Omg I cant express how happy I am to find Kiki furniture!! They are so friendly and I love how they listen to me and not try to force me to spend money I dont have. I told her how my box spring broke from EZ furniture and it was not sturdy and I called them and was told they couldnt replace it so I was stuck laying lump sided for months. I came to Kiki told her what happened and because Im a frequent customer she got me it for free.. I love the loyalty and this is my store for life!!
Ms Kiki has been a true delight to in helping with picking the right furniture to accommodate my new home. She is positive and very professional, she helps with sizing measurements and coloring. If it is not in the store she will search for and order the furniture as you need.. kiki furniture will deliver no matter how far. I’m so glad I visited her store. Attached picture of the receipt so that owner cannot deny the sale to me. Bought table and two chairs from Kiki. White marble table and two chairs. That was on 1/26/2022. The sales girl said table and chair will be available in 1 week. One week go by. They are ready to deliver table not the chair. I said everything was promised to us by one week but there was no proper explanation. Every time you call the store, they say someone will call back but no one does. We got the table, no chairs yet but wrong color. The guys connected me to owner and she kept saying we ordered that which we didn’t. Thankfully we had a picture and she accepted it’s her fault. They took it back. I asked specifically that I don’t want the display table and I was assured I won’t get the display one but I got the display one because I went to the store few days later and saw color has changed on the display table. So she gave us display table. Plus the table had a scratch on it and had to send her so many pictures to make her believe there is a scratch. She gave me $50 back because of that. Back the chair, After many phone calls and excuses the owner said we can collect our money without a 25 percent charge coz she is unable to find our chair in the market. 03/09/2022 we got our full refund. About 1 month and 2 weeks has been wasted because of this stores.
Kiki’s Furniture is the best furniture store. I have been shopping with her for over 10 years . I always felt welcome, what ever I was looking for if she didn’t have it in the store, she always found what I was looking for. She and her staff very friendly and helpful. She always work with you as far as delivery or any thing else if she can.
Kiki furniture is a horrible furniture store. If you get the same day delivery. Check your furniture because it probably came off the showroom floor. Kiki would act like she doesn’t know me or I’m not a customer. But she does.I had to take her to small claims court and won. just for me get my money back for the furniture she sold me from the the showroom floor. But claiming it brand new furniture. When the judge even said that when I show him the pictures of the brown and black dog hair that was in my furniture when they delivered to me…I also show the judge the video I made standing outside of Kiki after kiki store close showing her dog jumping on the furniture… kiki is a fraud she’’ll ask her family and employees to write good reviews on the site. Look up mattew baron review. That’s Kiki boyfriend… what a joke.

HORRIBLE Come to find out Kiki sold me a set off the floor and lied to me said she had it in the back new and didn’t. The set had writing impressions of letters from someone writing on the table and the screws kept coming out of the chairs causing someone to get injured. Don’t let her smile fool you. I reached out to her about it and she never calls me back. Over a $2.000 set on top of it. I would never recommend anyone to shop here.

I bought a matching bed mirror and night stand from here to redo my room and everything came and got delivered so well. They were great. We have beautiful new furniture for a good price AND it was delivered same day! We were scheduled for Wednesday delivery after shopping on Saturday morning and they called us at 6:30pm same day to see if wed like delivery in a half hour!! Highly recommend this store. This is our 2nd time shopping here.

I purchased a couch from Kiki back in October and the seams on the couch are all coming undone I have contacted the store multiple times for help and have gotten no response. It’s extremely saddening considering I have purchased furniture from them on many occasions. Now something is falling apart and they have yet to answer me backUpdate - Kiki Herself has just called me and has told me because of this review she will not help me with my DEFECTIVE furniture. What great customer service they have… A JOKE!

Great, great service and furniture products! The pandemic really took a toll on furniture delivery all around the country. So many backed up orders. Well, let me tell you that Kiki makes sure that you have the stuff you paid for or something equivalent. While waiting for the shipment for my sectional, another sectional came in that looked just as good and was power reclining like the one I originally paid for. I saw the picture and I told Kiki that I wanted that one instead. Within two days, I had a new sectional sofa (and my lift top coffee table!) and I absolutely love it! My living room is very comfortable, looks very appealing, and my cats can’t help but sleep on the new couch lol. A very good ending to a frustrating waiting period that everyone is experiencing right now! Thanks Kiki!

Kiki was very helpful, we went in and found some furniture we loved right away. She helped us a lot and worked with us on the prices. She has the best prices and also can find you whatever piece of furniture you need at a better price. I highly recommend her and she delivered our sofa and love seat within 2hrs of being there.

Pay attention to what you purchase if you decide to purchase anything from her she will sell you a display without asking or letting you know she will deliver broken furniture and blame it on you this company is horrible. Horrible place if I could give this place a negative stars I would. . Got my furniture delivered on Thursday 7-29-21 the delivery people had no clue on what was going on..or how to put my bed together. some of my furniture was damage I call the store three times to talk to Kiki. She was always busy and never return our calls. I try calling back Friday and Saturday with the same results…I would NEVER go back to this place. I should have listen to my husband and went to Mecca furniture.

We decided to go to Kiki’s Furniture to purchase a bedroom set for my daughter’s sweet 16 since she couldn’t have a party this year and we could not be more pleased! We had purchased from them before, so we wanted to check out their new location, and it was amazing! They have such different styles that you can’t find anywhere else and awesome prices! Ordered a futon online but after ordering, didnt know how I was supposed to schedule delivery. Called the store and was told that they would contact me as soon as they had confirmation of the order. I waited a week with no contact. I sent an email with my order # and asked if someone could please contact me about my furniture. After two days with no response, I called. I spoke with a gentleman at about 10:30am on a Saturday morning who said: We just opened and were a little scattered, but Ill take a message and someone will DEFINITELY call you before the end of business. That was 4 days ago and I still have not received a call. After 2 weeks with no contact from the store and no furniture, I disputed the charge with AmEx and got my money back.RESPONSE TO OWNER:The complete lack of communication for 2 weeks made me think there was an issue with online ordering and my order had not gone through, especially since your own employee told me (the day I ordered) that a staff member would contact me once the order was received. If any of the store employees had responded to me, either calling me back or replying to my email and explaining the possible wait time, I wouldve been happy to wait.

In response to Kikis Furniture:We have only dealt with Anthony. No one ever told us the sofa was in. We were told that the set was sitting in a shipping container in San Francisco. Please get your lies straight before responding to a review.Very funny that you did not return a phone which could have kept a customer happy and instead you respond to a review with lies.I understand that we are living in different times but when a customer calls for status information the right thing to do is return the call not give them the run around.*Original review*Ordered furniture on 3/5 and was told our living room set would take no longer than 4 weeks by sales associate Anthony.Not hearing anything I decided to give a call to see if there was any information at 10 am 4/2.Spoke to store owner/manager and was told Id received a call back in about 45 minutes, I waited till about 3pm and was told the invoice was on the desk and the manager was busy but I should call back in 30 minutes.I called back at 5:30 and was told by the owner that she was the person I spoke to earlier and she promises she will call me back before they close, I could absolutely tell that she had no intention of returning my call so I waited till I the store closed and left a message that if I did not hear back the next day I would stop at the store after work.The next morning I received a call from Anthony apologizing for not calling me yesterday and the furniture would be about 4 weeks and if I decide to cancel that I would be charged a 25% restocking fees.I should have received a call from the owner as promised. I feel like im being lied to. The response I received is unacceptable that I need to wait another 4 weeks. No once called with the information and I believe that they never ordered the furniture.So far I am unimpressed with this store and the lack of customer service.Will definitely update when furniture is delivered or how the fight goes with having deposit returned.So far 4/17 and no word.

Was going to the dollar store next door and decided to go in and browse, ended up buying some new stools for my dining room with the help of the super friendly staff! I had buy the bed room set just 4months ago .but I was not satisfied because of its material they just make it with good finishing to attract but actual in regards of use, its like dolls furniture. especially the dresser with mirror its paint vanishing and the wood appear like they join different pieces together .....very bad experience.

On delivery day the couch we wanted for our basement wouldn’t fit through the door (entirely our fault for not measuring first!). But the wonderful staff at Kiki’s were so accommodating and friendly about the whole situation. We went back to the store and they helped us find a couch that not only would fit through our door, but also fit the style/comfort we wanted. They even installed it on the same day!
I was recommended to KiKi Furniture from my friend. She said they have the best quality and reasonable furniture in the city. Typically I stick with the big chain furniture stores and pay a ridiculous price. When I went to KIKI and immediately found my living room and dining room set. The quality was so solid and heavy I knew with my children this was it. I decided to shop around a little and made my way back to KIKI three times because no one and nothing could match what I already fell in love with at her store. Listen I went to big chains and the cheaper furniture stores and they all had a Nerve to have cheaper quality and bigger price tag lol. Flimsy wood they felt like it would break if you had a heavier family member sit on it. My third time I refused to look at anything else because trust me you will keep finding new stuff to fall in love with at this store. The sale women are so nice and they make you feel like family in there. They do not rush you at all and will help you stay within your budget. I live in the west Philadelphia area so even the delivery and set up fee was very reasonable. Because I surely was not setting up nothing lol. The delivery men were very friendly, professional, and very helpful with meeting your set up needs. I paid for my furniture on a Thursday and it was delivered on that Saturday. My home feels so comfortable and cozy I absolutely loveeeee my furniture. My table is solid wood and not the cheap flimsy wood it’s solid and I needed that with my kids. I can not wait to go back to get decor to add to both of my newly furnished areas.

Horrible furniture place. I would have gave Kiki Furniture negative stars if I could my reasons are the follow. I was in her for over ten mins on 8-12-20 before Anybody greeted to mePrices are ridiculously high however I need a Furniture Asap so bought some furniture.when the delivery guys show up. One Who can speak English smelled shower months and the other guy with the dreads smell like you smoking pot all day it was stolen out of his mind I thought for sure a couple times days on drop and break my new furniture they were very unprofessional and i wouldn’t recommend Kiki’s to no one

Bought a livingroom and dining room set from here. Also, I purchased the five year warranty. Every four months or so, I would need to tighten the screws on the entire dining room set. I finally used loc-tite to keep them from backing out due to use. About three years in, the furniture wood frames began to break. I called to discuss warranty replacement, as I was told at the purchase date that the warranty was a No Questions Asked policy by the salesperson. I was told if the furniture couldnt be repaired, it would be replaced. I called and spoke with a salesperson who told me my furniture was discontinued. That means if it couldnt be repaired, then a different model would need to be chosen for all matching pieces, but I needed to speak with KiKi. I called back and KiKi told me to contact the warranty company and gave me a number that didnt work. Second attempt was when KiKi gave me a website that asked for my policy number. Hmmm, was never given one by KiKi. Third call KiKi tells me that if I didnt register my furniture and warranty my self (which I was never told to do), that my warranty was invalid. Ok so, I paid for something that was invalid? How about refunding the $250 for the plan if I didnt use it? Never bought a furniture warranty that I had to register. The furniture store does that. Needless to say, KiKi stopped responding to my texts and to my phone calls. Great, Im stuck with broken, poor quality furniture that my invalid, but paid for warranty doesnt cover. Will never go back to KiKi and have told all of my family and friends about my experience. Also, the joke is on KiKi because I was in the market for six bedroom sets that I was happy to purchase from Ashley Furniture for a total of $8,000, that couldve been KiKis sale if her customer service and warranty didnt suck.
Been dealing with Kiki for many years and they pride themselves in customer service which is important. As far as deals they got that department on lock amazing prices and they work with you. Do yourself a favor and shop at KIKI FURNITURE.

I love ki ki, I was referred there by someone else I saw their furniture and was like wow where did you all get your furniture from because it was really nice the quality was great. I brought quite a few things from the store some things I ordered out of the book. You get what you paid for💵! Not only does she give you good advice on the quality of the item if youre not able to see it on the floor. I think shes very fair and works hard to find you what you want. Im very picky! 😳 each time I ordered from them I was very happy and pleased.😁

I agree with most of the reviews. The place is being run by Kiki (when she is there) and a young lady (who has actually been very helpful). I purchased a furniture set there two years ago. Kiki promised I would not get the floor model, but when I went back into the store a few weeks later, the same sectional was gone. I purchased a warranty because when I sat down on it last night (I am no more than 124 lb), I heard a crack and the middle of the sofa sank in. The frame snapped. I called and spoke to Kiki but she told me to call the 800 number and that it was probably a one year warranty. It is a five-year warranty. She also never calls you back and you have to go into the store to track her down. I hate to say this, but I wouldnt give her store a one star. Poorly run business.

Love this place! I got my entire living room set from here. My couch, love seat, coffee table, end tables and even my dinning room table! And I love them very good quality. I also got my bedroom set from here and It is so beautiful, and I got my queen bed & both of my kids twin beds from there and they are so comfy! I’ll definitely be back for more in the future !

Ok so in store they were nice and knowledgeable about the items. Then it goes into talking u into applying for there in store credit. The living room set was on sale for 799.00 by time they added there fees it went to 1300.00 then by time I received the email from the credit it says I owe them 3100.00. Not only that I didn’t get all the furniture the same day which has been about 3 weeks now and I’m still waiting on my coffee table that I have to keep calling them for because now they don’t know when I will be getting it. I would not recommend this store or to apply for the credit.

Worst experience I have ever had. Will never recommend this business to anyone. They give you the run around. Charge you for furniture and do not give you all the pieces. Tell you things in the store about specific products and tell you that is what you will get and then change their story. Horrible customer service. Not very knowledgeable about the products. You spend almost $8000 there and she doesnt have the decency to tell you parts are backed ordered. Then you talk to a guy on the phone and he ends the conversation with then we will be done with you. Great way to get and keep customers. You get six stories from three different people. All trying to cover up their mistakes. Absolutely terrible. Do not go here. Do not buy anything from them. Once we get all our pieces fixed and delivered we will be done with them.

They certainly took my money fast enough but once the mattresses were paid in full 575.00 they refused to deliver. John who I thought was decent and who along with Kiki took my money and REFUSED REPEATEDLY to deliver THREW OUT HER DELIVERY COPY then told me to prove it.. This is no way to do business. Got on the bus with John and called him a liar. So is she. Also a thief! Do not do Business with this moral imbecile. Her employees are shady because Kiki is shady.

Dont WASTE YOUR TIME! My furniture wasnt assembled properly, there were missing pieces, and to top it off everything is UNDER a year old and already showing wear and tear and I BARELY use them! Im always working as is my fiancé.Lets talk about customer service: (First let me say I spent over $4000.00 dollars in there.) The guy helping me treated myself and my fiancé as if we entered in asking for the cheapest items possible. It was the complete opposite, I asked for the top of the line Im everything I was looking to purchase. We DID NOT HAVE his full and undivided attention, he tried to rush the sale, didnt show any interest in truly HELPING us find what we wanted. He then said because we purchased 3 rooms of furniture he wanted to give me something complimentary, he proceeded to tell his assistant to take a candle holder (WHICH WAS BROKEN) sitting on one of the tables and wrap it up for me. I said no thank you, and should have just andsked for me money back! Please just dont waste your time with these people, they pick and choose who they cater to. A cop walked in during my time with the sales man and he just walked away and attended to him when he had 2 other employees there to assist. I can go on about my horrible experience but I think this says enough. They should have a negative rating system for places like this!

If youve read any of the previous reviews, they are ALL RIGHT!. in a nutshell the business is shady. yes, you have to hunt down kiki to get answers about your order. yes, everyone tells you a different story when you make an inquiry. yes, the delivery guys are rude nasty people that are ALWAYS late, refuse to assemble the stuff, tend to break stuff, leaves the packaging trash in front of your home, and have the F#@&!^6 NERVE TO HAVE AN ATTITUDE. avoid this headache!

The process of choosing our furniture was simple and quick. The owner was very accommodating to my style and made great suggestions. We are very happy with the sectional. 2022-02-01Terrible experience with Kiki she is a con artist and will rip you off. KIKI has yet to reach out to me in regards to furniture purchased that has been defective. For the price paid for the furniture it is incredibly CHEAP! After spending such money I would expect a better experience in regards to fixing issues. Horrible customer service she is completely rude and if you want great quality along with great customer service shop elsewhere furniture with them will begin falling apart within MONTHS. No kids or Animals in home either. Simple manufacturing problem and she refuses to fix it what a joke she’s a low life crumb!!!
