J&J did an amazing job getting our guests to and from the hotel and our wedding venue. They were on time and helped make our guests feel comfortable. The last shuttle of the night was just the bride and groom, we had the opportunity to talk with the driver; he was very personable. It was a great way to end our night from the venue! Highly recommend!!
Booked two one way trips for a friends wedding in early June. On the way to the reception, I had to tell the driver how to get there. He was driving all over the road. For the return trip, the driver was almost an hour late from the scheduled pickup time. Everyone had left the venue and we were stranded. I was told the office would follow up with me the next day. No follow up! I called in multiple times asking to speak with a manager. One employee I spoke with flat out told me “that sucks” and that my trips shouldn’t have been booked like they were. Never a call back, horrible customer service. I had been loyal customer over many years. I will never use J&J again.

Would never ever use J&J again. The driver was rude to my wedding guests, couldn’t even fake a smile, drove horrendously, and took the longest ways possible to the venue. My parents and guests were late to my wedding, and the whole experience was absolutely unacceptable. I would’ve rather had no transportation for my guests than had them. When we sat down to talk to them they listened to our complaints, but at the end of the day did nothing to make us even consider using them again.
I had requested a small party bus for a birthday party. Overall the experience was fun with the group of people, but I was not impressed with the bus. It was nice had leather seats and was very clean, but the lights had a panel on the back wall, only 2 of the light buttons worked. I only received one bottle of Champaign even through I was promised 2. There were blinds only on like 2/9 windows, we wanted the shades down. The music didn’t go very loud (35was max and still a little quiet). I was told there was Bluetooth, it was a wire for phones to hook up, if I moved the wrong way or hit a bump the phone disconnected, so we were all very upset with that. We used Pandora plus, and we weren’t able to pick the songs through the bus, had to unplug the phone and then pick the song and then plug it back in. Some of the lights were broken and flashing as we hit bumps. We really wanted the Lazer lights, but ofc they were broken. I’m glad we had a good group of people but I’m not happy for the price I paid and this is what I got in return, especially when I was told differnt things. The driver was great though! Very sweet!

We used J&J Luxury Transportation for all our wedding and honeymoon transportation needs. We booked a white Hummer limousine and a van for the wedding party and a full-size luxury bus to take all our guests from hotel to church and then to reception and back to the hotel. Also booked round trip town car to Philadelphia airport and back to the Allentown area. ALL our drivers were professional and arrived with plenty of time to spare. Excellent service!!! We will definitely use them again.
We used J & J transportation to get 6 adults and a toddler to Newark airport in June. The driver arrived at our house early with no pressure to leave right away. The ride was comfortable and we arrived at the airport with plenty of time. The ride back home 10 days later was also enjoyable. Both drivers were courteous, helpful and even provided bottled water for us when he picked us up at the airport. Would definitely use the company again, worth the money not to pay parking fees at airport.
Excellent ExperienceI use J&J for ALL my transportation needs. They always get me to the airport in a safe and timely manor. I never worry about getting to the airports late as the reservationists always suggest the times cause they are familiar with flights an travel time. I would definitely recommend J&J to anyone who has transportation needs also for Weddings or even a night out on the town. The drivers are very polite and courteous.
First time user had a great experience in the Small Luxury Coach. Vehicle looked great and everything worked as promised. The driver was knowledgeable and courteous, got us to Philadelphia and back with no troubles. The whole process was seamless from start to finish. Really felt like the driver went above and beyond. Would recommend to anyone looking for a night out with friends or family!
The Driver arrived on time, introduced himself. I described our needs for a handicapped passenger, etc. My son explained his preferences and KEVIN responded with the most courteous responses, introducing himself, accommodating our needs and I immediately knew I wanted him for the return trip as well. I appreciate J&J accommodating my request. I could not have had better service . Kevin should be commended for his excellent service, personality, taking our needs as number 1 importance, etc, etc. He is A-1 and If all J & J drivers are as courteous and customer service oriented as is Kevin. WOW!!

I would not give this company even one star. My Grandmother booked a car service for my wedding day to take her on a 2 hour drive so she could be there to celebrate with me on the most important day of my life. My grandmother is one of the most important people in the entire world to me and due to J&J’s error they had cancelled her trip and never let her know. Due to the large monetary sum the bank flagged it as fraudulent, and denied it. However, it came to light that the reason J&J never let my grandmother know was because when she booked the service over the phone they got her telephone number WRONG! The woman who booked the service had a different number and as my grandmother is older and the “telephone” was her only means of communication she never got their calls. Please believe the woman who booked her service needs over the phone got her credit card number correct, just couldn’t take a phone number down correctly. While human error occurs the company should dignify my concerns with a response and attempt to make the error right. Needless to say my poor grandmother frantically called J&J when no car showed up to transport her to my wedding and eventually they got someone to her but not in time for my wedding. An elderly woman’s last wish to see her only grandchild get married was taken away from her due to this company’s poor communication! Moreover, I have called the company numerous times and emailed the entire team including Denise Cali the owner and I have failed to even get a response. I have requested to be called and demanded they try to make reparations for their error. Not only was my elderly grandmother hysterical, I the bride was left sobbing at my own wedding because of J&J transportation. Although they cannot change what happened they won’t even try to make up for something that resulted as their employees error! I am disgusted by this company and I caution any soon to be bride in using this service. You might just find yourself without important guests and loved ones at your wedding. My fiancé also is employed for a company that commonly uses J&J’s services and he will be speaking with his CEO to change transportation services. Clients beware of this company! Thank you J&J for ruining my wedding day.
I was hesitant to use these guys because of some negative reviews, but we had an emergency situation that involved two airports (Lehigh Valley and Philadelphia), a kid at camp and some bizarre logistics (one pickup was bags only, so the driver had to go into the airport and retrieve two pieces of oversized luggage). I called several others first, but no one could do what we asked in the timeframe we needed it done. J&J jumped on it right away and had a driver on it approximately 20 minutes after my first call. Everything went off exactly as we asked, and J&J saved the day. We are extremely grateful to them for making a really bad situation work out as well as possible!
BEWARE OF THE RIP OFF: I hired this company to take myself and three other people to Philadelphia. On the way the driver got lost and got stuck in the snow. On the way back he hit a deer. That being said this wasnt the end of the world except for the fact that I had to direct him around Philadelphia, and when he got stuck myself and the other guy that was on the trip had to knock on doors until we landed a shovel so he and I could dig out the limousine. After the driver hit the deer we sat there for no less than a half hour so the driver could check out the car and collect himself. All that being said we were late getting back and charged for the extra time. After receiving the credit card bill and discovering for the first time the additional cost added to the bill without my approval or even knowledge I called to speak with the owner. She was very rude and said that her driver wasnt in any accident and called me a liar. I asked her to check the front of the car we used and she refused to admit what really happened. After the credit card company removed the charge they put it right back on based on what the owner of J & J said (American Express) no help at all. J & J has grown over the years based on ripping its clients off and using dirty business practices. DO NOT RECOMEND
I would give zero stars if possible. After fundraising every penny for the buses for our school field trip, they sent a smaller third bus and called it an “upgrade” because of leather seats. We then had to leave over an hour late because there were not enough seats for all of the people going on the trip and they needed to send a fourth van. It took them three days to contact us about the problem, and they then Claimed it was OUR fault because we had given a smaller confirmation number, which was not true. They refused to reimburse us for any of the inconvenience, and instead offer a very small credit as if we would want to use their company again next year! Never again!
Hired J&J Transportation to to us to a concert. Price quoted over the phone was dishonest and misleading. Driver got lost on the way to the concert and we missed the first half hour. Driver was not there to pick us up at the agreed upon time and place!! Waited 45 minutes in the dark for driver to show up. When a complaint was lodged with management. Recieved a very rude response with no resolution. Do Not Use this company!!
We used J & J Transportation on December 9th, 2017 to attend a surprise family function in Hoboken, NJ, leaving from Pen Argyl, PA. There were 10 of us and our driver, HADI, was excellent. He contacted me the night before we left, to let me know that he was going to arrive a few minutes early since weather was a factor and he wanted to be sure that we arrived to our destination by the specified time. Using J & J was worth every penny since parking around the restaurant was very limited and it was nice being able to spend time with my cousins instead of driving in separate cars. On the way home, there were several accidents due to declining weather conditions -- Route 33 was closed and there were also accidents on the detour path. HADI is an excellent driver and got us all home safely. Will definitely be using J & J again.
Took a trip to NYC with a group of friends! Amazing accommodations on the 35 passenger... With a bathroom and seatbelts for the kiddos! Our driver, Mohamed, was a pleasure to work with! Will definitely use this company again!
We had very bad experience with them because our limo bus broke down before we got to our final destination for my best friend bachelor party so the whole night was ruined because we had to wait another 3-4 hrs till the other bus came by that time it was the time to go back home. We called the office at that time to tell them about the issue but the guy was really rude and hang off the phone. And till now they didnt reinvest us any of the money they charged us so at the end I will never use them again or recommend them to any one.
Waited at the airport for well over an hour for a car, 2 hours later no car and no call 24 hours later. They said we will get a car over as soon as we can but after 2 hours I found a ride home. The took my number to call me but NEVER did. I have used them for other car and limo service I was shocked that they left me out to dry. Guess I am back to A&A. I dont know why they did not even call to tell me they were not coming dont trust the dispatcher. Just used them for a flight out and he was on time and friendly but I will not wait at ABE for hours ever again.
Bad customer service. My wife booked a wine tour trip with the black Hummer Limo.The outside temp. was 89 deg. The A/C was not working. After the first stop the problem was reported to the driver. She checked the controls and still no A/C and did not report the problem to the office. I called the office on Monday and a employee told me she would check with the driver and call me back on Tuesday. That never happened. I emailed the CEO John Cali and still no response. My question is why would a limo company put a vehicle on the road in August with no A/C. And why wouldnt the driver report it. Thats the problem with the tip being paid upfront.
On Friday, December 8th we took a limo with J & J into NYC. We had a minor issue, which J & J quickly corrected in a calm, customer-friendly and timely manner. Our driver Hadi was the best!!! We had a magical day in the city and cant wait to use J & J again!

Overpriced and not very clear about their policies. I asked for the cost of transport to and from the airport and was quoted only half the price. Also the vehicle was not comfortable because of the noise level of the cheap tires. However the driver was polite and professional.

We had the most horrible experience with J and J transportation. Scheduled a transport to JFK from Bethlehem on a Friday morning for a trip to Hawaii. They got all the info and then they chose the pick up time. None of us had ever been to JFK before and had no idea how long it would take to get there, thought J and J were the experts. Our driver asked us who set up that time and we told him J and J and he said they didnt give you enough time so the whole trip up there we were nervous that we wouldnt make it on time...and we didnt, missed the flight. There were no flights directly there so we had to take several flights, took us 38 hours to get there instead of 12, lost a night at the condo and $4,000 additional dollars that we had to pay for other flights. When I called to let them know the first girl was very friendly, told me to keep them updated and when I called to update the 2nd girl was so rude, She kept saying why are you calling us when I was trying to explain that I dont want this to happen to anyone else she said that it is the clients responsibility to make sure there is enough time to get to the destination , not theirs. I will never use them again but if you have to dont allow them to pick the departure time, they have no idea what they are doing.

Horrible experience, we rented a party bus that would only take about 30 min to get us to our destination and it seemed like our driver was itching to unload. It was freezing inside, and we FLEW to our destination. Crazy turns tons of bumps we were rushed off the bus wet couldnt even enjoy what we bought!! Our drinks or the bus itself. Never again, find someone else
I must rate as low as possible. I walked out of lehigh valley international airport to a taxi. Got literally gouged, and ripped off for over 80 dollars to Coopersburg. I was against uber, as I believe they are not playing a fair game and use taxis weekly on Chicago. The cost to downtown from ohare is 50. These people gouge. I will now use uber any chance in allentown. These thieves are the reason uber is thriving. I refuse to see this ever again. From now on UBER in Lehigh Valley area, compliments of J J transportation.
Applied here over a month ago. Company doesnt even have the courtesy to contact you back wether your hired or not they should at least notify you. I can imagine working here maybe its better I didnt get contacted!

Not very good service. I was in Allentown working for PPL and I had major problems with J&J. There are not very many taxis in this small town, so I had to switch to uber. Bad service. I do NOT recommend them...

Terrible experience. They charge before services rendered,Unprofessional and did not arrive to the airport on time as they dont track flights, do not meet you at carousel to help with luggage as committed and then dont know where to take you so be prepared to give drivers directions. Drive yourself or call a taxi.

We recently rented a lemo bus for a bachelor party the bus broke on the way before we get to our destination and we waited 4 hours before they send us another bus which took us home so the night is ruined and we never got to the resort and we thought the management will call us and return our money that we paid for a service that never done and we sent emails explaining what happened but still they didnot even response to it
The drivers of this company suck..just followed about 6 of their buses on Rt 476 and one driver decided they needed to be in the other lane and wanted the others with him and nearly hit a lot of cars because they didn’t pay attention to the cars next to them..I was scared next to them can’t imagine what was happening in the bus

2022-03-21We used J & J for drop off and pick-up at Newark Airport. Everything was smooth and easy for us. Everyone we had contact with was professional and efficient. We needed use of a booster seat and they were happy to provide one. We had clear communication via text and phone with both drivers before hand.Jack and Nick were both excellent drivers and kind people. The SUVs and booster seats were clean and odorless. The only area we saw that was lacking is their on line reservations, I suggest calling instead.

2021-10-30We used J&J for our wedding on 9/25/21 and we have only good things to say. We had a party bus for the bride/groom and bridal party as well as a bus for guests from the hotels and to the after party. They did everything right, they were on time, the drivers were personable and professional, and the vehicles were clean. It was also very easy to setup the whole day, the staff who worked with me on our schedule were great and the communication was clear and timely. We would recommend J&J transportation to anyone for their wedding day.

2021-10-28If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Luxury? Ha, far from it. PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT BOOK THIS COMPANY for your transportation needs. They put a HUGE damper on my wedding day and I will have a lasting impression on the stress they caused me. No bride wants or deserves that on what should be one of the most happiest days of her life. They had the COMPLETE incorrect time of the town car that was supposed to pick my mother and I up at the hotel and take us to the venue. My bridal party, myself, soon to be hubby, and both of our immediate families were all supposed to leave at 1:45 pm to head to the venue to shoot our first look and take family pictures before our ceremony started at 4 pm. We did it this way so we could enjoy our cocktail hour with our guests. Everyone listed besides my mom and I were to head to the venue in the shuttle bus: We ordered a town car separately so my husband wouldn’t of course see me before our first look (also wanted to take nice pictures with the car as well). Shuttle bus came on time. That driver had called the Monday before to confirm all the details - wonderful. I asked if he knew any details about the separate town car reservation. He said that would be a separate driver and they would call a few days prior to confirm the details just like he did - WHICH NEVER HAPPENED. If that driver did, this mishap that the J & J Transportation scheduling office caused could have been avoided and corrected. On my wedding day, shuttle arrived on time at 1:45 but the town car was no where to be seen. Long story short, they had the incorrect pick up time for JUST the town car. How does that even happen?! I spoke to people in the office and stated they would both have the same pick up time on multiple different occasions. Soooo obviously someone doesn’t know how to do their job correctly and screwed that part up. When both my husband and I called continuously after our wedding we were told “oh we will look into it” and “well you know, we did send you a confirmation email the night before which states the pick up time” which was at 10:57 pm mind you ! The night before your wedding ?! Cool, yea I’m totally checking my emails at that time of night. If YOUR driver called me days ahead of time like the shuttle driver did, this could have been avoided. Very rude staff as well. I don’t remember one of the girl’s names but she had the worst customer service etiquette possible. Very snippy. AND she never passed my message along to the manager Sasha since when I called to follow up, Sasha said she never received the message that I left with the associate. Not sure who to believe. Anyway, sorry for the novel but I just really want to explain my situation to everyone so you know NOT TO USE THIS COMPANY!!! Please do yourself a favor to avoid any type of stress or hassle. We’ve been requesting a refund since we got married in May, since ya know…we NEVER RECEIVED the service since THEY screwed up and are trying to pin it on us. And we’ve heard back absolutely nothing. It’s terrible. SHAME ON YOU J &J! Disgusting.

2021-07-18From the start, we spoke to Lauren who was amazing. She was professional, informative, and friendly. When we shared our plans, she helped us figure out the best way to plan our weekend and to get the most out of our travels.When the day came, the car arrived on time and extremely clean. We had Eddie as a driver for a winery tour in the Poconos and he was phenomenal. He made sure to check in with safety protocols, asked about any belongings we may need, and made sure we were all comfortable in the car. Eddie provided insight while driving without being invasive or too involved. He helped us plan out the rest of our day and had a cheerful demeanor the entire time. We all felt safe and secure riding along with him.I would highly recommend this service, Lauren as the representative, and Eddie as a driver. Five stars.

2021-10-12DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They will quote you one price have you lock in for that price and then at time of swiping your card try to get you on a whole different price. My original price was $689 we locked in via email for this price and as I went to pay they told me I have a new price and since we made it a bit closer of a trip I was thinking it would be cheaper. NO IT WAS NOT they tried to charge me close to $500 dollars more saying that the prices have changed and that there was nothing to do except pay the new price. I advised I have email confirmation on my original price and they would not accept it even though their employee was the one helping me get the rate that was originally agreed on. If you go to the better business bureau website you will see this place has a very bad rep and on has a D- rating do not believe these google reviews as I told the manager I would be making a review and they told me we have people to give better reviews when we see a bad one to up the stars on google!!!!

2021-07-24I would recommend this company to anyone looking for transportation services.The reservationists are all very knowledgeable and professional. I was stuck with providing transportation for my wedding and they helped me with everything including suggesting shuttle times for the busses. They personalized the whole experience around my needs. 2021-07-07We used J&J for luxury car and party bus services for our wedding on 7/3/21. We had Michael Betancourt and Samuel Cippoloni for our drivers. They were both fantastic. Beyond early/on-time, pleasant, and kind. Michael drove me (the bride) to our venue. It was downpouring and Michael spoke simple but sweet, uplifting words to keep me calm. Samuel was our party bus driver. He was kind and filled with good vibes/energy. Both the car and bus were extremely clean. The bus sound system worked perfect and our cell phones easily connected to the Bluetooth to play music. J&J was professional and classy from the very first phone call. Highly recommend!
