I was impressed with the high level of customer service, professionalism and quality of the work in the installation of my windshield. Every contact was friendly and positive from making the appointment and interacting with the front office to speaking with Earl the owner who answered my questions in easy to understand language. I also had the pleasure to meet Debbie, Earl’s wife who has a framing business at the same location, she was kind and provided good conversation. I had a wonderful experience and the coffee was an added pleasure while waiting for the completion of the installation. I feel it is important to patronize local businesses as you usually receive more personalized service and they are usually more knowledgeable about the products and services they provide. The price was competitive and affordable.If you need a windshield installed this is the place to have it done.

Great and friendly people to work with that really care about local service. Called to get a rock chip in my windshield filled and they were accommodating of my schedule. By the time my appointment came, I was in and out within 20 minutes. I recommend this place to anyone who needs repair done on their windshield. You cant beat the pricing or customer service elsewhere.

If you have leaky windshields, or even cracked/broken windshields, this is the place to come. Ive gotten quotes from many auto glass shops in the area and only Ideal Glass stood out from the rest because of their honesty. Thank you, Earl Rice III, for not being like the rest......only trying to sell me windshields. You were honest about the process and forewarned me of the possibility of having to replace if the procedure so happened to break the windshield, but it never seemed like you were pushing towards that outcome. Others would lean more towards the possibility of having to replace for the sell, but you were able to save it which only shows your mastery skillset. Even the way you were able to remedy the molding of the back windshield evaded any need for an unnecessary replacement. In the future, I wont even have to ask around for quotes again, nor will I hesitate to direct my friends/family to you for such great automotive window service. Earl does the finest job. Very friendly & professional. After a log shattered my windshield, I asked a few friends & they all said earl at ideal glass is who I’d prefer. I have no regrets. He was prompt & knew every move he was making & even explaining his steps when asked. I’m very happy with my results (the caulking bead is even better than factory) I got my go-to glass guy now.

I needed my windshield replaced and had a difficult time finding a shop which would work with my warranty company. I finally called Ideal Glass and they were wonderful from start to finish! It was a seamless experience from them calling the insurance company to get authorization, to scheduling, to actually replacing the windshield at my home. I wont hesitate to work with Ideal Glass in the future!

I had a chip repaired on my Alfa Romeo Stelvio. Ideal got me in quickly and did a great job on the repair in a few minutes. Very nice people, the best price I found (about 1/3 the price quoted by the big name with all the commercials) and great work.

They do amazing work. Called and was able to get right in. The did the work quickly but it was done very well. Great prices and would use them again. Got a window replaced on one of my vehicles, never had any issues.

Very quick and with excellent customer service to match! They were able to get me an appointment within 24 hours of my call and replaced my windshield in no time at all! Much cheaper than any other auto glass service I had contacted and had very friendly and reliable technicians as well! I would highly recommend these guys to anyone needing quick and inexpensive glass replacement!
