I was wrong about this law firm. Mr. Hill is an amazing person and was able to clear up my issues and actually cared about resolving what ill feelings I had. To hear from the boss made me feel completely comfortable and happy that he had my best interest at heart. Truly a good person. Thank you Mr. Hill.
Hill and Associates are attentive, knowledgeable and accessible. I had an accident at a public home improvement store, and within a year, it was settled. We kept in touch during my rehabilitation and DR visits. My attorney Minos Galanos pushed the defense to provide video to support the events of that day--which ultimately led to settlement. The paralegal and administrative team are also top-notch. Leonard Hill himself will meet you personally if you have problems getting to his office. If you have a personal injury in the Philadelphia Metro area--Hill and Associates is who you should call.
By far the best experience Ive ever had with a lawyer. He made sure the process went as smooth as possible. He was always available for any questions or concerns I might of had about my case. I had a great experience using Hill and Associates. Leonard Hill himself answered all of my questions. My case was originally started by another law firm and was not progressing at all. Mr. Hill was able to analyze the case and take all of the necessary steps quickly and professionally to take over the case. I was very stressed out after a car accident and he helped take away the stress. I was never passed to an associate. I was very satisfied with the firm and the Mr. Hills handling of my issues. Leonard is, by far, the best attorney Ive used. He was more professional, courteous and helpful then any Ive had to hire in the past with a wonderful staff. DO NOT ENGAGE THEM. Extremely sloppy and unprofessional. This law firm did not do their fact checking nor background checking before drafting their notice. If they had, they would realize that they sent the notice to the WRONG business. When I tried to inform them of their mistake, they were extremely unresponsive and did not listen properly before directing the call away.If you were the plaintiff in this case and engaging them as your lawyers, save your time and money. Theyre obviously very sloppy workers and wont look twice at your case as long as you give them the money.

Best lawyers in Philadelphia! My mother had a serious injury and no other lawyers would take the case. These lawyers took the case to trial and won an amazing verdict for her. We couldn’t be happier! Highly recommend.
They took on my case which gave me hope that all the pain and suffering I went thru wouldnt be in vain. I did as much physical therapy as i could possibly do. I never recieved a phone call or an update on my case. Everytime I called they put me straight to Jennifers voicemail. I feel like they put my case to the bottom. And After a year they sent me a letter saying they could no longer represent me. They didnt have the decency to call or email me!!! I wouldnt recommend this firm to anyone.

Very nice place but no easy for parking
Well, we all know that nothing happens fast in the judicial system and so we were not expecting any immediate response HOWEVER, it would have been nice to receive some responses with updates and me not having to continually contact you with little or more often, NO response. That’s flat out SHAMEFUL!! How hard is it to answer a text??? See attached from last year…..notice you never responded. I KNOW you received these. You should have just told us from the start either this was not a case, it was a case but you didn’t have time to adequately pursue and maybe refer us to another firm who would respond, etc., BUT NO, you accepted it and apparently put it on the bottom of your pile.In banking as in law, there are several banks and there are several law firms. What makes them stand apart, CUSTOMER SERVICE, of which unfortunately you are highly lacking. Scott said that you are very involved in your children’s extracurricular activities which is great and applauded…….I am as well…………HOWEVER, while sitting at a game or an event I am still apt to answer texts and/or emails from clients as it doesn’t take long and keeps them notified. ALSO, when I know I cannot do a loan, I am RESPONSIVE to the prospect and get back to them right away so I don’t provide false hope that I might be working on an approval. I ALSO try and offer other solutions or refer them to other sources if I think that might help. (Just some helpful tips for you, take them or leave them.)Lastly, to send a cold form letter and not have the courtesy to contact me personally says a lot about how you do business…..especially since this is a soft referral from one of your acquaintances/friends and not just someone who saw your ad in a phone book. AND, then the letter ends with “If we can be of assistance in any other matter, please let us know.”…………….REALLY??????Please use that above as constructive criticism and please DO NOT treat any new prospects or clients like the way that we were treated!!!!! I do not expect to hear any response from you (as that is the way you do business anyway). I just thought that maybe this would help you and your future clients/prospects.

2022-01-07The Hill Law Firm was exactly what I needed to get me through the difficult period after my accident.After my doctor told me they could not treat me because I was a victim of a hit and run, I felt lost and did not know how I would get the treatment I needed for my severe back pain. I called the Hill group and got an appointment the same week. My attorney had many resources and I was able to get the medical treatment I needed and compensation for my accident. 2022-03-03Their attitude towards new intake seems to have changed drastically since the very first time my family reached out to them. The first time went ok (hence the two stars) but in a span of 7 years theyve changed. They dont seem to bother to call back if they feel your reason for opening a case isnt worth it. Tried them 3 times for 3 different cases and Im not annoyed that they didnt pick up 2 of the case, Im annoyed because 1. Front desk did not display office/telephone etiquette 2. Didnt bother to call back, like front desk said they always do whether they take the case or not; its called common courtesy. But what works for you may not work for me.

2021-05-12Mr. Hill and his staff have been extremely professional and courteous while dealing with my Mother’s case. He took the time to personally meet with her recently to answer any questions she had. She was very pleased. This process can be overwhelming, but Hill and Associates have made it much more easier to manage. Also when we entered the office, the receptionist (forgive me for forgetting her name) greeted us immediately, was welcoming and offered us a beverage. We’re very big on first impressions, my mother and I were both pleased. Highly recommend.
