Each time we come here the food, wait staff, and timing has been great. We got the chicken wings, steaks, and lobster tails. They definitely dont skimp on steak sizes and the food was seasoned and hot.
Went on Wednesday for our anniversary and I think it was the manager a lady with a yellow blouse. Very rude after we said thank you before leaving and she made eye contact but ignored us. The waitress was also new and she would at least acknowledged that but she didn’t. Ended up paying more than expected because of her knowledge of the menu

Had good service, but food has no flavor. Had a steak, very disappointed if I wanted hospital tasting food, I would check myself in. Also the place had a weird smell. Almost smelled like raw sewage. Won’t be going there again

This place is horrible. 15 minutes before even being acknowledged for a drink. Food ordered and came out not how I asked it to be cooked.... Bloody is not well done for a steak.... Not a very good place for a dinner
First time I had the parmesan crusted chicken and it was fantastic. I highly recommend it. The waiting staff was very good as it has been when we have visited the Pottstown location.
Ordered spareribs which were dry. They were happy to give me another half rack. They should have been moist initially with my Mac n cheese.Had to eat my Mac n cheese first so it didnt get cold. Would have liked the waitress to tell me she will get me another complete hot dinner including Mac n cheese, and I would have gladly traded my dry ribs and Mac n cheese for a better version.
The bartender (different ones on each visit) is always helpful and friendly. Generally very quick unless theyre super busy which does happen infrequently, but they are still on top of things and very timely in getting to each person. The food is not exceptional, but pretty good for a chain environment, the chef does a good job, but it is a bit pricey for the quality and amount, but Im todays economy thats standard. I would recommend this location to others.
Another good lunch date with my wife. We enjoy this place for lunch its comfort, friendly people, and quiet atmosphere. They have an affordable lunch menu, variety of tasty food options, good apps, and good drinks.
Everyone was exceptional. It was crowded so we sat at the bar. The service was perfection. I had a 6 Oz Filet and a side of Parmesan Spinach. I did finish the steak and it was delicious. However, something had too much pepper unsure which it was. You may want to mention when you order. I would not take this as a negative review simply something to consider.
Food quality and service kinda vary, Im guessing it depends on whose working. Ive never had a bad steak there but they dont always cook it the way youd like and sometimes the ribs are pretty dry with not much meat.
We found the trick to getting served really quickly was to go as soon as the doors open! Great food, excellent service!
Hit or miss. I dont liked to be rushed. If I dont tell them not to bring everything out at once they would bombard you with everything. If I wanted fast food Id go to McDonalds. Order as you go. Just sayin
First time I was ever there, the wait staff was great food was delicious but the bathroom omg! I have never seen such filth, the trash looks like it hadnt been emptied in a week, each Stahl was dirtier than the last, toilet paper non existent, toilets were all dirty and seats wet, floor was filthy, I had never felt so dirty especially going back to eat my dinner. There was plenty of help there so no one can go in and at least empty trash and fill toilet paper, thats the pride they take I dont think I want to see anything else, again food and service was great but I will not eat there again.
Medium rare sirloin was still mooing, but I didnt have the patience to send it back. Plus, I was starving. It was fine. Service was great... And the chicken appetizer was a great recommendation :-)
The service wasnt good, the steak was raw. Ill post 2 photos, one is after my, steak was microwaved for 2 minutes and 22 seconds(its easy to hit 2 button three times)
Not the best steak I had. Lil burned. Three stars because waitresses were not able to handle more than 3 tables. Everytime I needed something I went looking for someone, to get one drink it took them about 15 minutes, when the food was almost gone. Not the best experience, but I really like the environment of the place.
Lobster shrimp chowder was terrible. Also not a fan of wheat bread. Can’t beat a traditional sour dough.

Took the family out for dinner. Our Steaks came out under cooked, but they took them back and cooked them perfectly. Our server was excellent. Would recommend to everyone. Havent been out in a while, but would go back in a heartbeat.
My wife Lisa and I went for an early dinner and we had a great time our food was cooked perfectly. We had no wait time for our table or our food in and out in a timely manner. The staff was friendly professional, the price was on track for what we ordered, will tell family and friends to go there.

Been here a few times. Always clean and nice waitresses. The food though is okay. Always ask for a steak well done and it always comes out pink.. my brothers was uncooked last time as well where it was completely red on one half of the steak.. other than that the drinks are good and the appetizers as well. Hopefully next time I go it will be better.

The waiter gets a 10 ! The food was horrible though. For example, I ordered a French onion soup. There was literally no soup. There was so much bread in it that all I got was soggy bread. Maybe use 1 pc of bread instead of 3? Idk it was not good at all

We ate a late lunch (3pm). The server was very pleasant and attentive. The ribeye sandwich and French onion soup was tasty. The cheesburger and seasoned fries was also good and the fries were served hot which is not always true at other establishments. Diet coke and peach iced tea were a little syrupy for our tastes. And the loaf of bread was soooooo good!

Went in with a party of 8, they had a little bit of a problem seating us, we had reservation but got it sorted out. Server was great and friendly. The meal was pretty good, a bit too much seasoning. But clean restaurant good parking. Might stop by if in area.
There were seven of for dinner. We all got something different so there was a lot of tasting and sharing among our table. The food was all tasty and prepared the way we asked for. My only complaint was.....the food wasnt hot at aall.
Management and bartender were great. The kitchen couldnt cook a ribeye correctly. Got a well done when I ordered a medium rare. Sent it back got a rare the second time and just gave up and ate it. This was 6pm on a Friday. I understand what area Im in but if your prime time kitchen squad cant land medium rare in 2 tries you shouldnt be able to say youre a steakhouse. Maybe it was post ronna staffing but Im not going back for a steak anytime soon.
Ordered food for pickup. They texted and said the food was ready but when I got there and called they said it wasnt ready yet. When they came out 15 minutes later, they put 4 hot meals along with icecream in the same bag next to each other and the steaks i ordered were supposed to be cooked medium rare but were quite obviously well done. It was like chewing through charred leather. Poor service and cooking.

Joined the wait list at 5pm, said it would be 30 min wait. Arrived at 515, checked in with hostess and was told I was third in line. 40 mins later I check back with hostess and was told they dont know what happened, but I was removed from the list. But the kicker was they told me I had to now wait 40 mins again since they just put me on the list and there was nothing they could do. Wont be back here again. Happy Fathers day to me.
I have been eating at longhorn for years. Love the food. Love the staff. You can tell these kids are hard working upstanding individuals. Salt of the earth. They bring hot bread. HOT! Now that’s service! Only downside: I’m sorry the creamed spinach is no longer available. But the steaks are out of this world.

I dined here for my birthday with family and absolutely loved it! The food was amazing, very reasonably priced, our waiter Pierre was awesome and dont get me started on the complimentary bread and chimeric.
My first time there today I was impressed and will be back. The manager Jim saw us coming and welcomed us holding door open, we were next greeted and seated promptly. It is a very warm and clean place. The staff were extremely polite & welcoming the food came out fast and the steaks were delicious we enjoyed the food today. Vanessa T. was our server she was really good.
I want to give a shout out to Sabrina. What a wonderful waitress. She was so pleasant and a pleasure. I wish there were more people like her. I give her and Long Horns a 5 star rating hands down.
We ordered online for family takeout during covid and the food was very good. However, we went there for dinner today and were VERY disappointed. The appetizer was barely warm and mostly breading,,very little onion! The bread and salad was good and did not disappoint. My daughter and I ordered the steak and shrimp and the steak was very tough and extremely salty. We brought it home,washed it off and gave it to the dog. My husband got the Longhorn, the largest and most expensive steak. He said it was tough and salty also. Our bill was over 100 dollars and the meal may have been worth not even half that!! Needless to say it will be quite awhile till we go there again!!
Great service and delicious food. This chain is my favorite steakhouse chain. I wont go to any other. They cook their steaks perfectly and the bread is devine.

I took my wife here for Valentines day this year. The food was good. The service was good. Our waiter was very personable even though he seemed flustered by an ignorant table to our right. The Hostess saw that I walked with a cane and offered a more comfortable chair, which I appreciated. All in all, we had a great time and will be returning in the future
First time there, great service, great food, however manager couldnt put two tables together for 8ppl. because of COVID, Instead added two end chairs and squished us onto a table of 6... doesnt make much sense huh? Yeah, we said the same thing.

Disappointing. Our food took ages to come out. When it finally arrived my steak was cold along with the fries. It was obviously sitting for a while. Would have sent it back but we were trying to get the kids fed and didnt want to wait longer for another mediocre cut of meat anyway. Wont be back. Besides, I can grill way better steak at home. 😉
Our waitress was knowledgeable, polite, and prompt. The surf and surf appetizer was amazing... I could eat that all day every day. I ordered a steak and upgraded to the cheesy cauliflower. The steak was really good, but I was thoroughly disappointed by the cauliflower. It was undercooked, dry and didnt have enough cheese. It could have been great, but wasnt.
Excellent as always. Service is a little slow like all the other busy big steak houses. Quality of the steaks is very good. Be sure to order your steak on the well done side. If you like medium rare order it medium. Done to perfection every time. Fresh bread served with every meal. Comes out warm and delicious. We always get a second loaf its so good. Highly recommend just allow about an hour. If its really busy it will be a little longer once your seated.
Service was attentive without being nagging. Food was delish! My husbands steak was perfect as was my salmon. Salads had interest with numerous toppings. It was not merely lettuce. Dressing was flavorful and complimented the greens, not overpower it. Very happy with LongHorn.

They were all great!!! As always they were so courteous. They didnt have the music too loud as some other steak houses. My friends and I enjoyed our meals. Our waiter Austin did a great job. I asked for a couple of dietary adjustments to my salad and he had no problem with that. And he kept my water glass replenished. Thanks again to all your staff. Went here for an anniversary and again for two parties, food was underwhelming every time. Steak was purely raw and mooing, other than a basic sear to it when ordered medium. It had to be taken back to the kitchen as we could not eat it. For a steakhouse, you would think they know how to cook a good steak. Waitresses are not very attentive even when the place isnt very busy. I gave it 3 chances and will not return. Dont waste your hard earned dollars here.
I had been craving a steak for a month or so, and I got the outlaw. Now, while I am not an outlaw I certainly felt like Billy the Kid while eating it. Sadly I ate it very quickly because it was that damn good, and sat there looking at my plate missing the steak I just devoured. Also our waitress was a very fun and had great attention to detail. My wife and daughter enjoyed their food also, but damn that was a tasty steak.

This place gets crowded. The food is usually good. Steaks are cooked to the way you order it, not like some other places. What keeps me from coming here more often is the cost. They are not outrageous, just a little too pricey for my liking. We usually wait to get a gift card and go.
Been having better luck here than with outback, sadly. I enjoy both, but I think Longhorn has better flavored steak. Always order pickup from here and pick up staff has always been great, honestly seems to be the same lady who is just awesome..tho its odd that the pickup spot is in the middle of bar area, always wondered about that...
We always come here because the steaks are always perfectly cooked and juicy. One was pretty under cooked but they fixed it no problem. Our server was great. I do not recommend the cauliflower augratin, not cheesy enough. Overall very good.
Amber is the best hostess I’ve met. She went above and beyond to assist the servers in delivering food and drinks to the tables when they needed the help, she was very helpful.

We had dinner last night and were pleased with our steaks but we were both very disappointed with the presentation. My steak was served with a small scoop of mashed potatoes and my husband steak’s came with just french fries. A little bit of color from some garnishes would have brightened up our plates.
Great place to eat best to go on a week day when less pact the manager takes the time to talk to everyone and make sure your meal is perfect I tried a new steak I did not really like it manger was more than happy to give me a voucher for next time I was not expecting a refund or new steak or demanding it very thoughtful that shows respect ,hats off to you

Inconsistent quality. Two most recent orders they burned the hell out of the steaks. They seared medium well filet to a carbon charcoal crisp and served it up cold.
I LOVE Longhorn! Always have. Parmesan Crusted Chicken - you cant beat it. I havent been in awhile, but they have fried pickles now and they were yum! Seating was fast, service was awesome, atmosphere is always comfy and casual, not too loud. Warm bread and whipped- not hard- butter. Always so satisfying. Went to eat here last night and was not happy at all with my experience. Firstly, the waitress was all smiles and giggles and not at all attentive to me or my friend. We waited 15-20 minutes with empty glasses in front of us before she would return. Ordered an appetizer that never showed up and all the waitress could say was, hmm thats weird. She took it off the bill and then brought out the entrees and my steak was practically crawling off my plate. The manager came over and I told her what a lousy experience I was having and she was so sorry but did not even offer me something else from the menu. I could understand the jovial mood of the staff if people were actually being taken care of, but not when youre hanging out and making jokes while people receive piss poor service. Never going back.
I enjoyed this meal, the burgers and steaks were cooked the way I enjoyed. The waiter we had was very nice and the French Onion soup was AMAZING! The service was also very quick. Would go again.
Excellent lunch with the wife on a relaxing summer Friday afternoon. Our waitress, Katie, was perfectly polite, cordial, professional, knowledgeable and kind. Provided the perfect level of service without being overbearing or interrupting our conversation ever. Very enjoyable experience with delicious dining from the lunch duo specials at a very reasonable price.

A friend and I had lunch there, and both ordered salads. My friend has a severe allergy to onions and an aversion to certain spices. After requesting that her chicken be made with no seasoning, it came back with seasoning that was left over from the grill. After returning the salad twice to the kitchen, she just requested that it be taken off the bill. The restaurant manager, Eric, was incredibly understanding and really worked hard to maintain our confidence in their kitchen. He really took care of us in the situation. Our server, Austin, was also great in dealing with the situation as well. He was incredibly patient in the face of a rather frustrated customer.
We ate at the Pottstown, PA Longhorn. I asked to speak to the manager to compliment the chef. I ordered the grilled lamb chops. They were a generous size, had NO fat and were grilled to perfection. It was a busy restaurant and we waited about one hour, but it was so worth the wait. We were treated well and had an enjoyable meal. Kudos to the cook and all the staff at this restaurant.

We had a great meal tonight and not just because the food was so good. Ou server Marissa was wonderful. Polite attentive and when the runner brought out my husbands food and not mine, she was concerned and made sure to go see what the problem was. She was so good. The Flos filet was melt in your mouth good tonight. I had the cauliflower which was a nice addition to the menu. Ill bet if you added bread crumbs or cracker crumbs to the top of the cauliflower before browning the top, it would be even better! Thank you for a great dinner!
The waitress was nice she was a sweetheart thank you for your service But the food was nasty my steak was burn and salted and my mashed pototoes was salted and bland everything was bad. I was so disappoint this was my first time going there and it will be my last very disappointed for what I spend there it wasn;t what i thought it would be don;t waste your money

Decided to do take out since it can be quite busy here on Fridays. Had a delicious burger that was cooked not quite as well done as I like, but I cannot complain because I still thoroughly enjoyed it. Takeout was pretty painless although as crowded as it was made it hard to get to the bar to pick it up. I would definitely recommend it.
Good solid steak. The best part is it comes out like you ordered it. Perfectly seasoned and very good. Youd pay more for the same steak at other steak houses. Nice staff.
The waitress was very friendly, all protocols due to Covid were followed. the only reason I am stating the next sentence is because usually my hamburger is done correctly but this time it was undercooked I only ate half of my hamburger and had to take the rest home to cook it.
I have been recovering from four surgeries of the throat and neck due to cancer, which included radiation. As you could imagine eating has been very difficult, nearly impossible. If it werent for my wife and mother bringing me to this LongHorn I would be fully dependant on liquid diet. The food here is estemely good and I am able to eat and taste the food. That says a slot because my taste , due to the radiation, has diminished but slowly coming back. The ribs, which is what I tend to eat the most, are very good. Highly recommend this establishment.
We went here for a and early dinner. My wife had a flat iron steak and a delicious sweet potato. She ordered medium rare and it came a bit to rare for her. They took care of it promptly.I had the ribeye steak. I asked for it rare and they hit the mark, it was not under (blue) nor did they overshoot the mark (medium rare). I was delighted to see and eat this marvelous cut of meat. Well worth the price to value.The server Catlynne had some time and chatted with us which added to our positive experience. In all, a very nice meal and atmosphere which we look forward to returning to again.

Just tried to try order curbside pickup and was told it was a 2 hr wait. Total ridiculous. I know places are short staffed, but dont offer curbside if you cant have reasonable wait times.

2022-01-16My wife had the strawberry grilled chicken salad. She enjoyed it. I had the shareable chicken wings and a dinner salad. Very good! My wife is very pleased that they fixed the ladies bathroom odor problem. It wasn’t very pleasant the last four visits. Good thing cause I really like Longhorn. We almost didn’t dine here because of that. Happy wife… happy life!

2022-02-27Had a bit of a wait, but with it being a Saturday night and having 9 people wasnt a surprise. When we were seated the manager apologized for the wait, stating hes never had so many big parties come in around the same time lol. We had a waiter and also a waitress wait on us, which was nice. The service was awesome and the food was delicious! Never a disappointment when dining here!

2022-01-29Service, Christopher, very good.Had loaded potato soup, outlaw ribeye, ( which we split), w/ salad, all of which were excellent. Our baked sweet potato was large, but could have used 15 min more in oven. We were there early, 5:15pm. The large version of the perfect margarita is not only good, its a great buy. Because it was my birthday, they gave me a free strawberry shortcake.

2022-06-02Waitress was very nice, food, I asked for the outlaw ribeye, medium well, but what I got was a burnt to a crisp steak on the outside and a blood red steak on the inside. Waitress ask if I wanted it sent it back but as burnt as it was on the outside I feared anymore cooking on the grill would of made it taste much worst. I was there 6 monthsago and everything was great!

2021-11-30When I got home I got to fully Loaded baked potatoes I had to microwave both of them because they were so undercooked it was insane the broccoli also came undercooked almost raw for the amount of money this is unacceptable I have been to several other Longhorn steakhouse is and never had this issue and the funny thing is is there was no wait time so I don’t understand why they rushed it And everything but our main entrée was under cooked

2022-03-03Waitress nd Manager were both exceptional. We were not impressed with the food. Small, thin NY Steaks, Soup tasted sour. Salad was best thing about my meal. Not worth the money.Thumbs Down For This Place.

2022-02-21WORST dining experience Ive had in a very long time. I wish I could give ZERO STARS. Last evening, Sunday 2/20), I ordered a medium-rare steak and a sweet potato with nothing on it. Instead, I got a well-done piece of rubber and a potato swimming in butter and cinnamon sugar! I was able to scoop out most of the sugar and butter and my steak was replaced with a barely med-rare. I had to eat the potato by itself before it got cold and then my steak while my friend watched because she was already finished. Furthermore, she ordered sauteed onions with her steak which tasted horrible and could not be eaten. Our waiter was polite enough and apologized, but nothing was corrected on the bill. Regardless, we left a tip well over 20% because we felt it wasnt his fault that the kitchen was so incompetent. When I choose Longhorn its usually in the Allentown area and Ive never had a problem. My friend lives in the Pottstown area so we tried this one. Needless to say, we will not be returning to the Pottstown Longhorn!
