Right away this company was willing to work with us on a deadline and had reasonable pricing. They were clear in communication and represented themselves professionally. Even though we ended up going a different route with our product purchasing, I would recommend working with Instant Imprints and will returning to do business with them in the future.

I have used instant imprints for all of my companies signage/decals on our fleet vehicles. We plan to use them again in the future to put decals on the rest of our vehicles and trailers in the near future. They walked me through the layout and design aspects and let me make changes until it was exactly the way I wanted it. Great quality and looks great! Our oldest decals and magnets are over a year old and still look brand new!

Ive used Instant Imprints Cranberry quite a few times, and most recently for t-shirts, a banner, and a vinyl window decal for a new business. Matt did a great job installing the window decal, and everything looks great! Instant Imprints is the most thorough and communicative company that I have worked with in their industry. They always get it right, and keep in touch throughout the process.

I am a home improvement contractor in the Cranberry Twp area. I called instant imprints with a Super rush order on Thursday morning this past week. I needed a shirt by the end of business. I am an experienced contractor but a new business owner. I still hadn’t ordered any new marketing since I got my PA HIC license number. I needed a shirt because I was going to do a few big estimates, and especially because of COVID I wanted to put my best foot forward.I called, and Matt answered. He took all the info, gave me the email to send what I wanted on it and he kicked me back an invoice plus the preview of the shirt. I paid and by 5pm had a fresh printed shirt. He said that was little abnormal, but his attention to my needs with same day service were impeccable. While in the shop picking up the shirt he went over other options for me. As well as pricing things I know that currently need. Customer service was top knotch!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

I contacted Instant Print about 18 months ago with an idea I had for a sweatshirt for Mother’s of Multiples. They responded quickly and showed me a few design ideas. We picked one and ordered- everything was done as planned. A year ago moms had other ideas: with words, with words and faces, triplets, grandmother, dad, etc. etc.! We asked if our different choices could be made and the answer was YES! Matt and his team have gone above and beyond to meet the needs of diversity for all members of Cranberry Mothers of Multiples! I could not have been more satisfied with my service and purchase at Instant Imprints. Matt and Stephanie exceeded my expectations by far! Matt took his time detailing pros and cons to each of my options. This helped me make an informed decision that I was overwhelmingly pleased with!!! I even called him like 20+ times over the course of a couple days to ask a million questions. He never made me feel like I was a burden to him, but cared for my concerns like it was his sign going into his storefront instead of mine. Stephanie was equally attentive. She even brought my design revision out to my car (without a coat on in 40 degree weather) because my kids had fallen asleep in their carseats. She never made me feel like I inconvenienced her, but was patient and kind. They both went over and above, and I am so so so thankful. Service like that is rare these days, but not at this business. Ill be sure to go back!

I had monogrammed towels done at Instant Imprints; they are really beautiful----GOOD Job!
I have purchased 3 products for my business; 1. Stickers - they were GREAT (5 *s) from the get-go; 2. Logo and name on polo shirt -- color choice of black from logo name design was poor but they didnt indicate that would be a problem, and when printed, it appeared difficult to see on the shirt, so they fixed it with another color, and it looks great; 3. designing advertising for my car. I originally thought I would like a magnet, but car design didnt allow that; then I suggested back window -- Matts assistant just kept breaking up the logo and name they printed as stickers (item #1) and didnt suggest any other options as regards to graphics (Matt could only give me a suggestion in lower corner since back window slants upward. Finally after multiple emails back and forth, I stopped in again and we (the three of us) came up with an exterior window decal to affix to entire back window after I saw one on someone elses vehicle. Am waiting now for them to make (I asked them to wait as winter weather is too cold to install). I expect the final product will be good. Review is rated only 4 stars as suggestions from them were not forthcoming in the design process for the last two products, yet in the end the shirt was great and I am confident the decal will be also. Matt is very conscientious in that he makes sure customer gets what they requested at fair price.
