I just purchased a 2018 Escape SEL from Ben Scott. It was my second purchase at Kenny Ross within the last 2 years. Ben was very professional in every phase, and aspect of the sales process. He went over and above to accommodate all my needs. My first car I purchased from Ben was totaled by a falling tree. Ben had the Escape ready to go immediately, and also took care of contacting my insurance company to switch coverages, and to arrange for my rental car to be returned...definitely a 5 star experience from beginning to end. Give Ben a chance to sell you your next car. You wont be disappointed!
Tony Cardone was an absolute pleasure to work with. My situation was special and he was so kind and understanding. I was securing a deal for my father fighting stage 4 pancreatic cancer. Tony made me feel at home and showed me true compassion. He treated me with respect and got things done so quick. Our finance man was Jack Sarp and literally made the most dreading part of signing papers painless and quick. When I tell you they helped create happiness for my dad that was priceless and I will never forget it. I’m so grateful for Tony and Jack and the whole team. I will definitely buy our vehicles in the future. A total blessing.
This was the third time I’ve had my SUV serviced here. The gentleman that work there were nice. Service was quick. I’ve never had been treated decently, fast service and affordable all in one place. I would recommend taking your vehicle to Quick Lane at Kenny Ross Ford.
Ryan Cavanaugh went out of his way to help me find a car. He very patiently worked with me to get me what I wanted. I ended up with a beautiful new vehicle thanks to Ryan. Jim in finance also made the buying process quick and easy. Both guys made my car shopping experience a good one.
I purchased a very nice pre owned truck there for a good price. It was a fast and easy. They had the financing and paperwork done in about an hour and they kept their word about a repair that turned out to be more trouble than they had originally thought. John put effort into keeping it convenient for me. They were recommended by friends and family and I would recommended them to others. Good guys there.
We called down 3 times, asking about a truck. We gave the model and information, we were assured that they had the vehicle...3 times. We live over an hour away...and they said they were able to make sure we could get this vehicle. We make the drive, just to be told it had been sold in the morning. Assuming it was before the time we called, and the 2 hours it took to get down there. We couldve been looking elsewhere and closer to home, and not wasted our time. It seemed almost chaotic, and was a major let down. They even checked in later on to see if we got the truck...just doesnt seem like theres communication. Was overall hoping for a better experience
I brought my 2017 250 in for service. It only has 37,000 miles. I walked to the showroom and not one person approached me or spoke to me. Later when I pulled directly up to the front of the building with my truck, they wouldnt leave me alone. Absolute horrible customer service in the front. However I will return for service on my vehicle such as oil changes. The maintenance man in the back warned me that the people in the front werent the best. Go there for service only never buy.
Purchased a used car at Aunt Pennys (subsidiary of Kenny Ross) in October 21. Like any used car with quite a few miles on it, you always take your chances. I am really happy to say that even through a few issues, the Sales Mgr (Mr. Crumlish) at Kenny Ross found away to take care of this customer. Because of his service to me alone, Ill go back to Kenny Ross in the future. Great job sir, and thanks!!
Richard Henzel was my service advisor and he explained everything understandably to me.They evacuated, dye tested and recharged the A/C in my F250. I had my truck back the next day as this process cannot be rushed if done properly.I appreciated Richards easy-going personality and friendly nature.
This place is old school, which is the best way. A handshake and they listen to your want and needs. I told my salesmen, Brain Smoody what I wanted and he showed my the vehicle that met everything on my list. Next thing I knew Ben Scott and Jim Vaccha jumped in to do the paperwork. I was in there maybe 2 hours at the most and left with the vehicle that I wanted. They made a customer for life.
Bought our 6th vehicle from Kenny Ross Ford a week ago. Had such an awesome experience. Everyone there treated you so great. Definitely will continue buying from Kenny Ross Ford. CJ was a fantastic salesman! Anyone in the market for a new vehicle definitely consider going here!
My wife took car in for State Inspection and Emissions. She was told the rear brake pads and rotors were bad.I just replaced the rear Brake Pads 7 days prior and the rotors were not scored or warped. I worked in dealerships and my father was a 40 year state inspector.I went to Kenny Ross Ford, Irwin Pa. The young mechanic told me he didnt even pull the wheels. I then asked how did you know the brakes were bad? Obvious embarrasement set in as I pointed out how they were just replaced. After I had him pull the wheeI and took these pictures of the bad pads. Obviously, brand new.The service write up guy didnt charge us, however, dishonesty is dishonesty. This was shameful. I bought a vehicle here and I had my parents buy one there as well. Unfortunately, this will be the last.
I just bought a 2017 Chevy Silverado from Aunt Pennys Tough Trucks. I stopped in at Kenny Ross Ford and I talked to Brigit Snyder who helped me find the perfect truck! The truck was at Aunt Pennys and we took a stop in and met Steve Gregio who was amazing throughout the entire purchasing experience. He helped me out more then I could ever imagine and hooked me up with all kinds of great deals! Thank you to Brigit and Steve for all the amazing help!
My wife and I have had excellent service over the years particularly with Ben Scott , Jim Vacha and the entire team. I just bought a new 2022 Ford F150 Tremor and a few days later to my wifes surprise , she ended up purchasing a new 2022 Ford Edge. She had been wanting to trade her Ford Eacape in for awhile now and was upside down on her current payment situation. Ben Scott came driving around the building in the Ford Edge of her dreams and was able to make the new purchase happen for her. Ben went over all of the details of the new car with us. My wife and I cannot express how wonderful the people are here and highly recommend them .

Wanted to give a shout out Ryan Cavanaugh for his patience while we were looking for a used car for our kids. We went with a list, and he showed us each one and never felt rushed to decide. We even thought about it for a night! Such and easy process we will be back and will recommend him to anyone that is looking.
We purchased a preowned vehicle here a couple of months ago. The sales staff worked with us to get the payment we wanted and top dollar for our trade. Had minor issue with car a few weeks later and they immediately took the time to make it right. Wouldnt hesitate to purchase here again!

Went in on Thursday night to just look at a car. Ended up loving it and rode home in it that night. Donny did an outstanding job to help me with everything! Still have not heard anything from lead sales. If i could get a phone call or email Id greatly appreciate it.Update: 3 weeks after my deal I received a phone call from the dealership stating that they had made a mistake with my trade in and the amount that they taxed me. Instead of handling the mistake themselves they put it on me to pay an additional $2356.25 out of pocket 3 weeks after the deal was done and paperwork was signed. Not very professional for a large dealership in my opinion.Bought a 2016 f350 powerstroke from CJ Musnug. Very polite and respectful and willing to make a deal work. And Jack Valentine the finance manager for getting the lenders to work out a fair deal. Drive 2 hrs to make a deal here and would do it again!
Poor communication between stores. Had to deal with the Subaru and Ford stores. Ford being the worst. They told me they would holdThe vehicle till 5 pm after I was done work. When I got there they had other people scheduled to look at the vehicle. DQ was personable but not willing to deal. The car almost ran out of gas on the test drive. The poor salesperson had to scrape $10 dollars to put into the tank to get us back to the dealership. On the phone I was told the car had been into service before they could sell. Even noted on carfax. SUPRISE. Lights were on for tire on the dashboard. Good thing I do business reviews. This one leaves a lot to be desired. They can’t even afford air conditioning. LOL
In a car market where it seems like the odds are favored against you, this dealership is still willing to deal. I recently purchased a 2021 Black Widow F-150 XLT and it was a great. From our experienced salesman Don Alexander who really let us drive, think, and evaluate our options without being pushy, to our experience with the manager who continued to work giving us the most he could for my trade. This was over Shults, Washington Chevy, and Monroeville Ford. To lastly, the finance guy Jim, who is a veteran of the United States Army. He is just a very genuine person (which is something to value when youre considering hes the one dealing with YOUR money) that did all of our paperwork in an expediated amount of time with accuracy, honesty, and alleviated any questions. Would highly recommend buying a vehicle here and already have Don working on a Ford Bronco for my wife.
Trying to buy a truck from this place now! Was online for 21,999 and they are trying to add 1000 more to price now! They agreed to the price 3 days ago but now since they realize the truck may be able to bring more money they want another 1000? Told us we could back out of the deal cause he knows someone will pay it! Very dirty and unprofessional!!!!! They lied on price and are trying to jack the price up and we have to talk to a different person everytime we call! They are not communicating very well with us, the customer! They dont care, its something different everytime we talk to them! Manager even said this isnt how things should be done but this morning its a different story! THIS SHOULD BE SIMPLE!! ITS A CASH SALE!! Stop crapping people! Blows me away that this place has a good rating!! The salesman was caught in several lies as well! Very horrible experience Im having so far!!! I hope things get better but I dont know! We even have texts showing the original price they agreed to! They just dont care about the customer at all!!!
Thanks to Lenny I was able to walk out with a brand new 2022 F-150. Lenny met us right at the door, answered all our questions, and was prompt in showing us the vehicle that I was interested in. I can also appreciate how personable he was and how diligently he worked to reach an agreement I was comfortable with.
If youre looking for a dealer that uses old school tactics to charge extra fees over MSRP and lowball you on your trade in, then this is the dealer for you. Added roughly $1800 in gps tracking, anti theft service, and scotch guarding the interior. Theyre done to every car and not removable. Wouldnt even budge on those items, so we bought a Mustang from Spitzer.

Big Al always makes sure they clean up my truck to perfection and offers to drive me where I need to be while my truck is being serviced--which has only been regular maintenance. Lou is very knowledgeable and willing to help whenever I call with a question or concern. The staff is always going above and beyond. I love my truck!
I purchased a used Ford F150 from Kenny Ross in January of 2021. The only part of the transaction Im happy with is the truck itself. I purchased a limited power train warranty for almost $4,000. The truck was purchased under my companys name and I told the salesman it was a truck I planned to use for both personal and business needs.The first trouble happened when I had a claim due to a U-joint that needed to be replaced. The warranty company had no record of my warranty and I found out that Ross had never sent the paperwork or payment to the warranty company.They told me the situation was remedied, only to find out that the warranty company wont honor the warranty because I am using the truck for my business! I called Kenny Ross several times and finally spoke with someone who essentially told me to lie about my use of the truck to whoever services it so the warranty will be honored.I was very disappointed in this type of attitude and in their apparent lack of integrity. They were more than happy to take my money, but less than helpful in making sure I get my moneys worth.I wouldnt buy there again.
Traded truck at Kenny Ross thru salesman CJ Musnog. He even drove to my home an hour away and picked up my truck. He then placed my order for a 2022 Ford F250 Tremor Diesel. No fault of his I finally took ownership of it Jan 11 2022. I blame covid and Ford for delaying my truck as long as it did to get it delivered.Once here it was not even a day and they had it ready for me and finance manager Dan took quick and great care of me and hooked me up with a great priced extended bumper to bumper warranty.I highly recommend anyone looking for a new vehicle to hit one of Kenny Rosss dealerships up.
I was in with my daughter this evening to help her purchase a car and we were greeted by David Kolacinski. Our entire experience was amazing because of him and I would recommend anyone to come here and deal with him. Honest and one of the coolest gentlemen I have ever dealt with. Also Dan F went to bat for us and got my daughter the deal she wanted so that she could drive off this evening with her new vehicle. The best experience ever. Thank you guys from me and my daughter. Do yourself a favor and Stop in to see Mike Kiger, Dan Fay and Mike Tice if your looking for a vehicle. He made my buying experience the best experience I’ve ever had! He was up front and honest with me about the truck I was looking at. Had all the documents to back up what he had told me and also showed me in writing what was done to it.Really great experience! Bought new f350 here which is great so far. Bad review is for the salesman. My trade in had a compartment that I forgot to clean out. Had keys for camper and tractor and emergency cash. They had no problem keeping cash but after a couple texts and phone calls keys were supposed to be sent in mail. 6 weeks later Im still waiting. So I guess after they get the sale you are chop liver.
Dan Fay , Ben Scott , and CJ were the MOST helpful in my experience. Every place I tried prior seemed to be outside my price range. Especially because I was looking for an SUV for the family. They were able to find me a car and complete 90% of the process without leaving my house. I was able to find the perfect car and I had to do was sign papers and walk out.I walked away with a 2015 Ford Edge with heated seats , auto starter , super clean , tints in the back, reverse cam.
Donny Alexander went above and beyond for us! After my 2021 Explorer (my dream vehicle) was totaled in September it was extremely difficult to find another one with supply chain, etc. issues but Donny made it happen!!! Donny Alexander and Dan Fay were more than fabulous to work with!!! Kind, courteous, and clean dealership! Will definitely be back. Five stars isnt enough...more like 50!!

I was interested in a certified pre owned truck they have in their inventory. However some additional packages were added when I asked about them and told them I dont want those packages. of the Managers Justin said this is what we add to all of our vehicles. I said numerous times that I dont want those packages thinking maybe just some courtesy response zip zero totally quiet. I have been in the business for over 15 years its companies like yours that make us all look bad and take advantage of the customer adding products to there purchase they dont want forcing them to take it or walk away. Its quite fine clearly buying a truck for 70K plus is not important to your company I have found another vehicle and guess what I did not need to buy all those services I did not want to get the vehicle even when I said Im doing my own financing clearly you dont listen to your customers well.
I just bought a Ford F150 from Don Alexander at Kenny Ross in Irwin,PA. The people that work there are very knowledgeable and were willing to work with me regarding some of the expensive features added to the sticker price. Jack Valentine in the finance department did an excellent job. I feel I was treated fairly during what could have been a very stressful situation. If you have a question related to anything mechanical ask for Bob in the shop. This guy know everything and anything when it comes to the F150 past and present. These guys are honest straight shooters. I give them 2 thumbs up.

Ive bought many vehicles in my lifetime from numerous dealerships. I can say without a doubt that Kenny Ross Ford is THE WORST dealership I have EVER dealt with, and its not because of their sales department. As you would expect, they will roll out the red carpet for you in sales, but once youve made your purchase you better have a lot of patients. Customer service is beyond horrible! Call there and try to talk to someone other than a salesperson and you will find it impossible. Oh you might get the one receptionist, if its not her day off. The service department doesnt even have a phone line you can call directly. I know this for a fact because I was told this when I was there last week. Oh sure, the phone menu will give you an option for service but it will not ring them. You have to leave a message, and I can promise you no one will be calling you back. And they will certainly not call you with a status report of your vehicle. I could say so much more about their service department but this post is already too long. Bottom line, DO NOT buy a vehicle from here. By far THE WORST!!

Absolutely horrific experience trying to purchase a new vehicle at this dealership. Looked at car Thursday, called salesman Saturday, said we were on our way in to make deal. We arrive, salesman greets us, gives us the keys and tells us to take last test drive just to make sure. We get back from test drive, sit down with the keys on the table, work on numbers, trade in, etc. Heres where it really goes south. While we were working out the final details of our deal, the salesman who went to grab me a water comes back and says sorry, someone else just bought the car. Turns out someone who came in AFTER us somehow ended up taking the vehicle we were finalizing deal on, a vehicle that was nowhere in sight and we had the keys for in front of us. Our salesman apologizes and tries to locate same vehicle with same options for a dealer trade but cant. I ask for the sales manager who finally saunters over to the desk, but instead of apologizing his opening line is well, this happens sometimes. His attitude was poor, like we were inconveniencing him . After some back and forth questioning him, I ask why he didnt lead with an apology and ask what he could do to make up for it and possibly keep our business, I get well, theres nothing she wants out there in a very sarcastic tone. You would think someone leading a customer service team would actually have an ounce of customer service ability themselves. I would recommend staying away from this dealership at all costs as I have since heard the same story from other people who have tried to buy a car at this dealership. Dont worry, the story ends well. We called another dealership that had a car almost identical minus 1 feature they added to it for us and drove home in new vehicle that night purchased from a team who provided great customer service top to bottom...Kenny Ross Ford sales manager could take notes from them. If I could leave negative stars here I would, do yourself a favor and go elsewhere for a new Ford.
CJ And Dan in financing were amazing! Instant gratification, I did not expect to leave the lot with another vehicle in the same day but they made the process so easy and I was completely comfortable the whole time. They even were able to secure a better rate than my credit union. Thanks guys!
We picked up a new F150 there yesterday. I started the buying process on the phone. The whole transaction went smooth with no screwing around. We felt really comfortable there and our salesman Donny was fantastic. Such a difference compared to some of the other local dealers that cared more about themselves than making the customer happy. We will be returning in the future.
Bought my last car there and was treated poorly being made to sit for hours waiting on who knows what. Finance guy especially rude when he learned I was paying cash and declined extended warranty. Had appointment to pick up car and was left sitting at a desk waiting for hours. Used to be best dealer as I’ve bought previously there, but now is like dealerships lampooned in commercials. It’s a shame.
Worst truck buying experience. One salesman didnt listen to one thing he was told. I told him I was going to my bank to finance my truck whats he do runs my credit and everything with their banks then after I told him to have everything ready Id be there at 430 to give them the check and sign so Id be in and out . I get there nothing was ready they never even clean the truck its was mess and they left the stickers on the window. Id understand maybe if there were busy but there was not a person in there buy a car noone. Should have been my first sign to just leave. Id never go to Kenny Ross again.
Robert with Kenny Ross (sales) was a pleasure to deal with when purchasing a 2021 Raptor. He was professional, fair and personable. Would ask for him if your thinking of a new vehicle. The ONLY reason this location does not deserve 5 stars is the horrible paint protection plan thay forced me to purchase with the vehicle. They claim it was already applied to the vehicle when I arrived even though I was told that the vehicle just came off the hauler the day before. The paint had hard rain spots all over the place and they did nothing to resolve the issue. I have my suspicion about their $500.00 paint protection product!
Got my car used from here. A month later a freak transmission failure happened and the man who sold me the car went to bat for me and helped me figure out an issue where the warranty company wasn’t covering the part. I had to go to a different Ford to get it fixed that did an awful job but 9 months later I came back to this Ford and they fixed it correctly. They were so patient, understanding and helpful. I’m so glad I came back and was able to get this issue finally taken care of.
Although I didn’t end up buying a vehicle from them due to pricing, Adam and Paul were very helpful and professional through my whole experience with them. Adam went through every single aspect of the vehicle I was looking at and was very willing to help, and Paul was very nice to work with and followed up with me to check on my car search even after I had moved on. I appreciate both of their help and thoughtfulness, and would recommend buying from them. Great people to work with!
I had a great experience working with Rob. I called to schedule a test drive, and the car was out front ready and waiting when l arrived less than an hour later. Paperwork was fast and efficient. Definitely appreciate people that go out of their way to respect your time. Id recommend you stop by if youre in the market for a new or used car, and look forward to visiting them again in the future.
Poor customer service while trying to deal with the Service Dept. Spent and hour constantly trying to get thru to them. Left messages (one with marking urgent to service and one to sales mgr) with ZERO replies. My wife called numerous times- ZERO replies!!I just purchased a 21 Ranger and am not sure if I will recommend anyone (my customers and friends)to purchase a new vehicle from here, let alone a FORD...
Bought a new Ford there and after some time got a letter that the car had several recalled items on it. I took it in they said they didnt have the part but it was safe to drive. A few weeks later transmission started going and I took it in and again they said they didnt have the part, they had no rentals, and I should drive it till it died then they may be able to fast track the part. A week later the thing wouldnt even start they said the transmission guy was sick, then he was on vacation, and I felt I was getting the run around . I finally called fords customer service number and they said they could not see why kenny ross was telling me any of this. They have a rental program that they would have covered from the start even if it wasnt one of their rentals, the part could have been expedited the first time I brought it in and they would be in touch. Within 3 days fords customer service found the part and had it shipped to kenny ross. I just picked it up, the engine light was on they said I would have to have that looked up (why they did not do that is beyond me) halfway home it started shifting hard again alarms went off and the transmission overheated. DO NOT BUY OR HAVE VEHICLES SERVICED HERE
My experience was almost 5 star review worthy. But rounding up Id say a 4 overall. Mainly the vehicle itself and its price drew me in so that only left the sales person to pretty much seal the deal. I flew in from out of state, they did offer to pick up which they did. Everything went by fairly smoothly. The problem was after the purchase, I bought a Raptor with 1 of the 3 grill marker lights out, salesman told me Id receive a package which was supposed to be a replacement light, he was looking around Amazon on his computer after he came back from the parts department after having said that they werent of help. Missed a follow up call afterwhich I called back many times so I could ask about the light, only received a call from the lady who was shipping out the forms to my local dmv, which in the end they failed to put my phone number on the packets, only found out after I went in to ask myself, not a major deal it all worked out, I ended up buying my own replacement light after waiting almost 4 weeks. A solid 3.9 out of 5
Well typical car dealership. Once the sale is complete no one will return your calls until it is time to buy another. I have been calling for about a month trying to get someone to return my calls. Left messages with sales managers voicemail, finance manager voicemail and receptionist desk. My truck I purchased over three months has never not been registered with the state. I have checked with State web site and called in. No record of vehicle being registered under my name. So all I am asking for is a call back confirming my truck is registered and so I can have confirmation as well. Since if I get pulled over I do not have a registered vehicle. Since no call back I guess I had to give a bad review to get action.
Made an appointment to look at a truck they had advertised on all social media sites. After talking to a sales rep. I made an appointment the next day to look at, and if I liked it, buy the truck. I drove an hr and a half and when I got there, they give me a lame excuse the frame was bad so we cant sell it. Good communication there Mr GM, some pis* poor management with no communication. Its no wonder theyre going out of business and being bought out! Hopefully the next owners get good management.
I purchased my vehicle late June, working with their amazing salesman Adam. I once tossed outside a dealership from the pressure and lies but everyone, service department included, was courteous, knowledgeable, truthful and genuinely friendly. And I love my new Ford!
My experience with this dealership, general manager, sales manager, and internet sales person was one of the worst and most unprofessional experiences I have ever had at a dealership.Last weekend on May 2nd, 2021 I messaged the internet salesperson regarding a truck that their website and well the Ford website identified as in stock. I received a text from Cody G. who messaged me Monday morning regarding the truck. I texted him the window sticker and his response Yeah I have that truck in Stock I said Great I drove there last night and couldnt find it on the lot I want to see itCody Gs response, Yea I think we just got this bad boy in recently so it very well may have been getting cleaned up in our body shop whenever you checked on it last night When do you think you will be able to stop in and check it out? Were here until 8 pm tonight through Thursday My response was that I was in class and could get there as soon as I was done and That I had already applied to my credit union to speed up the process. I then asked, is the truck at the Adamsburg location? Codys answer Correct my response was Be be there at 3:40Cody then responded Awesome! Were looking forward to having you hereI then messaged 3mins and then Im here I believe communication is essential in any business transaction.This is where things go awry! I asked around and found Cody at a back-row desk, I introduced myself and after an awkwardly long handshake, Cody directed me to the sales office as he left me and walked into the office with the Ford Sales manager Paul and the General manager (name unknown never introduced himself) I stood there looking through the glass. It was several minutes and I could see and sense some confusion in the office. there were now several folks in there fumbling around some cabinet (assuming looking for keys)I proceeded to walk to the office door and said are you getting ready to tell me the truck isnt here The general manager stood up and said its here we just need to find it. It was starting to rain and he stood up and walked out the back door with a couple of salespeople to look for the vehicle. The sales manager Paul (I was told his name) stayed back in the office looking on the computer.Several long minutes passed and a salesperson #2 (that I wasnt working with) came in the door and said jack I have some bad news I stopped him and asked are you the poor SOB that drew the short straw to come and tell me? his answer was Well yes I did draw the short strawI walked over to the office and informed Paul that the truck was there. he said that truck is here, I asked Salesperson #2 where the general manager was and he said Sitting in his car. I asked Paul where Cody was and he said Cody is hiding upstairs he is afraid of youTo find out the truck was never at the dealership, I was told it was grabbed by another location before it ever arrived. was that the truth?? Unknown.I walked into the office with the Ford Sales manager Paul, he was looking on the computer to see where the truck was. Truthfully nobody there knew anything. half were hiding to avoid having to face a customer that they waisted now 3 hours of their time.To make things worse Paul, PROMISED me that he would locate or order a truck. he also stated that he would take $5000 of the price to accommodate my waste of time. He looked me directly in the eye and lied and had 6 days to contact me to make this right. Salesperson #2 re-surfaced and found two similar trucks but he said There are over 100 miles away, Paul said That doesnt matterSo 6 days later, no call, no truck... nothing. I cannot speak for others but I will never recommend Kenny Ross Ford to any friend, family member, followers, or customers. Actually, I will highly advise against anyone going there.These folks treated me like a fool, they didnt have the professional ability to face me and they intentionally hid from me to avoid having to.The worst most unprofessional experience ever.
This was one of the most unprofessional car dealerships I have ever been to. Not only was the customer service disgusting and just downright rude, but that was when they even gave you the time of the day. My mother and I walked in and had no one ask us if we need anything, made us wait around with no answers for about 30 minutes. Meanwhile, there’s a group of dealers just talking with each other not at all worried about if we are being helped or not. In fact to make it even better the one guy was just sitting there watching tv as if we were important enough for him. Finally, when we’re we’re ready to go our dealer literally asked if we could just wait on another person like that is so rude it’s not even funny. I’m baffled by this team and I really don’t know how they are even able to sell cars.
Was very disappointed when we drove 3 hrs to buy a used vehicle. My husband knows fords frontwards and backwards. We ask every question. We told them 2 days in advance that we were coming. It eas filthy dirty. We ask twice if it had bern through their service center and their answer twice was yes. Least to say we never even got to drive it let alone move it. We put in drive and it made a big loud thumb noise that shock the vehicle and was heard inside of the store. Someone had to drive it to that spot and know it did this. We drove 3 hrs for 10 minutes at the most. All we ask for is honesty. Important e service dept doesnt know what they were doing. Very very disappointed.
I was a walk-in customer at the Kenny Ross QuickLane. I needed an oil change and tires rotated. The technician performed a general inspection of the undercarriage and identified an issue that will need attention but not immediately. The issue could be very easily missed but he went the extra step and checked the odd issues. Very satisfied with the service
Everyone was very friendly and patient. I visited the showroom three times before making a decision to purchase. Ron was very friendly and helped to get all of my questions answered. The purchase process was very efficient. Overall an excellent experience. I would recommend others to visit them.
My experience with this company was phenomenal. I went to purchase a 2015 Kia Optima from John Miller. He was honest, upfront, caring, and outright funny. He made the process as painless as possible. I finished all my paperwork that day, and was able to receive my vehicle and finish the documentation the next day. (Due to some financing issue). Ben Scott made the paperwork as painless as possible, although we signed everything kind of fast, he went over the paperwork we signed and answered all of our questions. I have had my car for about two weeks now and I love it. But my battery went dead. I was able to get it towed up to the dealership that Monday and they replaced the battery with no problem. Someone ( I cannot remember his name) Informed me about my warranty and where I would be able to get my vehicle service, gave me directions and I left with my vehicle in better condition that when I came. I appreciate the customer service and support that this company has given me. I would recommend anyone to get their vehicle from John Miller, because of how honest he was, and honesty is a rare commodity in this field. Thank you for the wonderful service. I will be purchasing my vehicles from this branch in the future! 5 stars guys!

2022-06-10After finding out the 2021 Explorer we just purchased had been involved in a front end collision, our local dealer was happy to take it back but couldnt find what we wanted. Must not have thought we would expand our search because lo and behold we find a 2022 of the exact car at Kenny Ross. The long drive over was well worth it as we were greeted by Kym who had our car cleaned and detailed and with a sign in the front saying reserved for Don and Debbie Tantius. Great First Impression for sure!! Quick and easy buying process had our entire experience done in under 5 hours. Mind you, that includes the 3 hours of drive time there and back. Nice job Kenny Ross and Kym. Harper also had a great experience and really loves her new Explorer!

2022-01-08I didn’t think we would be given an offer at all let alone the one we got. Being “ghosts” in the credit system makes it quite difficult to get a reasonable loan. Donny Alexander, Jim Vacha, & Ben Scott went above and beyond to get us the best deal!! We couldn’t have had a better experience than we did with them. I will definitely tell anyone who is looking for a vehicle to go there first!!

This car experience wasnt without a few hiccups, but along with the service team, they handled them admirably! Looks like we have a go to car dealership again. Highly recommended!
