They don’t answer the phone!! Was sending me to voicemail and even hung up without saying anything!! I’ve personally never dealt with them before until today. I was trying to see if they started working on a laptop and if they didn’t I would pick it up and get a refund since the school district replace them for free! Horrible customer service wouldn’t recommend this establishment!!!
Aaron was great! He had 2 people in front of me and seamlessly worked with all three of us within the first 2 minutes of me walking in. He was very fast and diligent, and gives great customer service! I wow recommend him to anyone thats in need for tech repair. Also he fixed what I came in for! Lol
My screen cracked and would not work at all, so I brought my phone to iGeeks the next day and could not have been more satisfied with the service! Nelson was very friendly and helpful and my phone was fixed within half an hour. Very affordable and very efficient service!
Nelson was super helpful. He gave me advice for solutions I can do on my own, walked me through some troubleshooting, was really understanding and patient. He made sure to look into any simple fixes I can do myself before looking into spending money on hardware repairs. Great shop. Will definitely come back.
I had no prior experiences with any tech repair shops before to walking into iGeeks, and was therefore highly impressed with their business. They have a very personable and knowledgeable staff with a great understanding of a ton about consumer electronics. Not only did they repair my phone in a very short period of time for a GREAT price, they also answered a bunch of my questions about my computer! It was a great place to go to when you need help with electronics. There was a guy name Frank who was at the front desk, and he had helped me out with fixing my battery for my IPhone 6s. I thought he would crack the screen and so did he, when he removed it to get to the battery, but he managed to lift it off with ease. He fixed the battery, gave me advice on using only apple chargers with iPhones because other chargers tend to overwork the battery, etc. great customer service and more. The price was $50 to fix the battery, but it comes with a 30 day warranty. Not bad. Great place if you need help with electronics 👍🏾
Aaron and Frank are absolutely the best in the business. I had two iPhones that were not functioning properly + one had a cracked screen. They were able to fix everything way faster than Apple would have. If you have any trouble with your phone, these are the guys to go to
My girl broke her galaxy s6 and needed to use a screen to transfer her info to a new phone. This was the only shop that we called that had a spare screen to use for this process. Paid about $60 for this and it was worth every penny. And the staff was also great. I might have me a new place for my electronic repairs
I experienced water damage with my iPhone and took it in to get repaired. When I came in, Dom helped guide me through everything super smoothly and ultimately they got my phone fixed. I would definitely recommend iGeeks to anyone having problems with their phone like I did.
Recently visited the of Prussia location and Mike the service tech made the experience so painless an easy. Breaking your phone is horrible but the service here makes you not even think about. He gave tons of of information and I would definitely recommend iGeek services for any of your device needs
This is the worst phone repair anyone could ever go to. Ive gotten my phone fixed her and how ironic , my screen stops working a month after the warranty is up. I took it to get fixed by another phone store and they told me these people ripped pieces from my phone. Also, there were a lot of things missing. Not to mention the guy told me he couldnt close the screen on my phone all the way so be careful he says. Horrible store. I would never recommend it
Very reasonable quick service. Nelson is the MANdela (an employee here), he was totally slammed and handled everybody with absolute finesse while simultaneously fixing my super cracked iphone 7+ well within the hour. This will be the only place I’ll go for a phone repair.
I went to the location at KOP. Sean was good & knowledgable at fixing my s8. However, my biggest issue w/ them has been my s8 back cover was orchid gray. They have told me that they get parts (refurbished or OEM) directly from Samsung, however my back cover which they have now ordered 3x still does not match my actual color to my phone. Im disappointed, but I was told the color are all slightly different. There might be some truth to it, but if your ordering directly from Samsung, then they should send them or myself the exact color. I see no hint of purple in my back cover at all. Oh & the 1st time the back was ordered they actually ordered the wrong color, because it was blue. They still wound up charging me full price for a cover that doesnt match & wasnt brand new. It was already used by someone who most likely traded in their phone for an upgraded phone at one point. Igeek comes across like their doing us a favor, but in reality their not losing any money. All the phone backs that they kept trying & replacing they will use on someone elses phone.I, honestly should have just ordered online & done it myself. I worked for apple. I thought using igeek would have been a quicker option. I even asked the manager who would only speak to me through email not an actual phone call about refunding my money when the s8 back cover doesnt match... but he just ignored his customer. I sent the email twice w/ no response from him whatsoever. Feel free to call or email me manager about my refund, so I may actually get a NEW s8 back cover that actually matches my phone.
I went a few months trying to fix my iPhone 6 Plus. It only had a cracked screen. The guys from the store said to go get it the day after and the phone wasn’t ready. Then they said for the next day and the phone wasn’t ready either after telling me for various times that it only takes 24 hrs. This time, the guys from the store weren’t there and had this really nice girl in the store but she wasn’t really a tech (got the info after everything) first, she tried to help us fixing the phone and trying to apply discounts since they promised so much sh*** and didn’t happen. Long story short, she started fixing my phone and after that she “confessed” she wasn’t a real tech and that her only experience was opening an iPhone 5 with her dad. My phone now doesn’t have any working cameras, the battery runs out really fast and I can’t even hold my phone or touch it hard since the screen they putt on its such trash that it cracks just by looking at it. Never again.
Horrible customer service and my phone screen has never worked correctly. Only advice they could give me was to turn my phone off. Could have bought a brand new phone with the money they charged me to get it fixed. Now, 8 months later my phone screen scratches and cracks when I touch it. Recommend just going to center city Apple store and getting your product fixed correctly.
Before coming to iGeeks Repair, I had been struggling with my iPhone 7s all week: it was constantly malfunctioning, and I could not figure out why. After dealing with the problem for about two weeks, I finally decided to stop by iGeeks Repair before class. Cameron fixed my phone in a timely manner and ensured that everything was in working order in enough time to make my 5:30 class. For excellent, attentive service, I highly recommend iGeeks Repair for any kind of phone repair!
My Samsung Galaxy S5s charge port was broken; Id taken it to another repair service but they broke my LED in addition to not fixing it. Aaron not only offered to change my repair port for free (since I had the part from the previous repair service) but also replaced my LED in an extremely understanding and efficient manner (2> hours!). Thanks to him, I was able to go to my graduation without worries. If I could give him bonus stars, I absolutely would. 1000/5!!
This is my second time coming to this store at the Temple Location and the service here is immaculate ! I was here for a phone repair / purchase as well as a laptop repair and I left a happy customer both times. Lets not forget there was minimal wait time !! I will continue to shop here and refer others as well! - signed a very pleased customer from my new phone ☺️
Dont get your phone fixed here (or anything for that matter)!!!! they do not use genuine apple products.i went in just wanting my cracked screen fixed. not even a week after they “fixed it” i woke up with horizontal flickering lines in the display. then it went completely black and dead for a few days until they agreed to “fix” it again. this time it took them three hours. not two weeks after this time, the screen cracked and began seperating from the actual phone (so much so i can see the inside). my phone does not stay alive for longer than half an hour unless its constantly plugged in (it died while typing this out!!!). ive never ever had problems with my battery before coming to this place (im always cautious to make sure not to leave it plugged in overnight, not use it while its plugged in, etc). they took about two months to reply to my concerns and now have yet to contact me again while i was inquiring about a refund. the damage to my phone will cost more than $300 ($170 for just the screen). they really screwed me over i guess just because im a young broke college girl. long story short, dont go here unless you want to be phoneless and broker than you were before. wish i could leave 0 stars and sue this place.
I brought my iPhone into the store to get the cracked glass replaced. The phone was working fine prior to the glass being replaced and the IT worker checked it in advance just to make sure the phone was fine, which it was. Unfortunately after I picked up the phone I discovered that now the phone was having issues that it didnt have prior to getting the glass was replaced. I took it back to the store and the staff thought that maybe it was the battery, although the battery initially had no issues. The phone had to be taken to the Apple Store and they checked everything from A to Z including the battery and nothing could be done to repair it. We had to purchase a brand new phone.
They were really nice and respectful even after a piece had to be replaced that they fixed.However for the replacement I had to track them down and call without call back to get it done.Then after all was said and done the one speaker was still trash and they dont seem to care. He started acting like it was me and that it was supposed to be like that. When it wasnt that eay originally.So I wouldnt go there again ....
In the end, my Samsung Galaxy S4 was not reparable, but I appreciated the iGeeks staff for their knowledge and courtesy. They charged me only a small amount for labor, and I would definitely go there again. I would also not hesitate to ask their advice on any technical issues.
UPDATE!! MY EAR BUD PORT WAS DAMAGED IT WAS FINE BEFORE THEY CHANGED MY BATTERY, AND THEY TRIED TO INSIST THAT I DROPPED IT AND DAMAGED IT!! MY EAR BUD PORT WAS FINE. THEY DAMAGED IT!! They were very fast and honest about the repair. I had a groupon which made it even better. I would definitely use them again. But hopefully I wont have to. UPDATE!!
Issues with hard drive/laptop and it wasnt apparent what the main issue was, but Aaron temporarily had a fix. When that didnt work out Aaron had called me to see what the problem was/ what else he could do. While the problem wasnt resolved initially, Aaron and Omar were great to talk to and very friendly and offered their assistance in making sure I knew what I was doing to fix it myself.Killer customer service from Aaron and Omar. Be back cause of that.
I searched hi and low for someone who could fix my phone which isnt easy to fix and being a college student my funds are not the best right now! I recently went here to get my Moto X (2nd gen.) serviced. My screen cracked and one of the techs messed up my phone (hes no longer at this store) and I had to revisit the store to get my phone service again.BUT, THE OTHER TECHS AND THE OWNER HIMSELF WORKED ON MY PHONE TO REPAIR EVERYTHING THAT THE PREVIOUS TECH MESSED UP. AFTER THEY WERE FINISHED MY PHONE WAS BRAND NEW AGAIN! Ive been to igeek repairs 2 times now for broken phones do you have a teenager in your home and the phone is always broken take them to iGeeks and set up an account the more times you go the cheaper it gets they do good work on not just phones computers whatever electronics you haveIgeeks is the place for you and me and those teenagers with the broken phones 😁

2022-07-09Worst repair store I’ve been too. IGeeks has possession of my PS4! They’ve had my system since December of 2021 until now.. I’ve called in multiple times to get updates on my game. THIS IS CRAZY!! To have my system all year? Just so you guys can tell me you can’t fix it????

2022-02-22I came in to iGeeks with a laptop that showed no signs of life. I was sent away from the Temple campus tech help resources, and was told they could do nothing to help. Adam not only fixed my issue and got my laptop working again, he was honest, professional and friendly. HIGHLY recommend going to Adam and iGeeks before going anywhere else, they were phenomenal.

2021-10-23I was replacing my iphone screen myself but couldnt get one of the stubborn screws out due to my screwdriver not being exactly the right size. I came here in desperation to offer to pay for service but the guy just unscrewed it for me in seconds for free. Great service! Clearly knew what he was doing too.

2021-03-03I give them 3 stars because they DO NOT give updates to customers about the products they have bring fixed. You wont know the status unless you constantly call to check. I know each and every employees name because I dealt with this first hand. Other than the lack of communication, they do a great job fixing gadgets and the prices depend on YOUR device. They are having problems with ALL of there shipments now, I guess because of covid.

2020-03-27Terrible customer service!!! First of all they charge 21.60 to even look at your device. Second, the guy there was rushing me the day I dropped off and the day I picked up my laptop because of their one person policy. He told me we would perform a massive reset on laptop. My laptop had other problems it I was focusing making it faster while I wait for part. I was under the notion that the reset was covered by the 20 as it’s just a reset. When I go to pick up my device, the guy said it’s 60 total? I said 60 for what? All you did was reset my laptop I could’ve did that myself. He replied “well why didn’t you?” I replied because you were supposed to give me a full diagnostics. Then he said “well maybe you didn’t heard the price because you were too busy worried about the batteries”. I told him don’t tell me why I didn’t hear the price. I didn’t hear the price because you didn’t say it. I opened up my laptop and it was performing closed to the same speed as before. He didn’t really fix anything. And I was civil up until the snarky comments started to bother me. I told him I’m not paying anything additional. He said he will wipe out my laptop and I could come put it up later. I would not recommend you go to this place. Go to a real tech store. The guy customer service was terrible, he was rude and condescending. He was impatient and short with the questions I had prior to dropping off my laptop . Don’t make the same mistake I did. It could be a waste of your money.

2021-08-28I purchased a used iPhone from this store. The phone wasnt working correctly. Went back to the store they said it was my sim card. Got a new SIM card for my cell phone carrier. Service were suspended within an hour . The phone was black listed because it was a stolen phone. So Im out of money and a phone.

2020-03-04This store broken my laptop... The manager and employees are extremely irresponsible. After they broke my laptop, they refused to fix it, and they blamed the issue on the battery. Even though I can see there is a big pit in the middle of my laptop.
