2019-12-13The man who answered the phone was rude and barely able to identify who it was I was calling, and was unable to identify himself when asked. Went out of his way to not provide information on when my delivery would be available. It felt like having a customer call the office was a tremendous burden to him. A real cant do attitude. I would hope that the business model and culture of this company is not indicative by the behavior of this one person. Will avoid doing business with this organization in the future. PS The driver who delivered my package was great - professional and courteous.

2019-12-05Legendary Logistics are terrible. They were supposed to delivery a package for my property. They never showed up but claimed they did. They had my phone number and never called me. They told me the timeframe a driver supposedly showed up and was denied permission to make the delivery but I checked all cameras and entry points and their driver or truck was nowhere in sight. When I called to inform them of this, the manager had a really nasty attitude and was very rude to me. I work in customer service myself and will never speak to a customer the way he spoke to me! Very unprofessional and rude! If I could give zero stars I would!

2019-04-28Horrible delivery service. I received notification from Home Depot that my order would be delivered on Friday or Saturday. I stayed home waiting for the order for 2 days that I never received. I ended up having to pick up my order from their wearhouse. They were going to allow my order to sit there for over a week after they received it and then possibly deliver it. The employees are rude, inconsiderate and obviously do not care about customer service. This is one delivery service I will be happy to watch Amazon put out of business and make thier employees stand in the unemployment line. Do NOT ever use this delivery service unless you want to be your own delivery person.

2019-07-12Have had our equipment for 2 weeks gave us option of only 2 days to deliver we picked the day no time frame for delivery then when i kept calling they were annoyed.. truck broke down no one called I had to call them to find out then said would deliver next day still waiting... POOR customer service and annoyed that you want to know when to expect them... We have techs waiting to install the delivery for 2 days and they could care less .I would not use!!

2020-02-18Wish I could give them ZERO! Rude and unprofessional girl Lisa and her manager. Held my package for almost 2 weeks, when I called they said “come pick up yourself if you still want it” . What a joke!!

2020-07-23The worst company and humans you could possibly ever meet!!! I warn anyone who considers them to run away. The customer service was awful and their job even worse!!!!!!! If I can give them 0 stars I would and it’s not one bad apple in their company it’s ALL OF THEM at least the three of them that we had to deal with!!! Other shipment companies need to STOP WORKING WITH THEM!!!!!

2020-05-29I delivered an expedited load for them on time and in perfect condition and they never paid. I contacted Pamela and she gave me the run around. I thought about legal action but decided that it wasn’t worth the time or effort.

2019-06-21My delivery was 3 days later than I was told plus they blocked BOTH garage doors after asking me where to put the delivery. Can’t get car out. Manager had nothing to say but we have left the area. I called the driver minutes after he left. DO NOT USE!!!

2018-08-02This is the worst place I ever delt with the customer service is poor and the people are very ignorant I ordered a package threw Home Depot and somehow it ended up here. So They couldn’t deliver the package for 2 weeks and my package should of been delivered last week so that’s 3 weeks overdue.

2019-03-06We use this facility for girl scout cookie pick up. There is never a wait. The guys that work here are friendly and always offer to help load up.
