It seems Greg Leck would have some understanding for the emotional pain and humiliation caused by injustice after having interviewed innocent victims once held in internment camps.My 13 yo border collie w/ one hip was unable to bear weight on front leg. Its a Friday afternoon. Dr. Leck sedates w/ two injections rendering dog unconscious, follows w/ propofol in back area, x-ray partial leg only to elbow even though initial complaint: unable to touch lower leg. Sent home with glucosamine and (8) anti-inflammatory pills, told cannot begin until Monday. ER veterinarian examines same non-verbal patient while awake, discovers wrist painful; prescribes pain medication. Rather than reasoning and resolution...Greg Leck files civil claim w/error, then police report; officer advises civil. A self-described prodigy and expert genealogist files PRIVATE CRIMINAL COMPLAINT citing wrong individual w/ wrong middle name, wrong birthdate – incorrect month, day, and year (!)Greg Leck also includes my correct drivers license ID and correct date of birth on his do-it-yourself private complaint, YET runs credit check on wrong individual with wrong birthdate, w/o drivers license ID. Somehow he finds a way to run this credit check for wrong individual even though it requires a subpoena and is not available to anyone other than public official, police officer, or licensed agency.Information entered in complaint is either based on this wrong individual ~ two (2) hours away w/ lengthy criminal background particularly in regard to financial matters, i.e. three (3) social security numbers, or incorrect altogether.Although officer informs Greg Leck it is civil matter, he forges forward with this private criminal complaint swearing under oath all is true, with himself as officer.He then re-files in civil court and notifies police specific day and time of appearance. Despite incorrect identification, two police officers inform me that I am to be arrested after the hearing. As I am handcuffed, Greg Leck looks on as if pleased w/ my shock and distress.Its as if a bad dream rather than a CIVIL hearing.I am transported to a local jail and held awaiting extradition! to Northampton County, PA. My 84-year-old mother suffering w/ devastating illness left to her own accord, while dogs left without food, water, or heat. It is January. There is a snowstorm and road closings.I am held 4 days 3 nights. Traumatized, I go without food or water and sleep on a concrete floor.Because it was late on a Friday afternoon, by the time I realized predicament, the office was closed for the week-end. I sent a message regarding my intention to replace ~ $700 check with amount as discussed prior to taking dog to the back area – will call Monday, which is what I did... three (3) times beginning 9am only to be sent on a run-around and then accused of theft ! In fact calls are not mentioned in police report. Instead complaints littered with false information and statements.The financial cost to date is over $8000 as reasoning was unattainable. Instead Greg Leck had what can best be described as a tantrum, gave ultimatum - pay in full or be sued, with advise that w/o expert witness I will lose, and that he IS an expert witness.To add to bizarre and shocking experience, Greg Leck calls emergency veterinarian demanding to know whether teeth were examined. He makes false statements to the veterinarian including incorrect balance of bank account, says ~$1 and that I had no intention to pay. The veterinarian hung up, second call not accepted. The claim has since been disproven in court with admission of bank records.After 5 months, one day before trial, charges cancelled, however once again has filed yet another civil lawsuit.As upsetting as it is, it doesnt compare to the loss of three of my dogs in as many months.If Greg Leck can write such in depth accounts of innocents held in prison camps, my question is: How can he make such inane errors, or worse yet, intentionally set out to ruin a life?
