I discovered that my air handler was leaking and gave Green a call. They were able to get a technician out the next day without charging emergency pricing, who quickly diagnosed and repaired the issue - a clogged condensate line. The tech was friendly, and took the time to explain how the issue occurred, and provided some guidance on how to prevent and resolve the issue going forward. Given the wealth of knowledge and professionalism, I wont hesitate to use them in the future!
George responded to my Yelp message almost immediately and was able to come out same day to identify an issue with our AC unit. When he arrived, he shared his initial thoughts and explained what he would explore. He identified a dead ‘booster’ quickly, replaced it with a new one, and cleaned down our unit. He was responsive, helpful, and patient. Would definitely recommend.
Green Heating & Cooling is great. When our AC stopped working during a heat advisory, they responded to our call after hours and had a repairman at our place the next morning. Very professional, friendly and the price was reasonable. Highly recommended.
Really wonderful experience. I was hearing a loud buzzing from my upstairs AC so I called. The two nicest guys ever came right on time, pretty much immediately figured out that the unit is fine its just sitting right on the roof and causing a lot of vibration. They just tucked a few bits of rubber under it, solved the problem in less than 5 minutes! Amazing service and would 100% call them again for any other issues!

Ive had Green out to my home twice now, once last fall and again this past spring. Both times it was to clean and inspect our HVAC unit for the upcoming winter / summer months.Both times, the technician called before he arrived and was on time. He was courteous and knowledgeable, and didnt mind pausing his work to answer some random questions that I had about HVAC units. He also offered to lend a hand by replace our air filters and clean off the outside of the condenser while he was here.All around it was a great experience. Ill be sticking with them for all my HVAC needs.
The technicians were friendly and knowledgeable, they helped me install my nest thermostat and took a look at my whole HVAC system to provide some advice.When asked, they were upfront about prices which was reassuring as a customer.
I found Green Heating, Cooling and Electric on Yelp. The receptionist was nice and pleasant when scheduling and confirming my appointment. The technician, George, that came to my home to diagnose and fix my furnace was amazing!!!! He was very friendly and explained everything to me, a relatively new homeowner, in a way I that could understand. In my opinion, he went above and beyond to provide me with a quality service and more importantly to restore heat to my home. Very good experience. My first time with Green servicing two heat pumps. It was easy to set up appointment and agree on scope of work and price. Tech showed up on time and was well organized. He showed me the parts he replaced, summarized key measurements on the system and implications, and discussed appropriate future service plan. Good stuff.
Scheduling was simple and the technician called when he was 30 minutes away. We had an issue with our AC and the technician checked over the system thoroughly. He fixed the problem and gave advice on what type of filters to purchase and how to adjust the damper to improve airflow throughout the house. We don’t have many problems, thanks to their service, but we always call Green when we do!
I highly recommend Green Heating. Our heat went out on the coldest day of the year. Green was responsive and quickly arrived to diagnose our problem. While spending money on a new furnace is never good news, Green helped me understand why a new unit was the best path. This was on December 22nd. Amazingly, Green was able to reschedule work to get the new unit installed the very next day and now we are warm on Christmas Eve. They were responsible, informative and professional throughout. Arian & Mario were fantastic, they helped fix our AC/thermostat system very easily and quickly with only a day notice, would highly recommend and will be using them again if we run into HVAC issues down the line.

I have used Green Heating and Air Conditioning for the past few years and have always received great service. Two years ago during an inspection of my Heating system a gas leak was discovered and quickly repaired. I buy an annual maintenance contract each year and the price is reasonable. I highly recommend Green for your HVAC needs.
Installation of ductless air conditioning system, microwave venting, dryer venting and two bathroom fan vents. All crews were professional and project manager was communicative through the process, calling while the job was ongoing to discuss potential problems and solutions. The company was very responsive when an issue arose down the line and made good on all warranties immediately. Problems do arise from time to time and Green was sure to take care of the issue up to their high quality standards. That is the true measure of a companys work. I would be happy to work with Green again!
I’m a person who is always cold, so when I was waking up to a 59 degree house, I was pretty desperate to get some help. At the same time, not having lived in the area for long, I sort of had to guess who I should call - and I expected it would be hard to get quick service. I’m really glad I called Green! Everyone was very nice, professional, and they really did contact me when they said they would. They were empathetic and found a way to schedule me very quickly. Bonus: they were always exactly on time (really helpful when you’re doing meetings and classes all day from home), and even though they had to climb up on my pretty inaccessible roof, they were able to find the problem and fix it... all the while being super professional and friendly. They also ordered a part and kept me posted about its delivery - which happened just as they said it would. Since I don’t know much about HVAC and a person needs heat, they could have hit me with a high price, but they didn’t - and they explained all the reasoning in the cost very clearly. Overall, feel fortunate that I called Green - and happy every time I hear my heater kick on!
I am new to the city of Philadelphia and the AC stopped working after moving in!! I started calling around a few places and other companies were charging the “emergency” pricing to come out within 3 days, or their next available appointment was over a week away! CRAZY!!I am so glad I called green heating, cooling & electric. They didn’t charge me an arm and a leg to come out within ONE HOUR of me contacting them. SUPERB customer service and the guys who came were very nice and fixed everything within 30 mins! Could not recommend more.
Our heater at the office stopped working suddenly. Green came out the same day, diagnosed the problem and gave us a quote. They were out the very next day getting everything fixed so we could keep the office running with no interruptions. They have serviced our air conditioning in the same timely manner in the past. Called for service as a first-time client on one of the hottest days of the Summer and had a technician at my house within a few hours…..despite being prepared that I wouldn’t have a technician on-site until the following day. The system was inspected and with a few brief tests it was recognized that a start-up capacitor for the compressor needed to be replaced. Seamless and professional service at a reasonable price and Aryan (sp?) was knowledgeable, courteous, and swift with his service. Thanks! Green Heating, Cooling and Electric did a great job installing AC at my home. I had Mitsubishi Ductless system installed on the second floor and conventional AC on the first floor. Everything was installed as scheduled. There were no surprises. The installers were great very professional and polite. They spent a lot of time with me discussing placement of components. They also cleaned up after themselves. Their prices were very competitive as well. Green will be my only contact for cooling and heating needs going forward.

Everything about working with Green heating, Cooling & Electric was easy. I made the appointment online, they came up exactly within the time frame they said they would, and they were quick, clean, and efficient while here. They were great at informing and explaining what they were doing, so I felt like they were really honest about all of the work they performed. I am really relieved to finally find a place to count on for HVAC work.

These guys are just awesome! Our heating and AC system needed to be replaced in December 2018. I was home with a new born and Greens came out the next day to give an estimate and order a specialty sized unit and solved a tricky water line situation. They worked tirelessly for 2 days to replace the unit. They were able to answer all of our questions and explain exactly what was needed and why. They were extremely polite and professional and I cannot sparkly highly enough!
I had them come in to do regular maintenance and they discovered an issue with my older unit. Much to my delight, they not only had the part available in stock, but made the repair quickly and didn’t charge me for the part! I was extremely happy with my experience!
Our A/C went out on the hottest day of the year. I called around 9 am and a technician was at our door by 1 pm. He had the air running in 20 minutes and was courteous and explained the problem and the solution as he worked. Great experience with this company.
Great service. They installed all the sistem on my new house. We have been now 6mo using the cooling system as well as the heater and both work great. Green’s to the rescue! I have used Green’s for HVAC repairs a few time and they are great! They squeezed me in on Friday before things got freezing this weekend. Their repairs are reasonable and I never feel like they are pushing for unnecessary work. Definitely recommend!
I had a central air condition problem with it not producing cool air. I called them for a service appointment and they came out to my house within 24 hours (really appreciated that). They arrived at the correct time slot given to me (2 hour window). Both technicians were friendly and very professional. They quickly diagnosed the problem and informed me of the cost before they started the actual repair (no guess work). They worked effectively and cleaned up after they had completed the job. I will be using them again in the future if I have anymore problems. Great service and would highly recommend them.
After a bad experience with a different HVAC company, I found Green Heating online and they got the job done for me quickly and professionally. I had an issue with a Fujitsu mini split wall unit that wasn’t putting out cool air. The technicians from Green came to assess my system, and took all the time that was required to figure out the problem, even waiting for a long time on hold with fujitsu’s service line. Green ordered the new parts that were needed and came back to my house as soon as they had the parts and replaced them and got my mini split unit back up and running good as new. Very satisfied with my experience!
Our furnace stopped blowing warm air on the coldest day of the year. Green was out within a few hours and fixed the problem in 15 minutes (clogged pan). They were very communicative about their anticipated arrival time for the service appointment and courteous when they got to our home. Couldn’t be happier with the experience.
My heater broke over the weekend and I reached out to Green. From the very first call I knew I made the right decision, they were extremely professional from the start. Our heater stopped working in the middle of the night. Even though the weather has been awful and we were one of very many people in need of services, Green was still there within 12 hours of our call. Erion was excellent and even went out of his way to obtain a part that we needed to complete the repair. The whole experience was perfect....I couldnt have asked for better! I never write reviews but I had to this time, they truly earned every star and then some!

Amazing Service! I had an emergency with my central heater so I searched for a local heater repair company in my area and Green had come up. Did some research and it looked like he got a lot of good reviews so I decided to call. Spoke with them on the phone and they said they could come out same day (which was great bc its freezing out!) Guy named Gerti came to my home , very professional, very courteous guy. Let me know the price before he started , which I was fine with, and within one hour fixed the problem. They gave me a fair price for the work and I was happy with their quickness and professionalism. If you have any doubts search for their reviews. Highly recommended!

I had them install the kumo cloud wi-fi device for my Mitsubishi mini-splits so that I could control them from an app. From the time I contacted them to set up an appointment to when they came and installed the wi-fi device was a very short period of time. (I had to wait for the devices to come in but it wasn’t too long.) Overall, a good experience and I’d use them again.

I have had a great experience with Green. Erion has been to my house several times over the past three years. He is great. Prompt, reliable, friendly, and fast, he always goes above and beyond to provide excellent service. He even taught me how to bleed my ancient radiators, and left me a key with which to do it.

My outside condenser was not running. I called Green and they were able to come the same day. I have experience with this kind of work and I feel that their diagnosis was honest. They installed an new fan motor and all is running well now. Very happy with the service. Thank you!
Green Heating, Cooling & Electric has installed a new boiler and a mini split air conditioner, run two new circuits, and corrected the wiring of several switches. Each job required coordinating our schedule and theirs. They were on time, professional, and reasonable in price. I would recommend them highly.
Arian was my HVAC technician he was courteous, patient, and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the problem and check out the full system. My particular problem was an intermittent one. When he could not determine the issue he explained a solution. When he started to implement a work around until the part was ordered and received he discovered the problem due to the previous installation by a past installer of the controller board, this is a more complex system than most (3 zones). Once the correction was made the system has been working as expected. Arian could have said from the start that the problem required a replacement of a very expensive part. As he told me that Green Cooling was not in the business of trying to sell me a new part, but when all else failed it was what I had to do. That replacement would’ve also fixed the problem. Fortunately for me Arian had discovered this issue when he was implementing a work around. Green Cooling had replaced my old system, both heating and cooling system and I’ve got to know the team. both George and Arian were great and did everything to come out even on the hottest days. Green Cooling was recommended to me by a friend and they have my recommendation as well.
I had an issue with some work they provided and they immediately rectified the situation. I like a company that is willing to understand a complaint from a customer. George called me and worked with me to help make my situation better. I would recommend using this company for all your HVAC needs.
Our technician came out within 3 hours of calling Green HCE. He was very courteous, diagnosed that our systems motherboard was faulty and consistently reading as overheating. He took the time to show me the work hed done, explain how the system worked and how he was able to determine where the fault lay.Thankfully, they had a replacement motherboard in his truck and he was able to quickly repair the system without having to call another truck to retrieve parts. All-in we were back to having heat within 4 hours.
Erion from Green Heating, Cooling & Electric showed up on time and was good, knowledgeable, and gave me clear explainable options to choose from. It wasnt about how much he can get from me or just here to fix what was in the work order. He diagnosed the problem right away, tested and checked other parts of the central air unit after the main job was completed.

Gary was very helpful. He found and fixed the problem quickly (the last contractor made a big mistake). Then he gave me some helpful maintenance tips. I called at 4pm on Jan 2nd (during a cold-snap) and he was done with the repair by 6pm the same day. Everyone else was talking about 2.5 days later was their first availability.
I called Green Heating & Cooling for servicing of my Navien tankless water heater. They were very prompt (came within 1 day), very courteous, and provided excellent service that was reasonably priced. I would definitely call them again for servicing of my water heater. Highly recommended!!
The fan to my central air unit has stopped working during a heat wave. The serviceman came out during the schedule time window, quickly assessed the issue, and fixed my unit. It was a great experience and the cost was reasonable. Highly recommend using in the future.
Very good experience with this HVAC contractor. The initial call was answered by their receptionist and as I been told a service dispatcher called to book the appointment. Thinking was one the coldest day of the winter the service tech made it very easy and comfortable thru the whole repair process. Very proffesional on explanations of the repair options we had and proffesional clean dress code. Provided me with a copy of the invoice and warranty jn writing, happy to recommend to any one I know.

Green Heating was excellent. My water heater broke Sunday night, they were out first thing Tuesday morning. Not only were they quick, but they were also pleasant to deal with and CLEAN! (I had no mess to clean up after they were done.) I would highly recommend them! Thank you for the great service!
Ive used Green HVAC twice this year, and Im very pleased with their level of professionalism and quality of service. At the beginning of summer, we found that our AC system was not cooling the house and Green came out and verified that we were lacking refrigerant. They could not refill the system completely due to the temperature at that time and returned the next morning (Saturday!) and finished. They also found the leak, worked with the manufacturer to fulfill the remaining warranty, and installed the new parts quickly. I even understand the manufacturer had to provide an upgraded part since they could not replace it with an exact match, due to Greens insistence.The second incident was a blown water heater. Green HVAC was able to get a replacement and have it installed within 24 hours. They were MORE THAN FAIR on the price and even moved other non-emergency appointments in order to do the replacement work so quickly. The job itself was performed beyond my satisfaction including clean-up and disposal of the original unit.I will not hesitate to call Green HVAC for any of my needs for this property or others.
While this particular review was prompted by a thermostat install, I’ve also had good service from this company for a weird whiny noise from my heater and for emergency repairs mid winter. They also do a good preventative maintenance.
My AC went out today, a Saturday morning in the middle of a July heatwave. I called several companies including one that I have a service membership with and that heavily advertises on the radio about 24/7 emergency service. None of them were able to respond sooner than days later this week.Green answered my call at 11AM and had a service man at my house 3 hours later (on time). The repair was complicated but quick and reasonably priced. Im writing this review at 6PM in the cool comfort of my 72 degree home office.Thanks Green!!!!
Green was quick to respond and schedule someone to come out when our A/C kicked off just before the holiday. Their representative was prompt, professional and efficient. Living in the city it’s hard to know what you get when you call for service, but Green lives up to their reputation. Would definitely use again!
Our AC decided to stop working the first hot weekend of summer. Even as a brand new customer, Green Heating and Cooling was able to be at our house the same day I called. We recently purchased a house in South Philly that only utilized window units as a source of cooling. With a 95+ year old house, it was quickly obvious this wasnt the best option. We had three separate companies come and evaluate our house for an HVAC system, and knew instantly on meeting Gerti that we had found our company! They were up to $5K less than others, were incredibly personable, and did a fantastic and thorough job. These guys were doing this in Europe for 20 years before here, so know what they are doing!Upon installation of our Mitsubishi Units, the guys constantly communicated with us, and asked our opinions for various options in regards to where we wanted wiring to go and where the best place to house each unit would be. They offered their advice based on experience, and also were willing to troubleshoot. They didnt do anything without first asking! They were professional, laid down sheets to protect our floors, and vacuumed up after their work on both days they were at our house. We wouldnt recommend anyone else to install your HVAC system!

What can I say other than Green HVAC is the best. My girlfriend and I recently purchased a home and as a real estate broker I reached out to my previous HVAC contacts to replace our heater, air conditioner and hot water heater. We received four estimates and then my girlfriend went online and found Green HVAC who had a huge amount of positive reviews. I reached out to them and George their salesman called me the same day and set up an appointment for the next day to take a look. George thoroughly explained the various systems and promptly provided an estimate which we accepted. They were able to start the job in a couple days which was important to us and actually completed the job ahead of schedule. I already referred Green HVAC to three other real estate client of mine.
I was helped by a gentleman named Erion. He came on time during the expected hours. I wasnt simply interested in a fix for my HVAC system, but also wanted to learn more about it. Erion was very patient in guiding and helping me make my HVAC system work with my nest. Not only was he polite and patient, but very professional as well. 5/5 recommendation.

Had water in my basement, non-emergency, Green came out the next day and provided on time service. The condensation pump piping was clogged and was remedied and now works great. Great service, great value.
Air conditioner stopped working Saturday night in the middle of a heat wave. Called several 24/7 companies, and Green was only one that called back and set appointment for next morning. Came as promised, diagnosed the problem and was able to fix it promptly. Very professional. Signed up for the twice yearly maintenance so this wont happen again.
Gerti came to my house yesterday on short notice to give me a second estimate for a heater replacement. A previous contractor reported high levels of carbon monoxide and said our heater was unsafe to use. Gerti spent an hour checking in and around the heater and vents and found no carbon monoxide (outside of the chimney, where it belongs). He made some other recommendations to improve the performance of our heating system, which were in line with a recent home inspection report, but said the heater would be fine for years if we maintain it. So basically for a $65 service call, he saved us $7,000.He was also very friendly, personable, and professional. I highly recommend him and will work with him again.
Green service rep came out to inspect inop commercial 1.5 ton AC unit. He stated that I had a few burnt out wires in the compressor. He rewired them for what I considered a very reasonable price. AC works fine now.Why is this significant , A previous HVAC company that had installed the unit said I needed a brand new unit the price of $3900.00. Lesson learnedget a second opinion if you do feel confortable. Said company tried to take advantage of me because Im the owner of a company and its hot outside and no AC so maybe Im good for the $3900 kick in the ass. I will continue to use Green for my business and home as they proved to be reliable and trustworthy
Replaced the AC unit on my roof, and my coil as well. Quote from them was much cheaper than my first guy. Great service, very polite. Cleaned up after themselves, good with details, etc. Communication was great which is a big deal to me.

Air conditioner died in July heat. Was able to get a same day appointment. The technician, Gerti, was polite, professional in appearance, worked quickly to solve the problem in the rain and heat. When finished he reminded me to check that all my windows were closed and locked the basement door( where breakers are) on his way out. Highly recommend and will ask for Gerti when I need AC/heating/electrical service.
I was searching the internet for the best HVAC service and I came across a few different companies that looked trusted. Having good experience with Angies list I saw that Green was an Angies list award winner multiple years in a row and decided to call them for a quote. They were extremely knowledgable, experienced, and friendly, and gave me a very fair price when compared to my other quotes. When it came down to making a decision I chose Green and I had such a great experience. I would would recommend them to anyone looking for knowledgeable, fair priced, trusted professionals.
They came out last minute (today), and they were great. The problem wasnt terribly complex, though all HVAC problems are complex to me, and I got a straightforward explaination and was totally comfortable with the advise and service provided. After a very good experience, they will be the first people Id call when I have another problem.
As always, my AC decides to go out on one of the hottest days in philly. i frantically go on Google to see who would be able to come out. The first two places couldnt come until next week at the earliest (not their fault in any way) and i finally called green hvac. i called on sunday and they were able to come monday, the next day! they even apologized for not being able to come out the same day.so monday rolls around and Erion and his associate came and they clearly and in a way that i understood, explained the issue with me and recommended that i actually take the cheaper route (that never happens!) than to take apart the entire AC system. they were respectful of my space and even asked if they could use the restroom. just classy guys all around. i will def. be using green hvac in the future but hopefully i wont be needing to call anytime soon.thanks again!
Very professional and quick to respond. Took on a more than painful replacement of an old kooky system and it all looks great now. Additionally helped me out with some work I wanted to do on my own while I was there. Definitely recommend. One of their competitions even recommended them to me and they didn’t disappoint.

Green heating and cooling was easy to work with. Resposive to calls and emails. Came on time and gave a good price on ac unit and instalation. The gentalman who installed were very professional. I would use them again.
Call in for a tune up. When the individual arrived, that happened to be the owner ( Gurdy). Not Gary. He told us that his name was Gary; when we called his office; We were told that there was not a Gary working there only Gurdy. The guy was rude. He got bothered when we asked a question. He basically did nothing to the unit, he told us that we will need to replace the unit. We ask for written Estimate. He told us that he was going to send us the estimate and detailed invoice via text. We only receive a receipt for the amount that we paid. I wanted a detailed invoice to find out what we pay for. He he didnt do anything, he not even send us the written estimates, neither the detailed invoice. We paid just to hear that the unit is old and we need to replace it. Non one charges for Estimates or to tell you that the unit needs to be replace. I called twice and still No estimate, no detailed invoice. Very unprofessional company. Gurdy (the owner) read Google review and call us very angry and threatens us to call the township. One more reason not to do business with this company. Extremely unprofessional.
I called to schedule an appt on a Monday for the upcoming Saturday-the woman i spoke to was talking as if she didn’t want to speak to me, she took down info and then said a scheduler will call me. The scheduler called and was asking me the same exact questions-this points to their lack of communication. Then, on the morning of my scheduled appt i called to confirm because i got no phone call or email confirmation prior-i spoke to the SAME lady because i recognized her voice and she said we don’t have you on the schedule. First impressions are big, so you gotta wonder what the leadership is like if that’s the customer service they have being the initial contact for new customers
Green is incredibly professional. They helped answer a few questions about changes I was thinking of making to existing wiring and suggested options to save money. They’re very knowledgable and stand behind their work.

I was beyond happy with Shay from Green Air! We are in the middle of a heat wave and no other company would even answer the phone. Shay answered my call and was at my home a few hours later. Shay had my house way cooler by the time he left. I would highly recommend Green Air!
Green immediately diagnosed the problem and repaired it. They showed up during the window they were scheduled for and called to give me a heads up that they were coming. Couldn’t be more satisfied.
They completed the advertised Angies list special to tune up our system, and then problem solved an issue we are having with our 60s era home sending equal heat to all rooms. Due to the poorly devised network of duct-work in our home, only so much can be done. But after assessing, they did play with the dampers, and it definitely made a little positive difference. We only paid for the Angies List coupon for the tune up special. They charged us nothing more for problem solving and adjusting dampers. Thank you! Tune up and assess dampers
We called them on a saturday with an AC that was dead. We spoke to the answering service and got a call from a technician 10 minutes later. We had an appointment for 3 hours later; no extra weekend charges. They showed up on time; if not early. It was fixed in an 1.5 hours. awesome.
Very professional. Arrived on time. Finish the work in the promised time. Detected a subtle gas leak which will be fixed subsequently. Explained in detail the work involved and the money involved. I will recommend this service provider to friends and family with no hesitation.
Had an appointment with this company on a Saturday morning. A week and a half later the appointment comes and no on ever shows up, when I call to ask if anyone is coming, Im told they are on an emergency response and did anyone call you? Not happy with the lack of customer service at this point. When speaking to them they seemed very professional until they couldnt even give a courtesy call to explain no one was coming.
My air went out on a 96 degree day in June. Called Green in the morning, and my air in my Doylestown home was fixed by 3pm that same day. Oustanding service! Highly recommend.
First time we used this service I guarantee their will be a 2nd the tech gets a 5 and the diagnostic tech gets a 5.0 lol.

Called them for problem on my heating system making screeching noise.They told me they will come in 2 hours on the same day and they really did show up on time.After 5 minute checking of my heating system they diagnosed it as inducer motor problem and they will be back the next day with the new part.As I wrote this feedback they just left after installing the new inducer motor,which only took them 15 minutes to installed and cost me all and all $700.They really responsive to tackling your problem
Good guys. Came out within a couple hours on a Saturday night, issue was fixed Sunday morning. The only negative was that they are pricey. That being said, you get quality, fast service, but youll have to pay for the privilege.
Service person came right on time and fixed an electrical issue with our boiler preventing it from working properly. Very professional and friendly service all the way through, would happily use again and recommend for others!

Hey everyone, Im not one to post bad experiences with companies, however, I just experienced the worst customer service from Manager George (who didnt even introduce himself & only gave me his name after I asked) this company replaced our old motor with a new motor for our furnace & specifically wrote on the receipt that we have a 2 year warranty on said motor. Last night the motor this company provided broke. Typically motors last up to 10 years. Instead of honoring the 2 year warranty which is clear on the receipt, George insisted that its a 1 year warranty and was extremely unprofessional towards me. I felt unvalued and unappreciated. He was very combative and unwilling to meet me half way. Needless to say, we will be using a different company. Please take caution if you decide to use this company for your heating, cooling or electrical needs!
Fast service. I didnt have to do a major repair but the recommendation were very helpful.I enrolled on their maintenance agreement plan. Happy to recomend these guys.

Website says free service estimate. I called and the girl on the phone said they only do free estimates when ordering new equipment, i told her it says on their website free service estimate and her answer was yeah, i dont know why it says that but we dont False advertisement?? not good

IN AMERICA Gurti it is a NO NO for a small business owner to argue with a customer. IN AMERICA MAKING UP LIES ABOUT SOMEONE IT IS against the law.(Libel) I called your company for a heater tune up, on the invoice clearly states that you supposedly did a tune up and checked unit and there is a contradiction on your part when you states that my tenant was without heat and hot water for a week..a total lie why would you do a tune up on a unit that according to your lies was not working? My local electrical company checked the heater and water heater and everything is in check, this contradict what you had said to us previously.

The person answering the phone and guy who did the visit were kind and friendly. The visit was pretty quick in dealing with my AC and didnt try to make a big deal bbnover the problems, just got to work and fixed it.

2022-03-04From the initial visit to diagnosis the problem to the install, this company was easy and awesome to work with - and my apartment system is not an easy one to maneuver. Miri and Leo were the two installers and they were quick, clean, and overall nice guys to be around! They explained everything to me about my system and answered any questions I had! I highly recommend!

2022-01-27My in-laws had a water leak at their house that caused the gas pilot on their heating system to get wet. They couldnt get the pilot lit and we worried about them having no heat with temperatures in the low teens. We live in another state and couldnt get there to look at it for them so we called this company to come out. The tech who came out, Mario, spoke to us on the phone after he looked at the system. He told us that the system was broken, could not be repaired and that the only option was to purchase a new system. He gave us a quote of $8300. About an hour later, a neighbor/friend came over to look at the system for them too. He lit the pilot without a problem and the heat was working fine. We still worried about the system going out again, so we had another reputable company come take a look. They came out about a week later and during that time the heat worked fine. The second company that came told us that the system was fine and estimated that it would last another 10 years. Im not sure how a person with no HVAC experience lit the pilot less than an hour after Mario told us that the system could not be repaired. And how a second company had a completely different opinion from Marios. The actions from this technician and the company he represents were scammy and predatory. To tell an older couple with no heat in their home that their only option is to purchase an $8300 system was a blatant lie. He obviously could have lit the pilot but he saw the jam that they were in, that nobody was around to help them and the the temperature was in the low teens and he took advantage of the situation. When we received the assessment from the second company, we called Green Heating to make a complaint. I spoke with a woman who answered and explained to her what happened and how dissatisfied we were. I let her know that I felt like it was extremely predatory of their company to do things like this to people, especially older people. She apologized and stated that a manager would call us. We never heard anything back from anyone. This company gets great reviews but do not be fooled. Please get a second opinion. I doubt this is the first time theyve done things like this to unsuspecting people. Our next complaint will be with the BBB.

2021-12-10We had an issue with a gas leak at our heater and needed an inspections and new gas valve. After shutting off our heater we called at 8:45pm and they were able to come out first thing the next morning. Erion was able to replace the part and explain in detail the issue to us in understandable terms, in less than 2 hrs. He was on time, with good communication of arrival. He was friendly, polite, and clearly very knowledgeable. We will definitely be using Green Heating, Cooling, and Electric again.
