Jack Williams Tire & Auto Service Centers in other cities:
Made a wait appointment for 12:00 noon to have my tires balanced. I arrived at 11:50AM and was told theyre a bit backed up, about 30 minutes. I get it some jobs take longer than anticipated, but an appointment is/should just that... The Tech. came to get my truck at 1:10PM. Some appointment...Outside of that, Marcus, the tire Tech., was awesome! Very polite, friendly, willing to listen to specific requests I had and wasnt irritated that I wished to hang around the bay door and, without interrupting his work, chat a bit. Very respectful and courteous, made sure everything he did was just so. KUDOS to you for having someone like Marcus who not only was everything I already mentioned, but understands the importance of tires. Some folks might think ah, big deal theyre just tires... I wish those folks would understand, regardless of what kind or age of vehicle you are driving, what 1 thing on said vehicle keeps you on the road, actually stops the vehicle when the brakes are applied?Bottom line for me, Ill be back.Thank you Marcus 👍👍👍
Recently went for an oil change and tire rotation. I was there at 12:37 and was done at 3:25. Not one person working advised me that there was a shortage in staff. A phone call before showing up would have been nice. Or just an update while I was waiting. The guys at the front desk were polite.. but the lack of communication needs to be worked on
I use this jack Williams regularly but in the recent months it has gone downhill. In the past you made a appointment and they were pretty good about getting you in close to your time. Recently that has not happened. First my wife scheduled an appointment, when she went in they had no record of her appointment. Second I waited over 2 hours for an oil change and rotate the tires. A car that came in after mine was brought in, and worked on before my car. I spoke with the owner of that car and his appointment was a half an hour later than mine. When I asked the gentlemen at the desk about, it I was told “it happens “. I am a pretty reasonable person and understand workers call out sick, or there was an emergency job that came in , but 2 hours for a simple job that takes maybe 45 minutes. I will definitely be looking for another shop to take my vehicles. I would have given the shop 1 star but I am not trying to have anyone loose their job because of my review.
Had to replace initial tire suggestion for my prius c. Good choice. This is a lightweight car and I could tell the difference in the road-feel right away with the all weather tires. Now I don’t have to replace in the spring. How good are they in the snow? Don’t know yet, but will pay close attention.Friendly, helpful staff.
Went here 4 inspection 2 qeeks ago was told i need to fix xyz. 2weeks later all parts were replaced and returned for inspection to be told it does not pass for rust size of a quarter on right rear rocker panel. Was not told about this during 1st insp so i spend 800 dollars fixin it to be told i fail. These people are liers and cheats i recommend you fimd another facility. They are not honest people and dont care about customers.
Very personable service, communication was great, and I the quality of the service seems trustworthy. However they removed my headlights when replacing the radiator and doing some other work and upon returning home I noticed that the headlights were hanging down 😬. Thankfully I caught it before attempting to drive at night or this would be a much lower rating 😅
First time here didn’t know what to expect but was left presently surprised. The attendant at the front Was knowledgeable and friendly. He also ensure to have me in and out ASAP. Service was great went in for an oil change and was happy with the work and service. Will be my go to spot. I wasn’t in the for wheels but they had some nice looking rims on display.
I have and will continue to use Jack Williams for all of my service needs pertaining to tires, alignments, etc. This is the second set of tires we have purchased for our cars. The service is good and the staff is pleasant. Also knowing I can have my tires rotated and balanced every 4-6 weeks is comforting. The prices are good and the selection is plenty. If you give them a chance they will take care of you and your ride!
We went to Jack Williams when our power steering went out on a trip from Boston to Chicago. They had our car up in the jack in 5 minutes, diagnosed the problem, ordered the part, drove me and my family to a restaurant in Milford to get brunch (really!), picked us up an hour later and we were back on the road by 11:00. Reasonable price, fantastic service. If you need a mechanic in Eastern Pennsylvania, I hope you are lucky enough to find your way here.
This is in Milford, PA. I bought four tires from them. Its nice that you can order them ahead online and also schedule the appointment. Prices were decent. Nice clean spacious facility. Courteous knowledgeable staff. I am not giving them five stars because of two reasons. Some of the staff at the front desk were not wearing a mask or had it really low below the nose. (I could see on guys moustache.) The other reason is that it seem to take a bit longer than I expected, about 1.5 hours. There was only one other customer waiting. At times there were three people at the front desk just chatting among themselves (some without masks), while my car sat unattended on the lift.
My wife had a flat tire and needed to be towed due to the unsafe traffic conditions (I-84 West). While she was waiting for the tow company, I called and spoke with Mark and explained her current situation.Mark was able to order two specialty tires and have them there the next day, we also did a one year guaranteed 4 wheel alignment, and even got the PA State inspection done. The prices were very reasonable and certainly competitive, and the service was exceptional, we will definitely be going back when we need their service’s in the future. Thanks again Mark!
We had our sons car inspected here and we found them thorough, fair and their price was great. We just came out to find a nail in our tire at 4:30 on a holiday weekend when they were closing at 5pm. We called and they said to come right over and they would wait for us. They plugged the tire and had us on our way. They are top notch! The employees are courteous and friendly and they do a great job for a fair price! We will.come back to them for all of our car needs!!
This wasn’t my first visit. I started going here on a recommendation from hey Hometown Facebook page. I asked where the best place was to get tires and a bunch of people recommended Jack Williams tire and auto! That was a great experience so I decided to get work done on my wife’s vehicle. That experience was also great so I have been back multiple times for Tires. Joe and Mike are really easy to talk to and make sure everything comes out right. I recommend Jack Williams to all my friends!
This place is great. Took my truck in a few months ago to get a lift installed. Joe walked me thru to order to right lift that would work for my truck and really took time to compare from what I researched and what he knew was best. Easy drop off and had it done when they said even with a part that wasn’t sent (wasn’t there fault. ) but they were on top of it right away and did it right. Mike always kept me informed and up to date on progress and even he and his guys put back on some of my modifications that they had to take off to get the lift done that would have been a pain for me to do by myself. They even did this at closing time which anybody knows they probably already had a long day but were very courteous and so helpful.I’ve even had tires installed there and it’s always the same great service. It’s always done right and a great price and they don’t let anything go out unless it’s done right and up to there specs. Awesome place, awesome service.
Made appointment for a different tire store down the road,K@&t, was promised tires were in stock. Got there andwas told oops no tires. Was told tires were on the way would be in at noon possibly. Left drove don the road saw Jack Wallace called was told they had over 2,00 tires in stock. Went there walked i spoke with Joe and Mark.Took my info said they would try to get me in in 35-45 mins. 30 mins later my truck was on the lift. Two new tires and out of there in under 2 hours. Go here don’t go to Ko$t. Great service great staff. Thnx Joe and Mark.
I wanted special tires for my Ram dually so they could match the rears. I am new to the area so I tried the usual Walmart and Mavis and they couldn’t get the tire I wanted. I knew I could get the tire online but I am not the type to bring my own steak to a restaurant and ask them to cook it. As I was driving back (from Mavis) I see Jack Williams, pull in ask about the tires I wanted, they looked it up ordered it called me when it was in. I never asked for a price but knew how much they should cost about. When the bill came it was exactly what I would have paid online. Great job fast clean, will use again
Very quick! I was in and out within 10 minutes for my oil change and even though it was not asked of they refilled my air in my tires. From myself and others that I know who have been here, I would recommend using their services over any other auto service in the area. I’ve had several bad experiences with Mavis
I went in for an oil change and tire rotation and pre ordered a filter and had an appointment they did not have the filter so they never ordered I decided to go visit my mom at assisted living and figured I would go back in about an hour and half and it would be done. Well they were not and he said u dropped it off and we were supposed to call when it was done so I said I had an appointment and left as I did not want to sit there. Low and behold it took 4 1/2 hrs for an oil change and tire rotation. Inconsiderate and thought because I left they had all day to service my car. They did not charge me for the service which is the least they could have done but I will think twice before going back again.
I needed an oil change and I walked in, didn’t make an appointment. The person who helped me was super nice and was right on target with the wait time. Though it was a while, the oil change itself took no time at all, and the service person again was really helpful. They were appreciative of my patience. Seamless service and really nice/helpful employees!
I had a great experience at Jack Williams Tire. Manager, Joe, greeted me and helped me find the perfect tires for my budget. Made my appointment and was in and out in no time. The whole process was smooth. Plus, I get free rotations every 5k miles and a bunch of other good stuff.I’ll be buying my tires from them every year +.Thanks guys!
What a GREAT place!!! Five stars ALL the WAY! The customer service is SUPERB (they go out of their way to make you feel like a real customer and not a number), their skill expertise in diagnosing issues (using my many years of past experience with other mechanics), very fair pricing, the camaraderie that I sense with the team and a very NICE storefront/shop. I cant say enough about how happy I am that I found them on-line!
Always go here. Mavis will always find something wrong so you pay for more than what you came in for but these guys at Jack Williams are honest and helpful. Plugged my flat for free a while back and today when they changed my oil they fit me into their full schedule and they even went out of their way to get a new oil cap for my engine bay since mine was missing
I could not be more pleased with the service I received at the Milford, PA location when I brought my fathers car in for its inspection. They were very helpful and friendly and got the job done efficiently. Mark in particular was extremely helpful and went out if his way to help me resolve a problem I encountered afterwards, which was above and beyond. I will definitely return. Thank you!
When i went to Jack Williams i had a nail in the tire and they repaired it and told me i needed a new tire so i ordered one. Afterwards i called Mavis and received a $40 lower price. When i called Jack Williams and told them the price i was told the salesman told me he could cancel the tire then but Jack Williams has better reviews and i shouldnt go to Mavis so i dealt with Jack Williams. At no point was i offered a comparison price which i now know they do. While i was waiting the 2 guys at the front desk were discussing that if they sold Continental tires they get reward points and can order items for their house. He got a tv, microwave amd etc. How do u discuss something like that when u have people in the waiting room. So they push tires because they get a kick back not because they r great tires. Someone needs a training course.
I called on a Monday to make An appointment for Wednesday When I showed up they pretended like they had appointment on a piece of paper then pretended like they had appointment in the computer and didnt have me in there and use the excuse that the computers were down all weekend when I didnt even call on the weekend I called on Monday.I had to wait an hour before they even took me once I got my truck back at 12:30 an hour and a 1/2 having my truck just to do rotation of tires and an oil change.I paid for the 3 alignment service that they have and requested that when they took my truck in on paper and didnt receive that service I highly recommend not using this place.Service is very slow, On organized, And plan to spend more time than you need to when you go here.
I got a flat tire near Jack Williams at the beginning of a 10-hour road trip. So lucky to have found this business, which replaced the tire and got me back on my way, even though I wasn’t an existing customer and didn’t have an appointment.. Extremely helpful staff, particularly Mark at the front desk. Thank you!!
I needed tires once again for my 97 Jeep Wrangler. I began by researching various brands and models. After careful evaluation I decided on BF Goodrich KO2’s.Next was price. Jack Williams was able to satisfy my wallet handily, after beating 3 other quotes. I made an appointment with the Milford store and Joe Kanoff, the manager took excellent care of me. Thanks to Joe, Mike and the shop technicians, I should be good for a couple years.
I went to Jack Williams for a PA inspection. The two employees behind the counter were friendly and courteous. My vehicle failed the inspection. The associate/service manager explained to me why and showed me the problem. They didnt try to run up my bill they were honest to me. They treated me with respect and were professional.
Every single time I walk into Jack Williams tires shop I have a great experience. They’re efficient with the right balance of customer service and great workmanship. They have fantastic mechanics that get the job done right. It’s the main reason I come back every time! They share a commitment to getting the job done right the first time...
Mile help me out with an enterprise rental car with a dead battery. He was very professional and expedient. I was very frustrated with the rental company for not properly connecting the leads to the battery as a result, a dead battery that left me stranded. I was able to get a jump for the battery and brought it to jack williams auto service were Mike provided excellent service.
In November I purchase snow tires from Jack Williams. I tried to get just front snow tires because of my front wheel drive car. They told me no they cant do that they have to put them on the back. I have no way of moving tires from the back to the front so I asked what the another solution was, and they said bye all four tires so I did. I told them to keep the street tires because they were brand new as well. I came back at the end of the day after work snow tires are on looks great but no street tires to be seen. The truck had come to clean up the tires and they were gone from the property. I waited two days and they found the street tires and I came down and pick them up. They told me to help compensate that they would switch the snow tires back to street tires for free in the spring. I reluctantly came back to switch the tires and told them again to keep the snow tires for next year and put them in the car. I came back after work and I see no snow tires in the car go inside and tell them. This time the tires were available in the back and they got them in my car. The next problem was they were trying to Bill me to switch the tires I told them it was on the house because of what happened and they said they have no record of this who did I talk to,and of course I didnt remember. So to sum up, I paid for two tires I didnt need, spent 4 days working on this situation, and then paid another $60 to get the tires switched. Its the old adage fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me. My lesson has been learned.
Joe the manager was fantastic !! i have been going to the milford branch in PA for many years. They are friendly knowledgeable and always go out of the way to take care of all my problems. The dealership where I bought my jeep is next door and i would never take my vehicle to them . The day i bought my jeep i drove it to jack Williams and had them put a lift and tires on it. I couldve had the dealership do it , that tells you how much i think of JW .MIKE M
Had to bring my F150 back 3 times for brake issues. Also brought my car in to replace the front tires (were worn). When I walked by the car on the lift I noticed they put the tires on the back. When confronted they said we are not allowed to put new tires on the front. I wanted the new tires on the drive wheels. They should have told me that before replacing the tires. The rear tires were fine. I gave them a second chance because how can they screw up putting 2 tires on the front of the car. Good thing I saw it because they were going to do a wheel alignment on the front even though they put the tires on the back. It would have been an expense that was not needed. I wound up going somewhere else to have the front tires replaced and aligned since he got a flat with the front (tires I wanted replaced) tire. So, keep a close eye on them if you do use them. You would think they would reach out (make a phone call) to the people that are not satisfied. They have the number.
Not what I expected made an early appointment so my wife could get in and out, oil change and tire rotation , they gave me first thing at 8:00, easy right,? No took an 1 1/2 hours and extra sales are all theyre concerned about once they get you in there, and I thought they were better than Mavis, maybe not
The texh that wirjed on the car was very pleasant and corteus however I found the followingHe did not cover the floor, there for theree was a lot of black grease stains on the carpet. He put air in th e tires, I asked him how much in each tire an d he said 35 pounds, so I asked what did you get that number and said on the doorI then said but the door says 32 front and 38 rear so he then checked and changed to 32 front and 38 rear .He did a nice job on the balance , I could fee this wgen driving .So mixed review l
The morning of July 18, on our honeymoon traveling up to Maine from Va on I-84, we experienced a rear blowout on our RV. My wife googles and calls Jack Williams explaining what has happen as we are limping along the side of the road, heading for the Milford exit approx 7 miles away. She stated to him we are in an RV, class C and needing 2 tires...as one blew out the night before near Scranton. A gentleman with a floor jack was able to change that tire, Friday night at 11pm in a Sheetz parking lot, putting on the spare which was the tire that blew Saturday morning. Really wasnt the best way to start a honeymoon.Jack Williams rep told us he had the tires and to come in. We limp along, off 84 thru a very nice town, Milford, we look forward to visiting on a future trip. As we pulled into Jack Williams lot, the fellow comes out and says we cant change your tire, we have NO WAY TO JACK it up nor can it fit in our bay. My wife said a floor jack will do the job, he says and I quote we have no floor jack unquote. Tire store and NO FLOOR JACK, UNREAL!! He looks down at the ground as my wife continues to question him and she is a patient female but this took her over the top. She said I called talked to you, told you its an RV class C and you said bring it in, we do it then you say you cant..unreal. I asked about the tire place we passed coming in, Kost Tire just up the road. He said no they can;t help you, you need to go down the road about 5 miles to an RV place and they will help you he hands my wife their number and walks away. So based on his BS telling us he can on the phone and come in, I said we are going up to the other tire place, Kost. We pulled in and parked at the top of their lot and went in and proceeded to tell the gentleman at the desk, Chris, our issues. Told him the tire size he said no problem. He then went out to inspect the tire for correct size as we followed him, he discovers that actually all the tires have dry rotted inside the treads. After a brief 15 second discussion I ask if he had 6 tires and could change all. He said he did and if I could pull around in front along the outer parking area and they could change the tires there. He assigned a fellow Dustin to tackle the job, as soon as he was done with a car he was working on. Dustin is a valuable employee, he wasted no time on his hands n knees. Within less than 90 minutes we were back on the road, continue onward to Maine. Chris and Dustin and others were so considerate and helpful. I notice how they treated others, again very helpful, even one customer who had a attitude. Owning a business myself the past 24 years, customer service is #1 and Kost Tire does a great job with, where Jack Williams does the opposite. The guy at Williams should never had said yes bring it in knowing it was an Rv and not able to do the work...doesnt even have a floor jack. They are like alot of todays spoiled generation, if they cant get what they are working up on a lift, they cant do it...guess thats how they keep their clothes clean. Williams lost a sale on 6 RV tires thats $$$. Also at Kost Tire I saw they have chrome wheels they sale and when time comes this fall, am gonna ride up there in my slingshot and have them do my wheels n tires. Thats how appreciative I am, the 5 hour drive from Va will be nice.
In the past I have had no problems just going to get my vehicle inspected. This time (today) I had a 2:00 pm appointment, I got there at 1:50 pm, my car wasnt taken in until 2:45. Even though my vehicle was finished at 3:15 I had to wait for the workers to take their fifteen minute break. At 3:30 my car was back out of the garage and I went to the counter. I still had to wait for the tech to bring in the paperwork. I was there for an hour and fifty minutes for what actually took a half an hour job. Not very happy with them today.
Just wanted to share some past experiences I’ve had with Jack Williams and one current... they consistently broke lugs on my old car because they tighten them too much and blamed me for having broken lugs. I went back after a few year hiatus because they were offering a really good deal on Continental All Season tires last summer. I bought tires that should last me roughly 90k and spent about $600. I’ve done the rotations and torque (recommended) and had them repair 2 slow leaks in the same tire over the last couple months. Now my tires are completely worn (all four) and they lasted about 40k miles. Annoyed I have to buy new tires after ONE YEAR. I will be in this Saturday since I work full time to complain in person. I need to stop making Jack Williams my place for tires and just go to Mavis (even though I feel like they are a bit shifty too).
Went in for an oil changed and asked them to check the brakes. Told me I needed new brakes and roters, a new caliper, and 2 new tires. Told me the job would take 2.5 - 3 hours. Got a phone call later in the day with bad news. They ordered the wrong part and said it was going to take 4-5 days to get the part in. When I went to pick up the car they took off the cost of the oil change and applied a $20 coupon, to make up for the inconvenience. Would only recommend them for oil changes and tires, no other work on your vehicle!
The place presents itself well. Im unsure about the service though and because I felt unsure, I felt like I couldnt trust the service here. I brought my truck in for inspection and ended up having a couple of issues that were understandable. Their price was a bit much so I took it home, replaced all the tires instead of only the back two somewhere cheaper and removed some grills covering the headlights myself. They wanted $50 to take off some nuts. I brought it back and this time a headlight was out that I didnt notice so I told them to go ahead and replace it. Then it turned into the 3rd brake light, which was indeed out when I checked later. My problem was the $50 they wanted to charge for the light and the $150 to replace it. I felt like they thought I was stupid because Im a woman. Maybe they charge everyone that.. but then they might think everyone is is oblivious. I said no and went home, and ordered the light on amazon. I literally undid one wire, took out 2 Philips head screws and then slipped the light out. Reversed that and it was done in less than 15 minutes.. I dont understand how $150 could be charged for 15 minutes worth of work when other mechanics charge around $80 an hour. Regardless, I dont know if theyre bad but they definitely didnt win me over. Getting inspected somewhere else from now on.
Bad alignment problem, because of poor work at another shop, put me in a bad position. With no other option but to rent a car AGAIN, or align only what could be aligned, before necessary parts were shipped.. Assistant manager Mike, did what i asked, on short notice, with no upselling, AND made the car drivable, saving me alot of money not having to rent a car again, and be able to get to my job. He is Excellent. He explained the mechanics of the problems to a lay person easily, and made a very stressful situation a pleasure. PRETTY GOOD---Thank YOU!
I spent about $1400 on my Jeep this week over multiple visits to Jack Williams and my car is the same as it was before I bought it in. They seem to have no clue how to diagnose any issue and will randomly repair expensive items on any vehicle. I was told there was a slight click after my supposed repair today; I get in the car to drive it home and the same banging/clanking noise that Ive brought it in for twice now is still present. Im not sure what my $1400 actually paid for but it wasnt to fix any of the problems with my 5 year old car. Now I somehow need to afford to go find another mechanic who will actually help me fix the problem. Please dont waste your time here!
I took my vehicle here for overheating. They charged me for flushing the radiator, a temperature sensor, and thermostat, $561.00 total. Two weeks later same problem, overheating again. After trying to bring it back here for the repair, finally had to bring to a honest decent repair shop for a water pump. Incompetent, cannot even diagnose simple repairs.
Scheduled an appointment for 10 . 4 tires & an inspection. They had no record that I had scheduled an inspection . Pulled my car in at about 11:15 . Didnt finish the tires and inspection until 12:20 . saw my car in the parking lot and got excited that it was finished. NOPE. have to wait for an alignment. So why did I even make an appointment when I ended having to wait for about 3.5 hours regardless? Never coming back again . Ridiculous.
We get tires here, inspections and today an oil change. Very happy with the quick service and the discount coupon. Was told that they will honor competitors coupons too. The free oil changes at the dealer are over...not driving 15 miles and paying $70 bucks at Toyota. JW waa less and rhe use Valvoline oils...we do the synthetic which is $59.95.
Not sure where to start..... from claiming a car had non existant issues keeping it from passing inspection to claiming the car needs a new windshield washer pump (was informed by customer it was just out of fluid) then awkward silence. To copping attitudes and not fullfilling work on time like they quoted. Just go somewhere else I gave them 3 chances myself..... never again. Theyre just looking to ripoff people without automotive knowledge.
The mechanic who worked on my car, Jessica (?), did a top notch job of diagnosing my problem and fixing it very quickly and simply while telling me I would have a larger repair to correct the situation completely. She also did a nice job on my oil change and got my car inside for the night so it would be the first car worked on in the morning.Bravo!!
They are not knowledgeable about tires so getting mechanical work done by them is ludecris. Regularly breaking lugs due to overtightning them. Young and inexperienced staff with little or no training or supervision. They regularly miss diagnose problems. But the worst is they take advantage of women and people with little mechanical savvy. The letter is the norm in the industry. I would suggest reading up on the problem over the internet.
Terrible horrible and will NEVER GO THERE AGAIND!!! I went in for an oil change and was told that my PCV valve was bad due to oil in my air filter. They wanted 160.00 for an air filter, PCV valve, and labor. They made it sound so urgent to be done and that there is a sensor that will cost me $400.00 if I dont get this issue taking care of. I asked if I found this PCV valve cheaper than the $90.00 they were charging me if they can install it and they said yes. I called around frantic to find this PCV valve and finally found one at NAPA for $42.00 (huge difference in price so they really up the price for their own pockets). With it sounding so urgent I then called back to get it installed and they could not get me in until next Tuesday or Wednesday?! With something so urgent I have to wait? I then had a second opinion (a mechanic friend who was going to put the part in) and was told that the PCV valve would throw a code and the check engine light would be on in which it is not. And that the PCV valve has NOTHING to do with the issue of the oil in the air filter. I believe that these men in this store need to go back to school and learn again. I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN and certainly NEVER refer anyone either. I feel like I was taking advantage of and that is not right!!!! AND to top it all off where they showed me where the PCV valve was....yeah well they were totally off. They are just trying to line their pocket, past employees have even told me that they are out for money and it is sick!!!!!
WARNING!!! These guys are scammers. They have a rep of ripping ppl off and doing substandard work and they earn every bit of it. We had to go here because only place available at time and we broke down passing through. Would have been cheaper, QUICKER, and better to tow it the 300 miles to my own mechanic.
Got winter tires put on here. Upon them putting the tires in my brand new car that took over a hour and a half of waiting when they pulled my car in right away. They got my seats, seat belts and door panels dirty and scuffed one of my door panels. Do not go here at all cost brand new car less than 500 miles on it and they scuff a brand new interior door panel putting the tires in it. Plus they steal from you if you have a similar car as them.
Yes got Tires three weeks ago I went in today cause my tire light is on. I would have to wait 40 minutes just for them to put air in my tires do not recommend them have no problem taking my money putting tires on but when they have to see whats wrong with the tire they cant be bothered
I needed tires in a hurry so I can get an inspection done theses guys had the best price and I called ten different tire centers and stores the staff are friendly and knowledgeable and they had my car ready in an hour and some change Im going to recommend this place to my friends and family
The worst they rip u off tried to get 1,686.73 out of me ,went in for inspection asked to check power steering ,then they give me a bill 88.00 .failed inspection ok ,but to charge for a diagnostic test 60.00 that I did not ask forthe rudest people to deal with they talk over you when trying to settle this 60.00 over the phone ,my dad was is 86 years old and never saw something like this ever ,they let him sit there for 3hours micheal reiser you suck to by the way general manager of a three ring circus people in Milford watch your pockets they r thieves and corporate headquarters sucks as well the customer is always right
Went there for a wheel alignment & rotate tires I do read other reviews before I give one , other reviews with bad reviews seams like shops fighting each other for business my son is a class B Mechanic & I do all my own work on my cars these guys are good its the other shops is who I question about I here bad about all of them but for this one and someone who owns a car should know the basics about cars dont be a dummy educate yourself on car repairs life just might become ez for yourself.

2022-05-12Overall a good experience. The website is really helpful if you want to do your own research and schedule an appointment online. You can enter your vehicle make/model/year and it shows you all the applicable tires they carry. Another nice feature is when you take a detailed look at any tires you are interested in there is not only customer reviews but also a list of the two most popular vehicles theyve installed them on. This gave me an extra level of comfort when I made what I thought was a good selection based on features, ratings, comments etc..and then learned my vehicle was on that list. I do have one comment for management with regards to improvement. First, despite me scheduling everything online and arriving at a time where there was only one other customer in the shop, I still waited 2 hours for tires to be installed. It was at least an hour before my vehicle was even pulled into the service bay. When I checked in, no one gave me an estimate as to how long it would take so I asked and was told about an hour maybe a little more. It would be helpful if customers were told ahead of time how long they should expect to wait and be updated if its going to be significantly longer. They staff seemed to have every opportunity to update me but didnt. But again, overall it was a positive experience and Id most likely return to this establishment.

2022-01-26These guys are really good at their job and customer service was above exceptional as well. Came in and scheduled an appointment in which they got me in and out faster than I thought they would. Also gave me knowledge of some concerning matters in which was not needed to be done. Highly satisfied and appreciative.

2022-03-05Great experience! I showed up early for my inspection appointment at the Milford shop and they brought my car right in. They had me out in about 20 mins - on a Saturday. There are other tire places nearby, but the professional crew at Jack Williams is why I come back.

2022-03-22They hooked me up in 7 minutes. They are efficient, honest, fast and reliable. Staff is always pleasant and I always get a warranty on the service that I receive. I’ve sent several of my family members to them and will choose them over other places.

2022-06-28Made an appointment and brought my vehicle in on time at 10am. I was told it would take a couple hours. I returned 6.5 hours later and my truck never even made it into the shop yet! I was told my vehicle was next but I took my keys and left instead. I understand that things run behind sometimes but my vehicle was clearly put at the bottom of the pile since I was only having new rims put on. Why even make an appointment then? This is why I will no longer go to corporate shops. I’ll stick with small business from here on out.

2022-05-13I called on 5/10/22 for a 9am appointment on 5/13/22. I needed a nail removed and plugged from my front Driver side tire, tires rotated (the tires were purchased at JW tire) and an oil change. I arrived at 8:36, questioned the manager at 11:30 as to when my truck was going in the for work. The truck finally went in at 12:15 and came out at 1:35pm. When paying the bill I specifically asked if they plugged the tire and did the rotation and was told YES!! When I got home I asked my wife to drive the truck so I could look for the plug wasnt I surprised when I didnt see one on the back tire, so I went to the front and there in the tire is the nail I needed removed.... Waited 5 hrs for an oil change(that I couldve done) but the original reason for coming here the nail removal and rotation were NEVER DONE!!!

2022-03-19I was extremely happy with everything, except when I walked in for my first appointment ever at the business and dealt with the older man, bald with the goatee and red shirt at the counter who ignored me for almost 5 minutes while working on the computer, looking at me, then continuing what he was doing never asking me anything or saying he would help me in a minute. This continued until a man in a blue shirt came in and asked me if I was being helped and I guess “shamed” the man into helping me. Made me feel as if I didn’t matter until the other gentleman came in.The man in the blue shirt was amazing and really made up for the ignorance of the other man.

2022-03-15I had an urgent situation with a roofing nail in my tire. I called Matt at about 4:15 PM, explained the problem and Matt said he could handle the service. I arrived just before 5 PM and Matt took a look at the tire and had two tires installed. I was on my way home by 5:30 PM.The crew was very professional. The entire building was clean right down to the wash room. Matt was even able to handle a very confused credit CSR.

2022-05-12Ive always came here since they opened. Now Mavis took them over. The whole garage damn near left. You would think they would call people with appointments and tell them the wait would be long or reschedule your appointment but no. Three and one half latter Im still waiting for my oil change. What a joke my cars on the lift and nobodys doing a darn thing nice job.
