I was very skeptical at first and Ray made me a believer. This vacuum cleaner is by far the best I’ve ever seen. We couldn’t believe how much debris was in the filter after going over a small area of carpet. My husband and I were very impressed with Ray’s knowledge of the Rainbow products. Ray was a pleasure to work with and I will be recommending him and Rainbow vacuum products to anyone serious about getting rid of the excess dirt and pet dander etc. We are excited about finally getting our carpets,floors and furniture truly clean!

A service technician came to our home to tell my husband what I already knew. I wanted my husband to be brought aware by the professionals what was required and exactly how it should be completed. Free service check completed and technician had no belts or edgers for our rainbow, and furthermore did not even offer to order them. Was informed to call the office. Then I get a call the next day asking if I knew how to get in touch with my ex. Then also a text message. I have blocked Hydrodynamics. Sent an email to Rexair and got an insulting email returned from the service technician at Hydrodynamics basically saying I am expecting too much for free. Maybe Hydrodynamics needs to stop free service checks due to the large area one representative has to cover. I got nothing more than an excuse and complete and utter arrogance on how well he does his job. I have never been so insulted in my life. I cannot wait to relocate and find another authorized dealer. Complete and utter disrespect for a return customer that simply request common courtesy and moderate to high end customer service. Beware of this business and their approach to customers. Far from professional. I would advise the owner and manager of this business to consider training all employees regarding customer service and verbiage. To have a technician tell me where they draw the line is far from professional. As long as I live in Pennsylvania, I will not go through Hydrodynamics. And to think, all of this over parts that could fit in a snack size Ziploc bag and costs less than $20. It should be common practice for a technician to carry standard everyday wear and tear parts as belts, edgers, and a few small other items could be kept in a small container. Furthermore, part of business is planning. The technician should see the client list, what model they have, and prepare accordingly for the upcoming day. Rexair has reached out to provide their stance on the situation and this effort is greatly appreciated. I will not sell Rexair short of a client due to a few people having substandard etiquette.

Bought the new model rainbow to replace our 25 year old unit. Every complaint I had was answered in the new design.
