Have been running a Juno laptop for about 2 months.The build is good quality, it is everything I expected.I had one little issue with it not charging, and Juno responded to my request for help within 15 minutes, helped me find the issue (bad cord) and had one delivered to me the next day. I couldnt ask for any better support than that!

I am pretty new to Linux and I asked quite a lot of questions about specs etc. which Giovanni was super helpful with. The laptop is really nice, a nice color, such a big, clear screen and the keys are really good and solid which I like a lot. I asked a lot of questions even after I ordered the Nyx Laptop and Giovanni was very prompt and helpful and nice and patient with me even though I did ask a lot, customer service A++. I love Linux so far, the laptop is easy to use and I like the Juno icon :) Everything is great so far and a great experience! I didnt even know you could buy laptops with Linux already installed and I thought I just had to deal with Windows not so great systems so Juno Computers is legit awesome!! More people should know about it!!!

Im very happy with the Gemini 15 laptop I purchased from Juno. Great value; I recommend it. Customer support is fantastic. Giovanni was constantly updating me about the order and he even assisted me when I had some questions about Ubuntu.

I bought a new Neptune 15” laptop to use for Web Development, learning Linux, and rendering the occasional blender file. The service was excellent and the laptop exceeded my expectations.The computer came with Ubuntu but I installed PopOS right when I got it. The only hiccup was trying to get the rgb keyboard backlight to work via command line, but one quick email with Giovanni had me figuring it out in a matter of minutes.The laptop look is sleek and thin, almost too thin! Compared to my old ThinkPad p50 it feels like half the weight. The screen is great for full HD, I was worried that compared to the 4K screen of my ThinkPad I would notice a big difference but it nearly impossible to tell the difference at the 15” screen size. I do wish the BIOS was Libreboot, not the proprietary Insyde.Overall my impression of Juno computers has been that they are a great place to purchase a Linux laptop. Their communication via email was excellent and I’d recommend them to anyone looking for an upgrade!

The Juno Neptune 17 I ordered is excellent.It builds open source software very quickly, is light weight and supports the Thunderbolt 3 docking station I have.I recommend Juno Computers completely.

Im very pleased with the new laptop. Its an outstanding value, the build quality is very good, and I love the keyboard. Ive gotten a bit jaded about Windows and Apple, and decided to go back to Linux and FOSS. A lot has changed since Ubuntu 14 - 20.4 has become much more polished and sophisticated, and its highly customizable. I can do 90% of my work with QGIS and LibreOffice, and all of my personal business, music, etc. I really feel like Juno Computers gives me a lot more bang for the buck, partly because of the fact that Im not paying licensing fees for the OS, and because Juno did a great job building the computer to my specifications. Highly recommended!

Purchased a NYX 17 laptop, upgraded to i7 processor and a 1TB m.2 drive, and this machine is running nice and smooth! Laptop design is great, feels very sturdy(dont want to drop it and find out though), the box was packaged very well and being that it came from the other side of the ocean, it was still in one piece. They take packaging very serious to ensure you get your laptop in 1 piece.If youre looking for a custom laptop that is just for Ubuntu, this is the place to buy them.

I got everything up and running, out of the box, with no issues. In 2020 Linux is truly plug and play and a much better overall experience than Windows.I would recommend Linux to anyone for their home computing needs.And I would recommend Juno Computers for a pleasant buying experience.

Great overall experience, ask a question, and get an answer back in minutes. I purchased the NEPTUNE 17″. I would not hesitate to purchase from Juno again. Some of the best customer service, I have ever had.

Recently ordered myself an Olympia in the middle of a global pandemic. My new tiny computer is exactly as promised and arrived on time. These guys actually respond to emails; its amazing! Thanks, guys!
