I had an absolute blast at this race track ! Its the only place Ive made it to so far that a general admission gets you to the infield. That being said Im new to dirt. Its because of places like this Im hooked! Bring a small cooler and your kids. There is a sandbox in the infield and concessions are available out there too. A must see!
Great time with my little one tonight. Even got to see Nascar driver Alex bowman. Only thing is some people I guess like to smoke the devils lettuce as they walk past the stands. I am pro medical Can but when you got stands loaded with families might want to puff puff pass before you enter
We havenβt gone a lot but once or twice a year. Let me tell you; Covid has us all back to a higher quality of life spending time together, doing things more like it was a few years ago and valuing each other and thatβs exactly what we did here. Spent time with an audience of hundreds of families just happy to be out Rotherham for the first race of the year and we were allowed to be normal. Great entertainment, great facility, great fun for my daughter and I! A must do these days rather than the phones, iPads, and technology texting whatβs for dinner. Thank you!
Lincoln supports local veterans and non profit organizations. Lincoln being a smaller track allows lots of competitive racing. The new grand stands, jumbo screen, and other miscellaneous upgrades done such as caution lights around the track and an updated walkway to the grandstands has really spiced the place up. There is a decent food selection from pizza, fries, chicken tenders, soft pretzels, nachos, burgers, funnel cakes, and miscellaneous other food trucks on occasions. Always a good show!
This place is sooo good. Delicious!Only eating 4 stars because hostess/server wasnt familiar with menu and when asked about gluten free options for someone in our group, didnt know and didnt offer to get anyone who did. And ultimately that person did get sick. So not great for celiacs.
Some of the best racing in the area! Plenty of parking and the access gates provide easy access. I typically watch from the infield as it brings you up close and personal to the action on track but the bleacher seating is great as well. Concessions are okay. Definitely check out the 410 Sprint Cars and Super Late Model events!
I attended Night Light (paper lantern event) here. The facility itself was mediocre and most of the walking areas were mud (red clay). Restrooms are limited to portable toilets (at least for this event, and I didnt notice any permanent facilities). Parking was a nightmare; we had to sit in our car for an hour just to get out of the parking area. Some of this could have been poor event coordination but only having one way out of a parking area seems like a poor design choice, and the road its on doesnt seem well designed for heavy traffic from an event (2-lanes; one each direction). Overall, it wasnt awful, but I also wasnt impressed and wouldnt be interested in returning.
What a fantastic place to catch a sprint car race. The cars are super fast and the competition is intense.Great views from the stands. Good foot and elbow room. The concessions are good enough. The layout is good. Everything is right there.Parking is a bit chaotic. A barely organized free for all. That said it is easy out. I was on the main road in less than five minutes.Bring earplugs. Those the 410 sprints are SO LOUD.A great place overall. A great way to spend a Saturday evening. I would recommend going to Lincoln Speedway and I myself will definitely go back. I would choose this place over Hagerstown and Potomac.
Lincoln Speedway is THE PLACE TO GO to watch dirt track races. Central PA has an extremely talented bunch of Sprint car drivers that always put on a good show.Make sure you go to watch the 410 Super Sprints, theyre 410 cubic inches of methanol injected fury!p.s. bring hearing and eye protection. And expect to get dirty
An awesome racing experience. Ive just started going back to the races after 40+ years of not attending. Ive been to three tracks in as many weeks and Lincoln Speedway was the best by far. Even though its a shorter track they have a huge screen where you can see replays of the race events taking place. The food was great, not high priced like at ballparks. No one was wearing a dang mask which was comforting because like I said Ive been to 3 races and no one has worn a mask and Im still Covid free. 3000-4000 people and no ones died. Amazing!!! LOL. Maybe Gov. Wolf ought to attend a race and see for himself or better yet send his girl/guy over to witness it first hand.
Lincoln has been a top notch racing facility. I have been going there since 1975. Granted at that time it was more old school track. But over the years the racing is awsome with the best in the country sprint drivers and teams. The track has constantly been upgraded and the fan experience is number one. You can watch from the infield, grandstands from third turn thru first or if bold and old enough go in the pits. Note dad raced sprints and modifieds and I have attended short tracks all up and down the east coast since I was a baby.
My family and I went to the truck and tractor pulls. We loved it. You are allowed a cooler up to 18, BYOB (no glass bottles), or theres plenty of food and drink items to choose from at the concession stands, and food trucks. Plenty of restrooms as well. Great crowd. There was handicapped parking that was easily accessible for my parents.
We visited Lincoln Speedway for the first time for a monster truck show and had an amazing time. The kids got the opportunity to go on the actual field and climb on the monster trucks and take rides. The show was so amazing and we all loved it. They had a nice variety of food and snacks available for sale for reasonable prices.
Lincoln is a nice dirt track! They ran a smooth show without a lot of wasted time. The bathrooms were clean and the food was good. There is track food and then there are a couple private vendors behind turn 4. Its nice that you can watch from the inside of the track as well.
I was there with my son and grandson to see the truck and tractor pulls. Its been several years since I was at the track, and the improvements are greatly appreciated, (upgraded bleechers, sound system, large screen tv so you get to see close ups on the track action. The new owners have made some nice improvements. π
Best track that Ive been to, I like the in field. Just watch for people drinking. They allow beer and one time a group of young adults were drinking outside of the tunnel. One guy was sitting on something flat (acting like it was a sled) and slid down the incline going into the tunnel right behind me. He almost took my legs out when I was walking. No respect! If he hit me, I would of just kicked him in the head. There is security there, I think they wear yellow vests so flag them down if you have a problem with anyone. Other than that, its nice and lots of diecast cars for sale.
Saturday night racing here can be a blast but at times, the staff can have me questioning things. There have been a few nights theyve had unnecessary delays and equipment failures. The safety crews seem a bit slow at the switch and at times not paying attention. As long as the track is prepped properly (sometimes it can be up in the air) the drivers put on a good show. The food prices are reasonable (except for the food trucks.) Bathrooms are pretty gross, something you get used to at dirt tracks. Ive been going to this place for years. Get out and support your local dirt tracks and drivers. Dont be afraid to try new things. Dirt track racing is some of the most exciting racing youll ever see.
One of the best speedways around. Better bring some ear plugs and be ready to wash your car in the morning, this place is load and exciting. My favorite thing about this speedway is that you can go under the track and watch the race from the center. Good food, good people, free parking and always a good time.
Great racing, great food, family friendly, plenty of room to park. Fred does an amazing job on the track surface and Wayne makes the calls from the booth makes it fun an interesting. Only issue is the bathrooms there needs to be an upgrade to bathrooms with running water.
Some of the best Saturday Sprint car racing in the central Pennsylvania area! Decent prices for entrance fee and kids/students get a discount rate and under 12 is free! Good food from the vendors and not too badly priced. No alcohol sold here but bring your own. NO GLASS. Sit back and enjoy the best racing!
Lincoln Speedway is a great banked 3/8 mile dirt track. Their regular program includes 410 Sprint cars (the PA Posse) which often dominate World Of Outlaws events. The track is professionally run with excellent coordination and efficiency. The best dirt track in the east.
Great vintage Sprint Car dirt track with full fields of cars and excellent action and close quarters competition. One of the best weekly shows I have ever seen in over 40 years of dirt and asphalt racing. I enjoy the show to the degree that Lincoln has become a facility that I visit yearly from my Connecticut home. It is a must see if you enjoy Sprint Cars.
We can come hang out...hubby can drink and smoke in public, great food, people...handicap access, but get there early for that because handicapped parking spaces r reserved for people who pay for them and there are only a few free spaces left for 1st come 1st served. Other than that its a pretty great track. One of the very few dirt tracks left. My hubby could talk your ear off about that one. Sprint cars r fun. But as hubby says sure do miss those thunder cars!
One of my favorite dirt tracks in PA!!! 2019 season will be under new management. Does need a little touch up to compete with other local tracks which are underway with the new owners, but I love going here. Hit up the meat man wagon, HUGE PORTIONS of sandwiches, stuffed chicken breasts, Turkey legs (reminds me of seeing Fred Flintstone lol)...Very reasonable prices for the amount of the serving. Hit him up before the races are over, anything left over is sold by pan fulls. He goes home with no leftovers
While the front stretch seating arrangement isnt the best (reason for 4 stars) Lincoln has some of the best side by side racing in the country. This is a testament to how well the Lincoln staff prepares the track and the quality of the competitors that frequent the facility. I visit the facility 1-2 times a month.
Im rating 3 stars just because it is a awesome place to be... BUT... when we went there saturday may 3rd it ended up raining and so we then went the following Saturday may 10th, and if no- one knows you can keep the ticket from before and if it rains u can go back the next week and get in free ...pretty sure but anyway when we asked the lady before entering about the tickets of last week, she says they arnt any good and we say what do u mean like any good for now or ever ...and she says ever because they called the event special or whatever it was last week on the rain day...well yeah but thats all they did is call it....not one car from that event came out on the track so they consider calling it running it...so we got screwed on our tickets and to me i think thats alittle rediculas, than thought of how many other people do they screw over because of that....than i guess to help us feel better she says but there running the special tonight....yeah i bet they are....but yeah its just messed up when they didnt even come out on the track!!!! So theres our latest experience at lincoln Speedway!!! Hope everyone else has a better one than we did :) XoXo
This was the worst experience ever for the fans we pay good money to come see usac Sprint cars and then lincoln makes all the drivers leave 30 minutes after the show is over what is wrong with you people if it wasnt for the fans you wouldnt have a show so disgusted with management at this facility

2021-07-03This place is truly my second home during the racing season. Such a beautiful and well maintained facility! Guaranteed a beautiful sunset as racing heats up. This was the first dirt track I went to and I really hope it sticks around for many more years to come. Awesome food, awesome people, great action on track, and some big names come to race here! General admission lets you go thru the tunnel and into the infield to watch the racing. Kids are known to hold their own races around the sandbox in the infield. Bring your own chair and cooler, just no glass! Check their Facebook page for updates on race day and for upcoming events!

2022-02-27This race track is amazing. Iβve been going here since the old concrete bleachers. The food is good, plenty of options. Great t-shirt ally and overall a clean facility. Great staff and great racing. Fun place to camp and plenty of parking. (2 parking lots) Infield is roomy and still a good view! Definitely recommend this place!

2022-05-06Good facility. Track is normally fast and multiple grooves. Food selection is good. Been going there since the late 60βs. Only additions I donβt care for is the big screen in the middle of the infield(blocks the back stretch) and not doing the feature winner on the front stretch.

2021-07-28Lincoln Speedway is a 3/8 mile race track. They feature 410 Sprint Cars on a weekly basis on Saturday night and the support class could be 358 Sprint Cars or Wingless Sprints, Midgets and USAC Eastern Storm. The action is always intense. The food is good and they have a food trailer there thats Rte 30 Seafood they also have Funnel cakes and Bricker Fries so as far as Im concerned theyre the place to be on Saturday nights.

2021-10-26Went for the Lantern Festival. Venue was nice and event was really fun. Only complaint is how disorganized parking is, but thats typical of every venue so large.
