Our experience tonight at Ninas Waffles was not great. We waited for approx a half an hour and I spent $41 for 1 adult and 3 children. The waffles were very hard and the icecream was basically all melted right when we received our order. Ive heard such wonderful things about this place and was excited to try it. But, unfortunately thats a lot of money to spend for 4 people for icecream and was very disappointed.

Manager was extremely rude refusing service to my entire group because my friend had a service dog. She asked for documentation for the dog even though the law states that you are not allowed to ask for documentation you are only allowed to ask the dogs tasks. They did serve some of us waffles but when we asked for hot chocolate or hot cider the worker went to the manger and came back saying they didn’t have either of them. We then sent two people in that weren’t in there when we originally ordered and they served them with hot chocolate and cider. Very poor experience will not use this store again.
Waffles were amazing!! You can either order the whole waffle or the bites.They have also a lot of ice cream varieties.
I have always loved this place, until very disturbing event happened today. We came in in group of five. One of our friend group has a disability and requires a service dog. Upon the entrance the worker (looked more as a manager) asked our friend to show the documentation for a service dog. The worker wasn’t familiar with the law and even though was nicely told the dog was a service dog, my friend was refused a service!! It was really upsetting, especially that I have been frequent customer for the last 6 years. It was disturbing seeing a discrimination toward someone with invisible disability.
Great Ice cream; way too expensive. $25 bucks for two waffles and ice cream Id just crazy. It was good food but portions are small and crazy expensive.
Today I went into Nina’s Waffles with my service dog who comes with me almost everywhere due to my disabilities. They were advertising Apple cider and Hot chocolate on a sign outside. I went inside with a group of friends and immediately got questioned about my service dog. What seemed to be the manager asked me for his ID, tags or documentation, and told that they are not allowed in the store without this. To this I offered to show her the ADA laws, but she continued to say that it’s what needed. I told her what she was asking for was actually illegal because under the ADA it clearly states: Q7. What questions can a covered entitys employees ask to determine if a dog is a service animal?A. In situations where it is not obvious that the dog is a service animal, staff may ask only two specific questions: (1) is the dog a service animal required because of a disability? and (2) what work or task has the dog been trained to perform? Staff are not allowed to request any documentation for the dog, require that the dog demonstrate its task, or inquire about the nature of the persons disability.My friends were then ALL denied Apple cider and hot chocolate because they were “out”, but our 2 friends who were not initially with us were given Apple cider and hot chocolate when they went in 3 minutes after us.I am completely appalled at their discrimination to the disabled and hope they can be better educated on the importance of service dogs for those with disabilities and basic laws.

Had a very nice experience tonight. Ordered vanilla cherry with coffee crack was a delicious mix. Husband had the cinnamon bourbon was tasty as well. Delightful 2 youngsters served us.
The ice cream was on the sweet side. Tried their cinnamon bourbon flavor which was okay. I also tried their pretzel chocolate swirl but the pretzels were soggy, no real chocolate flavor. Just kind of disappointing all around. Their waffles looked and smelled good though.
Ordered these online. My waffles came so fast. So delicious. We had both the regular and the chocolate stuffed. So. Flipping. Delicious. I can not say enough good things. Order for yourself. You wont be disappointed. Great service. Prompt replies and fast delivery. This is why you shop locally folks. Its worth it!

We had an overnight stay in New Hope and visited Ninas twice!!! The ice cream was so fresh and flavorful we had to make a 2nd trip before we headed home. So many flavors to choose from all homemade in small batches, The way food is meant to be prepared. Lower in sugar than most ice cream but super BIG flavors. We had the coconut, banana and cinnamon bourbon. Which was our absolute favorite! Too bad there isnt a Ninas in jersey 😉 see you in the spring when we return with our entire family!
The sign on the door says Waffles but when I go its all about the ice cream. Theyve got gourmet flavors that you cant find anywhere else, and theyre all fantastically good. Try the Black Currant or Honey Orange Blossom if you want something a little different, or any of the more normal flavors are pretty great too.
Who doesnt love waffles, especially with ice cream and whipped cream!! Ice cream is homemade and they are very patient if you want to try samples. We enjoyed ourselves very much when we were visiting the area.
Staff was ok. Nice atmosphere but the ice cream was mediocre. Great concepts but fell very short on flavor. No real wow. I was disappointed yes in the waffles. When she went to make fresh waffles, I was expecting batter but the server pulled some kind of puffy or dough and smashed it to the waffle iron and then proceeded to close the iron, flatten it. Ore and cook it. Clearly a premade mix of some kind, tastes like something a distributor would be pushing on restaurants to cut costs. I really wanted to like it but...
Amazing cold brew coffee.Flavors were a little too sweet for my taste but a nice variety.Really great place to meet up with a friend.Will sropnin for a waffle next time.

Cute inside and a good place to rest after walking around. Lots of flavors to choose from, but overall, Ive had much better ice cream than this. I didnt have the appetite to try the waffles.
Employees are friendly and polite. The ice cream is amazing, I had the cherry chocolate chip and it was tasty! Id recommend going here if you are looking for desserts in peddlers.

Great ingredients with quick service. Lots of choices from double expresso to caramel chai. Service is always friendly, even during busy times. My kids have had a few different flavors here and havent been disappointed.
Milk chocolate ice cream had no taste, couldnt even tell it was chocolate. Vanilla Cherry Chip was not delicious. Very disappointed and out $11.00

2022-04-23What a wonderful combination, waffles and ice cream.I tried Ninas Waffles for the first time today, and found it to be very delicious.The service was quick and the staff was very nice and super helpful. They offer some of their available classic combination written on the blackboard.My wife and I chose the waffle with a scoop mad crack ice cream on top. It tasted wonderful. The ice cream was delicious!

2022-03-05Service was good as well as the ice cream. The waffle taste was good but they took a pre made waffle off of a tray and reheat it in the waffle maker. It was hard and crusty. Disappointed.

2021-11-08First time at a Ninas location, and I was very pleased. I had a regular sized cup with Apple Pie and Triple Chocolate Pretzel. A very large portion for a tad over $5, and it tasted great.I was super impressed by the Apple Pie. It had great texture, cinnamon overtones, and apple taste. Loved it. The chocolate could have been near perfect if not for the pretzels, though. Seems just about impossible to put pretzels in ice cream without them having a stale texture, yet people keep trying. The chocolate base ice cream was super rich and dark, and I even liked what I think were brownie bits, but the pretzels fell short.Overall, though, I was pleasantly surprised and look forward to going back.

2021-09-04Just walking into Ninas Waffles you can smell the fresh waffles being made right in front of you. The waffles are large, fluffy and delicious. My wife got a cup of waffle pieces with a scoop, more like scoops, of coffee ice cream. It was delicious and a huge treat for under $10. The place is small but you can fit quite a few people in there at the tables or just grab a table out side if you need to sit but one could walk around to the many other shops. We will definitely come back to Ninas Waffles.

2021-04-09This is a quaint ice cream shoppe. They have a wonderful selection of ice cream flavors - both the standard ones and some more exotic twists on the basics. The portions were a decent size. Sadly, they had no sugar-free or dairy-free options.

2021-12-22I got a waffle with Very Berry Ice Cream drizzled with Nutella. It was so so good! The waffle was nice and warm. It would have been better if it didnt have ice cream on top of it.

2021-10-16Great little spot in Peddlers Village. Someone at a local winery suggested stopping here and it didnt disappoint. Waffles were warm and a great selection of ice cream. Peddlers Village is a cute little shopping area. Surprised how many people were out on a Wednesday.
