I purchased a beautiful 2015 f350 from Ken Pollock Ford. It was a quick and easy buying experience. But the vehicle would not be ready until the next day so they delivered it to my home 2 hours away with no problem at all thats what I call customer service. I would take the 2 hour ride and buy there again.Thanks Chrissy, Drew and Murad.
I was looking for the perfect car that seemed impossible to find, and when I finally found it at Ken Pollock, I was lucky enough to have found the perfect dealer, too! While I only interacted with a handful of their staff from my first test drive to finally purchasing the car and driving off the lot, every single person was warm, welcoming, and beyond helpful.The dealership really went above and beyond to make sure that everything worked out, and I cant recommend them enough to anyone looking for a car (near or far)!
If you want the vehicle you contact, call, stop and see, test drive, and arrange for a time same day to come back with your family to be sold behind your back WITHOUT ever being told, then this is a place for you. Mr. Mike Mavik was great until it came time to actually keep a cash customer in the loop. Then, took the cheap way out and decided to forget all about us and sell the car to a random walk in. While its understood that this is a business, tread CAREFULLY if or when you do deal with them. Sales men making sleazy moves and theres a great competitor about 10 mi down the road in bloomsburg!
This is our second purchase from Ken Pollock Ford. Each time we were treat very well by everyone we dealt with! Bob has sold us both of our vehicles and is informative and very helpful. We have referred 2 other buyers to the dealership and Bob. When the time comes again to make a purchase we will be going back. Thanks guys!
I have read the great reviews from the sales side, I would like to add as a first time service customer what a seamless experience I had. I ve had an ongoing issue with my vehicle which left multiple mechanics scratching their heads. I made my appointment online, dropped the vehicle conveniently after hours, received a very friendly call the next day informing me the vehicle was fixed. I was able to come in the day after to pick it up, in & out no delays. I am not anticipating a near future issue, but when it occurs, I will be back!
I can not say enough good things about my experience with Ken Pollack Ford. My salesman was Drew and I felt he went above and beyond any other vehicle salesperson I have dealt with since my car buying days began in 1973. I had been looking for a mid-size pick up truck for at least 5 months. I started out looking at late model used, hoping for low mileage and part of the original warranty still left. With the mfg incentives that are out now on new pick up trucks, a new truck was not out of the question though. Long story short, I picked up my new truck yesterday from Ken Pollack Ford! Every one I met there was very cordial. And I have to mention, there were no games played and no high pressure tactics. Had one dealership tell me in the morning a particular vehicle I was interested in was still on the lot and available. I drove an hour to get there and it wasnt there! So I guess the hope was to get me in the door and sell me on something else. I highly recommend Ken Pollack Ford and be sure to ask for Drew in sales!
Dealt with Andrew. Was interested in a 2013 Ford F150 single cab long bed pickup. He was pleasant to deal with and very knowledgeable about cars as we talked in depth about engines of this vehicle and my trade and past pickups that I had. The dealership was fair with the trade-in value and the deal was fast and painless.
I am glad I read the reviews of the other here, otherwise I would have missed out on a great opportunity. I saw the vehicle through the cars.com website and contacted the dealer. They were responsive, professional and not pushy at all. When I arrived after driving 2.5 hours since I live in neighboring NYS, they were friendly and courteous. Bob, who was my salesmen was excellent, his 30 years of experience is apparent. They gave me a great deal on my trade in and the car was exactly what I wanted when I test drove it. I highly recommend.
Buying a vehicle is frustrating and difficult in its self. Worrying about quality, payments, etc. Not when it comes to the Ken Pollock team. My wife is not easily impressed. This experience surpassed any experience she had. When you shop Ken Pollock, the red carpet is rolled out for you. The staff is completely the most professional , helpful team going. Where were you all our life? Christine, Jeff,Murad from sales were amazingly accommodating,fast and kept me up to date. John in parts spent an immense amount of time with me, finding me the best options Mike in detail was super. And the all around treatment from the sales manager beating interest rates even from my credit union. Not familiar with the team I sought help from the service team at Volvo as well. Angelo, Drew and Brian put my mind at ease. Tony in parts assisting me reinforcing everything Ford was helping me with. Mike, Fred, Joe and John answering all her mechanical questions. I found a family we can trust with our life. A family that truly wants us to he happy with our decision and looks out for our best interest. A family where I am not just a number and has our safety and best interest at heart. A family who reinforces trust, dedication and commitment in finding us our perfect vehicle. We were truly blessed with all these great people. The support is overwhelming. Christine Murad and Jeff if it wasnt for you, she would never of found her dream vehicle. I can thank you a thousand times and it will never be enough. Amazement is an understatement from all these professionals. She never gets excited over anything. Well she couldnt sleep. Great Service Department!! Went to 5 other local Ford dealers for service and this is the only one I will use now. Had bad or mediocre experiences at the other dealers trying to get my truck serviced under warranty. Ken Pollock Ford was a much different experience and Danny was a straight and honest Service Manager. The other NEPA dealers were more interested in collecting the $100 deductible and telling me there wasnt an issue when obviously there was (3.5 Ecoboost Cam chain and Phasers) which Ken Pollock Ford identified and corrected.

I never look forward to buying a new car but this time was way different with Ken Pollock. They had the exact King Ranch truck I was looking for, I emailed Chrissy on Tuesday morning and by that night I was in the dealership signing the paper work. Thanks to Chrissy, Bob and Bill for putting together a great deal. Special thanks to Bob for staying late to deliver the truck and never feeling like we were rushed even though it was after closing time when we were done signing.

Went for alignment in my car come to find out I need a new tie rod and tires which is fine,but I would have liked to be informed beforehand so that way I could get that stuff done then pay, but no they made me pay for the alignment that still drove the same way after I got it and now I have to pay for another alignment since they couldnt ask me should they wait to put alignment on and the lady in service was just rude when I asked nicely why didnt they ask me knowing I needed so that stuff done before the alignment. Never going there again if thats the way they treat there customers just awful place
This is the dealership to buy your next car or truck. The best car buying experience I have ever had. I flew in from Michigan and they picked me up from the airport and drove me to the dealership. Everybody was friendly and the transaction was seamless. My salesman Zach was very professional and made sure I was comfortable. Finance department was very informative and very professional as well. I would recommend purchasing a vehicle from them without hesitation. They will treat you like you are the only customer in the world.
Had a really good experience buying a used car at this dealership. I drove up from New York and was really glad that everything I discussed ahead of time over the phone was accurate. There were no surprises - the car was in a great condition and the price was exactly what I was quoted. Drew who was helping me was very friendly and helpful and gave some great restaurant recommendations in the area:) I have had experiences in the past with slippery car dealerships that just wasted my time and their own time and it was refreshing to deal with this trustworthy place. Logan was very helpful. We went just to see what they had in stock and test drove the (used) 2018 Ford Edge Titanium. It was a great vehicle! The dealership was helpful in providing payment terms and monthly payments. We didnt end up buying that day as we are still shopping. But I will definitely consider buying from Ken Pollock Ford based on our first experience with them.
Travelling from Nova Scotia to Florida towing a 38 foot fifth wheel January 2020. Had a problem with brakes and did not know if it was the fifth wheel or the truck. Took it to Ken Pollock Ford and they were amazing. Everyone from the receptionist to the service manager to the mechanics were great people and very knowledgeable. Turned out it was not the truck that had the problem but they did find one ground wire that they fixed so that it didnt cause any problems in the future. If you are ever in this area and need work done.....dont hesitate to go see them.
My leasing experience at Ken Pollock was quick and easy. I walked in knowing what I wanted and drove off the lot in my new vehicle the same evening. This was my first time leasing and Drew made sure I understood the best mileage level for my needs. The financing department got me the price I wanted and the maintenance package I needed.
After having not purchased a new car for 15 years. I decided that I needed a smaller vehicle (I drove a diesel Excursion). We looked for several weeks close to us. To no avail (no one was willing to work with us). After looking for the first time on car gurus we found Ken Pollock. Let me tell you we were not disappointed at all. No only did they work with us, they are willing to drive an hour and a half to pick up my new car and drop off the loaner. We dealt with Jesse (salesmen) and Murad was the manager we completed the deal with. Very friendly!!
As a young college student my budget was fairly small and I was really worried about driving around my old junker but Jesse saved my life when I contacted this dealership. He went out of his way to help find something in my budget that was still in great condition and met all of the requirements I had for my next car. All of the other staff was also very helpful and attentive when we came in and so friendly! I smile every time I get in my car thanks to these guys! I have never had such an amazing experience buying a car , I wrecked mine hit a deer and they made the buying experience awesome ! I didn’t have to do anything !!! We purchased 2017 Ford Taurus from here at the end of July 2019. It was far below KBB and CarFax prices - so the pricing was terrific. We took the entire day to look at cars, test-driving at least half a dozen.The salesman was very patient and helpful. The transaction and paperwork process was simple and efficient. I would absolutely recommend this dealership to anyone! It was an excellent buying experience!
Pleasant, friendly staff and salesmen at Ken Pollock! Willing to work with you and work out financials with me to where I wanted my payments to be. I even got the Titanium Edge for a super deal.The only issue I had was their “detail shop” did not do a great job at all with getting my new car ready and cleaned properly. They forgot to remove the white plastic from the chrome on passenger door and they never even washed the roof so the vista roof was a mess, Armorall overspray from tires onto hood, etc . Bob Thennes, my salesman, stood by customer satisfaction as first priority and will get a full detail done for me and will provide me w transportation when they clean car properly. Hoping they will discuss further w the detail shop to avoid this again.
I have bought 4 cars from Ken Pollock Ford. And I recommend this place to everyone. 2 cars were for me and 2 for my son. My second car purchase was pretty sweet. Went to test drive a car but just couldn’t match numbers, so a couple wks went by and salesman Luke reached out and said we have One that might work. I was pretty impressed that Murad and Luke were searching for a car for me. And they remembered numbers were important so that impressed me. They also worked w me and my husband on signing times because of work schedule. They are full of smiles as soon as you walk in the door. It just isn’t all about $$$$ Ken Pollock does help out our little community and for that is why I recommend this place to anyone. Thank you to Murad, Luke and the rest of the staff .
Our experience at Ken Pollock Ford was absolutely phenomenal. From our first contact with them, Christine was so willing to help and answered our questions extremely quickly. She sent us every single piece of information we needed to know, and had us essentially sold on the car (and the dealership) before we got there.Then. We arrived yesterday and quickly realized it was only getting better. Zach, our car salesman, knocked it out of the ball park. He explained everything in detail and allowed us to ask a litany of questions. He was easily the best sales associate we’ve ever worked with. Even the man processesing our paperwork, Mark, was effective and effienct to the highest degree. The car we bought is perfect for us, and we could not recommend Ken Pollock Ford more.
We saw a vehicle online that I was very interested in and went to check it out. Another couple was test driving it when we got there. We were told they werent interested and took it for a test drive. The sunroof was sticking and we were told it could be fixed if we purchased the vehicle. We sat down to start doing paperwork and it seemed like they were taking forever. The salesman disappeared for a while and came back and said the other couple changed their mind and wanted the car we were filling out paperwork for. They also started saying how my car for trade-in was only good for scrap and they wouldnt have fixed the sunroof and just tacked it on to the price of the car. We left. It was an awful experience, a huge waste of time, and I would never go back or recommend this place to anyone else. This is the worst business practice Ive ever come across at a dealership.
What an excellent truck buying experience!Bob Thennes and Mark Vilushis dealt with me on the purchase of 2019 Ford Transit 250 today! That being said, this was all done from pictures that I saw of this van on Ken Pollocks website. They answered all my calls and returned calls due to me being 2 1/2 hours away from their location. I sent via email, pictures, VIN # of my trade in. I basically did this whole deal while having coffee sitting in my recliner on a Saturday morning. These two gentlemen were professional, direct and to the point and we had fair negotiations and a good trade in value on my vehicle.I took the 2 1/2 hour ride to their location and pulled in and was greeted before i got out of my truck with the utmost respect. That goes a long way with me. My new vehicle we discussed was prepped and parked out front waiting for me with a full tank of gas.No extra BS like you get from other dealerships. And no excuses. Nothing changed from the time i got in my van to the time i got to them.All paperwork, title work etc. Was done correctly. All I needed to do was sign a few documents and I was on my way.The best experience buying a vehicle! Knowledgeable and accommodating staff. Pleasant customer service and waiting area with free coffee and bottled water. Parking situation has definitely improved.They offer loaner vehicles, and (this is important) they DONT charge you for every little thing! Even though I didnt buy my car from them, they treat me as though I did. (I wish I had!)

I found the truck I was looking for online at Ken pollock Ford in Berwick. It is an hour and 20 min drive from me but worth the drive. Truck was as described and everyone we dealt with there were awesome. Would definitely look here again. Thank you for being a great dealership.
Had a great experience buying a pre-owed vehicle. We live 4 hours away and were able to work out a deal over the phone. Drove down later and worked with Zach, Rob, Chrissy, and Bill. All were very friendly and easy to work with. Zach and the crew made this the least stressful car buying process as possible. If you dont want to be pressured into a sale, check them out!
One Friday evening we found a 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee that had all the goodies we love.Took it for a ride Saturday morning. Drove it home at dinner time!!!! Wonderful service! Tyler and the others involved, were great to work with. Will not hesitate to have service done with them either.
My wife and I traveled 1 1/2 hours to see a used car (Ford, Taurus) for sale. Very nice and helpful young salesman. Aside from a drive, the dealership even allowed me to place the car on the lift so I could inspect (I have worked on cars since I was a kid but have little computer repair experience). What a great commendation after I asked.The dealer even arranged to have it delivered after additional service was negotiation. They nicely agreed to do a transmission service for free after it was learned it was NOT done by this dealer even though an assistant of internet sales told me it was done during my initial call about the car prior to my arrival.Only one (1) item stood out to me during this purchase that may NOT be specific to this dealer.1. The window warranty sticker had BOTH boxes marked to indicate the car was being SOLD AS IS - NO WARRANTY and the remaining box marked to indicate the Taurus had a LIMITED WARRANTY. When I saw the same thing on other car windows it got me thinking. I realize the billing/bill of sale invoice may say one thing but I would hope a Dealer is in the business of assuring a customer they are fair and reputable. Im sure this dealership is reputable and fair but they may want to take a look at this small but important aspect.Please do not misunderstand this review in terms of the length of my one issue #1 above in comparison of the over all purchase. This was a good purchase from a good Dealer.As a matter of fact, the car was offered to be delivered to our home 1 1/2 hours away. When I did not get a call back from the salesman the day of delivery, I learned he had called in sick. Asking about when our Taurus would be delivered, no one knew as the salesman was the only person to handle. Long story short, dealer immediately acted and did have the car delivered on the day/time as originally promised.I would return to consider purchasing a used or new car from Ken Pollock Ford Lincoln.
People stay away from this sorry NO COUNT Dealer and they will lie to you and want blink a eye. I bought one truck for my wife from them and a week later I totaled my truck that I drove. So I told them what I wanted and they looked for 3 weeks. So I got on the internet and found 4 in 30 minuets. I picked one of them and I flew to Texas to buy it. It had 5 miles on it an so I started driving to Pa. About 300 miles into a 1,300 miles and I heard a funny sound. When I arrived in Pa I went to Ken Pollock to get it fixed. They checked it out and said yeah you right it’s the power steering pump and they went checked on getting it. They came back and said can we call you when we find out it. So a few hours later they called and said it’s on back order. I said okay let me know when you hear something and I called for 4 weeks. Everytime I called they would say it’s still on back order. On the 5th week I called them and I heard the same old line. That’s when I called 7 other Dealerships and I would ask them if they could get a power steering pump and I couldn’t believe my ears. Everyone of them said YES SIR we can and I asked you sure and it’s not on back order. Everyone said NO SIR ITS NOT ON BACK ORDER. Beware of this sorry dealership and I wouldn’t send my ex wife to these people and trust me that is bad. Good day
WILL NEVER BUY FROM AGAIN. Buying a used Dodge Ram 1500 from Pollock Gave them 3 weeks to repair 2 rust spots on the cab before ever taking possession of the truck. Went to pick up the truck today because it was done. Only one spot was repaired, not both. Now I have to wait another week, still not take possession of the truck. 4 weeks owning a vehicle and still havent driven it. Went to Pollock because they are supposedly a reputable dealer. No offer to make it right, no nothing. Just come back in a week and it will be done.
Overpriced. Nice dealer, great staff. Expensive compared to other dealers. Id love to buy cars from this place and support a local dealer near home, every time Im shopping there though I find myself buying elsewhere simply because I save thousands. Not a few bucks. ThousandsThat just bothers me.
Specifically told them I wanted a tow package to haul a camper and trailer load of building material for home renovations.They sold me a 2018 F150 with a bumper ball and stated that that was a tow package. Went back after doing my research and stated that I got ripped off and they would not work with me.
Cant say enough positive things about both the leasing experience and the MKX. Like most car buyers these days I spent a lot of time on the internet helping me make my decision, so I had a fair idea of what the cost would be. Only reason they get one star is because I can’t give them no stars. Very poor service. Bought my car from there and every time I needed service done to it, they either couldn’t get me a loaner car (because I work out of town), or they wouldn’t complete the job. I regret buying the car service plan because it would’ve saved me more headaches if I would’ve just done everything myself. Will not buy another car from here ever again.
( ZERO STARS )Service was HORRIFIC and will NEVER EVER take a vehicle there for service again. No one should ever have to take a vehicle to a dealership 3 times for the same problem. The incompetence of the service technicians scares me especially when the issue being repaired could be a life threatening one if not done properly and correctly THE FIRST TIME!!!

2022-05-26I absolutely love my new-to-me Jeep Patriot. We went in to specifically look at another car that ended up not working out, and Andrew was great and showed us this one that had only arrived hours before and couldn’t even be test driven yet. It ended up being everything we were looking for and worked out. Worth the week long process. My only complaint is for whoever does the cleaning. I’ve been working on this for the week I’ve had it. Scraping gunk from the seat belt, steering wheel (it took forever), arms, buttons, etc. I’ve vacuumed twice already as actual chunks of food have rolled from around and under the seat as it’s been driven. Andrew was great, I love my car so much, but it would have been awesome to not have to come home and do what we were told was already going to be done.

2022-04-09New to the area, so a pleasant drive along the Susquehanna brought me to the dealership. Welcoming atmosphere, and the salesperson was knowledgeable as he prepared the test drive for the red car, which I had seen on my Internet search. The car had nice handling on the streets and the trade-in on my car was excellent, which kept me in the ballpark. Of great value was the salespersons explanation of the not-so-obvious electronic settings in this late model car. I had a day to get my paperwork in order; that worked out and I was able to drive out and the car handled well as I crossed the Susquehanna and headed north back home.

2022-03-05I went in as a relatively unmotivated buyer. My truck was still good, but after looking up Kelly blue book values I decided to just go and look. I honestly did not think a deal would happen. But, they offered a good price on my trade in, and were able to make a payment schedule that made sense to me. What really closed the deal is they have an insurance agent there who was able to make my insurance on the new truck significantly more affordable than I was paying on my old one.

2022-03-05Recently ordered a Ford F-150 from Ken Pollock Ford. I had a truck that I was possibly trading in. Got a top dollar offer on my trade in and ended up saving thousands below sticker with their “Friends and family employee discount” when ordering a new vehicle from Ford. With additional rebates was able to save thousands! In a market where paying over sticker is often the norm this was a pleasant surprise. The best car buying experience I’ve had.

2022-06-15Customer service was absolutely wonderful but never will I ever buy a car from here again, I bought a 2016 Jeep Wrangler LESS THAN 1 year ago, coming up to be one year in a few months, was told everything looked good and that parts were replaced with new ones. Which did in fact not happen when I had to take it to a buddy who works on strictly jeeps. There was a part MISSING that was said “replaced”, a tire rotation was done a few days after getting it off the lot because there’s no way it was done at the dealership. Now I need to get a new radiator part and brand new brakes already. Mind you, I don’t drive a lot since I work from home and already put in $1000+. That’s all! Do your research before buying a car from here :)

2021-12-10I cant express how much I love the work the service department does at Ken Pollock Ford. I love it so much I drive past two other Ken Pollock dealerships to Ken Pollock Ford just because I like to see the smiling faces of the employees. They really treat me like family there. Clean waiting area, friendly staff, amazing service. I TRULY feel like they handle me oh so well there, oh boy, its just so perfect the way they handle everything!

2022-04-09I called in to see what rates I could get for a truck but they wouldnt talk financing until I did a test drive. They also do not clean vehicles very well, and do not offer many good incentives for purchasing. They also heavly increase the price of new vehicles. I understand the times, but increasing by 10-12k Is just absurd. If you want to get a car from them, do it the day of, if you dont they will just sell the car behind your back, even with a down payment. If you want a good, clean car go ANYWHERE else but here.

2022-03-12After trying to locate a new vehicle I was faced with dealers who were telling me the cost of the car would be $5,000 over the MSRP. I told those folks to go pound sand. Jesse and the team at KPF treated me great, followed up with me and did not take advantage of the supply chain/chip issues in the world to make a fast buck. Shame on the other dealers, kudos to Jesse and his great team!
