I cant say enough about Tom Gibbons ! I was in an auto mobile accident and was hit from behind. Two years before that I had major Spinal surgery . Thank God My induries were minimal however I was still pretty banged up. After consulting with Tom he took the Bull by the horns and set me up with Physical Therapy 3xs a week scheduled all my doctors appointments and made me feel at ease! From there on Tom took care of everything! I would highly reccomend him

So I first found Tom about 2 years ago after my car accident in January of 2018.. before this I scouted out ALOT of Lawyers. But for some reason they didn’t seem like they had MY BEST INTEREST at heart. Once I finally found Thomas Gibbons comes time number & called him; originally I had to leave a voice mail. But he returned my phone call in maybe 20-30 mins (can’t quite remember it was 2 years ago) anyways long story short: The first time we spoke on the phone something just told me he was the one. He was interested in me more than my case actually. I was very impressed! He asked about if I had kids etc; he even asked my sons name his age. & allowed me to talk about my child while he listened... that’s when I knew he was the one for ME just not for the money!!! Fast forward a little, this was not an easy 2 years or waiting around on the insurance company but every time I spoke to Tom he made me feel confident in him & my case I just knew on my end I had to have the patience to allow him to do his thing!! He did not feed me false promises he kept everything truthful with me since day one!! I’m very pleased to review Tom Gibbons as an attorney. I was recommended Tom by an former coworker after I was told I required surgery after an automobile accident. Tom and his staff was always helpful especially when my health insurance at the time of the accident was in less words, horrible and high deductible. Tom was able to make sure I paid no more money for the medical visits which included many months of therapy. As being a police officer, Attorney’s can be a pain by constantly wanting contact. Tom and his team were upfront and said they’ll contact me whenever needed. My phone rang ONLY when was needed. My wife was involved in an auto accident that was not her fault and in which she was injured. *Edit- Thomas has reached out to us and explained the reason for the delay in correspondence, my condolences.Things were going well in the beginning, correspondence went smoothly, and Thomas seemed great. I reached out to Thomas about a case for an accident regarding my mom; she fell backward on the SEPTA L train due to the operator taking off without giving anyone time to sit.She broke her back in three places and spent over a week in the hospital recovering and now receives physical therapy to ease and assist the ongoing issue.I have tried countless times trying to get into touch with Thomas about her case, and so has she. I even emailed and sent texts, still nothing. It has been over two weeks now, and I had high hopes that the wait for a response wouldnt have been so long, but it was. I know everyone has their own personal things going on and so there is sometimes a delay in communication, but going weeks without responding is unjust. We will be going elsewhere to get help. Im so disappointed.

2022-03-24Wow is all I can say. Ive never come across a lawyer that cared as much as Tom did/does. Tom took the time to help me at a time of great need and he explained all my concerns in detail. 2022-04-02What can’t I say about Mr.Gibbon’s! He is the myth, the man, a legend! A real stand up guy and with years of experience there no reason not to trust him! He is a man of his word and gets one on one with his clients like they are family. There was never not one time I called him and never answered or responded right away with a text! Always was there for me step by step no matter what it was! I highly recommend Mr.Gibbons to anyone! Most trust and respected lawyer I ever came across. Everything he said got done. And can’t forget about his staff, very nice and polite. Every time front start to finish they were always so very helpful.
