It was my first time there and because there was a baseball game near by they wanted $40 to park my car in their lot. No way!!! We did pay $20 to park like a block away. Figured we were already there, and my friend really wanted to go in. I did win all my money back that I came with as we were on our way to Atlantic City. Only saw a drink girl once so did had 1 drink. Kinda a scary area, but with the Baseball game there was plenty of people around.
We went for a MMA event. Everything was great except trying to get a beer. One girl behind a makeshift bar running credit cards through and taking cash. It took forever. Management needs to do better. Otherwise the place looked great and everyone was very friendly. I will be back.
Take a minute to find the right game denomination before you jump into playing a higher denom depending on your preference. Its a new casino and well maintained so far. Just wish it was as Vegas is...smoke wherever you like, not just in designated sections of gaming/slots. One sure enjoys a pack of cigarettes while gaming on the slots as a relaxer of ones nerves!
My first 2 visits were underwhelming, I did not win anything. My third visit was on a Sunday during a holiday weekend, and it was not crowded. Hit big on slots, then I was invited to play in a slot tournament and won another $100 slot play. The lowest roulette table was $25. The staff is very friendly.The food court has good food..tacos, burgers, deli, pizza, Chinese, and a Termini Brothers bakery/ice cream.I am funny about public bathrooms, but here they have an attendant and they are extremely clean.Free self parking when the Phillies arent playing, since it is so close to Citizens Bank Center.
What can you say to a place that has five stars. It speaks for itself. Perfect and friendly staff, eager to help. Politeness goes along way. And they are just that. I sat and watched their enteraction with patrons. I would definitely return my stay
Looks pretty but its smoky, so smoky I had difficulty breathing. The people were loud, the band was great but was struggling to be heard. No food available at the bar so you have to go to a restaurant and get take out if you want to have a bite while drinking. Definitely not a fan and will never go back again.
I only went there to gambling i didnt try the food drinks or hotel room. Parking was easy and FREE but if you come 3 hours before a game then parking is $30. Casino had all the games you can think off large variety. Everyone was nice very good comfortable safe place i will come again
Place is super nice. great rooms. super comfy bed. loved the big man approved tub. plenty to eat downstairs. my only small beef was the cheapest table was $15min. im not much of a gambler, but would have liked some $1 or even 5$ min. tables. also had some good live music goin on. so always a plus in my book.
My first time there and it was a $mash Hit! Love the place, didnt get the rooms but I know they are breathtaking. Got a bit of first time free play and of I went.. Staff friendly and helpful. But be prepared to wait for a waitress a minute lol... Cannot wait to go back. Use the new free playi was awarded! All in! Good luck!
Great location, great staff, food was fresh and delicious. Only concern I had is that all of the flavor of the foods didnt pop. We had Crab cake, Chilean Sea Bass, 2 Rib Eye steaks, and salmon all reviewed and good but not enough gusto.
It was a very beautiful hotel. My view was literally of the Phillies stadium. The room was gorgeous. The casino was very nice although I didnt win but there were others there that won big $$$$ I definitely would recommend. Me and my family will be going back.
Pros: really nice casino, very modern, everything seems to be new, $15 blackjack and Spanish 21 6 deck, about 1 cut off. I think 4 or 6 large racetracks of table games. Lots restaurants (some overpriced though)Cons: water fountains dont work, smoking allowed, no drink station, $30 parking fee(reimbursable via game play credit only)
Such a fun spot! Plenty to do and eat. Lovely vibes, truly. The live shows, bands and DJ’s have been amazing. They also have non-alcoholic beers for those interested. Have fun!
Pretty neat place. I didn’t gamble there but they had parking for the concert at $30 which was better positioned for getting out of a packed stadium. Interior was well kept and they had good security. Seems like a good place.
Awesome Sportsbook! Tables have high limits during off hours, but dealers are very friendly. Only recommendation is to increase the amount of girls that take drink orders. I went Tuesday night and I think there were only two walking around.
It’s worth the extra drive down Atlantic City . The payouts on slots are nonexistent. You get 0 reward dollars, whereas casinos in AC hand out slot dollars. Also half of the blackjack tables have lucky ladies and the other half don’t. The table minimums are outrageous when half of the time no one is at the table. The dealer also always has 20.
The hotel and casino were beautiful. Plenty of TVs to watch the games, which is cool.The reason I cant give higher stars is due to an incident where a stranger got into our hotel room while a female friend of mine was sleeping around 1:30am. Manager said it was a fault due to the previous tenant of the rooms key not deactivating and he was able to get in.A MAJOR issue. Thankfully nothing happened, but just as easily, a dishonest person could have gotten into the room and done unspeakable things to my female friend.Security involves scanning your room key to even access the elevator. Then you have to chose the floor and you cant choose where youre not staying. And the door lock all failed.Completely unacceptable, but more so; terrifying. I feel the hotel/casino handled the situation poorly and without care.Again, nothing happened, but what could have happened could have emotionally damaged a young woman for the rest of her life. 3 phases of security failed.We asked Management for another room to which they said they were fully booked. Seems they handled it in a no harm no foul manner. Which left our party feeling very vulnerable.The casino is nice, but I dont trust the security or stay at the hotel. And if something happened theres no amount of compensation that could have been awarded to heal sexual assault which could have very easily happened.Very disappointed in how live casino and hotel handled the situation.
I had a great time! It was fun, so many slot games ! You can always a game that you enjoy! I won a few hundred on pennies ! The bonous on the slot machines are awesome! It was my 1st time there and I cant wait to go back ! Its pleasant and the workers were great and anwsered any questions I had !
I have to say everytime I go I have a great time. I went to the middle bar and on my two occasions I got Gary the bartender and he went above and beyond great!!! He was great. I will come back again and see him! Thank you Gary you made my bad day good with your personality
I had the poorest experience today at Live. I was trying to get on a machine that 3 people who all new each other hogged up 6 machines. Yes 6 machines. I waited 3 hours to get on. They were not actively spinning, they just didn’t want anyone else to get on the machines. The young lady working the floor witnessed what I saw, I asked her to call management, so she did. Manager Lilian or Vivian very hostile unprofessional manager came to the floor and told me she could not kick them off the machine. That’s not what I wanted her to do. Fair is fair. I wanted her to make the situation fair, she refused to. I was so patient, because I really wanted to get on the machine. She told me there isn’t anything she can do because I want to get on my favorite machine. I don’t have a favorite machine. Her attitude stank. She was very unprofessional, careless, and not understanding. Live, should wanna keep their loyal members happy so they shall return. This situation, has caused them to lose a LOYAL customer because of the managers I DONT CARE attitude!
Okay. The place is relatively new and easily accessible. They just celebrated their one year anniversary. Being semi retired we went during the day in the middle of the week. Plenty of machines pretty widely spaced. Broke even; maybe a couple bucks ahead. My wife says this is her new go-to place.
This is a casino right by the stadiums in South Philly. Too many slot machines to close together its overwhelming to some . The atmosphere is cool the layout is very similar to parks casino. Staff are a little up tight but not to bad . Live is a win big or lose big casino . Beware .
Very fun..excellent DJ. Easy location. Free parking . Great slots and just the right amount if people. I went on a Saturday night. Plenty of smoking areas That was nice. Good time. Very nice casino with a good mix of people.

A very clean hotel modern updated hotel within walking distance to your sporting events or other entertainment. The food is ok downstairs nothing special but overall quality is great. The bed is nice and comfy. Good price and nice place to stay if your out here for a event.
Its a nice casino, went and played some slots before a Phillies game. Was there playing about 90 minutes and not once did a cocktail server come up to us. Not sure if they even have them here.
Long lines to enter casino floor. Four employees working to identify one persons ID. Another employee staring into the distance while the line builds. Security manager standing there watching paying customers lose patience. Security then became threatening when I complained about the wait. Hotel is also poor. Sheets badly wrinkled and smell-clearly have not been changed between guests. First and last visit to this property.
My new favorite local casino (partly because of the location verses distance to my home, but also because they have a lot of variety on the casino floor). Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Casino is kept quite clean as well.

I had the absolute most amazing Don julio, lime juice based margarita that the male bartender made me while playing Keno at the bar!!! It was a $30 margarita after tip but well worth it!The casino is gorgeous from tip to bottom. The restrooms were incredibly clean. Parking garage was super easy to park and access the casino.I ordered cannoli icecream and it was also amazing. We didnt win anything that day but overall a great experience.
I give this place a 3 star rating based on pricing structure of their table games. Ive gone here 3 times and every time I see dealers standing behind blackjack tables or other various games with $25 per hand minimum.... And you see people wandering around. In my opinion that, If the tables were $10 per hand I think they would have more people playing. Obviously at prime times, Its busy and people dont care but but I have seen people wandering with $25 tables. I usually start with 2 or $300 the thought of only getting 8 to 12 hands or less is not very thrilling.Set for the 1st time at their video blackjack with live dealer. I deposited $100 in, And literally witnessing 8 cards getting laid across the table, fOr apparently 3 different hands that could be potentials... Lesson learned for me understand the game youre about to play and the rules in which they are in... That was one of the perplexing $100 losses I have ever had in 8 minutes!And the last thing Im going to comment on with this place is I was sitting at the table and was not allowed to play a second hand in the middle of the shoe going one-on-one with a dealer.... I definitely do not agree with that if someone leaves your table Abel you should have the ability to play their position as well if you care to. Thats how I lost the last $200 in in literally 14 minutes.I probably will not be back to this casino based upon those weird observations and rules that they have in play. So I would say I played for around 22 minutes total and lost $300.On a bright note however I stopped at isnt food and was able to get 3 delicious tacos at guy Fieri taco stand. Was amazing!
Its really nice 1st time being there I just enjoyed the view but my boy dropped a Grand easy playing spanish 21... Ofcoure he really aint play the way he should of. Butt overall the place is nice the staff kind and courteous and helpful... Its a must see Philadelphia attraction thats why I gave it a 4 star rating..
Slot machines are expensive. Not enough staff serving drinks. Plenty of parking available . A parking garage is also available. There are also food options and bars. Close to professional sports facilities. Great location. Easy access.
This casino is as live as its name. The place is pretty neat and clean. The checkin process was smooth and no lines maybe because it was 9pm. Front desk staff were friendly and gave is a coupon. The ipad in the rooms was handy to order any housekeeping stuff. It was easy to take uver anywhere from the casino. The casino slots were fun.
Good time!! From the entrance-people were professional and actually warm and friendly-service at comp and card counters were accomadating and attentive to my needs and questions- and wait staff for beverages were visible and professional/which I appreciate-there for tips were gratuitous on my behalf🤗🤗$$
Omg! I just love coming to Live! Our waitress Liv(Oliva) is the most thoughtful waitress ever! She always remembers us She is always prepared to bring us what we love to drink here. The best of the best!
The free that valet parking was unavailable but parking was easy once we figured out where to go. The woman who checked us in was very friendly and definitely a high point of the experience. Things went downhill pretty quickly after that.Ive stayed in significantly nicer, cleaner one star places that had better amenities. This place is so bad it almost ruined a trip Ive looked forward to for 30 years!Most of the dining options are closed. The service is so horrible at the ones that are open its not worth trying to eat at them. The sports bar place and the desert stand were ok but way overpriced for what you get. Dont even bother with the Asian place. Its disgusting, the most expensive meal Ive TRIED to eat in years, and the servers are slow, rude, and unhelpful. They dont even have a vending machine or anything other than peanuts and butterfingers in the little gift shop thats hardly even open. Bring your own food if you stay here!As for the rooms, they look like they do in the photos and the view is great. Everything else they promise is a lie. The bed is not a pillow top unless the pillow is concrete. You are given one thin blanket. The pillows were nice but the amount of throw pillows was a bit much for something that just spreads germs, dust mites, and creates homes for possible bedbugs. The quiet central air they claim as an amenity sounds like a freight train and will probably scare you awake at least once. The in room coffee is also terrible which sucks because there isnt much for breakfast either. You can have an over priced breakfast sandwich or an overpriced dry muffin from a super rude lady who obviously doesnt want a job anymore or a muffin from the bakery place in the casino.The room was also not clean. My hair is an inch long and purple. My husband is bald. There was long black hair all over the bathroom and bedding. You probably want to bring your own toilet paper also because the single ply garbage they supply just disintegrates or sticks to you. The provided toiletries: soap, shampoo, conditioner, lotions...smell so bad I had to reshower. Thankfully I still had a tiny bit of stuff in my bag from the last hotel we stayed at.As far as stuff to do, we could not find the gym so Im not sure what thats like. There is literally nothing to do except gamble or sit in your room and watch TV; no shops, or pool, or really anything near by. If you go to the casino you might as well just hand the security guard your money. Its not the kind of casino people win things at so its not like its fun. They didnt even have the flower show shuttle running which was a main reason we stayed there.Like I said this place almost ruined a trip I looked forward to for 30 years. Had it not been for that, if we had been in town for a different reason where accomodations mattered at all, they would have succeeded easily. Overall, not even close to being worth the price, and I cannot recommend any part of it to anyone.
Good little place to gamble. Im from Dallas and we are used to going to Winstar and Choctaw which are way bigger. Said that today the place is definitely smaller. Didnt win much but had a good time.
Great rooms and nice and clean, only problem i had was they had about 5 places to eat but you could only bring kids to one place that was a very expensive high end restaurant, you couldnt bring the kids to have pizza or sandwiches because the other 4 restaurants were on the casino floor and people were under 21 are not allowed in they need a separate entrance to get to the restaurants.
Its ok. Clean, but seems that slot games are on the higher end and payouts seem small. They do have nice give aways and food options are ok, also a little pricy tho. All in all I still go cause its so close to home.
A very lively casino. The music is great and the atmosphere is great. If the sports bar restaurant would stay open a little later, it would be awesome
The casino & hotel was great. The staff was great from parking attendants, evs, front desk etc. The place was very clean. Room was great! Clean halls, elevators and up to date with technology! 10min walking distance to Lincoln Financial Field, 8min drive to McDonalds, KFC, shoprite, Ross, Burlington coat factory, Rainbow, Popeyes, dunkin donuts, nifty fifty diner. In house restaurants were great as well. They offered a shuttle service to different venues from 3 to 11. Overall we had a great time. Not much for kids to do, but we had a great time in the room and our with my 6yr old as there was a carnival going on right across the street.
Our bartender at the High Limits, Angie Spraggins had such an outgoing personality! Her customer service was fantastic. Hope to see her again 🙂
The place is a good time. Quality restaurants and dessert stations, a good selection of games and multiple bars. No complaints out of me!!

Not to thrilled with service and the whole experience in general was poor. My first time here I won and my 2nd 3rd and 4th time TOTALLY SUCKED. Trying to book a room left me on hold for 32 mins and a call back number was provided but I never ever received a call back! Just bad and I hate to be negative!
Went to the casino early in the day. Great sized casino. If you are hungry eat before you go. Most of the eateries were closed except for pizza. We went to gamble and eat. Why have restaurants If they arent open?
The casino is a lot of fun and you do win here. The rooms are fabulous. The service is great everyone is kind and helpful.

I walked through to get to the hotel but I didnt gamble. So all I can say is the place is very decent looking, clean and spacious enough + clean hotel rooms
One of the cleanest casinos I’ve been in. The music on Thursday and Friday nights made it very enjoyable to play table games.
Where to begin???....Let me start by saying the actual room was beautiful, other than that the location of the casino is HORRIBLE, not in the BEST part of town, service it the few restaurants we went to were extremely slow, waiter took forever to take our order and bring us our drinks. NO microwave in the room, out of nine restaurants only ONE offered room service and that was Luk Fu..UGH!!...NO BREAKFAST offered of any kind. I have been to numerous casinos in Atlantic City, Cherokee, Vegas and you ALWAYS are hearing bells, sirens, etc, going off to sound a winner, for two days we never saw or heard the first winner of anything, 98% of the casino is 1cent slots with a few 2cent, 5cent and quarter slots with your gaming tables in the center. We came to see a show at the casino and traveled from the Outer Banks of NC and just thought it would be easier to just stay at the casino and enjoy some gaming and good food....NOT!!!!!!...We ended up visiting Eastern State Penitentiary, Liberty Bell, American Revolutionary War Museum, Philidelphia Art Museum and found an amazing breakfast at FARE. IF we ever come back to Philidelphia we will most def be staying at the Hyatt or other 5* Hotels downtown for under 200.00 with 10 times the service and the proper amenities....For 400.00 a NIGHT this was piss poor!

Machines are not friendly but my biggest problem is the promotions dept, they do nothing to entice you to play at this casino when all other casinos do, Id rather go to Atlantic City or Parx

Live! Casino was awesome!!!! They follow covid guidelines. The facility is very nicely designed. And people living in a hotel I pretty much safe you can only access the elevators with a room pass. You have to show your vax card. The food was good they could go easy on the salt though by giving the customer options no salt, light salt, Old Bay..etc.I had a great time though

It’s a great place for a night out in the city. They have a lot of machines but there isn’t a huge variety. Not a lot of cash-out machines. We had dinner at the steakhouse and it was delicious. I had the sea bass and the sautéed spinach. Both were very good.
Where do I start? Was this place worth driving almost two hours for from NYC? First and foremost let me start by saying Heck Yes! Look at the picture below. Look at my Face. That is hunger, nice off the drinks and burned out by the Live DJ they had that Saturday of Feb 27. This place drained me out . as they should, Infact Tell Live Casino to use my footage of that night 😂 The Security Cameras are my witnesses. I would burn calories on the dance floor then come to a slot machine hit! , cash out then go back to the dance floor. Folks I was enjoying myself so much I forgot to eat at 10th Street. The staff were cool . People are people some dont understand why is this lady having such a great time sweating out her freshly done wash and set. By the time I was done partying my hair looked like John Travolta in pulp fiction. It was worth the sweat , The DJ was hitting those turn tables. Never been to a casino with a live DJ. That is why I can write a whole timeline on this place. Also people bring your loved ones when you alone its cool but with great a1 with dope energy this is the place to be. Also when you get there you get 20 dollars free play, live Casino scratch off. Yes they have their own scratch off to win great prizes. So when you arrive and sign up you automatically a winner from the free play alone. After a serious lockdown people go out burn those calories out at The Live Casino
I am sorry for giving the Live Casino in Philly such a great rating in the beginning. I should have waited until they were here for longer. Because theyre no different than others that string you in then they give you less rewards and winnings. Perhaps if you lived in the immediate surroundings of the casino you would do a lot better. Philadelphia we better learn how to walk away from these casinos here because if we dont were going to be no different than what happened in New Jersey. We better wake up yes including and realize whats going on here in Philadelphia and Pennsylvania all together with all these casinos its not good and its not meant to be good they rob you blind. The casino looks good and its clean compared to Harris Philadelphia. If thats what must important to you. Enjoy ☺️

Its ok. Its clean and some of employee is respectful. The only problem is waiting on a drink they are to slow. I never won a nothing. They like to eat your money up. I made plenty of deposit but no withdraw.
Had your Covid shot? Well you better if you plan on visiting this casino. They are not playing with patron safety. You must present your vaccine card to enter. Very clean, cozy and pleasant atmosphere.
New and very nice casino. Customer service was friendly and helpful. Even the security guards were friendly and very happy to help. They have alot to do besides gamble. I will be visiting again next time I am in town.
Great vibe and friendly always do well here gambling. I was happy to see they now have smoking permitted areas. I dont like having to pick between my bad habits.
As far as casinos go you couldnt have a better location. Its new and fancy and full of air freshener machines and covid-19 safety measures. When you walk in the door you feel like its the old days again.

Its happened a lot over the last few visits I put my card in I win nothing I get up after putting a couple hundred in a machine with no wins/bonuses, I get up and some person just sits down and wins on the same machine kinda like my card is being tracked for wins smh. I know losing is part of gambling but to feel like you cant win is a whole different level
Went to happy hour with a couple of great friends, had a couple of drinks and a bite to eat. I had a great time. I highly recommend doing this daily. Good for the soul, beautiful Casino. The staff was awesom!!!!
I saw a review about feeling like the card was being tracked and losing every machine they played, same experience play with my card feels like I cant win Ive dropped 1,000s of dollars and can barely get a bonus its crazy Im like that other reviewer I know we lose more often than win but feeling like you will just lose is no fun, not to mention I never hear about events from the casino host I have even though I contact hi. Its a very nice place to be , with new machines that you will injoy, and good food also so , it took me away from all that going on on this world. for a few hours , and I only brought.a fèw hours and still had fun for a few hours with only a few dollars.oh theyre are very clean , they clean up, as soon as you move out of your seat really good, and all have to wear mask at all times insideAnd no smoking also. They also have a safe parking lot with , officers in their cars , thatakes a person feel safer in the parking lot. Two thumbs up....
The casino is very clean. Always witnessed someone wiping things down.Table game friendly. I just had 1 problem with my slot experience. I been gambling in casinos since 1979. I usually test if the machines are rigged by using there roulette slot machine. I put money on every number but 2 & on several occasions that number with no money on it came up. I have used the method to test slots in casinos all around the world. My professor @ Harvard taught me the system. and I recommend you not to play slots with to much money. The machines are set not too pay out much. & you don’t see them advertise to much on winners. I can make a promise to you if you play slots on a average you will LOSE. The way they keep that place open is you loosing. They have no other product that can bring in income but your losses to there games. You never hear noise from winners in that place.& todays casinos know they can get away with it. Years ago you had the CASINO COMMISSION CONTROL that would investigate issues like this right away.So if you have money to BURN 🔥, Throw away, play the slots because your gonna LOSE. Thank GOD for social media because I have saved a lot of people mad money.It’s sad that what these corporations can get away with today. Couldnt get in because I dont have a vaccination card (and wont getting one.) I had proof of a negative COVID test (because I mke sure to get tested at least 2+ times a week), but instead of the normal 48 hour window that its considered valid I was told it had to be less than 24 hours old. I get it...but its infuriating. And the staff could definitely have handled it better. Very disappointed.
Live! Casino & Hotel hosted the 6th Annual Women of Excellence Award Luncheon. The venue is beautiful, & the staff is extremely pleasant & hospitable.
Very few staff no hostess couldnt even order a drink for one whole hour. They are more concerned with having 5 pit bosses stand around and do nothing than have good customer service. Go to Atlantic city if u wana have a good gambling experience.
I like the 2 games I played. The second game was excellent. When I return to Live! Thats what Ill be playing. The atmosphere is very relaxing. I really enjoyed myself. So I will be returning soon! Thank you
I have been to all the local casinos in NJ and PA and this place just doesnt feel good. Had a small bank roll and lost it in less than 20 mins playing the minimum bet on penny slots. I got one bonus in that 20 mins betting.60 cents on a Buffalo gold slot.....8 spins later I won .80 cents. I know it happens but for my one and only bonus not cool. I get it casinos need to make money too but come on at least give me something to have some fun for an hour! I dont think I will be going back and I only live 30 mins away. I left with a bad taste in my mouth. The good thing I can say is the parking was free.
Its a nice enough looking casino -- its big -- but I find it hard to win on slots there! (Since COVID-19 hit, its hard everywhere, but especially here!)They have very few restaurants, and the Sports Bars menu is scant!The two stars I gave this review is for their Promotional Weekly Gift format which is horrible! Now, instead of printing out your gift voucher at the Player Kiosk, they send you an email message through which you must RSVP for the gift!? Most of the time, you cannot complete the RSVP through that email -- so you will NOT receive the gift! And when you call in, youre told that you will receive some slot play because all of the gifts have been accounted for. So, if the gifts were part of a set, oftentimes, your set will be incomplete! Infuriating!Why have that EXTRA step with going through an email? Not to mention, there are still alot of people (mostly seniors?) who do not have access to the internet, so automatically they will not get their weekly gift.One final thing on their weekly gifts is that they also give out the Higher Cardholder Player gifts at the same time, but those gifts are of a much better quality/more expensive.

First-time here! Got a rewards card, $20 free play and a scratcher with an opportunity to win some extra cash. Place is clean, staff is good, cocktail waitresses are nice, drinks come regularly and believe it or not, I won! I ate at the prime rib restaurant and itvwas good but a bit pricy for what I was hoping to be a magical prime rib. All in all, great experience. I will be back!
This hotel was amazing! We didnt have to go outside for anything, although we did to sightsee lol. We came to Philly for an Eagles game (they lost smh). This hotel is right next to it. U can literally see the stadium from the hotel window. The casino was so fun. We went about 4 times during our 2 night stay. The rooms are beautiful and cozy and so up to date. The food? Omg Ive never tasted food this good in a hotel. Check in was nice, parking is free. Definitely have plans to go back, just for the hotel itself.

The attendance were most helpful but it was literally impossible to get a drink on the floor. Dont know if Ill be visiting there again. I left 500.00 there and couldnt get a damn drink.
First time there about a week ago it is in a cool spot since Im a Eagles Fan! The staff are nice and helpful we had lost a cell phone they reassured us that it would turn up and to stick around for a bit. It didnt turn up in the time we where there. But they notified all staff and said if it turns up it will be up at the security deck. We called early the next morning and someone at the security deck pick it up and said they had it.. Whew... We will be going to this Casino more.
Beautiful new casino. Excellent layout and what seemed like thousands of new slot machines. Electric atmosphere! Very easy in and out accessibly.
Went for a luncheon . Food was just OK. The desert was a lemon cake with cheesecake filling it was good. Played a few we games didnt win much.
Been here multiple times. Each time it took over an hour for a server to get drinks at the slots. The most recent time we were never able to get drinks because we arrived at 12:30 and alcohol service stops at 2. After being fed up waiting for a server we went up to the bar around 1:50 to be told alcohol stopped at 1:45. Definitely worth the extra few bucks to stay at a hotel in Atlantic City. Service is amazing there never had to wait more than 20 minutes if that.
Me and my friend went to Social Sports Bar. I got the High Hopes drink and she got the Bloody Mary. It was her first time getting a Bloody Mary but she says it was too spicy and couldnt finish it. She only drank 1/4 of it! She was too embarrassed to say anything to the bartender. The drinks were $12/each.

Paid and stayed one night for wifes Bday she was very disappointed as was I the hotel service was sub par room phone did not work called three times before they got us a working phone my wife called for an extra blanket took us three more phone calls for them to bring an extra blanket for my wife thank God Im 65 years old and trying to be a good human being or else I would have been cursing somebody out as far as the casino smoking is permitted on the whole floor Ive been an ex smoker for 40 years my wife has been an ex smoker for going on 10 years it was very unpleasant and that smoking environment is not good for anybodys health, I dont know how that is legal.also no discounts or offers for veterans seniors AARP Philadelphia locals only first responders any veterans is a first responder maybe the managers of this hotel casino will look at this like theyre supposed to and give me a positive response maybe Ill come back and stay again

THEY THREW MY INSULIN AWAY?**Type 1 Diabetic**Room was excellent, the promise of freeplay never transpired as a jade card holder these are just things you’d expect at any casino! Now I wound up checking out day early because of the whole debate over freeplay neither here nor there.However I did leave my insulin i n the fridge in the top shelf, Called for two days in a row until someone guy name Chris from security called me back to let me know he had retrieved my medication, now I drive 1hr 20mins to philly to pick up my medication only for security to tell me we threw the medication away. I played the voicemail for them from their boss and they said oh well he’s not here so. I tried filing complaints to get my money back for The meds as I don’t have benefits for health!Some lady called about 2 weeks after end of December to say hey I might be able get You freeplay if you want it for your medications but that’s all we can do for you!Just ridiculous they never reimbursed me for EMERgency DR/ER visit being a type 1 diabetic I need insulin to stay alive plus two vials of insulinHumulin 70/30Humulin R

Came out to relax and enjoy the day off dont get much time off but when I do I spend a quite day at Live and its convenient and easy to get to from where I live plus when its crowded its not you have a lot of space and people not all over you or breathing down your neck

Signature suite is a hotel room... the bedroom is not separate so it is NOT a suite. Curtains are controlled electronically by switches on the wall. We had a corner room so the windows took up 2 sides of the room. The room was great and the view of the city was beautiful. The only thing missing was a microwave and room service. The restaurant had a wonderful atmosphere, but is a little pricey considering the selection wasnt much different from an average steakhouse. If you stay during the week, valet will park your car in the evening, but you get it yourself in the morning. We stayed for 3 days just to get out of the house. We would definitely stay here again.
Meh. New place, mostly digital slots, with some table action. Most distressing was the smoking stations located in the middle of the casino floor.
This was my first time entering the casino, and it was a fun experience, even without being at full capacity. The slot machines are plentiful. There were some tables available, as well. The decorations are stunning! I didnt have much interaction with the staff, but the few I did speak to were kind and helpful. I will have to come again when the restaurants are open, in order to try the food.

I had a good time, plenty of machines to choose from. Theyre big on safety, metal detectors, and scanners take about 7 seconds, and then you are off to the races. There is plenty of room so its not too crowded. Sports betting, music, food, bar, table games, and enjoyment.

Looks very nice. Had things in it Ive never seen in casinos 🎰. Its been a long time but I wanted to see what it looked like 👍. Ladies room was clean and one of my favorite colors brown. Food places werent open yet. It was around 8 or 9 in the morning. It wasnt to many people there. I dont play anymore but I did see they had a dollar wheel that I loved to play. They have a lottery machine, sports bet, free giveaway when you sign 😉 up membership. Live lotto game. Things that make you want to gamble. I miss it but dont like losing my money 😕 and you dont hear change coming down when you win anymore.
Only been there once for the first time wife got an upgrade on her card places clean lots of slots brand new and the food is good coffee in the muffins were free for perk which was nice rated AAA
Ive been in the casino quite a few times(love it) but I stayed overnight for the first time on Thursday. The staff was amazing, everyone was all smiles! The room was beautiful and amazingly clean. I ate at the sports and social. The burger was cooked to perfection and the shrimp appetizer was fantastic. The waitress was attentive and also very friendly. I will definitely be booking another night soon!

UPDATE: APRIL 2022I get a mailer (came on 3.28.22) indicating that I am eligible to receive a free gift each Sunday in the month of April. BUT you must call and RSVP to reserve your gift. Already Im scratching my head trying to understand the RSVP but okay so I call (3.29.22). On hold for over 20 minutes (had to end call) and finally opted the next time I called to get a call back. A few days later I got the call back (4.1.22) only to be told that weeks one and two were filled and I can only be reserved for weeks three and four. HMMM 🤔 How is it that this is the only casino, in my experience with giveaways, that you have to RSVP and they dont have enough to go around for their card holders? Is there not a tally of how many card holders they have on file? 🤷🏾♀️ Ironically enough, another area casino has giveaways during the same time frame and all that is needed is your player card and ID when you go to the desk to retrieve your gift. Perhaps their is an extenuating circumstance unbeknownst to me. Just odd 😐So excited to go to this casino thats right in my backyard. The front desk staff were so friendly and answered all my questions. Although they were still getting use to the system, I had no issues while waiting. Staff member stayed engaged with me and all went well. The bathrooms were so clean so that made me very happy. The social distancing with the machines IS SO WELL THOUGHT OUT! When you start playing on 1 machine, the machines on either side of you automatically are disabled. Floor staff is so on it when the machine dings to signal that someone just finished playing and it needs to be wiped down. At least thats what I think the ding is for. Everytime it went off a floor staff member was right there to clean it off. My only complaint and the reason for 4 stars and not 5 is that the radios that the staff communicate with are EXTREMELY LOUD! WOW! Perhaps earbuds are a quick fix for this challenge. Outside of that, it is so worth a visit!
Each eating establishment charge you a surcharge just for being in their establishment then you have taxes then they ask for gratuity then they charge you it horrible to be charged just to sit in an establishment and you dont know that until you get your bill they dont have signs hanging around saying theres a charge just to be in my establishment

The signature suit looks like a regular king size room, a suite should have more than one room, for the price the room could of had a jacuzzi. they over charge with hidden taxes and utilities fees and don’t tell u until checkout. Told me I needed $150 in case room got destroyed at check in and swiped my card for $315.00 which was crazy. When asked oh the for taxes and utilities fee and never started that at check in. They over charging for regular rooms. I will not stay again. I like to know what I’m paying for up front. Also never got my $150.00 return fee.

I am really starting to get annoyed by there being only one cashier open in the poker room. Should not take 15 minutes to cash out. I spoke with the floor personnel and they said that they keep asking n for extra cashiers and nothing changes. Would also like the mask policy to be inforced. So many maskless patrons. Very frustrating. Otherwise no problems with the room.
My husband and I was hesitant at first but then decided to just go for it and book a room at LIVE for our 5 year anniversary and we were shocked to see it only had 4.1 star rating. We loved everything about this hotel, the room was absolutely amazing, clean, beautiful and well stocked. We ate at Prime Rib and it was the best steak he ever had. All Around so so good and super impressed. The staff was so friendly, helpful and professional. Thank you LIVE staff!
Whoever leaves these review must be local low lever players drove 2 and a half hrs here and came into valet no players card 15 parking tried to retrieve my vehicle and had to go up stairs to pay and get vehicle. Games at any level do not pay. Employees are not friendly or nice to gamers. Service is a zero should have realized when the game floor was empty on a saturday.be forwarned do not take the long ride you will be dissapointed.

I can not wait to stay here again! The casino is huge! So bright so much fun! The restaurant by Guy Fieri is delicious AF! We had the tacos and they were so tasty 😋 the room was so clean and the big windows were the best! I loved the view at night! Being on the 12th floor was perfect! The beds were very comfy but I honestly prefer more firm beds. So if you love soft and cozy, these are the beds for you!🤣We had so much fun I really only stopped and took one picture! But I’m telling you the entire hotel and the rooms are gorgeous! Oh and there is free parking! 🙌🏽
Live! Is really invigorating and literally live at all times. Its a bar/lounge in the middle of the casino and the food they have to offer is delicious and more affordable than those high prices restaurants at Rivers aka the Former Sugar House. Live doesnt seem as large as Rivers/Sugar House though.

I like to throw a few dollars away once in awhile,but I like to at least play for a bit for my money,not at Live,they took 150 off me without winning anything at all,nada,quick fast I was in and out in 20 minutes ,Ive gambled all over the country and never lose as fast without winning at all as I have at Live ,its probably just bad luck this time ,but ill pass on going again,I got rivers I can go to and at least they let me play for a bit before they decide to take all my money ,I know the odda of me leaving with more than I went In with is minimal ,but like I said I like to at least play for a bit.

September 23, 2021 was my husbands and I 4th Anniversary. We decided to spend it at Live. Our wonderful experience started at check in with Michael, manager at front desk, he surprised us with Champagne, chocolates, gift bag, and cup. As well as a personal card of best wishes on our special day. Eddie, Supervisor of housekeeping, made sure we had extra towels, wash cloths. Staff was nice, friendly, and funny. Hospitality was great! Will be back soon!! We had the best day ever!

Omg, the Casino is so clean and lovely. It smells like its new right out of the box. Customer service is nice and fast. The slots and tables have the glass between each one. Theres hand sanitize machines every where. Some of the slot machines are awesome. If you have a rewards card from another casino theyll match your membership status (only until May 31, 2021). I simply loved it. I cant wait to go back.
2/2021.I was comped 2 nights, got an Uber there only to be told they dont take prepaid debit cards! After booking my stay with the casino customer care center( using same prepaid card the hotel denied.) Also wouldnt take cash!!! The staff was rude and unapologetic. Never going there again!!!UPDATE....3/2021So I went back to this casino, not smart. Same rude front desk clerk was working told me again I couldnt use a prepaid Visa card after I used the same card to reserve my hotel room using the hotels 1 800 number and customer service representative, who assured me my card was acceptable for the reservation. So we left after all that drama and being denied our reserved room again. Best part? 2 days later Live! Casino & Hotel charged that same prepaid debit card $100 claiming I didnt cancel my booking before the allotted time frame had passed!!! Unbelievable so now Im wasting more time trying to get my money back since being denied my reservation is the same as canceling except THEY cancelled it! Never again.UPDATE 2/18/2022 So 9 months after my last visit & review I get an email from the casino asking me to tell them what happened so they could address the situation ( whatever that means..), today is 2/18/2022 & after sending a detailed email to the casino I have heard nothing but *crickets* from the management at Live! Casino & Hotel. I can tell they really care about customer service. My advice? Go somewhere else...they dont say what they mean or mean what they say. A.K.A. b.s. artists.....maybe thats why theyre not nationwide.....stay turned, Im sure theres more to come.....

2022-01-18The casino was really nice . The bar with the menu was great. We had lunch and it was delicious. The bartender a young lady was so efficient she was wonderful. Loved the visit. It was immaculate. So clean. And it took only1hour and 35 minutes to get there from New Hope. Will visit again soon I hope.

Environmental services along with slot floor host are always around. Caring and willing to help you. The hotel is maintained and nicely designed. I would stay even if I wasnt into going to casino since its very quietly sectioned away from casino. The events and shows are very unique and welcoming to sports fans. I will be playing poker and slots exclusively here since the staff and facilities are second to none within 140 miles from philly

2022-04-17Perfect location (next to the stadiums). Walked over after a baseball game and got in easily. Spent some time in the sports betting area which had ample space and comfortable seats. Spent some time at the table games. The cheapest blackjack I found was $15/hand with a 6-8 deck setup. They did have an auto shuffler game for $5 per hand, but I never win with those

2022-06-19Really easy to get to. Beautiful room. I dont know if my height had anything to do with it, but I thought the bed was a little lower than average. Otherwise found everything to be great. Liked that you needed your key to get to your floor. Professional acting staff. Felt safe.

2022-04-12Easy to navigate to, clean with friendly staff. We didnt try any food, however, we enjoyed a late night playing the tables & slot machines. Restroom was clean enough with ample stalls. We came out the casino on the plus side so it was definitely a good time and well probably return. The only drawback was the smoking, but dont think its avoidable these days.

2022-02-14First of all, our Host was outstanding! Marcella.Second, we loved the new and modern , very clean, facilities.All employees were very pleasant and made us feel welcome.Jerry Blavat and all of the dancers were outstanding! We had a great time at the center bar.We will definitely come back.

2022-04-04This is a super clean facility. It is in close proximity to all the stadiums and has some major promotions. Im not a huge gambler but everyone still made me feel welcome. The staff provides service with a smile. While I was there they were having a promotion where they had gotten a little backed up. The service desk agents were not showing signs of stress and they had a manager walking the line to thank people for their patience and see if anyone needed anything. Overall a wonderful experience.

2022-06-18Day visit only. The casino was very clean. Has designated smoking areas inside. Ample places to purchase food. Too many of the slot machines were very similar. Need more variety. Restrooms could be better. Very courteous staff.

2022-06-20Loved it. It was a great day. The valet guy was so cool put me in a great mood. The place is loaded with Slots. Table games there too. It was not crowded , was there from noon to 4pm on Saturday. Drink girls came around frequently. I reccomend. Easy in and out from Walt Whitman Bridge.

2022-05-10I went to Live casino for the first time. It was great! The first time you go and sign up for a card they give you $20. I played the slots, the waitress never came over so I could get a drink. I definitely was not in Vegas! I asked about it and the attendant said you have to seat closer to the tables to get a drink.
