I went to purchase washer dryer and dishwasher and at first there was an issue. The manager Mr Eckel stepped in and helped us with our purchase and thanks to him and appliance sales associate Elieen we were able to make.out purchase and it was a very easy and pleasant experience so i.must say even if problems do arise this store will step up and.make sure the customer is taken care once again thanks to the.manager and his sales associate
BE CAREFUL!!!! Apparently they do not inspect returns. The wardrobe I purchased was obviously a DAMAGED return. I was out money for the guy I paid to pick it up for me and now I have to pay him to take it back !! The Manager Bobbi would not even consider delivering a new one and taking this back. EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Its hard to find help and seams like the employees dont like making eye contact, so you dont ask any questions. Ive never been asked can I help you find something if they did ask that would be great customer service.By asking you get people in and out faster and you may get more customers, because they will know they will be helped and questions answered.
Horrible customer service spoke to 180 today she transferred me to somebody else they tried to use all I put you on hold and hung up on me all because they sent the wrong cabinets to me the worst part I’m not saying this in any other way because I know people have issues anyway but the worst part is I work for them I will never in my life use Lowe’s again for anything not even a tube of caulk. I don’t need to get me started on the customer service for cabinets horrible for one month and I might exaggerate and I’m not saying this me and my wife are doing her kitchen one month To talk to somebody about cabinets I even went there and I couldn’t get a hold of the lady the one guy there that worked in the appliances put my name in the book never got a phone call back
Nice store for being in Philly found most of the things that we needed only thing I didnt like was the self checkout because it takes jobs away but they only had one cashier on so the lines were long and even the self-checkout was a long line but we got out faster ample parking handicap accessible
Absolutely awful...stay away from this store at all costs! I placed an order for delivery and was a no call no show two times. I still have not received my delivery even after confirming I was on the schedule by the store. Managers wont get on the phone and customer service reps could care less!
Was in store for over an hr... ended up buying absolutely nothing was attempting to buy a few screws had grabbed an employee to attempt to help it wasent his department he then sends two different page to the area to get the proper employee after waitng and then helping a customer with something I got fed up left and informed both door greeter and cashier of situation and left the store
Went at 8am, store was clean and everyone was friendly. They had plenty of healthy plants in the style I picked, and we also shopped door locks and photographed ppl hed a bunch to use to decide. Used the self checkout and only one person was ahead of me, so everything was speedy.
Depends with whom you are dealing with, sometimes you cant get any help from Lowes associates, Mickey in painting department was really nice, friendly and very helpful, he is enjoying his job, another old guy in electric and lighting was very nice and happy to help, otherwise some workers are so rude and horrible to talk with.
These employee didn’t spend $1776 on a GE washer and dryer. On 11/16/21, After waiting over a month, the order was rescheduled for delivery twice. They tell you they don’t take the $ off of your card until your items has shipped. It’s the LIES for me. They have $841 of mine on hold after I cancelled the entire order. I calls the store to verify that the amount would be reversed instead of withdrawn. The lady couldn’t explain this. I was placed on hold for 30mins +. The supervisor is disgusting as well. I was explaining how nasty and rude they are & all she cared about were holidays. Not an apology, kept interrupting me, she Spanish and very Ignorant.
This girl not only advised me, but led me along and helped me find what I was looking for, although before that I asked 5 other salespersons about it, who just pointed their finger. Thank you, Merlin for your high professionalism, patience and friendliness. It is thanks to such workers that I come to this Lowe’s.

The employee on the floor was quite helpful, I had many questions about lighting and he patiently explained everything and showed me different options that they had available. The reason for my 2-star rating is because when I came back to return one item the lady didn’t bother to ask me how I want my money back, when I saw her counting dollar bills and coins I told her I prefer for the money to go back on my original Visa card and she continues counting and making faces, I told her again and she simply says “It’s too late I already punched in cash..” and hands me the money along with some more faces.. I don’t know but I got a really rude and unhelpful vibe from her.
Clean and mostly organized with great employees. I am however dissapointed, and was quite angry, after installing a ceiling fan that was missing parts.I get to the end of the project and find that I am missing parts, I then notice that the box had been re-sealed. Very frustrating after installing the fan to notice that someone simply re-sealed the box and threw it back out on the sales floor without doing their job properly.I did find a great table that included 2 lamps. For under $100 it is a very nice looking set up. Not a sturdy table so I made it my wine area.
The employees at this Lowes location, are going above and beyond. There is limited staffing but those that are working are covering all areas and providing friendly and professional services while assisting. It appears as though they are a well oiled team. They are multi-tasking covering on more than one occasion two customers at the same time. During these times (3/2020), when its easy for many to stay home, this store has the presence of workers, working.
Very well stocked, line not very long and organized but I was disappointed when I saw several palm trees that needed to be watered, when I inquired about price, I was told they werent for sale cause they were going to be trashed. While I understand theres prob a policy by vendor to dispose if not sold, I dont get how I couldnt get at a reduced price, theyd rather trash them. If they want to get into selling plants, the least they can do is be eco- friendly and let others rescue what theyre taking from nature.
I went to this location after visiting low Max and having an abysmal experience. I wasnt expecting much but its but a associate by the name of Larry whose vest said he was a flooring specialist changed that. Larry is knowledgeable professional friendly and humorous. Any employer would be so fortunate to have an employee like him. Larry had us in-and-out of the store with what we needed in less than 20 minutes and most importantly we were happy. If I had to choose one word to describe his work ethic customer service it would be SUPERLATIVE. Please see Larry at this location for any and all flooring needs combined with the best buying experience.
Early Morning I experienced an Exceptional Staff he was very friendly and professional ! He did everything in his power to make sure he found exactly what I was looking for to the point I had purchased the wrong screws had checked out already! Staff caught me before leaving and brought the correct ones Im So Grateful I just completed adding all screws to my cabinet Yayyyy couldnt do without a Loyal caring Staff !!
Bought GE gas Over/under washer/dryer 11/08/2021 which was delivered 11/17. No hoses or venting came. Called 3 times and promises were made and broken . Today, 1-hour hold. Then, nothing processed. Called corporate and still waiting. The store actually asked me, a senior w/vision and other problems, to come and get the rest of the order! Something is very wrong!
Great Place! Quick, in and out. Two thumbs up!!Its been a few years and they have dropped a thumb, (Now only 1 Thumb up.) This is because their staff are a lot less attentive and they mislable the price of their stock. I was almost overcharged twice because the checkout scanner brought up higher prices than what the products were selling at, by a lot. See the picture. Sale says 4 for $10, but the register tried to charg me $21.95.So, when you are buying multiple items, calculate how much its going to cost before you get to the checkout and when they try and make you pay more than what you should be paying, tell them and have the clerk override and change the price to the correct amount. This will save you a lot of money, almost 30%.But, even if you have to drive farther, youre probably better off going to Home Depot.
On their website they said that they had three Craftsman 3000i generators. When I got there not only wasnt it in stock but it took forever for someone to come over and help me. On top of that being told that other stores had the item I was looking for if theyre calling them instead of driving there they told me they didnt have them either. Poor customer service.
Two weeks ago, I got a range hood as a gift. So I went to this store to return it and exchange for something else. The lady at the return desk looked this item and she was able to find the online order. However she refused to give us a store credit or exchange for something else! she said that she can only return the money to original credit card. I tried to explain that this is a gift and the person who made the order dont the money back, we the recipients of the gift need a store credit. But she could not comprehend that and she said that she cannot do that! This really bad customer service and I will never buy from Lowes again. I am in the process of remodeling and was going to spend thousands of dollars but after this case I change my mind. I think that these big bucks stores they really dont care or appreciate our business and I would be better off shopping from small mom and pop shops. Save your money and time and dont buy from here.
I actually like Lowes more than Home Depot, but this location really needs to step up their game. The person I finally found to help knew less than I did about the item I was looking for. He told me that what they had on display above the shelves did not represent what they actually had in stock.Not that they might have sold out, but that they might not even sell any of those 10 - 20 items despite having the prices displayed right next to each of the display models.It doesnt help that they had moved the location of the items so the listed bin locations on the display sign had no connection to where actual items were.And the assistant couldnt tell me anything that I couldnt read on the boxes.I was going to buy multiple items but finding the first was so frustrating I gave up.
I really love shopping at any one of the Lows stores locations. They are great you can always get help while shopping for what you need. Sometimes a customer will try and help you out! Lowes is where I go for great shopping Values and where Im also comfortable. Lowes employees are very helpful and polite!🌞
The store is very close to my home, so I used to shop there. But I wont go back after today, the customer service staff was very rude and even the manager was very rude. We bought a lawn mower a few months ago and it didnt work . Skil company let me return the lawn mower or replace it with a new one at the place where I bought it. Yesterday we went to Lows to consult. Customer service said yes, but we didnt bring the mower in and said it would be fine to replace it the next day. But today we brought a broken lawn mower and we werent allowed to replace it. We tried to find the lady who served us yesterday, but the manager said that Lows had 500 employees and could not find for me. How ridiculous!!! was there 500 staff at the refund center yesterday? Remember that the manager was Matt, a very rude, unprofessional, even discriminatory person. I am very disappointed with Lows. I would rather go to the far home Depot than go there again.
I would give this store a ZERO if possible! Do NOT get any home improvements done at this store ever! I waited over three months for the door guy Ed to contact me about installing a new bifold door on my closet. Every single time we reached out to him, he would say, I havent heard back from the vendors. We must have called Ed 10 times before we gave up and went to Home Depot. Now, I decided to give Lowes one more chance. I purchased a floor to be installed in three rooms in my house. The project is over $3000, and I AM STILL WAITING! I am on call number 6. My floor was ordered on June 28! I was told by the very nice young man ordering it for us, that it would be in within a week! 😮Jason is the store manager at this store. Very poor customer care skills.
I placed an order online for Thompsons water seal timber teak. And the store canceled the order saying they didnt have it. I immediately went to the store in Low an behold there it was on the shelf when it said they had it. No explanation from the store whatsoever why the order was canceled this poor job . Not to mention they said they had one by 12 by 8 unfinished boards for $24 and I wound up paying 31 because they didnt have it. When the stock said 14when the stock said 14 were there. askt for help in the store and the kids just kept walking. Order the dishwasher 24 hours ago still hasnt been picked. Steer clear of online ordering the worst go to Home Depot.
Lots of great stuff here for home and garden. Got a great deal on a nice shovel! $10 bucks for a spade is not bad. Need to come back here during the week, found some things I will be needing for some home improvement ideas Ive got in mind. Staff is friendly and helpful and ready to go that extra mile to help you out. I really appreciate that!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I purchased plants and tools from here. My only complaint would be staff becoming a little more knowledgeable on there products. I love flowers and plants but really dont know how to garden. I asked the lady watering the plants about a specific plant but she told my mother and I to look at the tags on the plants for information.
No one is trained on the new Progressive leasing. However, Emeli is very kind and sweet.give her a raise. This Lowes is Under staffed. Average wait time in customer service line is an hour the last 3 times I came in. Over the phone, employees sound stressed and unfriendly. (Probably not their fault. Blame the employers.) Today Called 5 times about a delivery that never showed up yesterday , and the line continuously rings until you get a busy signal. Doesnt matter which department that I request. To make matters worse, last week after completing the order for our dryer, we bought a few snacks at the register and the register went down. Took 10 minutes to ring up a soda and some candy ridiculous .

My experience in electric Department was bad very bad I had to wate 35 minutes just so one of the electrical employees to come help me,than another 35 minutes for them to get my LED lights that I needed. I was very tired and unhappy, and upset. They said they had 7 in stock so y did they take so so long .iam sorry but iam just honest. Thank you good night. You need better service. Shopping at Lowes today at the Roosevelt Blvd store was such a pleasure. I was helped by a gentlemen named Albert who was a big help.He helped me load my car with soil on sale. Any questions I asked, Albert had the answers. Clean store, shelves were stocked and pleasant interactions with employees. Definitely my store to shop now!!!
There is no customer support in this Lowes and the attendant looking over self checkout treated me and my boyfriend like we were trying to steal something because we inquired about our receipt not coming out of the machine. I truly believe it was because of my race. Im African American born and raised in Philadelphia!
Ordered items, got email saying ready for pickup. drove an hour to this store because this store said they had them. Once I got there I am told they do NOT have them. So incompetent.this is the 3rd lowes that shows they have items in the store according to their website but do not. Do not trust website. BIG waste of time. I will never shop at Lowes for anything again.
I purchased a special order security door and entry front door with installation in July 2020. After waiting for weeks for my doors to be delivered to my home for installation, the installers finally arrived on October 13th with my doors. When the installer took the doors out of the packaging in front of me we noticed that the entry door had a large chunk missing out of the door. The installers took the doors back. I went to the store on October 13th and spoke to a manager advising them of what occurred. I was assured my door would be reordered and that it would take about 4 to 6 weeks to arrive and that Id be notified when they arrived. After about 6 weeks I went to the store to check on the status of my doors. At that time I was given another date that they would arrive and that I would receive a call upon there arrival. After traveling to the store on several different dates that I was given of there arrival after this and because of no return phone calls we are going into March tomorrow and I still am waiting for my doors. Needless to say this will be the last time I make a huge purchase with installation from this store.
Horrible! They have dont come to you in the store to help you ! Had to go call someone and when we did they dont want to help you in the oven and Fridge area ! We ordered both an oven and a refrigerator to be delivered today bot only were they late and I waited all day for them They refused to take off the doors of the refrigerator to make it fit through and the oven they didnt want to hook up !!! Being lazy so now Im stuck ordering things in replacement now that I dont want cause they are too lazy to to their job and were Aholes about it too ! Will tell everyone to avoid Lowes all together Go to Home Depot instead
Went to pick up shelving that was out of stock at my local Lowes. I never noticed designated pickup parking at a Lowes before but they have 15 minute parking spots. I went to customer service and was greeted by a very helpful associate. My order was ready and she paged a young fellow who brought the shelving to my truck. They both were extremely polite thanking me for my business and have a nice day. What a great experience.
Visited this Lowes on Saturday to buy plywood and other materials. None of the wood was labeled correctly. We loaded multiple sheets of plywood on our cart thinking it costs $32 a sheet, get to the register and the really cost over $50 a sheet. Nothing in the row was even labeled as $50 a sheet. I think its reasonable to expect that products are labeled correctly and this store falls short. The poorly organized store drastically increased the price of my project. Yeah, I could have put the wood back, but after spending 30+ minutes loading wood and hand selecting sheets without defects, Im not going back. I like the products but the lumber and plywood are consistently unorganized
Phone rings for litterally over 5 minuites in a massive store full of employees with phones.. Pathetic. And they dont care...when they do answer at any lowes you just get pingponged back and forth to the same people, all completly perplexed as to why you would be calling a building products store for questions about building priducts. In store help is non existant or bad.. At all lowes nit just this one. Same song different location.
The one thing i wish they had was tool rentals like Home Depot has, but other than that they have tons of employees with alot of knowledge. I personally came across a very friendly a funny older gentleman who helped me make a key when i didnt really need the help but he seemed to enjoy his job so much that i just let him go lol. But very friendly people who work there. Also they have firewood
I will never use Lowe’s and Hunter’s flooring ever again. Working with them has been an absolute nightmare. Lowes had said that Hunter’s flooring were supposed to pick up flooring before our install so when I called to confirm with Hunters they said that they were not going to. So then I called Lowe’s and no one could give an answer. My calls were never returned in timely fashion. Save yourself the frustration and go to Home Depot.
Lowes employees are delightful, warm spirited, and have a great attitude toward their jobs; however, this store lack with new technology for contactless tap payment method. The contactless method have increasingly become the new preferred method of payment for many. Credit card issuers have now moved to this technology. It is becoming more accustomed for some merchants to use their cell phones as a contactless payment method over credit cards. Both the merchant and employee are inconvenienced at Lowes EFTPOS terminal when use of a cell phone is the primary source of payment. The cashier have to either cancel the transaction or pend in cue until the customer returns with a credit card to make the payment.
Ordered and paid for a new range for in store pick-up. They said I was good to come in and pick it up whenever. Went to go pick it up and was looking at the box, and the manager told me that it was promised to someone else back in December and that they can’t sell it to me. Incompetent, seriously double check they actually have it before you go.
Horrible customer service! I called several times to check on an existing order (doors that are late) and when I finally got through the automated system to a human, I was transferred, and then hung up on before I could even give an order number. What should have been a 15 min call took up an hour of my time. The phone lines must have been messed up, or maybe they were short of staff. Regardless, I am regretting buying doors here. Lowe’s is known for not caring beyond point of purchase and this experienced just proved that true. I still have not been given a status update on my order.
My husband was looking for a power washer that was listed on sale at the langhorne Lowe’s but they sold out he spent about 20-30 min looking for it since the app said that the philly store had it. Well we found it after two nice employees helped us but it wasn’t a happy ending the manager literally said well I can’t honor the photo the app says this price. Oh btw I fell in one of the aisle because the aisle was obstructed by a blue cart but I didn’t want to make a big deal I should have this is the worst store experience the store is suppose to honor the price it was literally from a Lowe’s store a few miles away you think if the manager thought it was a fabricated photo he would call the Lowe’s store in langhorne and my husband is law enforcement and a vet and basically he called him a liar
Plenty of parking at this northeast Philadelphia Pennsylvania Lowe’s location. Easy to find what you are looking for, but also the two staff that i talked to were more than helpful when i was trying to find something which was very helpful. Recommend this location due to the helpful staff if you are in the northeast Philadelphia area and need a store for a few things
Lowe’s has one of the most horrible delivery service possible!! I am on day four today with no fridge. The delivery guys didn’t even try to attempt to put the fridge through my doors they said I have to break my entire door frame down. So after they left I called someone else over and they got my fridge through without having to break anything! But I couldn’t install my water line so I called Lowe’s to let them know that my fridge is in my kitchen can someone come and install it. The first person I spoke to apparently put my service request in wrong. The second attempt the delivery team just skipped me. And finally today the delivery team came in ( with no mask) and told me that the brand new fridge isn’t working. Mind you he didn’t even look at on his way out he told me I should get someone to come and take a look at the wires on top of my fridge! I did speak to one manger name Mat who was a complete douche and one supervisor name Louis who was helpful. They both gave me the same excuse that it’s a third party delivery service. I have a 3 thousand dollar fridge just sitting in the middle of kitchen. I wish I can give them zero stars they are the worse. I will definitely be contacting the better business bureau this interaction with them was just horrible!!
Horrible customer service. As I sat waiting for my online order which wasnt ready when I arrived, one of the workers disregarded the manager who told her to just go grab the one item that I wanted.... As I sat for 20 minutes, I watched an elderly man who could barely walk sit in one of the Lowes electric carts. Not only did the cashier fail to recognize him as he called for her attention, but when he asked if he could get a cart that worked because this one wasnt working, She said Im not sure Ill have to check. She proceeded to walk away while the man eventually shuffled away with his cane.As I continued to wait, I ended up just getting up and leaving the line and going to get the item myself and then the line was abysmal to check out.
Not a fan of their prices! They say they price match, which is on their website and no employee I asked knew about it and said they don’t! Even though they do!!! Until they called a manager who said they had the item in stock that she would get it and I’m not sure if she even looked and came back with nothing. We paid $18 for the same exact thing Home Depot had for $7.47 because we were tired of driving so we bought it. But they’re more expensive and seems like they have no clue of their own policies. And looking it up is obviously too difficult to do.
Experience of a life time, I never ordered online from Lowes to pick up at the store so I figured I would try it out and little did I know, you are expected to wait for over an hour because their employees decided it’s a good idea to bring half the item out and then bring it back in. I wished these people would bring their brain to work. I will never order from Lowes again, rather go to Home Depot which is 100 times faster when picking up.
So much to choose from in all aspects of anything you need for Home Improvement it always takes me a while to look around and make a decision for myself which is better to use but I am must admit thats a good thing I like to take my time walk up and down aisles and something popped in my mind that I wanted one of those gladly go back again
Updating my review I went in today shopping for a new storm door and front door and Bridgette helped me she is seriously amazing!! Im the most indecisive person she was very patient pulled out several doorsfor me to look at and helped me the whole way through I was there for 2 hours the first 45 minutes I looked on my own then asked for help. After finally making a decision she had to get a door down and just called me to tell me the door was damaged and they are getting me a different one. Great customer service and seems like someone who loves her job and doesnt mind going the extra mile for customers. Thank youGood prices helpful staff.
One of the worst store to do business with! we picked almost $50000.0 worth of stuff the house through pro desk.. and picked up stuff as needed...store refused to take returns of the stuff we didnt need later as they were bought more 90 days ago....even though we picked up those stuff a week before returning!!! Tim who i approached to get help introduced himself as Manager of the store who actually a supervisor....when I asked to see a manager they called a n assistant manager to talk to me...who said since I dont have their credit card they cant help me the returns...when I asked them to speak to the general manager of the store they refused to do that....since then I have called several times to talk to general manager of the store but they hang up on me!
The only problem I have with the store is that they dont have wipes at the entrance of the store, just some like home mix sanitizer. Who knows what is in it.I trust wipes, other stores have them. Lowes is too cheap to provide them. Thats my only problem with the store.
Awful just awful!!!!!! You actually have to drive to the store to get any information which considering the current COVID-19 situation is not a desirable outcome. Called 4 times (45min) and the same person kept answering and hanging up. Only, after I asked for her name and her manager I was able to ask a simple question (item availability). Rude and simply don’t care. Poor staffing and knowledge!!!! Whoever is managing that store is doing an awful job with staffing, hence providing horrible experience for customers!
Would never recommend going to this lowes to buy anything that requires a workers help, like washers or dryers or ovens or anything big that requires an interaction of you and a worker. There is only 2 people to help and there were busy with other customers. The line was amazingly long. Workers are not fast enough. Saturdays and sundays are considered cursed days to come to this place. Dont do it.
Stock selection and metallity of employees isnt as good as other places. Getting help can be quite hard. One time I was waiting for help for so long till I just left to go somewhere else. Only go here because it is in a good location. Doing returns has often been a very long wait. Other improvement stores are better in my opinion.
I went to Lowes to buy an air compressor. I found the one I wanted. It took some searching for an associate. The one I wanted, only the floor model was available which I had no issues with, they offered me a 10% discount which I was happy about. While in line checking out, I noticed the oil cap was missing from the compressor. I went and looked at another air compressor and noticed its the same cap. I asked the cashier if its ok for me to take that cap, and I also wanted to let them know, so they could order a cap or replaced the one thats missing. She couldnt make the decision and paged the tool department literally 3 times.... I was doodling around literally for 10 mins before another associate said dont worry about it ok great I go to pay and tell them the kid told me its 10% because its a floor model. Now... the cashier had to try to get ahold of the kid 1st... which took awhile... THEN she had to page a head cashier or assistant manager to apply the discount.. .NOBODY SHOWED UP, I WAS LITERALLY STANDING THERE FOR ANOTHER 10 MINUTES. Not the cashiers fault, I could tell she was getting frustrated! Then she spotted a manager in the back of the store and she paged/called him and he COMPLETELY ignored her. FINALLY after another 5 minutes a manager showed up..first thing she said was There are other managers, blah blah blah not once even apologizing to me for TRYING TO CHECK OUT FOR THE PAST 3O MINUTES. I finally paid and asked the cashier if there was anybody that could help me load up the air compressor.... she paged some people... no response at that point, I just grabbed a flat cart and loaded it up by MYSELF tipped it into the bed of my pick up truck. Besides the cashier who was very patient and polite. What a disaster! I literally was ready to just walk out the store! If Home Depot had the same size and specs compressor I would have bought it there instead! Im usually a Home Depot guy, and this absolutely reminded me why I love Home Depot, where associates will come up and ask if you need help. Instead of running away from a Customer.
Still waiting on a call back from the manager. left 3 messages... Explanation was the guy who took your order wasnt a sales guy... Should of never taken it promised a delivery date 3 times, half way through a project... My yard is a mess... Guy tells me maybe October I got off the phone to be polite because I was frustrated and understood the person who called to explain was not at fault. Still trying to have him call me back
Well my problem with your Lowes store is you put stuff on a clearance rack and you dont mark it and then when you go to the gardens to buy your half beaten plants they tell you they cant sell them to you because they have been Marked down yet but theyre on the clearance rack. So I dont like your store for that reason every time I go there I have an issue and nobody wants to help you
Being a person who knows design ,and pays a attention to detail, really appreciate good choices and the time to make them. The store was clean and neat, the few employees that I saw were very pleasant. The gentleman at the self check out, took time to help when my items would not scan. After all that, I was wearing a hat from there competition, THD. Thats class, thank you. My tile job is almost done.
Do not come here, employee sent me to another Lowes location because they did not have the fridge my parents and I wanted, which ended up wasting our time because he lied, the fridge was also not in stock at the Neshaminy location. At either locations, the employees didnt even offer me a different choice, they just straight up said, no we dont any. Also, my parents and I didnt even get a chance to ask about the stove we wanted. Wasted my time at Lowes at both stores.
After a bad experience at Home Depot today, we had a much appreciated wonderful experience at Lowes - polar opposites. The employee who came to answer our questions was extremely knowledgeable (even able to relate his personal experiences using the products in his own home) and offered us various options for how to proceed, after asking us for the details of our project. We could not have asked for a better shopping experience.
So I came into the store I waited an hour and a half for a young man that was helping me then he went to have another customer and never got back to me so I left came back I came back another day got Denise and Mike they work together they help me I got everything I needed had a few laughs great customer service they are the only reason I will be returning and I will make sure I look for one of them to help me if not I will be out.
You have to go in circles 🎡 to find someone to help you. When you do sometimes they havent got a clue what your taking about.🤷♀️ You go home 🏠 with the wrong product, 🛠come back, exchange it, ask someone else, go home, wrong thing again, its like being in a dryer at lowes.🤦♀️ Sometimes youll find that 1 person that knows what he🧑🔧/shes👩🔧 taking about. Besides all that its a good place to buy stuff for your house. 🏠 I learned my lesson. I look for those 2 workers 👨🔧👩🔧 who helped me before, thats knows what their taking about. Thank you!
In general I love Lowe’s but this one is just horrible . Went to look for a door with the frame and found a door that was totally trashed ( bunch of holes beyond repair ) but it had a good frame which is actually the thing I needed as I had doors at home that I could use. So I asked for a discount and the guy told me 20 bucks off to which door by itself cost about 40 and this one is not usable so I figured I at least should get 40 off ( price of the door ) as it was trashed . The guy at customer service said to me “ I’ll throw it in the fresh for that price before I sell it to you “ I’m not a genius but that’s not how you talk to costumer even if you don’t want to sell the item for lower price .
DO NOT BUY A LIVE CHRISTMAS TREE HERE!! mine settled with half the middle around gaping open and I showed photos, they wont do refunds on live nursery the cashier said hers was the same. All bad trees. The trimming was terrible, shaved on bottom, bulky up top.Horrible service, horrible (expensive) trees, thats big corps for you.Next year finding a small biz tree pop up shop.
Hello, I proceed to make this claim because the customer service in the store is bad and nevertheless I made a request for material of a cost of $ 5,000 and this is what happened: place the order day Saturday and proceed to pay it. They would deliver it ready Sunday, so I rent a truck to pick up the material, I arrive at the store on Sunday and my order is not ready. Finally, they tell me they do not know what day they will have it ready, I lose time I am ill with my clients and to top it all comes on Tuesday and I have to go and look for all the materials aisle by aisle since they never prepared the load for me. I am very disappointed in the service of this store and should consider treating their potential customers better. I even asked to speak with a supervisor and I was ignored, maybe because I was a Latina, I do not know.
I shop here often but am not a contractor. About half of the staff are friendly and knowledgeable, the other half seem to be unhappy with what they are doing and will help grudgingly. Same thing goes for when you need things cut, it will either be done very well from a friendly capable staff member, or done super sloppy by someone that does not seem to know what they are doing. The people that are regularly in for returns and customer service are far too few, but they are kind and know how to help. You will wait forever for interdepartmental things to get figured out like if customer service needs to call appliances. Usually do not have a full selection and you will have to dig through mismatched bins of small items that are not where they should be. My biggest recommendation is to use the Lowes app, and then expect to find what youre looking for in any place but where it is exactly supposed to be. For people in west NE Philly, I recommend going to the Welch Rd Lowes if you need something specific and need help with anything, they usually have a much better/organized stock and are more helpful.
I went to the store this morning and I was trying to buy a smart air conditioner, I wanted 8,000 btu.. but the only one they got was in a broken and open box, I took it and I asked to the supervisor if I can take a discounted because I didn’t know if this air conditioner was already used or not, he just told me “this air conditioner was returned we can’t give you the discount... when I get home the air was dirty and it doesn’t have the remote... so I payed for an used air conditioner like it was new. HORRIBLE SERVICE, never coming back to this store.
Went to buy a washer/dryer on a Sunday afternoon before Christmas. There was no salesperson in the appliance department. I waited, waited and waited. Finally went to customer service. They sent nobody. Finally, another Loews employee who happened to be walking by found something else called for some help in appliances. No one came. A few minutes went by and the young man who was the only person who helped us called the manager. She finally showed up. The appliance salesman was at lunch. Apparently Loews cares not one whit to keep a department like appliances kept with a knowledgeable salesperson at all times. The manager that finally arrived? Probably knew as much about selling appliances as I do about black holes and brain surgery. Anyway-the manager did not apologize, was not contrite and in fact had a surly attitude.So- DO NOT GO TO LOEWS!! This was the Grant and Roosevelt Blvd/NE Store. Spend your money elsewhere. That is the only way a store like this learns better customer service is to lose customers. Well- they lost me.
Really big store but with much selection it seems but the downside is its hard to find employees when you really need them. Especially in the outdoor and pool area. Went for a $10 pool skimmer online it said they had but I couldnt find it. I went looking for an employee couldnt find one anywhere so I ended up having to pay $30 for a skimmer since Wal-Mart was out of stock. Hopefully my next trip turns out better or never again.
Very good place to show for your home needs, went to get some hardware for the home, very good customer service. A little expensive but I think its worth the price.If you are looking to install carpets in a very short time like under a week I would not recommend this place
Went in for paint supplies. Had a question about the project. The woman was very helpful however, when she asked a man in another department for a product she didnt know if they had, he was abrupt and rude. The man working at the checkout door was super nice though to make up for the other guy.
I bought a fridge from this place and it was delivered with a massive dent in the front. Upon calling the store 15 times, no one answered the phone the entire day. I go to the store and the wait was unbelievable. I was told to give the appliances manager my number and he would call me...there was no way in hell Id wait for a call when they didnt answer the phone after I drove 30 mins in traffic to get there. Eventually it was made right. Went back to get a washer and dryer 3 weeks later...big mistake...The gentleman in appliances was nice but I waited for him about 30 mins because he was the only one working on a Saturday afternoon and I spent 40 mins in line waiting to check out up front because they were having computer issues. I will never go to this store again
For the first time shopping here.. I was disappointed in the service! Home Depot has a much friendlier staff that is ready to help. I asked 3 associates for help. One sighed, 2nd stood and pointed to what I needed no effort to help, and the 3rd didn’t even look up from whatever she was doing! Will not return!
Thankful that this place is open during the pandemic, but be prepared to fend for yourself for the most part, as theyre already seemingly scant staff is stretched to the limit. But cheers to the staff that are there, the keep a pleasant demeanor during an otherwise stressful time.
I have had more drama with this location. Had a deck project...My contractor gave me a list of supplies needed for the project. I went into the store on a Sunday and paid for the $500 order. My contractor went on the following Wednesday to pick up the order and it could not be located. After I had to send him my electronic receipt for proof of purchase, the order wasnt ever staged for pickup. He ended having to return the next day...loaded up the material only to find out it was missing 10 pcs of wood at $10 each that I was charged for. He ended up having to purchase at another location. They wouldnt refund my card...forcing me to have to go to the store to get a refund. I incurred addition labor charges because of all of this....now the project is finally completed, I have extra material to return...my contractor calls to tell me that they will not process a refund without my being present. Now I have to wait util Saturday to meet my contractor at the store to return the unused material.
⛔️Please think twice before buying appliance from here.I purchased a Bosch dishwasher and the delivery guy from XPO just dropped it on my door like a amazon package and walked away.I called him multiple time to help to bring it up to my kitchen and they did not bring it to the kitchen.I will never buy anything from Lowe’s again!!I had to carry the 300lb dishwasher up through the stairs alone and I could not close my doors.I would hate anyone to go though this experience please support me by stop buying appliances from Lowe’s and buy from any other stores!!!
It was very pleasant and informative the worker by the name of Larry in the tile dept was very patient and knowledgeable with tile so I purchased tile and all the other items to go with it.you have an exceptional person working for your company,thanks for the experience, we will be back.
Big box stores have more than appliances, paint, flooring and tools. You can get lighting, curtains, household cleaning, gardening, and ideas for things you never knew you could do. Take a visit, walk through all the aisles, youll be surprised at how much they offer and, how inspired youll become with potential projects.

2022-04-28A Split Washing and Drying Machine Is Being Held Up from Being Worked on Because of An Elderly Couple who purchased warranty and a guarantee by the national Lowes Corp that the Local Lowes Store, Where They Purchased this Stacked Wash/Dry Utility... would have the man power to remove the top piece so they can get to the washer...... The National is saying one thing and the Local is Saying another.. It has been 2 months with no resolve.. During a Pandemic where CLOTHES CANNOT BE Properly WASHED!!..Local states after 30 Days it goes to National and through National the Part that needed to be purchased was bought and Local said they would fix it but they do not want to remove the top stack dryer to work on the broken bottom stacked washer... When National said this would NOT be an issue... Local is saying there policys says before the worker gets the the stack has to be removed for the worker can fix bottom stacked washer... For 2 months the run around between National and Local saying 2 different things and Elderly Couple has to deal with dirty clothes during this Trying Pandemic.... It is a simple fix.. Management/Workers are supposedly the Repair Guy, doesnt want to exert himself to remove the top dryer... He just wants to put the part on and leave without once again putting it back together, stating policy .... that is laziness and also showing from both the National level and Local level they do not care....Four People Have Been Spoken to 2 Local Managers: Warren and BobbyTwo Workers: Roxy and Tanya.

2021-12-13It’s hit or miss with this location, in terms of inventory and service. I will start by saying that they need to take better care of their houseplants. Many of the plants that I looked at seemed to be dying. I informed a worker who seemed not to care. She informed me that she could not lower the prices. I never asked her to. The holiday department is lacking, there wasn’t much to see or being sold. I looked in the outdoor garden section for an employee, I couldn’t find anyone. The store is clean. The prices are average. The parking lot needs to be cleaned.

2022-05-03We went in search of tiling for our kitchen floor. We found a huge selection, almost as much as what would be in a tile store. Larry was the guy that helped us today. He was super great. Very informative and very helpful. We went home, talked about it and went back for our floor the same day. Of course we looked for Larry. Keeping our fingers crossed that we made a good choice.

2022-05-01Saturday afternoon. Lines are 25 deep. One line in front to 4 cashiers. One line in the garden center. Manager at front tells me, “you don’t come here often? It’s always like this. I won’t put any more cashiers on.” Meaning she could, but she won’t.Normalizing inefficiency and disrespect for customers is not cool. Basically the manager has a bad attitude and does a don’t give a fig about the customer experience. Something tells me the employees prob aren’t to happy either.

2022-04-05I had to return an extra full carton of ceiling tiles. The assistant was patient going through the process. I say this because I couldnt remember which credit card, I purchased it on and didnt have the receipt. Understandably, I received a store credit. Classic return nightmare for her I guess, but she was great, personable. Thanks!

2022-06-17Keturah is an amazing asset to your company. She went out of her way to help us get our washer and dryer. Lowe’s third party delivery company messed up our delivery three times. She went out of her way to assist us. If you need help in her department she will go out of her way to help. It is very refreshing to see that there are people like her out there to help!!!
