying for something I didnt wan . I definitely will be back and would highly recommend them. Was not stressed for a second.
I had went to look at a car they had listed and was told I needed money down and co-signer, in which I had brought both with me. I was greeted by one staff member who was not my original sales man and he was already agitated by that, I asked if we can continue with sale and he told me he was going to talk to other sales person. He comes back and tells me that I can’t continue with the sale because I needed so much money down. I tried to explain to him that I have what I need and to no avail he wouldn’t even talk to me or listen to what I had to say. Absolutely horrible experience. I’m not sure if it was because we spoke two languages but that is no way to treat anyone. Very disrespectful!
I absolutely loved the salesperson we worked with. However, the sales manager is the reason we chose not to purchase a vehicle here. We couldnt get the #s where we needed to be, that was fine, we accepted that. The manager comes out, makes a scene, embarrasses us and the salesperson, mocks me about a feature I liked on the vehicle, yelling at us like were 5 year old children. We couldnt get a word in to explain that we thought his deal was fair, it was just too much for us. Ill stick to vehicles recommended by Consumer Reports from now on!
I went into Gary Miller yesterday afternoon to buy a Jeep Gladiator. I was already approved by my lender for up to 79k. I didn’t say anything though. First rule of buying, don’t show your hand. Anyways, the salesmen was not respectful, or professional, to say the least. I told him the car I wanted to look at. He proceeded to grab the keys, but said, before he could show me anything, he would need to run my credit. I figured, ok I’ll let him run it, maybe I’ll be surprised and get a better interest rate. But I didn’t expect anything. My credit score is not good. I’m fighting a legal battle and my credit score has declined significantly. Anyways, he said there is nothing he could do for me. I let him know I was already approved for a loan and he said to show him proof before he could even show me a car. I own a sales company. If a customer wants to do business with us, we value that relationship. And we call our customers Sir, Mam, Mr. smith, or if we know them well enough, by their first name. We don’t call them little buddy, or buddy, or speak to them like a child. And when our customers say they want to spend their money with us, we maintain that relationship with respect. Plus you can get a fully loaded Jeep Gladiator online for under 46k. They wanted over 60k.
I wouldnt even rate this one star. Salesman was awesome. Everyone else in dealership liars and thiefs. With a credit score of over 800 tried to give me interest rate of 8%, not to mention they still havent refunded my $100 good faith deposit. After being harassed numerous times after I said no thanks miraculously car payment came down almost $100 and my trade was doubled. NO THANKS. I WOULD APPRECIATE GETTING MY REFUND OF $100. Gave them cash. Said refund has to be a check and wouldnt you know it. No one can sign it. I definitely dont consider this good business. Next step better business bureau and a call to Millcreek police.
The people in the service garage are very nice and have treated me well. The complaint I have is that you have to wait in a small dingy and very dirty waiting area and while you are waiting someone is emptying the garbage cans in the restrooms and slamming the restroom doors as many times as they possibly can and then starts running the vacuum around your feet. And by the way this does little for the grime thats on the chairs . This is supposed to be a quality dealership and this is the best they can offer their customers?
A $210 part turned into a $650 bill for just diagnosis and 2.8 hours of labor costs on a 2015 Wrangler. (?) One day turned into 2, as a part needed replaced (that worked) upon drop off. It was like pulling teeth for service dept to provide 2 diagnosis codes and they couldnt get me out of the shop fast enough with a dirty Caravan loaner with no seats (couldnt transport my family for 2 days). Was told 3 times the same amount of fuel needs to be in it when returned (huge concern for them). Picked up the Jeep with more dirt than when it was dropped off, the waiting room filthy the same. The only smile I received from staff was when the bill was paid. Very happy to never return.
Went in on August 7th about noon there was a heavy set balding sales person mid to late 30s sitting at his desk looking out the window after a few minutes waiting he comes up to me I asked for Scott he told me he was on vacation so I asked for Debbie the online sales person and he told me she has nothing to do with sales so I asked him about a new jeep as I am a 4th lease vehicle at Gary Miller he told me they wouldnt be getting any in for a very long time so I asked him what they had he responded Im busy with a customer which was a lie and walked away I asked his name and he totally ignored me....very very rude and poor salesmanship... really thinking of looking elsewhere...very disappointed 7year customer 😒
Greatest Experience ever! Bought my first brand new truck Dodge Ram 1500 from Gary Millers. Theyre very patient and willing to work with you. If you ever plan on looking for a vehicle I highly recommend this place and if you visit ask for Nick. Hell find you a great deal and a vehicle you will absolutely enjoy! He definitely made my experience great! Thanks again Gary Millers and Nick!
I bought both of my cars from them, first time through they answered all of my questions patiently even though they probably get them a hundred times a week. My second purchase went off without a hitch but I didnt do my research and bought a used vehicle with known problems. My first interactions with the service department were horrible, the people(dont remember any names) didnt listen or care it seemed. I got a recall notice in the mail and asked if loaners were available for that and some manufacturer warranty work and they told me they dont do loaners so I gave up on them for a while but went back when a service warning came up. Im really happy I did! Chris, the service member I talked to listened to my problem as well as the past ones and got me a couple of appointments to fix the problems I was having and gave me a comparable loaner while they took care of my cherokee. Im not sure if the service department underwent a restructure or not but the difference was night and day. My car might still have some problems(fiats fault, not gary millers) but Chris said if they persist to bring it back and theyll take care of it and I believe him.
Staff were friendly and very helpful. They said theyd get me in next week but I had been running a donut tire for a week so they fixed what was wrong with my tire that day and let me drop my car off the next morning and had offered to take me to work. They did the work in good time and prices werent outrageous. Thanks Chris, in the garage! 👍
Wow! Worst customer service ever in the sales dept. Yesterday my mom and I were looking at cars, gentleman comes out to say can I help you told him were just looking said fine and walked away.wow not even anything you have in mind or along those lines. We got in our car and left. Nope you lost business. Went to another car lot said roughly same thing to them and the sales staff was amazing! I had planned on buying a car in the spot!
Went there to buy a used Pontiac G6 they advertised on their website. Long story short. U could tell the salesman was being manipulated by his boss as he spent more time talking with his boss than he did us trying their darnest to get us into a new vehicle which we appreciate that part, but what we didnt like was that our salesman was trying to push us into a vehicle we didnt even want. They cared nothing about our wants. They only cared about steering us into a vehicle that they wanted off the lot because it didnt sell or whatever.... Mind u we did leave the lot without a vehicle from there. I would not ever go there or recommend that dealership to anyone. If u do I only hope u get treated better than we did and get a great deal on a vehicle that u WANT, not what they need/want to sell u for whatever the reason.
I have purchased many cars in my lifetime. I thought the days of misleading and misrepresenting buyers in car sales were long gone. The only thing this place got rid of is their privacy and cubicles. Our salesman,Adam was awesome but the sales manager was condescending and unprofessional. When his bullying tactics didnt work, he blamed the young salesman saying he just a week on the job and really wanted to seek a car. When we left he came out to our car and put his hand inside my open door to tell my husband it ( loudly) was his bad credit that made him unable to buy a car....I had enough. My new jeep will be purchased from the same dealer the other 2 were. Dont go here. Lesaon learned.
I was able to buy my first car from Gary Miller, sold to me by Mark Benoit. He, as well as the other salesmen that I worked with were more than helpful in giving me options and providing as much information about the vehicle as possible. They did well in following up with me regarding the status of my vehicle and making sure that everything was running smoothly.
Very, very long time for paperwork to process, plus the loan officer spelled names wrong and had to redo all our paperwork. I believe we were there for about 3 hours, and it felt like even longer than that. The loan officer was also being very childish when he found out he messed up, explaining it was our fault that we didnt catch it before. He stormed off after everything was done and zoomed past me in his car when we left the establishment. Not the best car buying experience I have ever had.
So disapointed I went to the dealership two times for brake issues n was told both time we cant find anything wrong with it, go in today for inspection n what would you know I need brakes and rotors to pass inspection Im beyond pissed off $431.00 for parts and labor n my car sat for a hour untouched I was there from 9 am until 1:20pm when I was suppose to be out at noon I hope you enjoy loosing customers never will refer anyone here ever again!!!!! Had excellent service until this point. What burns me the most 2x I was there this year with brake issues n was told we cant find anything Im not going to deal with this anymore I will take my vehicle to another dodge service station!!!!!!!!!
When I first went into the dealership with my husband in November we received mediocre service. The salesperson wasnt that knowledgeable and quite honestly he didnt seem like he wanted to help us. Flash forward to last week when my husband and I went back we received awesome service from Nathan. Nathan was very kind and accommodating. This dealership was about to lose business so glad we found him.
Went to test drive a Ram 3500. The salesperson was extremely condescending and tried to convince me that I needed a dually even though I knew I didn’t. After several minutes of being pushy, he finally got me to agree to test drive the most expensive dually on the lot. However, that vehicle was low on diesel, so he sent it away to get fuel. I waited a half hour for it to return with a full tank before I eventually got frustrated and left. Very poor service overall.
I just cancelled my warranty because I feel it was a scam, and they do most anything to make money it seems. On top of all the extremely rude men working there, my breaks have been messed up since the day I bought them, despite theyre attempt to fix it. The tires I bought on the car are horrible. It takes about a month to get into an appointment (w/ only 8am times available usually,) and eyll suck every penny they can from you, even though I have a warranty.
If there was an option to select negative stars I would have. Ive had numerous interactions with this dealerships service department over the past two years and I can honestly say theres never been a good experience. My experience, which mirrors what Ive observed with other customers, has proven that there is an utter lack of customer service, an ineptitude as it relates to technical expertise and incompetence on an epic scale as it pertains to simple common sense. Im a patient person by nature and Ive spent my fair share of time working in a dealership so I have some perspective from both sides of the counter. This place is just plain pathetic.
Buyer Beware of MOPAR Vehicle protection programs. When purchasing a used vehicle from the Gary Miller Jeep dealership, the sales people encouraged my wife and I to purchase a Maximum Care protection plan for $1400. The coverage on the contract says that the plan will be in effect for 84mo./60,000 miles whichever comes first so we bought it. 48 months passed (and odometer of 40,000 miles) when we needed to get a wiper motor replaced so we made a service appointment, referenced our protection plan (for the first time) and were told that our policy had expired. According to the dealership and MOPAR- Jeep Customer Care, we were sold a new rather than pre-owned policy because the Jeep was less then 4 years old and had under 48,000 miles therefore considered new. They explained that as a result of this, the protection plan ran concurrently with the original factory warranty when the vehicle originally went into service. In other words, if you buy a pre-owned vehicle, you can be sold a new vehicle plan that had coverage for 3 years before you even bought the vehicle. This was never explained to us. How can you buy a policy that covered a vehicle that someone else owned for three years before you bought it? Their explanation contradicts the coverage terms on our contract/application which (in small print) includes an option for a pre-owned vehicle plan that begins on the date of purchase and is in effect for the full 7 year term. And according to MOPAR, their definition of a new car is the industry standard even though it contradicts the terms used by their car dealerships when advertising pre-owned vehicles for sale.As a gesture of good will the dealership covered the cost of our repair this time.
I was hit in March sent it here to get fixed and it took forever! They had my truck for 51 days! I had it back less then 1 month and found other things that were STILL wrong...I just took it in 3 days ago to get it fixed AGAIN.. and I get a phone call that they found something else wrong that needs fixed... This all should have been fixed the first time they had my truck for 51 days!!!! Not happy at all! So adding to my review.. I got my truck back a week later and they didnt even look at what it came in for!! I took it back in yesterday for them to check the previous issue and because other things were wrong!! Everytime I have got my truck back more things are wrong! Then the loaner car they gave me is freaking disgusting!!! Its so nasty... I hate this place and will NEVER recommened them to anyone.. Zero stars is what they deserve!
Worst customer service possible. Talked to two managers and they said to me we do this to make money not help people They lied directly to me about buying out my lease, saying I couldnt do it unless they let me I had the truck sold and Gary miller dodge wouldnt take liability in selling it when it was guaranteed sold with cash! Gary miller refused to courtesy trade the vehicle and offered my buyer to buy the vehicle from them at full retail price. They care nothing about you the customer and will do nothing to service you after the sale! They said themselves its only about the money for them. I consulted with a used car manager from another local dealer and they confirmed everything Gary Millers managers told me was a lie! that they were only trying to screw me and my potential buyer out of our money and any other dealer would be glad to help me ! Think twice about dealing with these people if you have a problem or looking for help, you are on your own! Very unprofessional
Sales team members are very rude, if you dont want to buy what they want you to buy they get a bad attitude. You know who has the worse attitude? The service department. They dont care about your problems or if your car gets fixed properly so plan on taking it in their time and time again
I personally do not use the service dept. at GMCD. My daughter works close by and had inspection work done on her vehicle again this year!! I feel you cannot trust anyone these days. That service dept. Did a great job fixing her up for inspection work, honest knowledgeable and trust worthy!!
Shawn in the service department saved my day. I am a nurse practitioner who does home visits. Somehow I locked locked my keys in the car when I stopped at the gas station today. I was worried I would need to wait/pay for a locksmith (besides that I had no phone number for one, or the roadside assistance I have). I had a full afternoon of patients booked. Initially I was told no one could help--then the service person paused and said let me ask one more person. Shawn got on the phone, asked me some info about my car, and said he could get me a new manual door key made and delivered within about 15 minutes. He delivered! It was $20 well spent to get my day back on track. Thank you Shawn in the service department!!
I got my charger there a year ago in July. They were so friendly and got me a great deal. Not to mention, an extremely rare charger. 2016 awd rallye, sxt package.I havent had an issue with it and it came in perfect condition. I visited a few other places before them and they all felt like normal dealerships. This place made you feel like a close friend. Keith was my salesman and he was awesome!
Terrible service. I had my Jeep in for a recall and they managed to break the clips on a trim piece that isnt made anymore, then when they put it back together they left out an entire piece in the back of the center console! I took it back home and fixed it myself, but Im still trying to figure out how to fix the trim they broke. They seemed nice, but they screwed up my car. Didnt even attempt to offer a replacement. Do not go here for car service!
Bought an Audi A4 from here and had the mechanics look at it and said it was fine and had it for two weeks before it blew up on me. Highly don’t recommend this place! They won’t deal with it because it had no warranty. You want a good reliable car then don’t go here. Because they will screw you over
A couple weeks ago I bought a brand new Jeep. As a part of the sales process, I traded in a vehicle. I expected about $2,000 for a trade allowance. I was told that I was only going to get $1,000 because it would be sold at auction and they came out with a sheet print off of the estimated auction sale $1,125. Thats understandable, if they dont think they can sell it.Then, I wonder, why I found it on the website today with a selling price of $3,980. They were doing me such a favor to take the car off my hands and now I see they are going to make just about a cool $3K more on it than they stated to me during the sales process. Not impressed. Buyer beware, stay away from Gary Miller Chrystler Dodge Jeep Ram. Caught in a blatant lie!
Two reasons: First and foremost, was told by the parts department that this authorized Jeep dealership usually would not program a new key fob from a 3rd party. Meaning I would have to purchase their grossly overpriced key fob, found one for $30 their price $200, then pay the usually about $55 programming fee. Secondly, I leased a vehicle from this dealership (3 year lease) over 10 years ago and STILL receive solicitations from them to buy it back even though it was returned in 2012. Car dealerships can be hard to work with, this one is a joke.
Where to start, where to start. I called and asked them for a copy of my bill of sale for my divorce attorney and they lied through their teeth because they didnt want to be bothered - they told me its illegal for them to give that to me. Funny, no other dealership found it illegal (or else they just dont care about giant fines). Second, through a not-so-funny set of circumstances my inspection ran out, my Jeep got a recall and my check engine light came on. They cant fit me in for nearly a month. Im apparently supposed to take a cab everywhere I go for the next month. I get they might actually be that busy but really, you cant do anything for an entire month? Its only two years old. How long can an inspection take? In addition to all that, Frank was the rudest person Ive had the displeasure of speaking to. I think the SERVICE part of the service department is missing. Or dead. Or buried in a pit somewhere.

2022-03-18Honestly just disappointed was on the lot for close to 45 minutes looking at cars not a single salesman came out to help. Workers were constantly walking out of the building to smoke and certainly could see me but never approached me. Went to New Motors Subaru up the road where I got excellent service. Gary Miller will never receive business from me or anyone I know.

2022-05-04I have purchased 2 vehicles from this dealership with the best customer service Ive ever received. Prices are very reasonable when comparing them with other dealerships. Staff are the best around.

2021-12-27Absolutely dissatisfied!!!!! Took my Dodge here clearly because I was having issues. They told me nothing was wrong and charged me 130.00! Still having exact same issues as before but nothing is wrong! First it was the heat it was checked out and was “fine”….Not the case still was losing power and not working. Then i started having issues with it needing to be jumped to start. They looked at it agin found the issue with the heat they didn’t find the first time but still no answers on to why I constantly need to jump start my 4 year old car with new battery and perfectly working alternator!!! This issues has left me stranded with my kids, late to work and picking kids up!!

2022-03-15Car dealerships are car dealerships if you get things your way then it was an accident. The one thing I can say about Gary Miller is that if they know what the problem is in fixing your car it will be done right.

2018-12-21Had a great experience with Gary Miller. Brandon McCray was very informative and did not push at all. The price on the website was the price I paid no games. Another plus was that they had no attitude at all about using my own financing which did give me issues at a competing dealership. The Credit union said Gary Miller gave me a great deal on my Patriot.

2021-10-16Absolutely horrible service yes it was all great when they were selling me a vehicle. But the second there was a problem (the day after I drove off the lot and I contacted them promptly) No return calls, answering machines, someone was always out of the office, on vacation at lunch. Lot of empty promises to call back. Multiple un-replied emails when directed to email them what our mechanic found wrong with the car. This went on for a year out of 90 day warranty and out of the vehicles under 80,000 mile warranty. Living nearly 2 hours away and working a full time job no way I could afford to take a day off to show up at the dealership just to hear the person I needed to talk to was “unavailable” and if I left my name and number they get back to me lol ya ok. Now any time I have called and talked to someone as this has been exhausting they act like it’s my fault when how can their lack of communication and professionalism be my fault. I have called and got the run around for over a year now. My car is still not fixed as the diagnosis is $1200 fix on a vehicle I already dished $24,000 out on and has been a nightmare since. I have all the emails and text messages I only wish I had all the phone records. This place might be fine if your pulling a brand new vehicle off the lot but as for a used car and their customer service absolutely not. I’ve only ever bought used cars and I have never been treated so disrespectful.

2021-12-06Never an issue with warranty service on my Wrangler or Ram...very flexible. Easy purchase process. Been to a lot of dealerships over the years, G/M is in the top tier.

2020-08-03I popped by tire on my 2017 Ram 1500 on a Friday afternoon. The man from the towing company who changed my popped tire said it would be an easy patch up. Called the next day and asked if they were able to patch up my tire and they didnt set an appointment, they just said to come in anytime on Monday. Went in early Monday morning and was told as soon as they saw my tire that the hole was too big (the hole was the size of an average sized nail). I asked them to try to fix it, but 15 minutes in the waiting room I see a worker come over to me with a clipboard that had a bill for $776. I was shocked. They tried to convince me that I needed four brand new tires while my tires didnt even have 20,000 miles on them and my lease is up in October 2020. I told them I wanted to see if someone else would be able to fix it and they acted as if no one would be able to do so. After that I called Tires4Less. Tires4Less was able to get me in asap that same day and within an hour (they were busy) they were able to patch my old tire for $26.50. My family has been buying cars from Gary Miller for YEARS and it is irritating that they would steep that low to get an extra dollar from 24 year old girl that looked like she didnt know any better. After that experience, as soon as my lease is up, I will not be coming back as a customer.

2021-06-30Absolutely terrible experience. walked in to look at some new and used vehicles and not a single person greeted me or looked in my direction. several employees walked directly past me and didn’t say a word and there were multiple employees just standing around, not assisting any other people. i ended up leaving because i wasn’t wasting my time there anymore. even as i was leaving, still didn’t get a single look in my direction. they lost my business for sure. work on your customer service
