I have had great experience with Kinetic Physical therapy at Chester Springs. I had a bulging disc, compounded with lateral shift and sciatic pain, which was going on for almost 5 months. I had been to another physiotherapist for 3 months and was not making much progress and was in constant pain. I was finding it difficult to walk and sleep, to the extent that surgery was recommended as the next course of action.I decided to switch to Kinetic Physical therapy, and I am glad I did! Dr Bridson Wallace guided me from day 1, he would evaluate progress and care plan on every visit to identify what works. He would constantly encourage me. I made tremendous progress in 1 month with Kinetic PT. I am now pain free thanks to the efforts of Bridson and the staff who are professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and caringI wholeheartedly thank them for helping me get through this vexing time and I would definitely recommend them!!
I have been to numerous Physical Therapy businesses over the years and I can honestly say I have never experienced such professionalism, organization and excellent communication as I have seen in your Chester Springs facility.Doctor William Wilcox is the most, technically competent, knowledgeable and caring therapist I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with.After a double lumbar spinal fusion & injuries to my hip & gluteal muscles, I was looking for a therapist who could understand the surgery I had been through and who was experienced enough to develop a therapeutic regimen to help me to heal.Dr. Wilcox not only takes the time to explain to me what is causing my pain but he further tells me why he has selected the specific exercises we are doing which will eventually help me to resume my life activities.This communication has been critical in encouraging me to continue with his program & is something I have not found with any other Physical Therapist.During my sessions with Dr. Wilcox I never feel like I am left alone even when he has to speak with another patient.The assistants in the facility are always available & prepared to take instructions from him to help lead me to my next step of exercises.Jason, Jared & the rest of the Kinetic team have their eyes focused on all of the patients & are prepared to do whatever is necessary to help them follow their prescribed routine.This organization and communication among your staff is one of the many things that make Kinetic superior.Thank you for creating such an outstanding, professional and unique Physical Therapy company.Regards,R. My injury occurred In late October of 2021. I had been seen by three other physical therapist, and had two surgeries in 2021. I was not seeing much improvement. I found Dr. Wallace at Kinetic Physical Therapy who is hands down the best in the area. My injury is much better in the couple months we have been working together. The staff is friendly, and they are accommodating to schedules. 5 star vote!
Nice people, good business model but...I never met with or was evaluated by the Dr. Assigned to me ( Dr. Will ) , I was passed off to a student, when I offered the test results from the state of the art M.R.I. I was told we dont give them any weight, they will always find somethingMy Dr. wrote a prescription for treatment of my neck,they wanted to work on everything else , but very little on my neck, it seems they prefer to put you on a machine so they can work on multiple patients at once.
I feel that I am getting personalized attention for my condition (I have been here for multiple joint issues).The Doctors and staff are very attentive and also personable. It is a friendly environment and I enjoy coming to therapy. Most importantly, I have gotten better / improved mobility and reduced pain.
Incredibly happy to be receiving great, customized treatment from Dr. Finn and the Treatment Team at Kinetic PT - Chester Springs. Restoring neural pathways, strength, power and balance resulting from a leg injury just as in 2007 the Founders of Kinetic helped me restore full range of motion after surgery to repair a shattered tibia. I have had several orthopedic issues over the years, and the physical therapists at Kinetics have always been there for me. This last time, I needed both physical and emotional help to make strides from a fairly major accident. Will, who has helped me before with back and shoulder problems, has, in a friendly, informative and matter of fact way, helped me to take one step at a time towards my goals of becoming fitter and stronger once more.
Kinetic Physical Therapy was recommended by my primary doctor for PT so I went to their Chester Springs location. I worked with Dr. Jared Bonacquisti for several months (he has since been promoted to Clinic Director). Jared and the aides at Kinetic are very professional, knowledgeable and caring. I would highly recommend them.

Dr. Bridson Wallace is such a knowledgeable, caring and positive therapist. He was thorough & careful in my initial evaluation for rotator cuff injury and gluteal & hip muscle issues. And then prescribed an individualized exercise plan to regain my muscle strength, flexibility, and to hopefully avoid rotator surgery.He was focused and attentive during my PT and frequently touched base on how I was doing, even if he was speaking to other patients. He took the time to explain the specific exercises and why he recommended them. I felt great after every session!Dr. Wallaces encouragement and compassion also played a huge part in me regaining confidence & usage of my shoulder and hip in my daily activities. I have been going through surgery since 2015.Kinetics has been responsible for helping me meet my life goals. I am a behavioral specialist and a dog trainer. I have horses, dogs and a rabbit of my own and am very active in competing my Doberman Pinscher, Samsonn.Without the exceptional therapists and all of the employees at Kinetics,Chester Springs, Pa, and I would especially like to thank Will Wilcox, for helping me through my last surgery which was a knee replacement surgery. I am only 3 months out and am already walking both of my dogs again and am participating in Vacation Bible School at my church this week.I would not go anywhere else!Thanks again Kinetics!!❤️
The treatment that I have received at Kinetic Physical Therapy Chester Springs has been top notch. As an older gentlemen with a total hip replacement, the path to recovery can be arduous. They have done an excellent job in performing the initial assessment, providing ongoing status and treatment discussions, and planning and achieving condition improvement. Their caring and conscientious approach provides results. Dr. Jared Bonacquisti and Brian Crenny have been the main caregivers.
I first saw Will for pre-hab before my total knee replacement. He was very thorough in assessing my current muscle strength and giving me exercises to increase strength before surgery. He also explained what the post op rehab program would entail. I’ve now seen him twice post surgery. Again, he was careful and assessed my mobility ( really lack thereof) in my surgical knee. He then started the process of getting me to a full recovery. He explains what he is doing and why. He is gentle but did push me enough to make progress. Home exercises are a must. Once again he explained those and did stress the importance of daily exercising. I have a goal of full range of motion in my new knee and feel sure with Will’s guidance I will meet that goal.
Never disappointed. The folks at Kinetics identify your issues and get right to work, with great results. Will was great to work with and got me back to pain free nights faster then I thought was possible.
Highly recommend ! Jared has treated me several times in the past few years-for torn meniscus and recently shoulder tendinitis. All the staff are highly knowledgeable , friendly ,very accommodating , and facility is very clean . Would not go anywhere else for PT!

Just finished my last PT session with Dr. Allison Cardamone and am tremendously pleased with the outcome. Everyone there was very attentive, kind and knowledgeable but I was most impressed by the personal care I routinely received by Dr. Cardamone. I choose the facility because it was very convenient but I recommend the facility because of the care I received.
Kinetic PT hands down is the way to go. While I chose Nicole Finn as my primary PT, the entire staff works together in harmony. Kinetic is an uplifting establishment that makes you want to hit your goals despite how hard the process may be. Nicole and Elliot have been nothing but professional and extremely knowledgeable. They listen to me each and every visit, hear my goals, push me to my limits, and answer my hundreds of questions as I progress through my pre and post rehabilitation. If you are active or athletic this is the place you want to be. Thanks to Nicole and Elliot and their unwavering optimism I have zero doubts Ill be back in Colorado next year skiing down the same bowl that stole my ACL! My son was in an accident and was in need of physical therapy. There were some issues on our part that required the place we picked to be patient and work with us for a little bit. The staff here is Fantastic! From the office to the therapists. They answered all our questions (&there were lots!!)& never made us feel stupid or like we were wasting their time. Outstanding patient care, Professional and friendly people and amazing doctors. I had a shoulder injury and was told by my Orthopaedic that I may need surgery. I consulted with Dr. Fernandes at Kinetic and started Physical Therapy. Mike is an exceptionally good Doctor, he has been very patient and has evaluated my progress frequently and adjusting to different excercises that have improved my mobility to back to normal and we are now working on strength training. He is an excellent communicator and exceptional motivator. Based on my progress, I wont need any surgery and will be back to my normal mobility and strength very soon.

I can’t say enough about Jared B at Kinetic! I went in with a bulging disc & overall bad back and Jared was amazing. I could barely walk /stand when I first started & the difference now is incredible. Jared figured out that a big stressor on my back was actually my hips & not just the muscles in my back. Once we started working on them it was within two weeks that I turned around.Jared knows when & how to push you to get your best performance & results. He also know when to let up a little (seriously only a little 🤣).I’ve watched Jared work with young kids & people of all ages. Every patient loves him (excluding those darn bird dogs!!).I recommend everyone to Kinetic & Jared especially. Everyone there is friendly & supportive. Thank

Ive gone to Kinetic Physical Therapy many times, after knee surgeries and for shoulder care. Jared has always done an awesome job, and really all of the staff is caring and helpful. I would highly recommend Kinetic Physical Therapy!
My PT was brief, but I did find that my Dr (Will) was extremely knowledgeable about my issues (neck/shoulder). I was given exercises to do at home as well as full-range therapy in the facility. The facility took all the proper COVID precautions (temp checks, masks, gloves, sanitizer, wiping down tables and equipment in-between patients). I felt comfortable (and Im immuno-compromised) being there and quickly found relief from my chronic pain. The staff is friendly and accommodating!
The folks here really know their business.Everyone is so friendly. Very pleasant atmosphere. Even though everyone is working on serious stuff, the staff keeps it light so its not a chore.

I have been receiving physical therapy through Kinetic for the past 3 weeks. I am impressed with the quality of services I have received so far. Dan is fantastic. He listens to my concerns and complaints about my injury and offers encouraging feedback. He thoroughly answers my questions and is very easy to work with. The aides are helpful as well. The front office staff is kind and Ive yet to have a problem scheduling any of my sessions. I would highly recommend this facility.

I am a rather picky health care consumer given that I am a health professional myself with more than 50 years experience. Kinetic certainly meets my standard for excellent, patient oriented, care. The environment is great and the staff is knowledgeable, professional and caring. My progress has been remarkable with only 5 sessions to date.
My husband is in the vulnerable group of older people who need to exercise caution at this time. His doctor has suspended his PT for now, but he misses it a lot. Kinetic Physical Therapy has been a great place for him, and he hopes soon to return!!
I showed up at Kinetics to deal with a torn up knee that happened as a result of a fall off a horse. Fortunately, my physical therapist, Michael Fernandes, had significant experience working with equestrian athletes. Right from the beginning, Mike tailored the PT work to mimic my normal training conditions.Mike is an excellent communicator. He did a nice job on a daily basis explaining the various exercises and why we were doing them while also providing a road map to my recovery.Mike is an exceptional motivator who pushed me to do more with my exercises than I would have done on my own. He has an outstanding way of balancing his supportive personality with his demanding personality. There is no doubt that I am in way better shape after working with him than I was before the injury. He showed me exactly how to make lemonade out of lemons.
Im receiving PT because I underwent surgery for a TOTAL ANKLE REPLACEMENT. My therapist Dr. Jared is the most qualified therapist I have ever had, so much better than the PT I had after knee replacements in a different facility. Dr. Jared cannot do enough to make sure I am safe and steady in all my exercises and I trust him completely. I know this will be a long haul for me, and I cant thank Dr. Jared enough for his thorough knowledge and follow-through on what my needs are. He understands what Ive been through and is a constant source of support and confidence. I just cant say enough about Dr. Jared AND staff and front desk gals, Beth and Diana. So happy!

63 years old and many reasons (hip, shoulder, feet, knees) to have experienced PT, in several states including several in Chester County, PA. The quality of the total care experience at Kinetic Physical Therapy is second to none. The atmosphere is upbeat; the skill and competencies joined with a holistic approach produced good results for me, better than expected because of prior experience. The team keeps things flowing. Machinery is good and clean; processing the paperwork is efficient and smooth. You get the feeling they are looking out for you.
Ive been working with Michelle at Kinetic to help me recover from a concussion. It was a bit challenging to find a concussion certified PT, but my CHOP doc printed out a list of practices that she recommended. I took a chance and called Kinetic. So glad that I did. Michelle has experience, knowledge, and a passion for helping people recover. She is an encourager, committed, and honest. She finds a way to take her time, even when she has a few patients at once. Ive never found myself wasting time or working on unproductive tasks. She has a library in her head of therapies that are appropriate and she has an incredible memory. Ive seen lots of PTs during my athletic life - and that has given me the perspective to really appreciate what Michelle has to offer.On another note, Kinetic as a business has made this process very easy. They accept my insurance and they have a front end staff that is efficient and knowledgable about insurance plans. They offer hours that work, and I dont find myself waiting around. The facility is equipped with space and good assistants to allow for effective rehab at the appropriate level. The assistants have great attitudes about what they do. Ive seen them helping each other, joking with each other, and encouraging each other. It provides a community of good energy, which is really important in when trying to recover from an injury.So glad my doc recommended Kinetic for this rehab!
Went to Kinetic for Chondromalacia in my left knee. Matt rehabilitated me over the course of a few weeks and now I am back to 100%. This is the best physical therapy facility I have been to. It is very clean and they have a wide range of equipment where yo will be able to do your exercises without interfering with other patients. I highly recommend if you are looking for physical therapy in the Chester County Area.

I recently was in the care of Paul at Kinetic. It was a good experience with great results. The therapy was progressive and led to the return of full motion in a very stiff and painful shoulder. Although you work hard during your sessions the atmosphere is light, friendly and thoughtful.
My experience with Gabe Kresge has been outstanding. He listened to me and executed a well a thought out plan. I’ve had years of failed PT at other places. This is the first time I feel real progress is being made. Also important is the fact that the whole place is run efficiently and the atmosphere is very upbeat.
Kinetics in Eagle is a top notch Physical Therapy facility. The therapists are caring and smart. The facility is clean and well staffed. I have been there 3 times and have had 3 good outcomes. I highly recommend it.

Love this place. Friendly therapists who work WITH you not according to some plan that says you should be at this step now. I have been to other places that ignore you while they work with 5 other patients at the same time. Not here. They have eyes in the back of their heads. 2022-02-01Physical Therapy is the place we all hope to avoid. That being said, I have spent many months going to PT at one location or another, throughout my life.The atmosphere at Kinetic PT is superior to the other PT places that I have been. This is apparent from the moment you step foot in the door and are met by Laurel at the front desk. The staff has a high regard for each other, and it shows in how well they get along and support each other. They truly care about their patients, and thats something that money cant buy.I have been working with Dr. Finn, to get full use of my left shoulder. Comparing another Physical Therapy place in the area when I had my right shoulder corrected, I can honestly say that Kinetic has done a better job with my rehabilitation.There is a seamless transition when one of the doctors is out of the office. I worked with Dr. Cardamone when Dr. Finn was out. The transition was smooth and my care never skipped a beat.I need to mention the aides... They are some of the best assistants you could ask for! Thank you Jen and Jason!If you are planning to get any surgery, and are in search of a quality Physical Therapy, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND stopping in here to chat with some of the doctors. 2022-02-04I have been coming to physical therapy at Kinetic for 5 months following two major back surgeries. The staff here has been knowledgeable, helpful, understanding and encouraging. After being initially evaluated it was explained to me how the process would work and the projected timeline for progress. My therapist is Allison who has been very motivating and encouraging on the days when I feel frustrated and down, and will find new exercises and adjust things if needed. She listens to my concerns and explains everything to me. I have also worked with a few other therapists from time to time and they were all knowledgeable and passionate about their job. Since I have been to other programs in the past, I appreciate this facility even more. They take the time to give me specialized care and are always trying new things to get me comfort and/or progress. No other practice I used in the past gave me anywhere near this type of care. Although my road to recovery will be long and at times difficult, I am glad that I am at a place where I feel cared for. I would definitely recommend Chester Springs Kinetic to anyone looking for a reputable physical therapist.

2022-06-30I recently started having my therapy at the Chester Springs location. The staff are very friendly, professional and patient. They are very accommodating. During my appointment this week, my son was with me. The staff was so nice and stayed with my son as I do my therapy. He had a great time. My doctor explained every detail of my therapy and why I do what I do to help me get better. I’m so glad I found them during my search and happy to come in for my treatment. I highly recommend them.

2022-02-04What a great place to be for PT!I was nervous about choosing the right PT provider for me and am glad I found Kinetic Physical Therapy in Chester Springs. When I was searching, they turned out to have longer hours than others - which is a great fit for those who work. Also, there’s always someone at the front desk when you arrive and someone to answer the phone when you call. A big plus since I dont have to juggle making multiple callbacks trying to reschedule when needed. All the staff are wonderful and friendly and Dr. Finn has helped me so much with post surgery recovery- I feel great. I’m glad to recommend them to anyone looking for great PT experience in warm, supportive and friendly atmosphere!

2022-05-24I am a current patient with Kinetic Physical Therapy. I am suffering from knee pain for the past few months. Orthopedic surgeon suggested for Physical Therapy. Since Kinetic Physical Therapy is very close my home, I opted to visit this facility.I am currently working with Dr. Wilcox and I only finished two sessions with some additional exercises at home. Only after two visits, my pain is reduced by nearly 80%. I am currently able to walk with much comfort.Few years ago my daughter also went to Kinetic for Knee and Hip pains due to Hip Dysplasia. Her condition is 100% improved after few sessions.I highly recommend Kinetic Physical Therapy for anyone is in need.

2022-02-01I started at Kinetic Physical Therapy for Plantar Fascitis and neck pain. Dr. Wallace set up a treatment plan for me that has been so helpful! He is very knowledgeable, and I have seen great improvement with my health issues! I also cannot say enough about how personable and professional he is. I highly recommend you check out the Chester Springs location if you’re looking for a great Physical Therapy experience!

2022-02-01Kinetic physical therapy is a completely new experience for me, I’ve never had physical therapy before in my life and I never thought I needed it until I came to Kinetic physical therapy, I had no idea how out of shape and condition I am. I feel my range of motion has improved since starting the physical therapy. I really believe it’s helping to improve my abilities to move and re-gain Pain-free movement.

2022-06-28My PT guy Bridson, is very friendly, nice and great to work with. He has a gentle but firm touch and always asks how I’m feeling throughout my PT session. This is my third time using Kinetics, the support staff and therapist are very professional. I would recommend Kinetics to any friend in need of PT.
