Within 2 weeks I had major malfunctions such as brakes going out, transmission going, and majority of the key features the car sold for had crapped out. I contacted them and they had no comment, and no idea the car had issues, refused to help me in anyway. Here I am a year later still dealing with this vehicle, no thanks to this awful awful dealership.
Bought a Dodge truck off them. With in the Warranty It would not start jumped it and would not run right and the check Engine light came on took it back to them and there fix was to check the battery and clear the code and soon the light was back on took it back and they checked it and told me you just have to get a sensor.It looked like a brand new truck when I got it but that was not long it was painted a make over rust holes showed up in the bed paint started to peal on roof. Was told by them that they only painted the fenders. Took it to a local Dodge dealer who they had service the vehicle and was told the clear coat was all pealing when they serviced it. Some one is telling a LieAnd I am having many other problems with it and they will not back or fix it.There choice now the fight starts.Do not buy from them
Bought a used durango here 2 years ago. Great price and service. Always reccomend this place. Thinking about going back soon. Few issues with vehicle other than age.
Very nice people, good deal on the car. I would have given it five stars but my car was not detailed inside which I would have appreciated. It was a little dirty inside.

2019-04-07Jerry really goes above and beyond for his clients. I live about an hour away and he made sure the truck was clean and completely ready to go before I got there. They have the ability to get outside financial help if needed but dont force you into anything. Next time I need a vehicle I will definitely be in contact with KB Express to see if they can find what Im looking for. Great job Jerry keep up the amazing work.

2021-01-28A really positive experience so far. Saw the car online and drove out to take a look. No pressure at all. Took it for a test drive, was told a little about the work the car needed and what had already been done and then took a test drive. Very low key. Ended up buying from Jerry and the entire affair took about an hour. He did everything he said. Place not much to look at and inventory on the smaller side but Jerry seems very trustworthy and that’s so important in buying a used car. Would go back again!

2013-09-26Quite pleasantly surprised! I was dreading the thought of finding a used SUV in our price range with a stick. We found it posted online. Everything was accurate. The car was immaculate, the price was right, The staff is courteous and trustworthy. They offered a generous trade in and gave us a 30 day warranty. We accidentally left our EZ-Pass in our trade and they promptly mailed it to us. A few days later we had trouble with the battery. KB covered the replacement with no problem.

2016-06-20This review is long overdo. Bought an audi wagon there 2 years ago and Jerry was awesome. He went above and beyond with his customer service. I had to rent a car to go and pick up the car and he even picked me up at the rental car office a few towns away from the dealership. When the car needed brake pads within a few weeks of purchase he offered to pay for them as part of his 30 day warranty. Thanks, Jerry!

2019-03-31Great place! They were not pushy at all. They catered to our needs to get the paper work done, which made buying the car easy.Carfax reports on all vehicles, which really helps in determining if the car you are buying is good.

2019-12-17Bought a low-mileage 2005 MB E320 CDI from Jerry site unseen based on his online reputation. He knows MB Diesels. He held it for me and I drove down and picked it up. Brought it back and took it into my MB shop and had a little bit of work done on it, nothing out of the ordinary, and its running like a champ. Would not hesitate to buy another one from him.
