Bought a TV 65 inch Insignia. Was to be delivered today between 7am and 1pm. I had my fiancé work from home today until 2pm to be ready to accept this shipment. It is 2pm and been on hold with best buy being transferred left and right as my package has been transferred to a 3rd party company for delivery? Why tell me this is an Appointment and give a time to expect this delivery? Very disappointed.

Terrible service refuses to refund damaged items. The manufacturer states that you can go through Best Buy because they are an authorized retailer. Used Best Buy charge for purchase still refused. Store manager was no help stay out of this Best Buy.

BEST BUY Sold me a TV Warranty from GeekSquad telling me its a hassle free warranty if theres anything that happens to my TV. Spent $150 on the warranty and I actually ended up needed to use it after a year and 2 months... Then when their claim specialist comes out to my house, I am read the Fine Print by the specialist and told my claim isnt valid. So it essentially was a worthless hassle warranty by GeekSquad, I was denied my claim. BUT WAIT THERES MORE. I asked how much repair would run me, AND I am told that its cheaper to buy a new one. WOW! 0 Stars! GEEK SQUAD IS WORTHLESS!
