I can not say enough good things about Brett. A friend introduced me to him, and I could immediately tell the difference between him and other stores I had been to. Brett was friendly, informative, and not pushy at all. He made the whole process of looking for an engagement ring a breeze! Brett also kept in touch until I proposed and called to congratulate afterwards. When we needed to get the ring resized Brett had us in and out in no time. Worked with Brett to get an engagement ring for my now fiancée. From the moment we first met him, he was very friendly and accommodating. Gave us a ‘master class’ in rings and diamond education, when other stores immediately just wanted to know our budget. Brett patiently followed up for months as we decided on what we wanted, and he even worked with his suppliers to source the best lab diamonds for us to choose from—which is not something they typically sell. My wifes sister and brother-in-law referred us to Brett for when it came time to design her wedding band. She wanted something specific and Brett worked with her to create a beautiful piece. We recently had our first baby, so as a push present, I reached back out to Brett to work on a replica of her wedding band. He was able to recreate the ring and size it up slightly so she could wear it while her finger was swollen from the pregnancy (she was bummed when she could no longer wear her engagement and wedding rings). I worked with Brett from House of Milner twice, first to get an engagement ring almost 2 years ago and then most recently in purchasing wedding bands.He is a pleasure to work with. He was able to make a custom engagement ring for me that included a new center diamond and custom setting I purchased there and some diamonds from my wifes family, that we re-used for the sides. This allowed me to design something that was both new but also included some meaningful throwbacks to her mother and grandmother, which she will have the rest of her life. All of this was done in a short time period so I could propose in a few short weeks.Brett listens to what you actually want and what budget you are working and finds a way for you to walk out happy. I set up an appointment with Brett and because of some untimely snow storms became an annoying customer who had to cancel the appointment. Brett was understanding and accommodating and we rescheduled for a week later. On the day of the visit he laid out some options and we found a great stone at a really great price. Dont worry you wont have to pay the ridiculous retail prices as these guys will provide a great price from the start. If your looking for someone that is not going to toy around and waste your time, I recommend Brett.Do your research read your GIA reports shop around if its your first diamond, but dont leave these guys out. I got everything I needed under my budget. These guys are honest and dont give you the run around because they are looking for lifetime customers.

2022-01-27Was referred to Brett at Milner by a couple of my buddies who recently got married as I was looking for an engagement ring. I walked in and immediately Brett recalled my friends by name and the style of ring they picked. Brett was friendly, communicative, resourceful and patient throughout the whole ring buying process. I really appreciate how Brett was not pushy at all (compared to other jewelers I visited) when making such a big purchase and decision. He cares - he even called me to congratulate me after I proposed. Brett was happy to adjust the ring size to the perfect fit and got it done in a super timely manner. I would recommend him to anyone. He’s great at what he does and really knows his stuff. We were so happy with his service.

2022-08-18Buying an engagement ring can be so stressful! But once I started working with Brett it became a much easier process. He worked with me to find the perfect ring for my fiancé and was never too pushy, unlike other jewelers I went to. My fiancé loves her ring. It feels special and unique to her style. 2022-02-14Brett at House of Milner is the absolute best. My husband got the engagement ring of my dreams from Brett back in 2017. After going to multiple jewelers, he ended up purchasing from Brett because he took the time to get to know my husband, explained the process, worked in his budget and was not a pushy. My personal experience with Brett has been nothing short of amazing as well. He helped me to find my husbands wedding gift, our wedding rings and most recently a beautiful necklace for my niece. 2022-08-13They did a masterful job adding complicated links to the bracelet of a family heirloom watch. Their craftsmanship is atypically excellent in an era of disposable everything. They respected the original piece of jewelry and created an almost perfect match structurally and cosmetically (so perfect that it is actually hard to see a difference between the new links compared and the old links).

2022-03-27Im a longtime customer of House of Milner and I especially love working with Brett. You can tell he loves what he does. Ive worked on a custom bracelet that Brett helped me design from start to finish. He checked in with me at every step to make sure our visions were aligned and the finished product was magnificent! I get compliments all the time. The next time I worked with Brett was a very difficult time in my life when my mother passed away and Brett helped me take some of her pieces of jewelry and turn them into something that I can wear and cherish her in. He was patient, empathetic, and gave me sound advice on what to do.
