I’ve been a long time customer. Always have a great experience whether for purchases, repairs or just window shopping. Recently I brought in three rings and a necklace that hadn’t been worn in years and we used the stones from each to design one new ring that turned out beautiful! Marty worked patiently with me on the design and the computer aided renderings he provided were so exact I was confident in proceeding. I just wish I didn’t wait so long to repurpose those old pieces, I love the new ring!
This review is slightly delayed since I didnt want to somehow tip my hand before proposal. My fiance doesnt wear jewelry, doesnt even have her ears pierced, so I knew going into my ring selection that I had to nail this! I was referred by another satisfied customer, and Lester Martin Jewelers didnt disappoint. I scheduled an appointment with a design in mind (an extremely common one with probably 100 different SKUs, so narrowing it down was fun), and I left with a design confirmed. When I picked up the ring, I could not believe how incredible it turned out. No joke, I spent about two weeks admiring this beautiful ring (ha) before finally proposing. My fiance LOVED her ring, and I received confirmation that I wasnt crazy looking at it all the time! I personally worked through the selection, design, and purchase process with Marty. Marty was extremely professional, personable, easy-going, and I would never hesitate to recommend this jeweler to anyone!
The team at the store consists of some of the most friendly and knowledgeable people.They are great with guiding you to finding just the right piece.You walk in as a costumer and leave as part of the family.Prices are very reasonable and I never get the impression they are trying to gouge you.

I brought my very pretty 14k gold ring in for sizing. When I picked my ring up they had polished it to look like a million bucks! It is plumb gold and they brought out the rich beautiful color of the special gold. So very pleased with the extra attention my ring received from this very nice local jewelry shop. Thank you!
Super-friendly and knowledgeable staff, and AMAZINGLY fast turnaround: I left 3 rings to be resized on Thursday, and by Saturday morning they were done ... and perfect! And they actually charged me less than the estimate on the invoice :-o I think Ive found my jeweler

We came to Lester Martin Jewelers to make an engagement ring using rings passed down to us from family. I brought pictures to show an idea of what I wanted to create, and the staff were super helpful in designing and bringing it to life. A few weeks after the consultation, Marty sent renditions of what the ring would look like (which were super realistic!), and in another month or so had the ring completed. All in all, great customer service & we are thrilled with how the ring turned out! 😊

My 1st experience at Lester Martin was about 1 1/2 years ago when we had my granddaughters ears pierced! Marty did a great job marking & making sure everything was even! I bought a beautiful pair of diamond studs for her at that time for her birthday! Beautiful quality & the posts & backs are awesome!!! I think he calls them protective backs , all I know is that she’s been wearing them for over a year & has never had a problem with them or had them fall out. They are beautiful!Last week I went again with my other granddaughter for ear piercing & again a great job!!! I had my engagement ring fixed as well & he did a fantastic job ! I definitely recommend Lester Martin for all your jewelry needs (or wants). They have beautiful merchandise or can make whatever you want & the all of the staff are nice & knowledgeable. Have been looking for 14k white gold earrings with a lever back for over a year. I kept coming in for various other things but I told the ladies what I was really looking for….these ladies kept me in mind and kept showing me different earrings. Overall Great Experience!I live in the area and found them online via google maps. I needed to resize my engagement ring, preferably with a quick turnaround, as I plan to propose within the next few days. The staff was very informative and welcoming; starting from me calling in over the phone to get some quick info and ending with me being serviced in the store. They were able to resize the ring and get it back to me within 24 hours!To put that in to perspective.. other local jewelers were giving me a post New Years date of completion. Needless to say Im thrilled and relieved to have the ring back so quick!They have my blessing!

The staff at Lester Martin Jewelers were excellent! I took my wifes smartwatch (which I had purchased somewhere else prior) in to see if they could repair a tiny crystal that had fallen off the bezel of the watch. They were honest and said they couldnt promise it would work, however, they were pretty confident they could. I came back the next day to pick up the watch and they were able to repair it, it looked great! The repair charge was very inexpensive, however, they still treated me like a customer that might have been buying a nice piece of jewelry from them. They even had wrapped my wifes watch up to protect it, which shows they really care. Thank you Lester Martin Jewelers, I will definitely be a customer of yours again!

They not only helped me select a new chain in my desired length, but closely examined the bail and noticed it was damaged so worked with me to find a new combination of chain and bail that is just stunning with my pendant.When completed, they carefully polished, wrapped and mailed the necklace plus notified me when I should expect to receive it in Texas.Jewelry is an emotional purchase. Due to a really freakish situation-crazy out of season bee sting that zoom swelled my left hand to gigantic proportion had to have two beautiful rings chopped off my finger in ER. As saving my finger was top priority for ER doc, maybe finesse was not on the top of the list in removing the rings. Needed to have those mangled rings basically recreated. When I told my son my situation, he immediately recommended Lester Martin to restore my rings. He had had a wonderful experience with them with the creation of a new ring for his wife, aka, my daughter in law. So off we went to Lester Martin. We were greeted with warmth and understanding. My repair situation was quickly evaluated and I left the shop feeling confident that all would be well. Once the rings were repaired I was actually stunned at the degree of craftsmanship. Both rings look, not only as good as new, but better than new-I am delighted. If price is a concern, I can tell you that the cost for the magic performed was well within reason. Lester Martin will be my go to jeweler from now on.

I have been a customer at Lester Martin jewelers for as long as I can remember. I live in Georgia and won’t let any other jeweler touch my jewelry. I have been a customer of Lester Martin Jewelers for approximately 6 years. For several years, I came in simply to get a new watch battery or mechanism for my self-winding watches. Whenever I walked into the store, I was always greeted by Marty and his staff with warmth and a smile, and could truly see that they were there to help me, regardless of what I needed. My engagement ring was damaged, so I brought it here for repairs. Everyone here was so helpful in fixing it. One of the prongs had broken, they remade all four prongs so the others wouldn’t break as well. I felt good leaving my ring with them, and they made sure to have the repair done as quickly as possible. I will be going here from now on for all of my jewelry needs!

They were great about being flexible with my schedule. It was a busy time of year for me when I was working with them, and they were willing to do whatever they could to get me what I wanted.
