When our AC unit failed, we called Ingram, since they had become our favorite for maintenance servicing. The service person explained all the options to us for repair/replacement. We decided to install a new unit, and he did a temporary fix so that the unit might make it through the weekend.
Always on time, especially professional. When it was time for a new system Ingram helped me get set up with an appointment right away and then followed up with me afterward. I would recommend this company to anyone.
From the first call to receiving the bill for payment the folks at Ingram were professional and excelled in customer service. First-time customer and they were onsite within 45 minutes of making an appointment. Very efficient and reasonably priced.
Our hot water tank spewed water and steam. I immediately called them and they arrived in 30 minutes. They replaced the tank, and also added a new shut-off valve with no inconvenience.
Most recently I had repairs done in my bathroom the technician was efficient. They are always prompt and do quality work at a fair price.
I had an emergency appointment and was delighted to have the service tech arrive on time. Ingrams Plumbing and Heating were knowledgeable, courteous, and answered my questions.
Their plumber has completed work at our home a few times and its always been great. Hes prompt, knowledgeable, and friendly.

The technician that came to our home, was exceptionally courteous and explained the work being done. He was good I give him 5 stars.
Our 3 copper sewage line had a leak. The tech repaired it quickly and efficiently and checked his work for leaks. He was friendly and did a great job.
The customer service team is organized and makes sure you are scheduled at your convenience, moreover, if a technician is nearby and you need ASAP service they will go out of their way to serve you right away
An awesome company I got a new unit installed yesterday they were awesome I highly recommended them been a customer since 2013 and they always do a good job for us.
They initially took my call after hours when my hot water tank broke, scheduled me quickly, arrived on time, had a new one installed quickly. I was surprised it cost less than I expected.
The worker replaced our toilet and connected the water to our fridge in one trip saving us time and expense. We really appreciated their professionalism overall.

Ingram Plumbing came out yo my home, the tech was there 10 minutes, charged me $125 and gave me a wrong diagnoses on my plumbing problem. What the tech told us was totally incorrect. I had to get someone else to fix the problem. I will not recommend Ingram Plumbing to anyone. They step in your house maybe 10 minutes and give you the diagnoses then charge you $125. Bad customer service.
Delt with this company a few years ago, and just like many of the reviews I was not impressed. The job itself was completed quickly but I developed a problem after. Called them, to request someone come back to take a look, the receptionist gave me the worse attitude ever. I ended up calling another company who came out to address my concern. A few months later I had a friend who needed extensive work (pretty expensive job), and I told him not to call Ingrams due to their lack of professionalism.
Called for an rate hourly rate to unscrew a pipe. And was told there are no hourly rates to there pricing. they come up with the price to do the job on site only. They have no set prices so 2 people can have the same work done and be charged totally different prices.

I love the work they did. Super professional group of guys. However the office manager was very rude and impolite. I will reach out to the plumber directly moving forward.

STAY AWAY! these guys are a bunch of crooks and robbers....I needed to have my water meter reversed. Couldnt get in touch with my plumber buddy so I called these guys for a quote. Keep in mind this is a 10 min job, real easy. Take the meter off, turn it around, put it back on. I couldnt believe they wanted to charge me $395.00 for that!!! Are you freaking kidding me?!?!?!?can you imagine if it were a more complex job? I understand wanting to make money and having competitive pricing... $120 would have been much, but i prob would have paid it out of convenience. But $395.00 for a simple 10 min job is freaking disgusting.. Use these guys at your own risk..
First issue they gave a 6hr window, i said it was ok but I need a phone call 15 minutes before. The receptionist said ok (she was very pleasant and professional). The plumber calls and says he is pulling up. It took me 10min to get there and he had a nasty attitude about it bickered about waiting when I said you didnt call ahead like i requested. Then tells me its $295 to snake my drain per drain and tells me i have atleast 15 drains then tells me the one drain he charges $395 to take of the toilet plus $295 to snake it. I say you are you are going to charge $395 to unscrew 2 bolts , thats robbery. He says well you can take it off yourself and you made me wait 10minutes and leaves. Not only was he RUDE but tried to OVERCHARGED because he didnt think I knew how much it should cost. I called 2 different companies charge less than half to clean the drain and Ive had plumber replaced a toilet for parts and labor for under $300 and he was trying $395 just to move it out the way to snake it. Worst experience ever. They will rip you off you dont know about plumbing.

I have used Ingram’s over the years for drain cleaning, stack repair, toilet repair, heater replacements, etc. The crews are always thorough & professional. They also have good payment plan options when needed.
Wow...after making an appointment with this gaggle of folks (not sure it’s a legit business) i was told a tech will call me and setup a time, so far so good. the trouble is it’s 45 mins after the set time and the office nor the tech will answer my calls. checked yelp and who knew two stars at best and plenty of disgruntled ex customers. I’de definitely avoid this place like they had ebola...not a place worth dealing with at all!
Ingrams came out to my home today to unclog my back drain. The guy was so professional, nice, and he even gave me lessons on unclogging the drain. After reading all the reviews I thought let me cancel GLAD I did not. I will be using Ingrams from now on. Thanks for the job well done.
The plumber that I had did not snake the right part of my issue so the issue returned. Got a 2nd opinion about the issue and the 2nd opinion said that Ingrams should have snaked my stacked pipe and back to my basement toilet. Supervisor of the plumber who messed up the first time agreed and say that he will call the plumber and the plumber will call me back that evening. Never received a call. Called the supervisor back and it went right to voice mail. I left a message, called again left another message and even left a text message. Again I never received a call regarding the status of hearing from the plumber. I sent them an email explaining the issue with the date and the times and even sent a message via Linkedin to the CEO . Lets see what happens. #notsatisfied #unprofessional
Does not do what they put in contract unfinished and very unprofessional work my bathroom is still not finished called many time they say they coming they dont. dont waste your time or money they are over charging ppl take your money and wont do the work this company use to be different and good
The pricing was ok. They got the job done quicker than I anticipated. I would definitely call back the next time a problem arises.

2021-11-29My dad used them to replace an old boiler in 2019.He purchased a top of the line Crown - Velocity Boiler. This boiler now is damaged and completely junked after only 2 years. I have no heat in my home. I reached out to them to find out what my recourse was. We scheduled for them to come and physically inspect boiler, that appointment was rescheduled. Then the owner calls me at the time of the 2nd appointment to tell me they cant do anything since THEIR warranty was over. Plus I was told that when I make the claim, the manufacture will ask for me to go through the contractor, but that I insist that the manufacture deals with me only and not them. On top of that, I was told that the only way they would help me with my claim was if I gave them the contract to install new boiler. WOW!!!!! I had them out in 2020 as the boiler was not working and the guy who inspected my boiler stated that the insides of my boiler looked like I had a flood, but the outside showed no evidence of a flood. He wasnt sure what the cause was, but told me that he could change the parts inside. What a joke. I left it alone as the boiler started working. I had another contractor come in to change my water tank and I asked them to take a look, told them the situation, that I was told the insides could be changed. He looked puzzled and said no way you can change these insides, why would Ingrams tell you that? When the new contractor changed my water heater, he also cleaned out my boiler / radiator lines. Me not fully understanding that, I contracted Ingrams to come and do this for me. I was charge a pretty penny for Ingrams to come out to do this work. Was told that this would take a while but they were finished in less than 20 minutes. There was nothing for them to do, did they have integrity to tell me that. NO!!!! they took my money for no work. This company is crooked and I would stay far far far away!!!!! If I could give them 0 stars I would.

2022-08-01Ingrams Plumbing and Heating were our heroes this week. When our A/C stopped working we called them. They arrived promptly and we had to replace the old one. They gave us a good deal and we ordered a new unit. They sent 2 super, professional guys who installed the unit in under 5 hours. We were back to relaxing in comfort.

2022-08-074th of July my A/C was out. Called Ingrams Plumbing and Heating, and the owner offered to bring out 2 room units at o charge to keep the bedrooms cool until he could repair the A/C. I had an old unit too old to repair. He was able to install a new unit right away. Pricing was very competitive. The installer was excellent. Cleaned up when he was done.

2022-08-26I gave 2 stars because The guy was nice and the fact he came exactly the day for the appointment But: Beware of price gauging and exaggerated story about plumbing of sewer line pipe is broken and needs to be replaced. Also the amount of 5k to replace it! Get another opinion and get water pipe insurance from American Water Resources. Pay a small monthly fee and theyll come out and fix the problem fast. My pipe was just clogged the plumbing company sent out fixed my problem about 1 hourjust and use the snake machine! I was told it was just clogged.

2022-08-05Ingrams worker was personable and so helpful with our Air Conditioning problem. The employee was efficient and work in a remarkably professional manner. Needless to say, by the time he left, our Air Conditioner was humming away
