I can’t give zero stars, but that would be nice. Schedule an appointment months in advance, place is closed. Waste of time, go elsewhere.

I walked in for my scheduled appointment to find a sign on the door saying IndentoGO would be closed today, 5/15/2019. I assumed since I had the decency to schedule an appointment, they would have the decency to inform me the building would be closed. Nope, a complete waste of my time and not one word from the company.

Went there for a TWIC card renewal 05/14/19. Computers were down. I thought it was only me, but when I checked with my co-workers all of whom used this center in the past 5 years, 3/4 of them experienced some kind of problem with the center or the employees there. I cant understand why it takes an employee 2 hours to diagnose a lack of internet connectivity and finally call a service technician. And on top of that, Identogo dont list any of their centers numbers so that you can call and check if the center is up and running again. I called the general phone line and a lady there said they have them unlisted because people would bother them while they are busy fingerprinting and checking papers. When I explained that I am calling because I wasnt able to be enrolled because of an IT issue, she was completely oblivious of the problem. Which means that 4 hours after the center was down, the employees there were able to notify their central office so that it can send out an email update that the center is closed.Its just mindboggling that those mooks can hold a job and milk a federal project at this location.Go to another center, save yourself the aggravation.

IDENTOGO (IDEMIA) FBI fingerprinting service is horrible, they do not respond to customers, they ignore emails, phone calls, and notices for months or more, do not notify you of a 30 day or less ability to access records online at any point in time, and have total disregard for customer satisfaction. This service was a huge waste of time and loss of $50 – NOT RECOMMENDED.

Had an appointment for fingerprints. Very easy at this location. Easy parking. Easy to find the place. Professional staff. I was done in 15 minutes.
