I can’t thank Mike at Global Services enough, he can out the day I called, we had no Air Condition and the temperature was in the high 90’s.He had been out to check our central air a few weeks before and warned me the Blower was shot. Well now it was gone, he asked me to turn the unit onand thank goodness it started right up. He said it won’t last so I said let’s replace it. Within two days the job was done, Mike new my daughter was not well and pushed to have the repair done ASAP.Thank you Global I really appreciate all of you!Ann
Global Services is awesome! They are professional, courteous and punctual. A few years ago they installed a new heater for me and I was impressed with every aspect of the job. When my Central AC unit broke down a few days ago I didn’t hesitate to call them again.

Ive used this company for years for various heating and cooling needs, and theyre always quick, reliable, professional, and friendly. Most recently, Mike diagnosed our air conditioning problem and really knew his stuff. Plus he was a nice guy and highly professional. I recommend these guys.
The Global Services team has now replaced both my indoor and outdoor units as they were extremely old and no longer working properly. Their team is extremely responsive, addressed all of my questions, were communicative and explained all details to me. I have little HVAC knowledge and it is certainly appreciated that they take the time to explain whatever needed. They made the process of replacing both units very easy from start to finish. Their staff is professional and courteous and even cleaned around our outdoor unit which was above and beyond what they needed to do. Overall, my experiences with their team have been great and I will certainly recommend them to friends and family in the future.
Central AC needed to be replaced in a small area with difficult access. Global found a creative solution to replace a 5 Ton unit. Completed job on schedule.
When my AC fully tanked on me last July, and I needed a full replacement, Global Services was the only company who could come do an estimate quickly and then commit to installing a new system that week. Their estimate also happened to most fit my budget which was an incredible bonus. Professional and friendly employees made the install a breeze, despite how miserable I was sitting in my 95 degree apartment that week. Highly recommend. This was in a condo where they had to work simultaneously on a roof and in a crawl space. They handled it like champs.

When our HVAC system shorted out, the problem was very difficult to identify. The Global Services team never gave up. Finally, on the 4th visit, they climbed up to the roof and found a defective part on the compressor. We now have AC just in time for 90 degree days! The techs were professional, polite and determined to solve the problem. Shout out especially to Jesse who finally fixed it.

Getting a new heat and AC unit was the first big purchase I made after I bought my house. Debbie was so nice and accommodating and was able to get me an appointment within 2 days of when I called. Mike (who came out to do the estimate) was amazing to work with. He took the time to explain how the units worked in general, pros and cons of each type of unit, which unit would be best for me and my house and never tried to upsell me on things I didnt need. The employees who came out to do the work were very nice, professional and cleaned up after themselves. So glad I found this Company and couldnt be happier with the level of service they provide! I called Global Services in the middle of a heat wave desperate to get my AC back up and running. Thankfully, they were able to come out to me the same day!!! The Technician was so polite and informative, he explained everything to me, he gave me a price for the repair before doing anything and also gave me some different options with his recommendation on what he thought was the best way to go. The pricing was fair and the work is guaranteed. Not only did my Ac get repaired right away, but i was also offered their maintenance plan which gave me a 15% discount off the repair right away! i will definitely recommend Global Services to all my friends!
Our central air unit stopped producing cold air so we called Global Services to have a technician come out and diagnose the issue. We explained to him what was happening, he asked us to run the air (our unit was making a louder than usual humming noise), he heard the noise and asked us to turn it off. Without opening the panel to look inside he told us that our 20 yr old unit was done and that the compressor was fried. He priced the replacement and install of a new unit at $5,600. He stated that going to Home Depot would cost around $7,000, I called and Home Depot’s price was actually lower than his offer. We had an independent guy come for a second opinion (free of charge), opened the panels and saw that birds had made a nest in our unit (our unit is suspended) which was affecting the motor and one of the hoses had to be switched out. Parts included it cost $350 to fix our unit and the independent guy told us that our compressor was actually in great shape!
Called Global Services as my central air conditioner was not working. A service technician arrived about 50 minutes after my initial phone call. The service technician quoted me a price before any repair was started. There price was fair, they were fast, clean and efficient and had my A/C up and running in 45 minutes. I would definitely use Global Services again and would highly recommend this company.

We had such a great experience 2 years ago with our heater replacement that when our AC unit decided to stop working I knew exactly who to call. Everyone who we dealt with was fantastic, this time Mike was out and he went above and beyond! Thanks, Global!!
Wonderful experience. Had service guy from another company come out and tell me I needed a new system. Called Global and Fred the technician had me up and running for under 400 dollars in an hour. He was courteous and clean and most importantly honest. I will only use local companies from this day on. By the way, the other company refunded my service fee after I showed them what was fixed because they knew they were ripping me off. I would recommend Global Services to anyone.
Mike from Global Services came out and was able to diagnose and fix my heating problem in the same day. Other places I called could not even fit me in for an appointment until days later, and these other places wanted $199 just to come out and look at the heating system. I would certainly recommend using Global Services.
Global Services came out the same day i called. Everyone from the office to the techs are nice and reliable. Due to my HVAC unit being so old, I had to replace it. fortunately they pricing was decent and they offer financing so i was able to get it done right away. They came back the next day and installed my new HVAC unit! i am now able to relax under my AC without a worry! Thanks Global Services. I highly recommend them.
Could not be happier with Global Services! Our heat stopped working last week during the big storm and Mike was out at 10am the next morning on a Saturday to fix it. Very impressed with the timeliness and professionalism of this company. Will most definitely use them again!

I have always had great experiences with Global Services. They are maybe not the CHEAPEST option on the market but they have always efficiently and correctly come out to fix issues that are left in our house from work that was obviously done at a low cost and quality. Also, they really do work with you to help you figure out the best option that you can afford.Jesse Wood is particularly wonderful. He has come out to our house multiple times, takes the time to explain everything, and was invested all the way through in helping us solve complicated furnace issues while winter was quickly descending upon us. I really recommend requesting him to work with as he is a very warm and helpful individual who does not take advantage of his customers. Everything he charges for is fair.
The furnace stopped working at my mothers house. I called Global and the tech was at the home within 2 hours. The heater was replaced the next day no problems. Everyone was polite, professional and courteous.
Global took my call promptly and was very friendly and helpful. In a time of stress with water all over my basement they sent their technicians out quickly. They were courteous and wore something on their shoes so no dirt was brought into the house. They found the problem, fixed it and provided me with a reasonable bill. Ive used this company 4 times when needed over the last 16 years. They are always prompt, professional, and reliable. They make expert repairs and installations quickly but they dont skip on thoroughness. Ive highly recommend them to friends and I have no problem doing it here. Keep up the great work!

Global Services came out to my house to install a new heating & cooling system. There customer service is excellent; called in on a hot day when my air conditioner was not working and they came out the same day.Everyone from the office, salesman and the installers were so accommodating.
Global Services is one of the most helpful services I have ever used! They help keep my house warm in the winter and cool in the summer. I would recommend them to anyone. They are also super nice and came on time (sometimes even early)!
I called Global when my heat stopped working after the holidays. Mike came out the next day, assessed the issues, and gave me my options. I opted to replace select parts, rather than purchase an entire new system. The work was scheduled and conducted right away. Everything has been working smoothly since then.
The company sent their technician quite quickly. We called several companies to inspect our failing system prior but they were the only ones who had come out to inspect our furnace the next day. The appointments from the other companies were in the next 1-2 weeks. Also the repair/replacement of their system took place the very next day upon inspection. We did not have to suffer from the cold while waiting for the other companies to come; who knows how long before they could install the new system. The technicians were friendly and professional in their manner. They did not insist on giving us brands of their choice. They were great.

About a week ago my heater decided not to work and I found Global Services on the web. I decided to use them because they had a $50 coupon on their services and many positive on-line reviews. My heater need to be replaced and Global Services came the next morning to install the new heater. The three gentlemen I met during the process were extremely professional and the prices were fair. I have already recommend this company to a friend and they had a similar experience. :)
I have been using Global Services for almost 20 years. Their service is unmatchable. When I call for service they are at my house within hours. Over the years they have installed a new air-conditioner/heating system and water heater which, because of Global, is in excellent working condition. I wouldnt use another company and have recommended all my friends to Global.
Mike came out to inspect heater which was running extremely hot. He was able to quickly diagnose the issue and since the heater was very old Im getting set up with a quick install next week. Ive always used global and will continue. Thanks guys!
I called Global serviced because I heard a strange noise coming from my basement. I went to investigate and couldnt find any issues. My heat then stopped working at 3am on new years eve. The technician came out and after inspection, he informed me that my heater was going to need to be replaced. He explained all of my options and we set up an install. After a very cold few days, the new heater was installed and all was right in my house once again. Everyone I dealt with was very nice. I would definitely recommend Global to anyone who wants great service.

The technician Mike showed up on time answered all my questions once he assessed the problem we were having with our nearly 10 year old heater. There was a part that needed to be replaced. Once I gave my ok he proceeded to order the part with repairs scheduled for tomorrow. This was music to my ears with the cold weather weve been having this repair will eliminate the worry of the heater shutting down. I would recommend Global Services for heating and cooling services.
Our heater went on the first truly cold Saturday this winter. We found Global Services through a google search and I called them around 8:30 in the morning and they were at my house by 11:30. The service call was cheap enough, but it turned out we had to replace our entire 40 year old furnace. Mike, our technician, gave us a detailed explanation of what was causing the heater to make horrifying banging sounds, and then gave us a contract to install a new heating unit.Mike was courteous and friendly, as were the women who answered the phone at the office. They were patient while we got our money in order and made the payment. The technicians that installed the new unit were also great and they left the work area spotless.Global was probably a little pricier than other places in the neighborhood and they told us as much, but we trusted them and thought they were incredibly professional right off the bat. I really really hope we dont have any more big ticket repairs, but we would call Global again in a heartbeat.
Had one of there so call technician come to my home all he saw was 17 year on unit.....oh it cant be fix you need a new one. The cost he says around about $6500. Had another tech an independent one, fix my unit total charge $100. Beware of Global Services an any other brand company....oh they charge me $70, wish I had cancel that check!!
They came out to perform annual maintenance on furnaces in two homes that we own. They were very professional, did a comprehensive checkout, and explained everything in detail. They did not try to sell us on additional services like Hutchinson or Horizon. Steve even came out on his day off so that our service wouldnt need to be rescheduled.
Ive had a very pleasant experience with Globals heating and cooling maintenance program, where they come to inspect and tune up the central air and forced air furnace in their respective seasons. Why Im writing today, however, is because of the service I received at a rental property of mine. The renters waited until it was under freezing to turn on their heat for the first time - only to learn it did not work. In less than 18 hours during this sub-freezing week, Global was able to diagnose the problem and repair it on site. They also took the time to carefully explain it to me because Im one of those consumers that really likes to get into the details before I spend money, which I appreciate any time but more so when I know theyre extremely busy due to the extreme cold. I will continue to use them for my own home, as well as my rental, and recommend anyone else do the same.
We had a complete HVAC overhaul (Heater and Air Conditioner) done last month (June, 2017). The Global employees from the installers to the front office were honest, professional and incredibly efficient. I recently had an air conditioning emergency. My air conditioner suddenly stopped blowing cool air - I was afraid that there was something seriously wrong with it. With heat wave #5 on its way, I was very concerned. I contacted Global Services and they sent someone out the very next morning - two very knowledgeable and efficient technicians quickly evaluated and rectified the problem -- all before 10:00 a.m.! Thanks to Globals entire outstanding staff, I missed only two hours of work, instead of an entire day. I highly recommend Global Services to anyone for their cooling and heating needs. Two thumbs up!!
Since my heater was acting up when service man, Jesse, came to my home, he was able to quickly diagnose the problem. He arrived on time, identified himself as soon as he arrived and was very pleasant. I would recommend Global Services again.
I am investor and I use Global Services on a constant basis. Bottom line, is a skilled tech shows up on time, with the right tools, parts and drives away with the problem fixed and/or a plan to address. Kelly and Debbie in the office are easy to deal with and communicate very well with tenants.
To be clear, given the sarcastic reply thanking me for my kind five star review, my review, posted two years ago, was indeed only three stars, and I thought that was being kind.
I previously had a heater installed by Global and their service/professionalism is consistent. On time, friendly and dependable.
I called this company multiple times and they came out to examine my air unit located in one of my store locations, one gentleman by the name of frank inspected the unit and He couldnt fix it. However, he suggested that I get a new one which is fine since this unit was an older unit. Frank then continued to brag on about how he wouldnt even service such a unit as mine since it wasnt a unit that he prefer, which in return was very unprofessional. I then sought out help from another company and they said that the unit wasnt broke and they fixed it! In addition, He (frank) then advised me to never call the company that he worked for again because they were overpriced for simple work. He advised a customer to not call a company that he worked for? This was so strange and unprofessional. Why do they have a man work for their Company that advises customers to never use their services again? Nevertheless, I had an additional issue with the unit and they came out again and had very little knowledge about what was the problem. They then called frank who was their head technician, (who advised me not to call their company since they were over priced), and he came out and tried to fix the unit again. When I called for their service a third time, I had remodeled and pulled a wire from the air unit in the celling, replacing some celling tiles and thought that I had disconnected power from the unit. When I called them back again ( mind you this is the forth time I had them service my unit and paid them over $1,000 and they never fixed anything, these people are professional crooks) one technician called me back and said frank their head technician advised not to come out to look at your unit since u have a wire problem and that I should call an electrician. I then explained that I wasnt absolutely sure that it was a wire problem it was just my guess. Meanwhile, it was the bitter winter and we had no heat! I pleaded with them to come and at least check and they arrogantly refused stating that frank said I should call an electrician and they are not coming out to diagnose the problem. I couldnt believe I paid these people all that money and they acted as if they didnt even know me! And they believed in their arrogant technician who actually advises customers to never call their company because their over priced! Way to go!! I advise anyone who needs service for their commercial hvac unit, to never use this company, they are not equipped to handle serious work and they are really amatures at the business. I then called a handy-man who does private business and he found the problem immediately! It wasnt a wire problem, it was the units transformer which can go bad from time to time. It actually happened to two of my other stores as well. The gentleman fixed the problem in 30 min! And only charged me $100 !These people diagnosed my system over a phone rather than just comin in to see the real problem! A so called reliable company abandoned a professional business at its most crucial time ( winter)! There are a lot of great hvac companies out their, please dont use this one! These people been in business for years and got by only by completing luck jobs their familiar with! A true hvac technician is well grounded about hvac units in its totality! They are very emotional people as well and use very harsh language when they address their customers! They are not welcoming! Its as if they dont want to even talk to you in the first place and your paying them your hard earned money! These people suck! And they need to get rid of the frank guy since he advises customers to not even use their service in the first place! Imagine one of my employees telling one of my customers to never buy from my business but yet I pay him his check to practice hypocrisy? Sick! I couldnt even be hypocritical with the guy frank cause I wouldnt want that type of treachery to happen to me in one of my businesses by my employee! Thumbs all the way down for this company! I will advise every commercial business I know to never use this company!!!!
Terrible service. Called for an emergency air conditioner repair, was told they will give me a call back with a time frame. They did not call, when I called again, they gave me a time for a technician to come over from 2pm to 4pm. No one showed up.no one called. When I called them after 4pm, the receptionist was not able to tell me where the technician was and when they will come over. I spent the whole day waiting for nothing. Stay away from this company. Everything they advertise on their website is a scam.
I called in the morning and within a couple of hours my system was fixed and they charged me fairly. The only reason I,m writing this review is because the people who came to my house were so professional and respectful of my time and my home. I would use them again and refer them to anyone who needs them.
Had a repairman come out Saturday and told me I needed a part they did not have and had to wait til Monday but told me the part I needed. While I waited for them to call me Monday I checked for the part price to get an idea of cost and they quoted more than triple price for what I could get the part for as well as not giving me credit for the Service Charge fee from Sat. This company is a BIG RIP OFF and found out I didnt even need that part from a REPUTABLE Company-it was a good thing I did my research--I really hate to think about the people they have taken advantage of-they also go by the name of Eastern Services so BEWARE...DO NOT CALL THEM..

We normally have Global Services come and do repair work on our heater and now our hot water tank, always a pleasure.
PGW came out 12/9 for smell of gas in basement. Checked pipes in basement, stove, meter and boiler for source of leak. Found that the pilot tubing had a leak. Wrote the same on the pgw tag. Call to this company at approximately 9:30 12/10. Employee came to house, bent down, shined light in to boiler and said whole boiler must be replaced, he/his employer will not cut it on because the whole rear is rotted out and if turned on, household would die from gas poisoning. Was here for total of 3 minute (no exaggeration). This will cost me $80 dollars! Should I feel scammed? I dont know. Heater is indeed old but why would the gas company employee who was more thorough not red tag for that? I will contact another company and if they confirm this was incorrect I will update this review and file complaint to necessary agencies. Do not use as bad review until I update please.UPDATEI did indeed have another company come to look at the heater and that company also stated my heater needed to be replaced. I cant help wondering how many other people are running heaters that are unsafe because they believe that the gas company would know. Anyway. I had my heater and thermostate replaced by Global this past Saturday. The price they quoted me was substantially less than the other company. The house is warmer than it was previously when set at the same temperature.
Tech came out said I needed a whole new compressor that it cost 3800 hundred he lied said the compressor was dead that it was useless. So I called another guy who was recommended by a friend who fix it for 100 dollars in less than 30 min dont use these crooks
This is one of the worst companies Ive EVER done business with. I found them online and attempt to have them service my building because the heating system had went out. I called and set a appointment. They came out right away on Monday and reviewed my HVAC system. The technican that came stated he need another guy from his company to come assist him with the job (eventhough I had a guy on site that could assist him with he needed!). I was told they would be back on Wednesday between 1pm - 3pm. I had someone waiting in my building and no one ever showed. I called the dispatcher and was told they were running behind schedule but would be there. I never received a call at ALL that afternoon from them to say ETA or if they needed to reschedule. I called them again early Thursday morning and the dispatcher apologized and stated they were very busy that day. She assured me someone would be out on Friday between 10am - 12pm. I said ok. I called on Friday morning to ASSURE someone would be there amd it was confirmed they would. Friday came, NO ONE SHOWED AGAIN!!! I called around 12pm and was told the guy was 20 minutes away. I had someone wait another HOUR there. No one showed up. I called for the THIRD time that day and was told the guy was running late again but would be there in 15 mins. I finally told the lady to cancel my order request. I wouldnt even rate the Ser vice 1 star. Id rate it less. If you want someone reliable and that will stick to their word, DONT CHOSE THIS COMPANY!

Global services now heating ( New Jersey number ) is a crook, a bunch of liar, just try to make quick money, call to ask if they can fix the trane ac/heating system, they said they can but need to take a look at it, after they came and look at it, and said they wont be able to fix it, want me to call the trane dealer. they charge me $150.00 for came here to take a look. what, without fixing it....please dont use them, a bunch of no experience professional crook.
I cant say enough positive about this company. They were punctual, polite and very helpful. The service was completed in a timely manner and they cleaned up after themselves completely. I would recommend this company to anyone. Great service.

Each time a representative came he claimed we needed a new heater and then later a new air conditioning system. Seems like gouging to me. Not pleased.
My central air broke during this heatwave I called Global Services the operator who answered the phone told me someone would call right back and to my surprise Mike called right away he told me he would be here in one hour and he was he called when he was near the house to let me know he was near when Mike came in my house he explained to me what the problem was and my options quoted the price and fixed the central air quick had it up and running in no time so professional and kind I would recommend Global Services to all my friends and family

We had two issues with our HVAC: leak and vibrations. Global Serivces solution? Can’t be fixed, too old, need to replace. Called another contractor. Fixed everything in 1 hour! The most surprising was that their technician didn’t even inspect where the vibrations are coming from turns out it was from the pump! Yea the unit might be old and you guys don’t fix those, fine, but why do you send someone so irresponsible/ clueless that doesn’t even check other components? Disappointing.
Great , professional and still friendly staff. Customer since 2018 and no issues with my unit at all. No regrets.

2022-07-20My HVAC system went down. I called Global Services who I have worked with before. They have always proven to be customer service oriented. My system was too far gone to repair. So they offered me a good price to replace it with a complete new system. The techs that came to my house were friendly and professional. Explaining to me what they were doing and why. It was an extremely positive experience . And now, having a new system Im worry free with the temperatures going into the 90s for at least the next week. They responded to me promptly and completed the installation in half a day. You wont go wrong using Global Services and with Mike.

2022-06-10I had a full furnace and AC replacement done with Global and it was such a great experience! 2022-07-01I was extremely satisfied with the work done by Global Services. They had all of the necessary parts in stock (very important to me in a pandemic) and were able to do the installation of my new HVAC system within a few days of the time I originally called. Additionally, the quoted price was what I actually paid. No add-ons. The installation itself was done without any hiccups, and the technicians were both very professional and courteous.

2022-06-15I found out I needed one of my two water heaters replaced and called them for help. Mike was really honest and responsive. He let me know that he wont replace something if it doesnt need it and gave the second water heater a look. He let me know it was completely up to me, as it did not need to be replaced but would be preventative to avoid from dealing with it breaking like the first one. They offered me a fair price and moved forward. Everything is great now. I will use them in the future!

2022-06-10I just had Global Services install a new central air conditioning unit in my home. The 2 technicians that came to do it were very nice, courteous, clean and professional. They answered all my questions and even helped me to set up my new wifi thermostat. When the job was complete; they cleaned everything up and left no mess. It was a pleasant experience and would recommend them to anyone in need of hvac services.
