I order to this company to ship my car from Newyork to California. I had some stuff in my car usb cables car charger and also some stuff in my trunk when the guy came to pick my car from Pickup spot i show him that i have some stuff in my car he said dont worry. But when i got my car there is nothing even he stole my car key chain, they said do you have picture of your stuff i said no i dont have it they said our driver never did this .but it doesnt matter for me so i recommend to everyone dont left your stuff and choose another car shipper rather than Gns.

I only gave three stars because the pickup was with in the window I wanted and the drop off was around the time they said. I could not give the full 5 stars because the overall experience was sketchy. The driver barely spoke English and couldn’t answer almost any questions as far as insurance and time frames was concerned. He came to get me car on Sunday August 2nd and and have me a vague piece of paper that marked where scratches were on my car and only his first name. Then he drove off. I didn’t see him load the car. Upon arrival , he parked over a half mile away and told me to hurry up and get there because he couldn’t drive the car in to the neighborhood . Over the 3-5 day process with them I got calls from 5 separate numbers, all with different area codes. Overall, I got my car with no damage and nothing stolen so I am satisfied. I would say I got exactly what I paid for going with a cheaper company.

I would give them 1 star as I forced to pick it, otherwise I would have given them 0 stars. I dont usually write reviews but this episode forced me to write the review so I can make others aware of their poor customer service. Forget about the damages that they did to my car and yes, I didnt notice them right away when we took the delivery due to unforeseen reasons. These are the remarks made by the lady who picked up the phone the scratches are under no one see them anyways, she gets the driver on the phone who immediately starts screaming(defensive mode) and absolutely rude and have no morals and ethics. we havent driven the car since the delivery as we dont have lic plates yet. I have never encountered such rude and awful behavior.

I would love to add comments on the below reviews that the lady was receiving phone calls from different area code numbers because driver, dispatcher and the broker are calling the customers. These are 3 different case and sometimes customer must learn and pay attention that broker and car carriers are two separate company.. also please note sometimes drivers cant enter into the street if its to tight and we have to ask customers to meet us somewhere near to the place they live because physically cant enter with big truck and trailer. You pay money your car to be transported professionally and safe manner and not because driver has to speak fluent english. As for other review i was the lady who spoke with the customer .. driver always ask customers to do thorough inspection of the car once its delivered and after sigh official document where its written after sighing the document no claim will be accepted.. if you are busy or in a hurry and dont want to check the car its only your problem. You must check all details of the car before sigh. Calling us after 2 days saying you just found out damage is not fair plus we never mentioned that nobody will see that damage anyways and please before you write something bed about the company who has 300 positive feedback during 6 year you have to think whose fault was that. We are responsive and to all damages if its our fault
