My name is Carlos Salinas, I bought a 2022 Isuzu NQR Dump truck on May 31st and when I came to New Jersey I realized there was a missing gas spring of the driver side of the tool box, and I am trying to speak with Mr. Tim Merrill the sales person who sold me the truck but he never answer, I send him 2 emails but I never got an answer, I used dump body just 1 time and the second time when I raised it up didnt go down again, I went to an Isuzu dealer and I had to pay almost $500 to fix it because this people at the Lehigh Valley never call me back, I spoke with somebody of service, she transferred my call to someone else who never answer me and I left a voicemail but I never got a call back. The Isuzu technician said the dump body connections are poorly made thats why it got damaged. I definitely do not recommend this dealer

I just purchased an Isuzu truck from this dealership. Tim Merrill has been great to work with. A few months back I started my search, through google of course. I called a few places for a spec body and Tim was the only one who got back to me. I live in NY so everything was by message or phone. At no time did I call or message and Tim didn’t pickup or respond back within the hour. He followed through on everything he said he would. He is experienced and knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. I purchased quite a few truck throughout the years and this was one of the best experiences I’ve had with a dealership. If I need a equipment in the future and it’s In The medium duty category, I will work with Tim every time, easy and seamless. I flew in to ABE, Tim picked me up and I was on my way in about an hour. Only wish they were close by for service on my vehicles. I would highly recommend dealing with Tim and Lehigh Valley Trucks.Mike.

Well connected with all the body builders and thorough understanding of the specs and ratings of each particular style, Tim is able to get you behind the wheel of a beautiful truck ready to work. I dont go anywhere else.

I had a great experience here. A gentleman by the name of Jamie in the service dept took in our companys work truck knowing that time was critical to our plumbing and electrical business. We were back on the road working by the next morning (even after it was necessary to order parts). So thankful.
