If I could give negative stars I would worst customer service Guy came over looked at my item obviously had no idea what he was talking about Told me it was worth $75 dollars lowballed me when I looked it up on eBay before going to the store they have sold for over 575 so it was pretty insulting would not recommend doing business with them they’re there just to rip you off
If any of yall have second thoughts about leaving behind your valuables for a loan at a PawnJawn (as I did!) then STOP!!! The whole process obtaining a loan was timely, efficient, thoroughly documented, photographed, and explained in detail! The terms are better than some banks and credit cards! The staff were all extremely professional, knowledgeable and friendly! I only wish that Mr. Lou was on premises so I could tell him how much I adore his crazy videos, old commercials and most importantly, to thank him. For allowing those of us that need help when we are at our most vulnerable, to do so with kindness, fairness and respect. Thank you Mr. Lou! I adore your facilities with the plethora of truly unique treasures!
It can feel a little intimidating when you first walk-in at times. However, the staff is very helpful and fair. Their prices are responsible and they will work with you! Overall I feel they are not out to get over on anyone but to make a living... If you are looking to purchase good quality jewelry at a fair price Lous is the place to visit! Also, if youre looking to barrow against your jewelry check Lous out first. I think youll make it you last stop!
I visited this establishment for the first time on 1/2/2021 with my boyfriend and his son. I was excited to come and see what they had to offer because I was in the market for a computer and a tv. We got to the door, the female who opened the door asked us what we were looking to buy. My boyfriend said a tv and I said I just want to see what u have because if they didn’t have what I was looking for I was sure they had something else in there that would have caught my eye like the earrings I saw in the window while waiting. When it was our turn to come in (we already told her we were together) she let my boyfriend and his son in but made me wait outside. She said I had to wait because the store was full. So I’m thinking to myself “cool, I’ll just wait for the next person to come out and I can come in”. Right, no problem. She then asks the next two people in line what they were there for and they said a pick up so she let two more people in, knowing I was waiting. So u mean to tell me the place was full but you still let two other people in, knowing I’m waiting to get in. She was dismissive and unprofessional. I will never attempt to go there again. I don’t see how they are still in business. The reviews basically say the same thing about rude employees and the owner has the same generic apology. Obviously nothing has changed and the owner is just trying to save face. No need. I’ll take my business elsewhere.
Excellent shop overall. The staff are friendly, which is a major plus. Lou, the owner, was awesome to work with, and I bought 3 items there that are well-worth it. Its all about knowing what you want to buy and how you value it, as well as having knowledge about an item or items you want to own. Their customer service, which they have down perfectly, made my buying experience that much easier. Very few shops, since I live up in the New England region of the country are like that. The shop itself is packed with very interesting mechandise, so that also impressed me. Not too big and not too small of a shop, theres a lot of stuff that catches your eye.I will be coming back to your shop the next time Im down in Philadelphia.
Today I went to Lous for one of the most painful things Ive had to do...Selling my wedding ring and band that I onced cherished. The closing of a chapter in my life. It was my very first time selling anything. The only piece of jewelry Ive ever had. Lou and his staff were very kind, professional and empathetic of such a daunting task. However, they made sure that I understood how jewelry is purchased, resold and all its factors...I felt was 100% comfortable with the explanation and sold the ring.I appreciate how I was treated and although slightly sad, I knew that I was doing the right thing. I 100% recommend Lou to anyone wanting to sell their jewelry for whatever reason they may have. I am at peace and satisfied with the transaction and service.Thank you Lou and staff for making such a hard decision easier to cope with. 💓
I went to Lou’s and had the pleasure of dealing with Scott, who was very knowledgeable, courteous, fast and honest. Prior to doing any business, Scott gave me a quarter to put in the meter, so I wouldn’t receive a ticket. I received a fair price for my items and will undoubtedly do business with Lou’s in the future.I also had the opportunity to me Lou, who came out to introduce himself to me and to make sure I was satisfied with the service I received. This place is a top notch business, which explains why they have been in business for 100+ years.
I had an nice item(coat) from new year for 1,000$ , I called the store first to see if they willing to buy a nice coat for a fair price. I told him what kind coat it’s was he said “cool bring it in “ I get there ( 5 miles drive ) to just hear from the same guy , “ we don’t buy coats “ and said “ I’ll give u 25$ take it or leave it “ so I left the with my coat and sold to another place that took of 800$ , cuz they knew expensive they coat was.
I have been a loyal customer of Lous for at least 15yrs or more ( So I Thought) I had quite a few items that I wanted to get out of Pawn Finally, My total balance was about $500 and she(The MANAGER) turned me away because I was $5 short because of a lost ticket. I understand that it was there policy but I felt like for the length of yrs Ive done business at this place, recommendations Ive given, money Ive spent and money I was going to spend, I definitely deserved better, so instead of getting all of my pieces i was only able to get ONE smh it was such a Disappointment! Once I get all of my items I will no longer be a customer of Lous!!!
So having being somewhat new to the experience of pawning items and hearing a despairing stories from others I turned to Google and found Lou’s and read all the reviews. I have nothing but positive things to say like most others. As another gentleman wrote you basically get 1/3 of the average online ( EBay) cost of the item. Understand that the store may not have a market or have to many of you are trying to pawn or sell so depending on your situation I’d give them a call. I was in complete jam and Lou gave me a 30 day loan on an item I could tell I definitely over paid for but the shop treated me with respect and worked with me through having to go back for my item after the due date.It was definitely worth the 40 min ride for me, I’ve dealt with a few different employees and have been treated the same by all. Also while I was there they have an amazing assortment of things for sale and some great deals, looking forward to when they get the online store up and running but until then there is a link to their EBay page on the website.
Found my husbands stolen cufflinks here and was offered to buy them back. Just be careful, you might be purchasing stolen merchandise from this store.Update: Just wanted to add to my review. I think I provided enough proof that these were ours. Pictures, copy of police report, the fact that these were not made for US market . Even the fact that they were pawned 2 month after the burglary. In my opinion there was enough evidence if you would want to do the right thing.
One star to the man that came to the door for me & my fiance around 2:30 today with the poor customer service!!I called at 2 today before driving to this location on 69th st. I didnt catch his name but I assume it was the same man who opened the door when we arrived. Anyways, when he answered the phone, I said, oh hey Im calling to see if youre open but apparently you are since you answered lol. He replied, yes were open until 4 today. I said, okay cool thanks. He said thanks, as well, and the call ended.Wonderful! My fiance & I are in a fantastic mood to go see if we can find a decent Engagement ring for me here at Lous Pawn Shop! Ive been waiting a long time and we finally figured we have enough money in the budget to go ring shopping.Well, that good mood was VERY short lived. We walked up to the door, pulled once and realized it was locked. There was a sign up saying 2 customer limit, which was understandable. An employee came and opened the door but stood in the way blocking it so we couldnt get in just yet. He said, what are you here for today? I said, we wanna look at rings and possibly buy one. He said, we are understaffed so I cant sell you any rings today. I said, but I called before I came here....he said, Im sorry I cant sell you rings today thats why Im answering the door and whatnot. Still in a calm tone I said, oh okay maybe you should just mention that to people when they call before they drive all the way here. THEN HE SAID....Well did you tell anyone what you were coming here for? I told him that no one bothered to ask me! And to have a nice day and we left.Excuse me! I didnt know it was my job to tell yall why I was coming there? Its YOUR JOB to assume that the reason Im calling is because Im eventually going to show up to either buy/sell/or pawn something right? So my question is, if you know that you are understaffed and you cannot accommodate specific transactions today, then when someone calls to ask if youre open. Why wouldnt you simply say something along the lines of, hey just a heads up depending on what youre looking to come here for, mention that you can only to x,y or z today? But to ask me in a smart tone if I told the person on the phone why I was coming as a rebutle is not okay and to snap at me and ask me that when you never asked me either!! THAT IS PART OF YOUR JOB AS CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Im not a mind reader. Unless you tell me you cannot accommodate all services today, I am going to show up as normal.I left extremely disappointed and Im reluctant to return. Okay, you cant sell me a ring but he didnt even give me the option to browse either.P.S. Before posting my review, I decided to take a look at other reviews of customers who had a bad experience at this place. I only read 2 of the most recent ones that have 1 star and whomever is writing back in response to these unsatisfied customers needs to rethink how they speak to people. THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT NO MATTER WHAT THE SITUATION IS! And Lous Pawn Shop deffinitly does not seem to care about how we feel in our bad experiences and they only want to defend their poorly trained staff. As a company, you should have a more positive response to the upset customers and take what we say as constructive criticism. You need to do better and take some initiative in trying to work on your customer service. Instead, you talk back to us 1 star reviewers like we dont matter and it makes you look really bad. Dont even try to write something to defend the employee I wrote about in my experience today! Id rather you not write a response at all. People just need to read this. At my job, if there is a negative review about an employee, they are asked to have a meeting with whoever is above them, possibly written up/given warning depending on the issue, and given additional training exercises on customer service..lastly the unsatisfied customer would get some kind of discount or accommodation for their next visit. You should want us to come back and actually be sincere in your apologies.
My experience was overall positive. They will give you 1/3rd of what you have has sold and is selling on EBAY. It’s important to refine results and click “ sold” and “ completed” people can ask whatever they want for an item but that doesn’t mean anyone is going to buy it. The one negative I had is he took a price on the lower end of the scale and there’s always A few people that sell something for way less than it’s value and that kind of ruins it for everyone else even tho they are doing a seemingly positive thing. But he didn’t take the lowest and was pretty fair over all. I decided to pawn and went back I think a few days after the deadline and had no problems. I recently went back to pawn the same items and since I still had their ID tag on the bag it took less than 5 minutes. Super fast. I would recommend this business. I’m a world of shady characters they seem the least shady. One more unrequested piece of advice. Jewelry appraisals sell for 10% of the appraisal value at auction unless it’s just going buy scrap precious metal prices or it’s a diamond over 1 carat.
Hello Lous my Husband & I have had the pleasure of being one of your totally satisfied customers this times we shop there we were serviced by the gentleman by the name of Dave very knowledgeable & professional down to earth kinda guy and its another gentleman tall Caucasian slightly bolding good look man was very helpful & kind provided me a stool when I mentioned my medical issue was unable to stand long periods of time we thank them both 👍
Know Lou before I could walk. Always a very cool dude! Will give no trouble. Seen a lot of famous people in his time. Everybody loves Lou and his wife! All the staff there! Very funny! Always honest! I got a several good deals on microwaves over the course of the years and bought several dolls and other items. Not all jewelry here and not all antique. Vintage items are here too and some are not that very old, but always good prices. Lou will give you a good deal on anything you want to sell. He has video games there too! Disc and may even have the old Atari video game console and/or games there. Segas and PlayStations and Xboxs! You can also get your money order made here! As you walk in theres a ramp to right pass all the jewelry at the end of the aisle and more other items to see what you like. Bicycles, instruments, appliances, samurai swords, autographs; etc.!
I had an expensive piece of jewelry that I wanted to sell, but wasnt sure where to go. A friend of mine recommended Lous and I was a little hesitant at first, because I had never been to a pawn shop. However from the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, and made me feel comfortable with their vast array of knowledge. The best part was that they gave me A LOT more for my jewelry than I had expected and the process was quick and easy! They are very honest and will answer any questions you have. If you are even thinking of buying or selling anything, visit Lous first. Youll be glad you did!
Was looking to sell some new extra appliances I received as gifts as wedding gifts. I spoke to a couple of people and was told I should check out Lous. Spoke to a couple of people in the store and got a really good deal. Overall really satisfied with my experience, the guys seemed very knowledgeable, and the lady with the red hair, while loud was very sweet and made the visit that much more enjoyable.
Lous is terrific! They have an enormous selection of items for sale that includes a variety of household items, tools, musical instruments as well as the requisite selection of jewelry. They have a widely varied selection of it, encompassing all sorts of time periods, styles and price ranges, such that there is truly something for everyone. I highly recommend it, and Charlene definitely deserves mention here as she is extremely knowledgeable and friendly, a truly wonderful, understanding person.
Lou’s Jewelry and Pawn shop is a class act.Courteous and friendly business atmosphere all the time. When you come in with nothing, you leave out with something worth smiling about.Lou’s, is the kind of store where everything you want is there. And, I do mean everything. Lou’s is the spot come check him and his staff out TODAY on the famous 69th St hill in Upper Darby PADont delay!
The place over all is fantastic. However there are some arrogant employees who talk down to the customers. One gentleman name was Dave very nasty demeanor make me angry so I left. He asked me if I was a lawyer what does law have to do with Pawning items? Also I did use the Vernacular after Dave denigrated my friends. I give no other excuse than I have a low tolerance for Arrogance ...
I received an email telling my to come down with my vintage cameras because they were interested, I spent two houses of my day taking the ride down there, paying for parking and walking a good distance just to get offered 10 dollars for cameras worth well over $100 a piece, dont go there expecting to sell anything. They will low ball you and make you feel like your valuable items are worthless. They made me feel that way and I refuse to ever go back !
My experience with a guy with red hair and beard he was rude and unprofessional in person and the telephone. I spoke with Mr. Lou today after my experience yesterday. He called me personally and we spoke about the problem like men and he Apologize. I really appreciate his personal touch and Conviction to address this problem. I will do business again. Thank you.
I had some older camera equipment that I no longer needed and wanted to get rid of. Instead of putting it on eBay I decided to stop by Lou’s. Not only were they courteous and easy to work with, they gave me more than I was expecting! Next time I need to sell something I’ll be coming back to Lou’s for sure.
Didn’t get a chance to see anything because I needed a reason to go in. The lady at the door had a bad attitude and turned me and my gf around with so many questions. First time I ever needed a reason to go in a pawn shop. She wanted me to explain why nvm I told her have a nice day
Unfortunately for me I needed the services of a pawn shop. I pawned/loaned (not sure of the wording they use) and iPad and MacBook Pro for $200 for 30 days. I went over the 30 days by 5 weeks and after contacting them they said no problem just stay in contact. Concluded transaction after about 9 weeks. Two weeks later I pawn/loan same pieces and when I called to let them know I’ll be late, no more nice kind service, some rude ignorant individual told me my iPad and MacBook were gone. Thanks Lou.
Absolutely an INCREDIBLE experience! Not only was the service professional and educational but the people were very friendly and took the time to hold a personal conversation in regards to a family member of mine with legitimate concern plus offered some great advice on solutions. It was awesome to walk into this place and feel like a name not a number. I highly recommend them!
What a waste of time! I first called the store to ask about the items I wanted to sell, gave the make/model and was told to bring in store. Once in store, the guy (semi-bald white guy with glasses) denied talking to me and proceeded to tell me they could not purchase for the price I was asking....and then went on to say I would be insulted by the price he could buy it for. Prior to going to the store, I checked the price on EBAY to which they were selling for $129! In store, I told him the lowest I would take is $70....so, I know he did not think I would only take $20-30 for an item that was BRAND NEW UN-OPENED in its original packaging! I surely should have believed all the bad reviews I READ about this place before going there. Overall, next time inform a person by phone if you are not interested in the item they are selling! WASTE OF TIME - And stop acting as if everyone that comes there is hard-up for money....as we are just purging items that have been sitting in my garage for about 2 years now!!
My experience was unpleasant, the guy I dealt with smelled like alcohol and it was 9:45am. He told me my stuff was to outdated but it doesn’t match the website saying they buy your stuff. I had a 4K blu Ray player and he said no it’s to old. However it’s still valued at $300. So i don’t know what he was talking about. From my first experience i probably wont go back. I say if you need to “try” and pawn something see if your luck is better the mine.
Every time I go in there its not packed but busy. And I have to raise my voice to get attention from a employee! Then I get attitude then denied even though I have good equipment . Famous words always from these guys I have a ton of them in the basement. I hate going in there its never a good experience.
Happened to stop in the store on Jan. 9th. Had 2 items to sell and was insulted by the offer. Was told that $8.00 was the amount that would be paid. 1 item was a Bounty Hunter tracker iv metal detector and the other item was a pin pointer. Granted, these items were not new, used once, but that offer was way out of line. Was also told that these items dont sell, well, if they dont sell, why buy then!!
These guys are a joke. Came in with an authentic, collectible 1972 Fender Stratocaster and somehow ended up with some prick who knew nothing about what I had and after a few clicks on the old inter-web this guy came up with an offer below $1000. I picked up my things and walked out went to a reputable music shop and got $2400 on the spot. I wont mention the ass backward pricing they gave me for jewelry.
My experience was wonderful I came in with a lot of unanswered questions a little unaware of what to do or how it works. There was a gentleman named Mike help me out tremendously very knowledgeable and I thank you guys for having him as apart of your team there thank you so much. I did walk away very satisfied.
Guitars and music gear there are completely overpriced.. Sometimes $100-150 over used value. They have decent stuff but they ask way too much. I would be surprised if they ever sold a guitar to anyone who knew anything about guitars. Dont show me an Epiphone Sheraton for $500 and tell me its a good deal thats cheap... They go for $350 used.
Definitely ZERO stars for this establishment. Tried to cash my payroll check and was abruptly and rudely informed by red bearded man that since I did not sign the check in front of him I could not cash it. Too much fraud going around. I was treated as if I were a criminal and not even given a courteous explanation as to why he could or would not cash my check. I will never patronize this establishment again!!!!
Ive went there multiple times with power tools to sell. They go onto eBay, use the filters to check for the lowest price the item you bring was sold for and tell you they can only give you so much, because of that price they find. Does that make any sense? They will most likely sell the item you sell to them in their store for about 30% off the retail price. I was offered 10 dollars for a Ryobi drill with battery and charger in good condition that was not even a year old , because they use those filters and find someone who sold it for whatever low price on ebay for. This is such a rip off tactic to decide an offer price to their customers looking to sell something. Had another kit with a drill, circular saw and flashlight, was offered 15 dollars because of that rip off ebay search. I dont reccomend selling anything here, they will try to pay you nothing for something they will make much more for. I know they arent going to sell it in their store for that price they find with their rip off price search tactics, Ive seen my items being sold for alot more than what was offered to me by them in their store. I feel disrespected. Make this pawn shop your last option. Why else do you see that they have the lowest review rating out of all the pawnshops close by?
Id say average. The members here are the Kings of Lowballing but hey, thats what Pawn shops do. Youll never get what your possessions are worth. Even near it. In a pinch they are a means to an end but be sure and try everything and anything else first. Should be called Last Resort Pawn or Bend Over Brokerage.
I just talked to David in Lou’s pawn shop and he has assured me that he will look for my jewelry and I knew that nor David or Lou knew about this incident because David called me right away thank you David so I’m now waiting for David to call me back and I will update you later please ask for David when you go to Lou’s I wish I had talked to him first next time I will thank you Elton
Stole from me!! I wanted to sell a camera. The guy examined it and said it had to be a certain number of pixels, etc. While I was tending to my little ones in the store, I was a bit distracted from what he was doing. He then said it wasnt good enough to sell...A day or so later I went to try to take a pic, my sd card was GONE!!! Before I brought my camera there my sd card was in the camera...I double checked!!! BEWARE!!!!!
DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT waste your time with this pawn shop. They will low-ball you.The cashier did not take his job seriously (the videos are fake). The man who I talked to was even making jokes about oral sex, and drugs in front of everyone.NOT the place to go...Lou youve got some explaining to do
It was really simple to do business with the gentlemen who helped me there Mike, he was knowledgeable and treated me fairly and more importantly than that he knew what he was talking about when I asked a few key questions .. Ive been there in the past and will return in future.. I was there over 20 years ago for my 1st purchase and always remembered the way I was treated & thats why Ill always recommend them for sales and purchases !!
MR. LOU and ALL OF HIS STAFF MEMBERS ARE AMAZING 🤣👍 CONSIDERATE OF PPL SITUATIONS; PERSONABLE; RESPECTFUL AND DEFINITELY PROFESSIONAL AS WELL AS FRIENDLY AND MOST OF ALL ALWAYS VERY KIND AND VERY HELPFUL. YOU CAN DEFINITELY COUNT ON THEM AND THERE SERVICES WHEN YOU HAVE NOWHERE ELSE TO GO TO!!!!! I LOVE BEING A VALUED CUSTOMER 😃😉RENEE’ WEBB-GORDON
I dont like the fact that they had told me my stuff was suppose to be fixed thuresday. So im like okay I gonna give them a extra day and come for it friday. I go in on friday the man tells me its not gonna be there until 1oclock, thats just crazy man and im a college student I dont have a flexible time schedual like I dont have time for this and now if i got there at 1 and its not done imma be tight.
I love this place because they are always kind to you no matter what time of day or night you come in there I love this place because you can do a layaway there on anything in the store and have a year to pay it off I love this place because you can pay utility bills and get money orders
The Big Fat guy with the goatee is a scumbag and talks to people like they are dirt and so unprofessional and I recommend to people not to pawn or get a loan there because they rip you off bad pawn shop very poorly staff running the show they need CUSTOMER Service Class!!

2022-02-20This review is definitely going to be a different one. I havent ever thought about going to a pawn shop before, until I had to. The best advice I can give you. Do not come here or anywhere else thinking that these businesses are going to give you the best deals or even care to give you the best deals. The money will only be good if it has bad energy from a popular product.. If you are desperate with good energy, please stay away.. Spiritually speaking they Will knock you down every single time. When you walk in here make sure to have on a mask. They will not let you in. But personally, the energy wasnt bad but off.. it is Clean and organized and this business likes specific, classic things. Apple products arent one of them or at least the ones older than 2018. He says the MacBook Pro with 13.5 retina, in good condition that he didnt even look at in the box, was worth a little over $400 and offered me the lowest price that he could give, which was a solid $200. Compared to paying $2500... I have other products as well but seeing as he was only willing to give me $50 for a classic gold ring marked with 5 years of celibacy, I knew then and there this was a very steal your energy type of business. If you are desperate and do not know the worth of your own energy. They will make more from the bounty of your energy, than the product itself, giving scraps added to your lifespan. Be careful in general.. The reality of energy stealers. They know the true worth of your items from your energies and will give you a low ball price but behind your back will make triple off not the product but the energy it provides. Just because this business seems clean cut, does not mean you sell your energy. Thats what youre doing. Know your worth and give your products to someone that needs it or a loved one to add positivity to their life.. it will be beneficial to u and whoever you give it to.. imagine selling your fire energy that you put on a product for 4+ years and they want to absorb it for $200? This is karma in itself on the seller. They take on your positive patterns, habits and abundance in exchange for their health and things happening in their life from the specific buyer. It is real out here. Being desperate doesnt get you far. Being aware of the goodness in you will.

2022-06-28I was so broke my corns hurt to the extent that I couldnt walk more than 20 feet ignoring the pain when I put shoes on and my car, I dont know how much fumes remained but I tested the limits. Now I know empty means you have 1/4 tabk left. It was that lower than E. I had to get a loan, my lights was out at the house and i was charging my laptop and phone.Ther i go with my most treasured item, a recently replaced Berringer BX. Arguably my most valuable asset. I was offered $20, with promise to pay 24 in 30 days. At first I was offended because I wanted a $50 loan, to put at least $20 in gas cause I drive their on fumes and the rest to get a lil herb and food. Notwithstanding, I suppose he knew the value I placed in must have placed in it and didnt know if I was employed and wanted to make it affordable.Thank you. Great customer service, It just may be that that loan propell me to a Millionaire. Lets see you tomorrow 🙏

2022-04-02Brought a piece of jewelry to loan against, it’s been appraised for a few thousand and the guy behind the counter told me it’s not worth that (he said maybe $400). I have the appraisal at home. Guess who won’t be getting my business, Lou’s. To top it off the guy was rude and laughed in my face when I told him what it’s worth. Don’t give this guy your business!

2022-01-11I really appreciate the people that work there. They had no problem being honest and really gave me top dollar for what I was selling. And if EVER I need to sell anything else I will go to them. Being a lady and not really sure what amount I should get, they made me aware of the value of the item and gave me a really fare amount. I honestly didnt feel cheated or swindled. It was definitely worth seeing them! I would recommend them to anyone.

2021-12-04Called to get the current spot price they were offering. Refused to give me a number over the phone. I understand the unwillingness to provide a quote for specific items, thats completely reasonable. My issue is when a business will not provide a number which should almost be a standard depending on the current market price and other factors unique to that business. It leaves you wondering what kind of shady used car salesman tactics they are planning to employ after sizing up their prey. Would not waste time driving or walking a few blocks or miles. Dont bother calling either since they are unwilling to give any pertinent information over the phone. Finally, Im truly happy for any company/small business which has the financial fortitude to repell potential customers in the current climate. Sincerely A small leak 😉

2022-06-23Say what you will. Lous is the only legit pawn shop in the area. Fair deals on pawns and staff works with you. Ive been going there since the 80s.

2021-10-20The owners/employees are very courteous and professional. The pricing is fair and they explain what their offers are based on, which isnt the retail value, but the resale & materials value. My transaction was more than satisfactory and everything was explained in clear detail. I highly recommend them.
