Decent place to live. Close to campus and great atmosphere. The staff are great and extremely nice. Only big issue is the internet here which is why Id rate this lower than others. They claim 50mbs upload but you only get that half the time. The other half you need to use your service. Wifi drops randomly so whatever you were working online is deleted. Dont recommend living here if you want to connect to the internet.

Wonderful apartment complex. Very clean and enjoyable. Would be nice to see a computer lab with printers and scanners for the everyday college kid or office user. But also would love to see a gym upgrade or something useful added in there. Still a wonderful place.

The team here is great....the apartment my daughter rented is very nice...very close to IUP.....great value and service
