I had a fantastic experience with Isaac’s Moving, and particularly want to comment their customer service. Robert was quick and responsive, and gave us a very fair quote. For full-service cross country moving, I highly recommend them!
Overall good moving experience with Isaac’s Moving. The guys were efficient, polite and fast. They are professional, friendly and on time I would like to mention one extra quality of they being fast . I really loved their teamwork between the movers. They communicated very well and seemed supportive of each other. The cost of the move was under the estimate which was great, the hourly rate was reasonable and they were less expensive than other movers found on the net The guy who made booking was courteous, professional and helpful with all of our questions.
The move from a suburban 4-bedroom house to a 2-bedroom centre city apartment went extremely well. The move came in UNDER the cost estimate. The movers worked incredibly hard and fast and were courteous and professional. This was a big, 3-day move, that they accomplishd in a little under 2.5 days. Of the 40% of the boxes we have unpacked, we have found no breakage. The movers packed much of our belongings, including delicate glasses and china. They used packing material generously and lightly-filled the boxes to avoid breakage. I offered them pizza or bagels for a pair of lunches and tipped them well, and maybe that achieved good will. They were recommended to us by friends who had fond them to pack and move very delicate goods with care. There estimator and move representaive were both very knowledgeable and confidence-inspiring- kudos to Robert Arrowsmith. I found a C rating for Isaacs on Angies List and do not understand why. - they earned the A rating from us
Recommend. Guesstimate vs actual wt/ cost was right on. Was worried that Maybe was going to get a quote then get hit with a higher price later on, but no. Was not the cheapest, but fair price, good service and communication through the whole process. Loading and unloading took a bit longer than expected, but guys did a great job, loading and unpacking our things. Thanks Nicole , Greg and the guys that loaded and unloaded our things. Was smooth and not as stressful as we thought it would be. would recommend they have a good reputation for a reason.
The crew was careless in packing and lazy in delivery. They knew how to make it look good enough for me to sign the papers before they departed both at origin and destination, but a closer look at my things after they were delivered informed me that they lacked the integrity to do the job right. I should have seen the red flag when I caught the crew hiding their trash in the pick up location. I would NOT recommend this company, as you cant be sure what kind of crew youll get. The lady from the company that I have been talking to was nice-sounding (Pam), but the company needs to understand that their crews are 95% of what the customer sees.
I used Isaacs for my companys office move to a new building. From my initial sit down with Freddy through to the actual move with Rey and his crew, everyone at Isaacs made me feel as if they had everything under control. Moving, especially out of an office where youve been located for over 20 years can be stressful, but the Isaacs crew made the transition as smooth and worry-free as possible.
I used this company to move at the end of November,2018. They broke 8 items including 4 irreplaceable art sculptures. One sculpture is worth over $6000. The requested an appraisal which we performed after they approved the appraiser. Now you have refused to pay me the appraised value. It has been over 5 months and each time I asked what was happening with our claim, I was told it was still being reviewed. I took out enough insurance to cover full replacement value of my items. After I threatened to noitify a lawyer and the Federal Administration, the general manager has offered to pay me 1/2 of the appraisers value.All the damage that was done was due to their subpar packing. They wrapped the glass pieces in several sheets of paper and put the glass pieces on top of each other! They claim to be professionals? They broke 2 wooden tables and sheared the legs off of one of them! The repair was by their top furniture repoair person and you can see tbe glue and the legs do not match up. I should have never acceopted the pieces in that condition but I did. I would not recommend anyone use thiscompany. Isaacs refusal to pay me what is owed to me is irresponsible, offensive and poor business practice. This has been the worst experience I have had in my life. They need to pay me what is owed to me. I had to pay them immediately at the end of everyday and now 5 months later I am still waiting to be paid what is owed me. DO NOT USE THEM!
What stood out for me is how amazing the movers, Alex and his crew, were. They were hard working, quiet, carefully, gentle with the furniture beyond my expectation. They negotiated the corners around my house with ease, carrying bulky furniture carefully around doors and walls, and as a result, not a sing wall has been scratched.
Isaac’s Moving was fabulous!!! I used them for a small local move last month. Extremely professional, courteous, and efficient. they were finished in ONE HOUR! So amazing!!! The best movers Ive ever used.

Absolutely the worst moving company in Philadelphia...l spoke with sale rep made arrangements for the move and on the day before the move they sent a rep at 3pm to see what was in the house to move. At 5pm l spoke on the phone to confirm and agree on the total price of the move which increased from 116 to 138 an hour....keep in mine it 5pm day before my move so l cant get anyone else now...so l agree and call then back with payment...no answer...6pm they call and say dispatch get you mover to someone else for tomorrow!!! What l flip...the Director of Sales Mr. Herzog tell us basically first come first serve ..sorry NO ONE IS COMING TOMORROW!! DO Not use this company...l will help anyone find a different moving company!!
Great job moving our medical office. The 3 men worked really hard. It would have been much easier for them if the electric lift in the truck worked. However, they worked hard til the end of a 7 hrs move. We gave them a tip for a job well done. Thank you.
I used a moving company for the first time instead of trying to do my move on my own with just a couple of family members. The movers were great and super nice. The only thing that disappointed me was that I felt that I was being nickled and dimed for material that should have been part of the original move in costs.

Today Javier and his team move my home they was very professional they got to my location on time they moved everything as it was there own with care I would recommend this moving company to everyone I was very happy with my move I cant thank them enough for moving us ... They did exactly what there company told us they would do
The foreman was wonderful. They scratched the wall in my apartment and by the time I asked about it they informed me that they had already taken photos and had worked with the apartment building numerous times and would take care of it.

2022-04-06I’ve used Issac’s twice now for residential moves in and around the Philly area. Having dealt with many moving companies over the years I can easily say Issac’s is the best by far.Their intake process is really awesome. When you submit a quote request on their website someone contacts you very quickly to go over your needs, inventory, and a virtual tour of your stuff if needed. I worked with the same moving consultant both times (Sara) and found her to be excellent.The moves were smooth and professional. Both crews I’ve worked with were great people. They treat you and your stuff with respect and courtesy. Most important, nothing they’ve handled in both moves had any damage. If something I owned had preexisting damage they always pointed it out to me to ensure I knew it was there before the move.This last time I used them I moved into a Philly neighborhood where parking is a challenge and they handled that gracefully as well. They really know what they’re doing!

2022-05-06This is my 3rd time using Isaacs Moving & Storage. They take very good care of your furniture. It may be a little pricey compared to other companies; however, they service is the best! This is my first time using their storage, because my apartment isnt ready yet. Their movers are professional and they get the job done. I highly recommend them for your next move!

2021-12-09Moved from MA to PA used their moving services and storage facility as well. Office workers are not professional and don’t do what they say they are going to do. The MA movers were a ok, couldn’t speak English very well. Furniture was wrapped well. They were on the phones any chance they could. Storage was supposed to be stored in the PA warehouse but they changed their mind last minute and kept in MA. For the delivery of my goods in PA they charged me extra fees ($750) because they said the large truck couldn’t fit on my road. Which is a lie since large trucks drive on my road all the time. The movers were 3 hours late to arrive at my home. They knew they were supposed to be at my PA house at noon but the company sent them to another job before coming to mine. The office never let me know that they were going to be late and when I called to ask where they were nobody knew where the truck was. Finally spoke with the person in charge of my move and she was going to find out where the truck was and call me back. She never called me back. The truck was 3 hours late. The movers in PA were very professional and helpful. The MA office people are very unprofessional. I would not recommend the Issac’s Moving Company.

2021-09-17Ive moved three times in the last six or so years with three different moving companies, and this was the best experience Ive had. Holly in the office made me feel confident in securing the exact move date I needed, the video call to assess what needed to be moved went smoothly, and the moving crew was the best moving day experience Ive had. Courteous, efficient, didnt complain about anything, got everything done well within the allocated time. Would be my first choice for any future moves.

2021-06-05Our scheduled movers (from another company) cancelled less than 24 hours before our planned move. Isaac’s was quick to respond and provide us a quote for a last minute move. The 3 movers were fast, hard working, and did a great job!

2021-08-26I was pressed for time and had to move quickly; Isaacs gave me a date and a quote and the price was less than half what other companies were quoting! Kristine Brackesy handled the whole thing by phone and E-mail and the communication was so thorough everything went off like clockwork. The crew who moved me were fantastic! I was out of my old dive and into my new place in under five hours! Kudos to Kristine, Alex, Alex and Angelo. Issacs is the best!

2021-07-07BEWARE!Criminals, Dishonest, Horrible ExperienceMy family used this company to move 5 miles down the road.This company gave one price and after they had loaded everything on their big blue truck they said that they were going to keep everything unless we paid much more money on top of the original agreed upon price!These people are horrible con artists! They took advantage of trusting customers. Do NOT use them!

2020-09-18I was extremely pleased with their service. It was reasonable priced compared to the other moving companies I had obtained estimates from. The moving team took great care in moving my items. I had many fragile items. Everything arrived, nothing broken. I would highly recommend them.

2019-10-30The crew that Issacs sent me was the best crew I have ever worked with. With a careers in Interior Design and Real Estate, I have used many a moving company. The crews creative and adaptive attitude was the best. It was not an easy move to a townhouse with a tight staircase. GE attempted 6 times to get a refrigerator up and lack of trying mostly the issue. Issacs crew not only got the refrigerator up, they also got my baby grand piano and 12 foot shuffleboard in. Creativity was key. I highly recommend them to anyone moving. At the end of the day they are exhausted but never quit, and remained pleasant and helpful.
