I love my new furniture from Grossmans! Kyle Vincent - my sales associate did a great job from beginning to end of the sales process.He patiently walked around the store with me and showed me the sofas they had that fit my needs and pros and cons of each option.He then kept me informed about the progress of my order after I placed it.And finally after everything was delivered and I had a problem with one item - he promptly got it taken care of for me.I will definitely be a repeat customer at Grossmans and will keep using Kyle as my point of contact at the store.

Grossman has a tremendous array of wonderful furniture and I’ve gotten a number of items there. I worked with AJ extensively picking them out and delivering them to the home; and he has been helpful years later when I’ve needed to follow up. The store is fantastic, and I could not recommend AJ anymore highly!

Had a very good experiencing setting up an appointment at Grossmans to look at sleeper sofas and couches. AJ met with my partner and I for almost two hours, answered a ton of our questions with no BS and honest responses and helped us understand the differences between products, the material and supply chain issues affecting prices, and a bunch of other things we did not consider or know much about before we walked in the store. Did not feel pushed at all and not talked down to in the slightest, a great customer service experience.
From start to finish, we were extremely satisfied with our experience with Grossman’s furniture. The salesman made wonderful decorating suggestions and when the furniture arrived we were so pleased with how everything fit together. In addition, the delivery men showed a great deal of care with our items. We couldn’t be happier!
Excellent. professional, experience. Susan L. was well -informed, and helped at all stages of the work. The purchase of the bedroom furniture took place during the pandemic. The delay in preparation of the furniture was explained to us and the time frame between the order and the delivery was exactly (pretty much to the day) as anticipated. My wife and I have no hesitation about giving Grossman Furniture and Susan the highest recommendation.Also, note that although the business is located in a busy section of town, Grossman has a small but useful parking area adjacent to it.Additionally, the delivery crew were timely, thorough, polite and efficient.Overall, highest recommendation to all involved.
Great for all the reasons a local store beats a chain. Grossman was willing to match the lowest price I found across city for the American Leather sleeper sofa I wanted, and then Leigh (saleswoman) spent a ton of time with us helping find the right mattress option and fabric. They offered a special expedited delivery option that I couldn’t get from Raymour&Flanigan (I asked) that cut the wait by a month(!) and allowed us to get the sleeper in time for visiting in-laws. And their delivery guys were great, considerate, skilled, and good-natured about getting the insanely heavy sofa up our stairs. Excellent service from the first phone call to the installation of our sofa.
We were moving into a brand new house and researched best furniture companies. Grossman’s kept coming up. This is a unique, family owned business. Not a box store with cookie cutter furniture. We visited “just to look” and were thrilled at the size of the showroom and all the options available. We were greeted warmly by Kyle who was sincerely - no pressure, no hype; - but extremely helpful. He helped us narrow down our choices by working with us on what we wanted our look to be and how to get to that concept. We found exactly what we were looking for and Kyle made it happen. We had a move in date a few months out and the furniture was delivered as promised! And let me tell you about delivery - this was white glove service. The gentlemen came in and assessed the area, strategically placed our furniture, removed and took all wrapping and asked us to inspect it. It was perfect! We were very impressed. The living room is an open concept and the furniture is floating. Their placement was exact. 5 Stars isn’t enough to rate this company. Grossman’s is a 10!
I had shared with a friend a nightmare story of ordering outdoor furniture covers online from a place called the Cover Store. It was a scam where the tracking goes to a fake FedEx page claiming delivery when they never did (how do these businesses even exist?). My friend recommended this place, Grossmans, which was local. From the start I really liked their approach of allowing contact by text. I would take photos, take measurements and text them back. I didnt need to do it during their business hours. The conversation could take place as it was convenient for me. They responded promptly, recommended the right sizes, prices were reasonable, and the method of payment was securely online.We actually received the covers and Grossman followed up to make sure the delivery took place.I liked that I was supporting a local brick and mortar (especially since the ether of internet breeds sham businesses), but at the same time the model of communication was current. In fact I never even spoke to anyone on the phone or need to go there in person.
I cannot say enough good things about Grossman Furniture in Philadelphia! Even during these trying times, Kyle and all of the associates Grossman have done everything possible to ensure a smooth furniture buying experience. They are knowledgeable, professional and extremely helpful in all matters including design and the estimated delivery time was even shorter than expected! Their delivery team is top rate as well. I’ve just ordered for the fifth time from Grossmans and I’m sure it won’t be the last! Rest assured of great customer service and only quality merchandise!
Shopping at Grossman Furniture Store was an enjoyable experience. Kyle, our salesperson, was knowledgeable and helpful. We just received our furniture today and its perfect. The delivery men were also very personable and professional.
I cant even begin to express how terrible it has been to work with them. We ordered a couch and recliner in January to have when I gave birth at the beginning of June and were told 14 weeks until delivery, which was longer than usual due to COVID but going with an American manufacturer would not introduce some of the delays that using one overseas would. Its September and we still dont have either. We only received proactive notifications the week they were supposed to arrive when we were told it would be another three month wait. It has been far more than that additional three months. They did provide a temporary recliner from their stock after I gave birth, but it was not a rocker which I selected as a required function of what we ordered because thats necessary for babies. We do not receive updates unless we ask, despite having asked for regular updates to be provided. When we call for updates we are frequently told Ill check on that and get back to you and then do not receive a call back. The recliner has theoretically been at their warehouse for a month and no attempt has been made to deliver it and were now told the couch will ship mid/late September. I highly doubt Ill ever see either item. Im not naive and I realize that COVID has drastically changed the supply chain which is not within their control, but for what we paid I expected exceptional customer service and have received some of the worst Ive ever experienced, which has resulted in making my maternity leave with my newborn far more physically difficult than it needed to be and which I could have made alternative arrangements for if we had received any sort of regular communication. I cannot in any way recommend them.

I was looking for a new couch for my living room and visited a few furniture stores in the area. Grossman Furniture was one of my stops. I walked in without an appointment and Leigh met me at the door and took her time helping me find the right piece of furniture. She was patient and listened to what I was looking for. She did not try to up sell me and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. I found the perfect couch for my room. The value was amazing compared to their competitors in the area when looking at price and quality. I couldn’t be happier with the couch. Moreover, the delivery process worked out great. I was willing to wait awhile given the current climate and that deliver delays are expected. They actually delivered in half the time they quoted. I would definitely go to Grossman again. Our experience with Grossmans was nothing short of exceptional from start to finish. We purchased a customized sectional sofa, our sales rep, AJ really listened to what we wanted, made appropriate recommendations and guided us to the perfect choice. He even helped us with size, style choice, and colors. The sofa arrived 2.5 months later (due to Covid) and it is perfect. It is exactly what we wanted. We couldnt be happier. Grossman furniture is AMAZING place to deal with....I searched high and low for a place that sold Huppe furniture. I was excited to find out that not only did Grossman sell Huppe, but they (AJ) were extremely knowledgeable about the products. I had many detailed questions and all of them were answered. I had done my research RE: pricing. AJ gave me the most competitive pricing on the 4 pieces I wanted from Huppe. And all of this was done over the phone in such an efficient manner. From making the initial selections to after delivery, the level of customer service is beyond compare. I specifically appreciate being kept updated throughout the process. I can’t say enough about Lynnel Eisberg. We have used her on two major projects with great success. She is the “real deal” in interior design. Lynnel is an incredibly talented project manager and designer given her listening skills, technical talent and vast experience. My family has been shopping at Grossman Furniture for 30 years. Everyone has always been very nice and helpful! The showroom is big but not overwhelming and has a small business, family atmosphere. Grossman has so many options to meet everyone’s budgets. And, they have salespeople who are also interior designers to help you design your rooms! We have been working with Lynnel for over a year to furnish several rooms that were recently renovated. Lynnel has been so wonderful in helping us furnish and design those rooms!
Very happy with our couch and recliner, although it took a while because of the pandemic, they were in touch and kept us up to date on delivery. The delivery people were the best we ever had, pleasure to see people who enjoy their work and are professional about it. Thank you M&M
The only reason I gave this a four instead of a five is likely not Grossmans fault. Furniture companies are notoriously late in delivering what was ordered. AJ at Grossmans was helpful, responsive and efficient. The actual delivery took about 10 minutes The men were respectful and knowledgeable in the way they did their job.
Lynnel Eisberg is truly amazing and has such an amazing talent . She helped make our visions come to life with our shore house... she went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and getting exactly what we wanted . The follows up she gave us were outstanding , she has a passion for what she does and it shows and there is no one else I would trust to help make our dreams come true. The delivery guys were great as well ... My advice to anyone considering purchasing from Grossman and having an interior decorator help you , do not hesitate and contact Lynnel Eisberg at Grossman... you will not be disappointed with the service you receive .
I was looking for a particular nightstand for a client of mine whose project is in Philly. I found the item I was looking for online but was reluctant to purchase them before actually seeing the quality level. And I didn’t have the time to buy and return a couple different tables from online.So I found myself walking into Grossmans Furniture and working with Lynnel. Lynnel couldn’t have been nicer, nor more informative. She gave us confidence knowing we were making the right decision for my clients.The entire process at Grossmans was better than the norm. Lynnel explained the shipping process and timeline of arrival. The pieces arrived as schedule and even their delivery service went out of their way to be accommodating for us.I order a lot of furniture from a lot of stores and a lot of furniture makers from all ends of the price spectrum. Trust me when I say that Philadelphia has a jewel of a furniture store.I’ll be back Grossmans. You can be sure.

Had a great experience couch shopping here. Seems like all their stuff is really high quality, which was a nice change of pace after going to all the big furniture retailers and sitting on couches that just felt like they would flatten out or start falling apart in under a year. We ended up with a floor model from Grossman that was in the same price range as some of the cheaply made stuff from the big guys. Only time will tell whether or not it all holds up as well as we want it to, but in the meantime I can confidently say we had a great buying experience - AJ was friendly, knowledgeable, and not pushy at all, and helped us get our couch delivered I think two days after we bought it, which is amazing in itself. And the delivery guys were nice, careful, and on time too. Thanks Grossman!
Great furniture shopping experience at Grossman’s. Cindy our sales rep. was extremely helpful & knowledgable during selection and very friendly. The furniture delivery went smoothly as promised & on time. The delivery team was nice to work with and careful to not scratch the newly painted walls. They even dusted the furniture after setup. We are impressed with the quality of the furniture, it looks excellent in our family room.

Gross mans has great array of furniture and great price points. As a designer it is very easy to work with John and the staff. I feel the office is lacking on communication to the designer when a delivery is scheduled. I have found out in multiple occasions about the delivery after the fact or from the client directly. If the designer has brought the client to Grossmas or facilitated the order, then the office should contact the designer as well as the client about scheduled the scheduled delivery.
It was a pleasure and good experience buying a set of leather couches from Grossman Furniture. The salesman (AJ) was knowledgeable and led us through the selection process with patience and concern for what we wanted (although hard for us to articulate). Delivery of the couches was handled in a fairly easy and professional manner...and ahead of schedule. We will always go first the Grossmans and recommend this to our friends.

I began the process of finding a new sofa and chair one year ago. As soon as businesses in the city reopened in June I went back to Grossman’s Furniture because I wanted to shop local and buy American. AJ was most helpful. He listened to all of my concerns. He was attentive. He did not leave me even when a couple came in asking for him. I had an appointment and he honored that. After three (very safe) visits, I found the perfect sofa and chair. This place is terrible. We have been waiting over 5 months for my grand daughters furniture. It was not special ordered. The new baby is due any minute. We need the furniture. We were promised this furniture months ago. They keep saying someone is going to call us and they never do. I wish I could cancel but it is too late. My daughter is so upset. No communitcation, just lies, no return calls. They are horrible.MANAGEMENT IF YOU READ THIS, DO SOMETHING!

Purchased a BDI TV console from Grossmans furniture store in Philadelphia. The experience was both professional and pleasant from start to finish. Their pricing was the best I found on the Internet. The delivery service was on time, set up the console and removed all of the trash. I felt more comfortable dealing with a brick and mortar store in that I have an established company to deal with in the event of a problem. BDI furniture is high quality as I own other items from them. This was an all around great buying experience. Grossmans is my new go to furniture store!!

I had a very good experience shopping for a sofa at Grossman Furniture. I returned on two occasions to the store, once to shop, and the second time to purchase. Both times I was assisted by AJ Ackley who was very accommodating and patient with me as a vacillated between fabric choices and finishes. I feel that I received a very good price on the sectional I chose, certainly within the range of what furniture cost these days if not a bit cheaper. I will receive my sofa in 6-8 weeks and hope that delivery experience will be just as seamless as the purchasing experience and that I will be pleased with the quality. We were looking for specific furniture built by American Leather Furniture in Dallas, TX for a Media Room we were constructing. We were given three Retailers within 15 miles of where we lived, and we visited all 3. Bottom line is that Grossman Furniture had the exact furniture on the floor for us to see, measure, and pick material for. Charly Stockl, our salesman was great to work with, and he even had a little flexibility to work with us on the pricing... as the pieces we knew we wanted were Very Expensive. Furniture was built to order, delivered in perfect shape, and we absolutely love it.

My husband and I were couch shopping for a while and stumbled on Grossmans by accident. What stood out immediately was the great customer service (we worked with AJ). At other stores we visited we had a variety of mediocre and bad experiences: being ignored, treated impatiently and condescendingly as though we were wasting the salespersons time and didnt know what we were doing, or very aggressive and pushy sales tactics.AJ was a great listener- he was very respectful of my budget and style interests, and showed me many great options that proved he really took the time to understand what I wanted. I had to come back to finalize the choices with my husband and he spent overall probably about 3 or 4 hours on us, helping us with fabric options and the design. We never felt rushed or pressured and he was really helpful in making choices that fit with our lifestyle and matched our paint colors.The couch was delivered in the timeline we received, even though our original fabric choice was discontinued (we like the second choice better, actually). It looks great and feels great; I was not expecting to get such a quality custom couch for such a reasonable price, some since we wanted an extra long couch that was not a sectional. We will be back to Grossman and recommended it to friends.One suggestion to the owners might be to consider adding more variety to the display furniture at ground level. I almost didnt come in because it seemed very traditional from what I could see in the window as I walked by. Mixing in more modern designs, or on trend colors might attract more young people who are in the area and looking at surrounding furniture stores.

Ive used Grossman Furniture several times now. First time approx. 8 years ago when I bought a really nice leather couch. I was able to hand select the leather grade/color and also the design of the couch and it turned out to be cheaper than some of the other mainstream furniture stores! A few years later, I returned to Grossman Furniture to buy a chair and ottoman set to go with that couch. To this day, the leather on all those pieces looks amazing.I had been so happy with my experience - AJ had helped me both times - that I recently returned to buy another chair to complete our living room. Before the purchase, I was set on buying another leather chair since I loved my previous purchases. However, in talking to AJ, he really tried to get a better understanding of what I was looking for and guided me to something that would be just as comfortable but not only enhance but be very complementary to everything else in my living room. Turns out, I bought another chair that I wouldnt have ever thought of if AJ hadnt showed me other options.We had our chair delivered and my wife and I truly love it!Overall, I would not only recommend Grossman Furniture but Id also tell you to look for AJ. Not only can you get a good variety of furniture types, the quality is top notch, the prices have been better than other places, and you get solid help with people like AJ.Im sure Ill be back.

We made our purchase within two hours (furniture choice, size, and fabric selection for sofas, ottomans, and pillows). Everything has been delivered and is perfect! We will definitely come back to Grossmans first when we made our next furniture purchase.
John Bosch and his whole team at Grossmans Furniture are the pinnacle of customer service. They have lots of great brands, free delivery and are consistently lower priced then their competitors. Most importantly though, they stand behind their sales and are truly interested in customer satisfaction. On a recent chest purchase, a manufacturer refused to own up to a fabrication error. John has gone above and beyond to get me a replacement chest from a line he does not currently carry and he will absorb the costs for the changes -- and hes doing it at a 10% discount to the best competitive quote I got! I honestly think it is the best furniture store for selection, value, and service in the greater Philly area.

Cyndi is a first class salesperson and decorator. She took the stress out of choosing some big ticket items for my living room and even made a home visit to take measurements. She was patient and gave practical advice to me, an indecisive new homeowner. My living room is almost entirely furnished from Grossman Furniture and it was all done within my original budget. From day one theyve been so helpful with laying out the rooms we needed furniture for, patiently waiting while we sorted through fabrics, and so responsive to all of our emails and questions. The quote was provided on line and we only had to travel to the showroom once for the entire sale. The product arrived precisely when he promised and is everything we hoped for and more. He also arranged for white glove delivery from the store to our home in Southern Delaware.Outstanding attention to details and customer service.

I visited this store for the first time. The showroom was nice. AJ helped me pick a sofa and love seat. I hadnt purchased either in 20 years. He was patient and informative. He knew which sofas had the comfort level I was looking for. He was essential in choosing the fabrics. Great quality furniture for any taste and style, but what truly makes a difference is their awesome staff! The store offers fairly large display collection, but if you cant find something you like. They have catalogs for any taste and style and will work with you to customize your order. We worked with Lynnel, who was beyond helpful and even tried to accommodate special requests for the delivery date. The bedroom set was custom-made for us so it took a little time, but it feels just perfect and unique. We loved our bedroom set so much that after having it for a few months we decided to get one more dresser and mirror. I am sure we will be back to Grossman soon. Thanks !!!

Knowing nothing about this store, we took a chance stopping by Grossman’s in center city on our way home from NJ, and had a terrific shopping experience, made possible by our salesperson, AJ. After a year and half of searching for a kitchen table, we found exactly what we wanted. AJ was friendly and knowledgeable, offering advice when we asked for it, and assisting us in making our selections.Table and 4 chairs were a special order, so we did have to wait 8 weeks for delivery, but we couldn’t be more thrilled with our new set. Delivered and set up by a very friendly group of men, and the day after delivery, AJ called to see if we were satisified with our new set. Grossman Furniture delivered to us high quality furniture and superior service with courtesy. We did not even visit the store. We knew what we wanted and ordered it by phone and email. It was a high-end sectional leather sofa by American Leather. Sarit Kadakia and A.J. Ackley were our contacts at Grossman’s. We dealt with Grossman’s many years ago in the early years of our marriage and remembered it as being good on price, quality and service when we moved back to the area. They worked with us to deliver our latest purchase within the tight window for a special event- going above and beyond to insure on time delivery.It’s rare I only have one “go to “for anything , however I can say Grossmans is our first stop when looking to redecorate.
Great place to go sofa shopping!! Awesome staff, welcoming, attentive, and full of great knowledge about sofas. The sofas are great quality (same inventory as Ashley furniture and other stores). Great price and great delivery/setup service. The warehouse is great: clean, easy to walk around in and all the parking is super easy along the street (meter parking).
John Bosch and Cyndi Nicgorski are terrific -- they have helped me furnish 2 homes and they are a pleasure to work with -- they are not pushy, took the time to understand our style, continued to look for items for me until I was satisfied, and made the whole experience very easy and enjoyable. I love Grossmans. I have gone there for both furniture and now carpet stair runners and every time I go, I get great service and find the products that I like. Grossmans carries the brands that I like that includes Hooker, CR Laine, Masland carpets. These are tried and true established brands that will not disappoint. I find that Grossmans has a great selection for all different tastes and good prices. I was so happy with how my custom sectional and chair came out. Their prices are competitive, selection is huge, and sales people are attentive and helpful.
I purchased a couch there. Delivery was easy and timely, but the couch I purchased there did not hold up for even two years (in a home without pets or children) and Grossman was unresponsive and ultimately did nothing to remedy the situation. Make of that what you will.
Shopping for furniture often is a daunting challenge. Cyndi took all the pressure off of us and treated us like we were the most important customers in the world. She didnt push us towards the most expensive but listened to our needs and put up with me sitting on every chair in the place.We purchased a sofa and chaise in fabric and a big leather chair and ottoman for me to veg out it. We cant wait for our custom furniture to arrive. Plus we ended up under budget.Great experience
A while back I purchased furniture from this place. The delivery men were unprofessional. They claimed they didnt have change and told me hell just keep my 100 dollar bill. I believe in giving a tip but its very unprofessional to tell a customer what youll just TAKE and keep what you want as a tip. I saw him when he went outside and pulled money out of his pocket and left it in the truck and came back in my home and proceeded to pull a couple dollars out of his pocket to show me he didnt have enough. I called the store and told them what happened and the man I spoke with said he would find out about it. During that time the delivery guy started telling me how Grossman makes so much money getting over on people by doing huge mark-ups in prices on their furniture. The man I spoke with called the delivery guy on the phone and the delivery guy put his phone on speaker so I could hear EVERYTHING being said. The man started cursing and yelling and asking the delivery driver about the change and said that I the customer was a F*cking idiot and some other choice words. He said so many horrible things in that short couple of minutes. The delivery driver stood there laughing and got off the phone and went outside to get the change I knew he had. When he came back I told him how disrespectful the man was and how he could talk about a customer like that. The delivery guy said he was an assh*le and pointed to his arm and mine(which were both AA) and said he doesnt care thats how he feels about us Well I was floored. I called back to Grossman and told them what happened and the man I spoke with apologized for the other mans behavior and how the delivery experience went. He asked if there was anything he could do and I told him no but that I certainly wouldnt be dealing with them again in the future. After that experience I will also let everyone I know not to deal with them. Grossman has been around for a while and with bigger companies taking over youd think they would appreciate their customers but maybe theyre used to dealing with some customers who look like me. Years ago those customers didnt have many options and had to put up with being disrespected but just happy to be able to get furniture delivered. Well its a new day and theres so many furniture companies out there who have WAY better prices AND GOOD customer service. Thanks to Google reviews being a thing now INCIDENTS like these can be put out there for people to know WHO we are REALLY dealing with. Some people wont care but integrity still means something to most people. Fake smiles and small talk to your face until they get your money and then youre every curse word in the book when they dont know youre listening. And to think it was one of their own delivery guys who set them up to be exposed in that way. After this incident I found a great furniture place in delaware that will give customers the lowest price and no tax plus gave me free delivery and a 5% discount. Ive been ordering from Delaware ever since and have since furnished nine rooms in my home with FPs furniture and Theyre the cheapest by far for top quality furniture. Im glad I wrote this review and can let go of the resentment Ive had since then. I dont want ANYTHING from Grossman and they cant do sh*t for for me now that I got the chance to see that side of them. They certainly have a lot of people fooled though. As My grandmother would always say You might get by but you wont get away. Whats done in the dark..... Karma never forgets an address.
I just finished furnishing a new home with a decorator at Grossmans. They were wonderful to work with. They carry every manufacturer you could possibly need and their prices are extremely fair. I would recommend them to anyone looking for either one piece of furniture or a whole house. I couldnt be happier!
After a girlfriend recommended Grossmans I visited and decided to purchase a leather sectional. It was very expensive but I considered it an investment. I was wrong....Ive had issues of pealing after one year! The customer service rep; Neel is not cooperating and I cant reach my sales rep. Hes never available when I call. Save yourself the headache and expense. Dont purchase leather furniture from Groosmans.

A couple of weeks after my mattress from Grossmans was delivered, a corner of the foundation fell to the floor. One call to Grossmans, and representatives were at my house. They replaced a missing bed slat -- far beyond their remit -- and the mattress was back after an hour. Fantastic service!

I have been looking for a wall-hugger power recliner for small room and was delighted to find what I wanted at Grossmans. Cyndi was knowledgeable and took lots of time to show me different models. They had a recliner in the store but I wanted a slightly different model so I ordered a Palliser, Jasper 31 and it was delivered in 6 weeks. Purchased a glass table and the leg broke after two weeks. Spoke to customer service and the rep was very rude. The table was expensive and I was quite surprise that they did not want to help with repair/replacement. I would not recommend Grossmans Furniture to a friend. Poor customer service after they get your money.

We went to Grossmans- a family favorite- to look for some outdoor furniture and some bedroom furniture after scouting ALL to local places plus looking online. We also were hoping to not wait 2 or 3 months becuase we needed it for a shore house. Cyndi N. greeted us showed us all the available furn on the floor for instant purchase as well as a catalog with Quick turnaround plus an outdoor furn vendor that works within a month. Well we found a perfect bed, Stearns and Foster mattress that we love, bureaus and nightstands PLUS a fabulous sectional set with high end thick cushions and a set of chaise lounge etc. everything came in in 2 weeks and was delivered to the shore and Set up for $59.00 delivery? Plus the prices were reasonable- Cyndi was fantastic at follow up- the Furniture ordered without seeing is excellent quality and we are super satisfied. We will be back .... again Cyndi- many thanks.

Having had a wonderful experience almost three years ago with Grossmans Furniture and their delivery service, McDaniels, I went back and ordered a sectional sofa from them.It was supposed to arrive around Thanksgiving but came on November 9th!The men who delivered the furniture were the same guys who delivered our six piece bedroom set and they remembered us!McDaniels will also deliver our old living room and patio furniture to our sons in the suburbs. McDaniels is very accommodating, efficient and friendly. They are wonderful! Cindy at Grossmans and the folks at Mcdaniels are wonderful!!

I bought 2 bedroom dressers that at 1 year started to sag in the middle. I called many times and the solution was to add a support. Now the drawers won’t close and I get no response. 8,000 dollars down the drain and unhelpful customer service. I would give 0 stars if I could.

John has been, and continues to be, the most thorough, accommodating and timely professional have had the pleasure of working with. We moved from out of state. The logistics involved in our move to Philadelphia required a great deal of planning and execution from Johns end, as we ordered our furniture a month prior to move in and scheduled delivery prior to our arrival in PA. Additionally, once we arrived in the city, we were met with another obstacle - our own couch would not fit in the apartment elevators or stairwells so we needed a couch and coffee table immediately. One call to John (with our dogs in tow) and all was taken care of immediately. Each time we have called upon Johns help, it has been under extreme time constraints and a great deal of anxiety from our end. Johns calm nature and understanding of how to get things done have been a blessing to us. We cant speak highly enough of him and have happily spread the word. We will continue to look to Grossman Furniture first for any of our furniture and furnishing needs and look forward to working with John again in the future.
Great selection of furn. My leather love seat started peeling after a year though. Still trying to get an answer from the slsman and CS Rep. So far, its been very slw going.Thanks for the response Grossmans. My email address doesnt have my full name for some business on line. I also dont want you using this review against me while Im trying to get a repair. Some companies will do that. Hopefully youre not one of those.

They should change the company name to Grossman Excuses, because thats all you will get out of this company. My wife ordered a coffee table in November of 2014. Its mid-august 2015, and I havent gotten the table. But I have heard EVERY excuse in the book so far.I would never visit this place again. Neel (the owner) in particular was no help whatsoever. And hes absent more than hes present.
Worked with clients to purchase furniture for a renovation. At first, everything went smoothly and the customer service was satisfying and responsive. As time passed after several inquries (on my part) to find out the status of the furniture, it was brought to my attention that the fabric for some of the furniture was unable to be used for our order and there would be an additional month of add-on time. No discount was offered until I insisted on for my clients, and since that time, the responsiveness and attention to my questions and concerns on behalf of my clients has been horrendous. I literally have to reach out 4 or 5 times before getting a response and when I do, its one excuse after another. I cannot wait until I am done interacting with this store. I will not bring clients here again and steer anyone who asks in the opposite direction. The pieces are nice but can be purchased elsewhere for the same price and way less hassle...if you value your time, avoid them!

Very cool furniture store. Lots to look at in a relatively small space. Staff was nice, friendly, and knowledgeable. Felt no pressure.
AJ was very helpful in showing us how to design and furnish a new room to be used as a study. We found what we were looking for. No pressure just good advice.

2022-05-08Ive had great experience with Grossman! My husband and I recently purchased a new place and needed some furniture. We knew what we were looking for but wasnt sure what would match. Thats when Kyle came into the picture. Kyle has been so patient, helped us search for furniture we were envisioning, and made sure measurements worked. We are so in love with the merchandises and thankfully everything came in great quality! Although the delivery times were long waits, it was definitely worth the wait. We will continue to buy from Grossman and work with Kyle. Great job!!

2021-12-23I had a fantastic experience with Susan at Grossman furniture for buying my first non-ikea adult couch. Susan helped me consider details for a custom couch by helping me pick out the right fabric, style, and accessories. I bought it in April 2021, and due to shipping/manufacturing issues the couch was finally delivered this week! Susan was communicative the whole 9 months and kept me up to date with delivery date. I appreciated the communication and professionalism and expertise of the team

2021-12-16My husband and I went to Grossman Furniture after a terrible experience with one of the larger chain retailers. I was connected with Kyle who was absolutely wonderful! He patiently looked-up each piece I was interested in to see when it would be available and was upfront with me about pricing, chain supply issues, and when I could realistically expect to receive certain products. My husband and I placed a large-ish order (king mattress, bed frame, dining room chairs, and a bench) - Delivery went smoothly (did have one minor hiccup, but the delivery company went out of their way to ensure we received our furniture on the due date), everything was delivered when it was supposed to be, and Kyle was receptive and responsive even after we received our furniture. We cant say enough good things about Kyle and Grossman Furniture!

2021-08-14There are no words adequate to express how much I love my very beautiful sofa from Grossman Furniture. AJ at Grossman worked with me and he was so diligent in finding what I liked and even offered suggestions about other products which he thought were my taste. Delivery was earlier than I expected which added to my excitement. So with regard to the service, products, delivery, and most importantly, the pricing, 5 stars all around. I am expecting a matching chair to my sofa and a coffee table, both of which I also ordered from Grossman Furniture. This was my first time shopping at Grossman, but trust and believe, for any future furniture purchases, I will always start with Grossman because I know thats where my shopping will end -- no need to look any further. When you buy from Grossman Furniture, you buy quality at its very best!
