Wanted to get a quote for my church as our current contract with another provider will be up for renewal and after several attempts, I was finally contacted by a rep and received a quote for a refurbishedunit. Rep stated copiers are hard to come by. After bringing the proposal to the church council, another quote is now needed with modifications to the original quote. I have tried to contact the rep several times to no avail.With being a small proposal, the church is not high on the priority list and ALL customers, big or small, should be treated with respect. Very 😞 disappointing 😞!!!

We hired HIG to design our new business cards. We LOVED working with their creative team! We got so many great concepts and options, and overall the process was just very smooth. I realize this may be a smaller project for them, but we really appreciate how they handled our requests in a timely manner and the end product exceeds all of our expectations. We get many compliments about our business cards now when we hand them out. Thanks HIG!

I have been a customer with HIG for about 10 years. The back bone of HIG is Christopher Bomberger and Aaron Schaffhauser. In a crisis they show a can fix attitude. As long as they are both there, I will sleep well at night trusting HIG with all of my IT, web, copying, printing and shredding needs. They have never ever let me down. Those two will never let you down too.

Weve been long time clients of HIGs and we are very happy with their team and support! Its Christmas Eve and they were closed but they still returned our call to resolve an issue! Thank you guys for caring and being responsive!
