Health Check is fantastic! I juice on a regular basis and I love this place. The owners and staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend checking it out! My favorite juices are the Light Green Goddess and Pink Wink.
Soo happy to have this little gem in downtown Annville! We got 2 of their smoothies with no sweeteners added and they were delicious and refreshing. Super friendly and welcoming owners too. They even threw in complimentary house blend apple cider vinegar shots. Cant wait to go back and work our way through the menu!
Amazing place. A literal hidden gem. The people in there are so nice and helpful, and they had a cute corner for taking pictures with a ring light. We got smoothie bowls, and they were absolutely delicious!
Friendly service and delicious, healthy food! Stopped in today for a smoothie and bowl. Everything was prepped fresh right in front of us and it all tasted amazing. We cant wait to go back and try the salads and avocado toast. Highly recommend!!
This place is perfectly charming in every way. The smoothies were flavorful, the décor was memorable, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. My only concern is the price being outside of the typical means for Annville residents, in particular. It may flourish from college student patronage but as for locales, it may be tricky. Other than that, I commend the owners and workers for putting together such a unique and tasty spot!
So I ordered this grown up version of a PB and J sandwich. The wheat bread was cut real thick! Love it! I choose almond butter. And the berries on top were amazing! I didn’t expect it to be an open face sandwich. Made the experience last twice as long. Best lunch I’ve had in a very long time. Thinking it should be a weekly thing.And also, I got a nice little fruit cup during my sandwich making time. Guess they saw how hunger I looked!!
They are so so sweet! Very informative and friendly, i enjoyed my first time going in, the avocado toast and lite green goddess juice is amazing!!! So happy to have a juice bar in the area!!

100/10 for this. Incredible smoothie, incredible service. It was quick delicious and even offered to let us wait inside after finishing our smoothies to wait out the rain. Not only smoothies but juices, salads, acai bowls, and honey.
Wonderful atmosphere and customer service! The owner is courteous and super helpful; just wants everyone to have a good experience. Theyll customize orders and do whatever they can to create what you want. Great place if you have allergies! Prices are reasonable, too for what you get!
I had the Duchmen Cobb salad with homemade balsamic vinaigrette and a make your own smoothie (apples blackberry raspberry pineapple coconut water). Absolutely phenomenal, and the customer service was excellent!!! Will definitely be back. 
Such a lovely shop offering healthy food options in Annville! I had the blue smoothie bowl and the zinger ginger juice, both were delicious! Already signed up for the rewards program, I know Ill be back!
Great smoothies and food! I got the Protein Packed toast and it was amazing! I built my own smoothie, and they also have smoothie bowls, juice, salads, and more. A must visit!
I am so happy to finally have a juice bar in the Annville area! Not only do they have the best açaí bowls, they have amazing staff that are so kind! I will definitely be making weekly trips!
Fantastic addition to downtown Annville. Fresh, made-to-order smoothie, bowl, toast, and salad options offer something for every palate. Juice menu is robust. Hooked on the Zinger Ginger and Beetbox. Friendly and accommodating staff.

With the additions of Swatara Coffee Co. and Health Check Juice Bar, Annvilles Main Street is getting better and better. I ordered the original bowl it is was 10/10. I would recommend this to anyone!

2022-05-08Literally the best! Every time I go into Health Check, I always leave happier, and that says something! Lol. The friendly staff and amazing menu items are a no brainer, especially when it comes to supporting small business in the cute town of Annville, PA. You don’t want to miss this place, even if just passing through - Health Check is truly a hidden gem!!!

2022-06-10Wow! My husband, son, and I were passing through and stopped in here for lunch. What an amazing experience! Even though there wasnt a kids menu the owner was more than willing to alter his price and make my son a half sandwich which was made from real cashew butter they make in shop and the jelly was from real berries blended and made in shop. My husband and I had salads with Chipotle dressing they make which was delicious. I really enjoyed my banna and almond butter smoothie! The owner was so patient and kind to my many questions and hesitations due to my current food restrictions. We ate at the tables out front and the owner even brought us some mint water when we were done eating So! So grateful for the great lunch! Thanks! Well stop in again if in the area!

2021-07-22We had the Almost Hawaii and Paradise smoothies. They were a great addition to our morning meal! The service was great and our online ordering went smoothly. The only thing I noticed later is that the build your options online were a little confusing and I am not quite sure how I would order one via the website. Overall, I highly recommend trying this wonderful little juice bar

2021-03-04This place is a hidden gem! Two doors down from The Allen Theater, in a white building (don’t let the outside fool you). The staff is friendly and accommodating. They gladly checked each step of the way as one of us has a peanut a tree nut allergy, with each order as we went. They have a separate blender for those with nut allergies. It’s a small space but they have everything well laid out. It’s a grab and go, which I love. They were all very helpful. The food is all fresh blended and freshly made. There are so many options and additions-I am thrilled to have such an awesome spot close by to not only downtown, but also the local college and walking trails. Don’t miss this place!
