All of the Loyalty barber shops are amazing, but I have a personal preference for the Archbald location. I’ve had multiple barbers work on me and every single time it has come out exactly as I wanted. They take care of my hair/beard and the prices are great!I wish they would accept card, but I understand their reasons for not wanting to. That doesn’t take a star away from this place either.If you’re looking to get your hair/beard cut, these guys and gals are exactly who you should go to
I never leave disappointed. The skill in their craft, the atmosphere and ambience of the shop, the conversation with your barber, and the banter between all... place is a true gem filled with unbelievably talented individuals.
I take my kids here to get their hair cut. They can get really nice modern haircuts and the people there do a really really good job. They gave my kids exactly what they wanted. There is sometimes a little bit of a wait, but that is because theyre taking their time to make sure that they get the haircut right. Will definitely go back several more times.
Had to wait a long time to get seen but I can see why plenty of people go here.I came in not knowing what exact haircut I wanted, only a rough idea - asked my man what some options were, we discussed, he said I think I have a good idea, and he went into it and blessed me with a fire haircut.Guys are friendly, haircuts are slower than what I’m used to but these are the best haircuts I’ve ever had so the time and care put into it is plenty worth it.
This place is amazing. My boys got modern clean line cuts. Very hip establishment, very family friendly and I love their products. If you havent stopped in, go your boys will love it!
As a transplant FROM Scranton to Pittsburgh, I get my hair cut at Loyalty in Archibald when I drive in to the area. I have had my hair cut by almost all of the barbers at the establishment. I walk out each time 100% satisfied and in awe. Each time I go, the place is packed. The barbers chairs are constantly full, and the waiting area is full as well. The wait is worth it because no matter what, when I get into the chair they still take all the time and care necessary. My hat is off to them. They love what they do, they work hard, and somehow still manage to be pleasant. It is really cool to see how a small, new business in the Scranton area can grow in current times.
I was told about this place by a friend, and now its the only place I will ever go. Karen does a great job on my hair. I genuinely look forward to every haircut! They provide a thoroughly enjoyable experience.
Ive been coming here for almost a year now! I heard a lot of good things before my first visit only to find out that they were absolutely correct! Always friendly, reasonably priced, and a great cut! I would definitely recommend Loyalty Barber Shop to anyone!
No matter what barber you get your haircut is on point. I have my favorite barber and this place gives you the opportunity to choose the Barber you want or 1st available. There has been quite a few times where there was a long wait but it is definitely worth it! By far the best Barbershop in The Valley

Always a pleasure to go here. The only place I can go to for a high & tight w/flat top, and every barber there can do the cut. Awesome place and full of activity and interaction with the customers.
Great atmosphere, good people, first time there.. But too God darn expensive.. $18.00 for a cut and the kids prices are the same. Not cool.. I Use to go to the one in Wilkes-Barre. Next time I go Ill have to go to the barber who does beards the best.. It was o.k. last time but not 100% the way I wanted
Ill never get a cut or a shave anywhere else ever again. I drive 40 min just to get to Loyalty, and its worth it every time. You have the option to request a particular barber, but no matter whos chair you sit in you get a crisp consistent cut/shave. They carry some awesome products you cant find anywhere else. Definitely grab some Shiner Gold pomade. While you are in. Be warned.....The Loyalty crew has an attention to detail second to none...They will set the bar HIGH, and you wont find better.

It s more than just a haircut, its a grooming experience. The Barbers are proud of their skill and you can feel and see it by the results. A definite must for anybody who wants to look and feel good about themselves
Dont have to wait long at all for service; Very professional, and accommodating in terms of wheel chair accessibility. Listen to good music or simply watch flat screen tv for entertainment or if your interests matches conversation within ear shot dont hesitate to comment for they are open to discussion on variety of topics. Dont be intimidated by body work of art for it displays unique taste. If youre thinking of having your shorty getting a clean cut by an outstanding barber, your loyalty to their business will definitely show! Or no matter what age, or style you seek from a barber, his or her signature tells how a barbershop and shave parlor should be run!

Was received rudely by the female barber. Asked a simple question about whether she could line and shave my beard and she told it was a stupid question. So many other barbers have butchered, mis-aligned, or simply done the opposite of what I asked; so it is not such a stupid question. A simple yes I can would have sufficed..
Im a huge fan of this place. Very easy going atmosphere and extremely reasonable prices. Generally not a whole lot of waiting especially when you come in during the day. Parking isnt bad and the staff are excellent. Honestly, nowhere really compares to this place in this area.

This place looks legit, but no appointments.... what? Im about 30 mins away and its just not worth the risk of the wait. A place this busy should really do appointments. Not the place for me. Be prepared to walk into no seating and a long wait. Maybe it was just for me....... idk.

2022-06-29Loyalty Barber Shop brings something new to the area, utilizing new school styles and trends but maintaining old fashion styles of a barber shop. I’ve been coming back for about 2+ years and I’m never disappointed with the results. My go to man is Frankie, always does an amazing job. Alongside Frankie is a group of wonderful barbers as well. The decor is awesome inside and fits the vibe. If looking for a new barber shop, highly recommend everyone at Loyalty!

2021-09-04If you have to wait a week to get in here, its worth it. I have been coming here for about 6 years now, and I decided to give another place a try as I didnt feel like waiting because they were pretty booked. The place I went to was the next nearest barber shop. The lady their did not know what a fade was and my hair was completely uneven. This experience showed me just how amazing the people at Loyalty were. At Loyalty, they take the time to make sure they cut your hair completely even, they will even style your hair for you and they actually clean up the back of your neck with hot shaving cream. Loyalty is charging just as much as the other people around here, and the experience is one million times better. From the friendly staff, amazing atmosphere and professional haircuts Loyalty in Archbald is the place to go. (Wish they still did walk-ins though!)

Add on top of that, an incredible crew of individuals that treat everyone like they have been friends for years. Great banter, music, and atmosphere.
