Lenes Daily Child Care IV has provided great care for my child. The daycare is always clean, the staff communication with the parents is amazing. The hours of operation and location is great. And most importantly my child is always happy to go there. Thanks for making me feel secured with my child in your hands.

The worst experience with my child being here. WILL NEVER REFER ANYONE HERE. Im surprised its still open. I had an issue to speak about dealing with payments and my daughter being hurt on their time and no one tried to help. NEVER CALLED BY THE OWNER EMPLOYEES WAS SPINNIN ME PROLLY NEVER PASSED MY MESSAGE. This place is a glorified babysitting site. Everyone there to collect a check but not one care in the world about the children. It also seemed like friends or family of the owner were employed maybe that is why they always showed attitude due to no fear behind losing the job. I would put no stars if that was an option.

My daughter attended this location when we lived in Southwest Philadelphia. Everyone here was welcoming. The were very professional and kept me in the loop through my child’s day when I would call in. (First time mom ) so they understood. My daughter was happy to go to school and learn with her teacher and friends.

I love this daycare and my children love Lenes also they can not stop talking about Ms. when thy get home. Please keep up the good work. I know you all work hard to provide my kids and other children with a safe place that they can go to when they are away from home.Thank you

I had my daughter in there and one of the kids hit here in the head and for two weeks ive been tryna see the video they kept making an excuse then told my daughter mother i wasn’t allowed to go see it. Now she telling me they showed her a video and it wasn’t even of what happened. The incident happened at 9:30 AM they didn’t call us till 2:30 PM and when I went there it was a lump on the front of my daughter head and then been given us the run around ever since. I’m gonna to take legal action against this daycare

My son has gone to this center since he was a baby. He is now 4 years old and ready for school! They are very nice at this daycare and really help you out if you need anything. They will work with you and help you find resources for your bills if you need it. My son is always excited for school, I would recommend this center to my friends.

The people who ran the daycare are crooks. When I asked questions about my childs care the staff would become offended. When I questioned their policies, the secretary and director would become offended as if I had no right to question them. They charged different rates to different parents if you are not getting CCIS. I would never refer them.When I questioned their late fee policy, they directed me to the signed contract. I then asked for a copy of my contract they say I signed, only to find out my signature was forged. They had asked a younger family member whom I had pick up my child to sign the contract.They feed the children but do not follow any nutritional guidelines at all. I watched them give the smallest children cheese and potato chips. i would never refer these people to anyone.

This day care is very unprofessional in EVERY aspect. From the Director whos attitude is horrible when questions about the day care are raised, To mishandling the finances, no supplies, they treat their employees as though they are beneath them, their day care employment turnover rates are astronomically high. Staff are quitting weekly. They hold their staff high expectations that THEY do not meet themselves.The children are NOT EDUCATED in the appropriate manner. You have 4-5 years old who have been in this day care for more than a couple of years NOT know their shapes, colors, letter recognition or even how to spell their own name. They follow no food guidelines and carelessly feed the children anything.This place needs to be put out of business and I will make sure it is. Its NOT a PRODUCTIVE site AT ALL

My son has been attending Lene’s since 2017, he has learned a lot. We are a Spanish speaking family and my son learned English in less than a year! We had our ups and downs in the beginning but they have always been open to make a way to work things out. Thanks for your colaboración!

I remember as a child 4 years old (yes i still remember) i went here and my class was downstairs. It was a lady who was big and chubby and she didnt have hair ( she had ill curly fro looked like she shaved her head) but she was sooooooo meannnnnn omg . She hit us with the yellow small pole. ( i swear on my life im not lying to yall) I remember when i pee my pants and she kept hitting me (that was my last day there cause i was starting kindergarten at the time i was 5) but i dont know if she still work there but she needs to be FIRED asap. Please dont carry your child here .
