Lennys Shoe Repair is the best! Tony manages the shop and is the nicect guy. My husband and I go to him to repair our shoes/boots etc. It’s also a FedEx/UPS/USPS pick up and drop off location which is so convenient considering we live a block away and our packages are always stolen from our front stoop. Btw, this place also specializes in pedorthics and orthopedics.
This business is excellent and a true throwback to how businesses used to be and still should be run. Hands on, proud and friendly.Thanks for keeping this wonderful establishment not only open but running it as all businesses should be.
I don’t know how UPS works with this place as an access point for package pick up. They are never open and leave during the middle of the day. I’ve been waiting outside of the store for 25 minutes at 11:30 during their “business hours”.I’ve been trying to get this package for a week from this place.So frustrating.

2020-10-30Tony is great. He took care of a watch for me that I had let sit for YEARS because I just never got around to getting the band fixed. He cleaned it up and reset the band and changed out the battery. Its a smaller business where you can still get great treatment and individual service which is somewhat lacking out there these days. I highly recommend anyone needing the services of a cobbler or the like, leather repair, watch repair etc. patronize this gem in the heart of old city!

2021-10-04This is the best shoe repair shop in Philadelphia! Sandy and Tony have their act together! They do excellent work on shoes that other cowboy shops would never even look at! This team is knowledgeable professional and theyre certified. Professional graduates of the Philadelphia School of cobblers! Great customer service and they beat the prices of everyone in Philadelphia! the three locations are easy to get to no matter where you are in Pennsylvania and New Jersey or Delaware.
