We love lulu’s! We have been coming here for years and just recently hosted our son’s birthday, they seriously took care of everything, from decor to food. We just came with cake and wine, adults and kids all had great time! It’s always super clean and love how they are always changing toys and their staff treats us family!
Love lulu’s! Every time we come here we feel like family, the place is so welcoming, clean and safe for our little ones.We especially love the music class on Fridays. I just booked a private party for my soon 3 year old and can’t wait!
Great choice of toys and a good size. The toys arent new but I prefer the open ended play choices they have here. We got to experience story time and music today and it was a BLAST my 2.5 year old and 11 month old really enjoy it.

The size of this place is a very very great play space and the man who works there is so nice! But the toys need to be replaced and so does the floors and everything else. This place needs a deep deep deep deep clean and Im surprised it hasnt been updated especially since we are still dealing with covid.i mean its a place where kids play so it should be clean. The toys are so over used and worn out thats its not even funny. Once this place cleans and updates the toys I will be back but until then...no. this place has great potential
Worth every penny! We had my sons first birthday party here today and it was so seamless and perfect. Thanks to the staff. All we had to do was show up. And they did an amazing job decorating and hosting our event. Stress free. Perfect. Thank you! We also have gone for free play which is very nice, affordable and fun for kids 1-3ish.
Best place of all the indoor place we went. For the past weeks, I have been taking my 15month son to indoor playground since its warm to go out but cold to play outside. Its clean, stuff is nice, like the high chair in the bathroom. Parking isnt that bad depends on the time. Just hoping to have an area I can eat my lunch, I know its a nut free environment, and I like the idea, but if I bring him during lunch time, I wish I would bring my lunch.
Site of my granddaughters first birthday party today. Could not have been better! Her 4 year old brother is already talking about having his party there. The owners are so very accomodating!
All 3 of my kids love going to lulus, ages 1, 2, & 5. We have had several birthday parties here and always had a wonderful time. The staff is always so welcoming. Not only is the play area continuous fun for the kids, the cafe has coffee and food/snacks for the family.
Im so excited I found somewhere clean and safe for my crawling baby to play! Love it here!
First time going here and never again! Although the staff are very welcoming the people that go there don’t teach their kids manners or to be nice to other kids. The moms just let the kids do or say what they want. Also when we went in all the moms were staring at me and my family with a face. So I don’t blame the kids for not wanting to play with mine. They probably learn the behavior from their parents. My family and I felt discriminated! Never felt like this at other places we have been to. Also the place needs a deep cleaning.

Its nice to find an establishment that caters to small children and their families. Because its a confined space, they cant run too far, like in a playground. Everything was clean. The patrons were courteous. Ive been there twice, and parents do a good job of supervising their children. There are activities that are super popular with toddlers, like the ball pit and the slides. Im looking forward to participating in Bilingual story time on a Wednesday. Its included in the admission.
A good idea in theory for a smaller indoor play space perfect size for toddlers however it’s not designed properly for toddlers from decor to set up to ensure the best safety. Just seems like random decorations thrown on the walls with little thought of children’s likes or development. Half the parents don’t watch their kids at least on the Friday evening when we were there and it was very crowded. We ordered pizza and had two, two year olds not get their pizza because their Friday evening is too crowded and disorganized. Instead of apologizing and perhaps even giving a discount for our visit and the inconvenience, instead it was blamed on the pizza place they order from and we had to take the kids out to eat upon leaving. The young lady at the front was very nice and seemed to get a lot of the blame for the disorganization which was misplaced and certainly not her fault but the management.
Tons of fun things for kiddies to do and enjoy. Bring socks!!!! Both parents and kids have to wear them in the play area. Snacks and food are available for purchase. We went to a birthday party here and my child loved it! So nice having the place to just the party goers. Can get crowded at other times. Definitely a nice place to have in parents mind for those days when you just need to get out of the house.
Wonderful indoor play space. My kids loved it and played happily for over two hours. The set up is great and well thought out. Bring socks from home, but if you forgot they have them for sale.
Super cute idea and very well executed spot for children to play under the supervision (or relaxation) of parents. Theres so many different areas for kids to explore, including a ball pit, a reading book nook area, a mini slide and jungle gym area, with lots of stuffed animals everywhere. Id recommend bringing toddlers - I have seen infants here too but more so 2-4 year-olds. They also serve coffee and snacks for adults and kids (including milk and juice boxes) so its a good place to bring children who just need to run around and get some energy out.

We love Lulus and have visited many times with our 4 year old and now with our one year old as well. Id say 4 is topping out the age at which Im comfortable bringing them, because they tend to mow down the babies. My 1 year old is a little small for the slide still, but otherwise has plenty to do there. They have little snacks for purchase and a welcoming, cozy vibe.
Great little play area for kids age a few months old to even older kiddos. Offered food as well for purchase, easy to find and reasonable parking meters. My son had a blast!
Very cute place for kiddos to play! I love that they have coffee, and a little nook for nursing moms. This was great for me to be able to feed my little one while his older brother played.
Absolutely love the enclosed environment with lot a of activities for the kids and places for the adults to sit. Love the Friday night pizza and BYOB! Finally a place I can socialize with friends while my kids can play safely.
I visited with a newly-crawling 8-month-old who now wants to cruise all over the place. It was a good space to let him roam without too much concern and there was plenty to keep him interested. However, I was not impressed with the cleanliness of the place. All of the toys and furniture are old and visibly filthy. With the amount of use the toys are getting each day, it behooves Lulu’s to replace them periodically. I was also bothered by caregivers who were completely oblivious to what their children were doing. An older child almost crushed my kiddo in the ball pit when she bombed into the pit while her mom was standing there looking at her phone. This isn’t the type of place where you can just leave your kids to their own devices; there’s plenty of potential for accidents when kids are poorly supervised.
My 2yr old enjoyed this place but it does seem old and runned down. The website paints this picture of an amazing wonderful place but in reality its not really what you expect. It has this thrift shop feel. Again, my 2yr old enjoyed it and its a cute little place with some imagination but Id definitely recommend buying new furniture and new toys.
Quaint indoor playroom to take little children. Flat daily rate that is extremely reasonable and kind staff. Wonderful membership prices that have alot of fringe benefits, so glad we signed up.
Awesome play spot for the kiddos. Owners and staff are all awesome. We had our daughters birthday party there and it was a perfect afternoon. Highly recommend!

Really cool space for littles. Endless opportunities for play. A relaxed and fun atmosphere for all. We really enjoyed it and wish there were something similar back home in San Diego.
Lulus is a quaint place with great atmosphere. Some toys could be cleaner (Duplos do well in a delicates bag in the clothes washer to get the nooks and crannies, fyi), but overall the staff clearly try their best to keep things germ free.
Fun indoor play place for kids! They also allow folks to rent it out for parties, which is way cool. They also have a positive, inclusive attitude.
Such a sweet place to take little ones. We dont live very close by --- but we make it a point to go. We love going there for their New Years event!

Great concept, something to do on a rainy day. My daughter had fun, but the place could definitely use a deep clean. Not impressed with the overall cleanliness of the place.
Not trying to bash or anything cause the people working there were very nice but the place was FILTHY. From the toys to the floor. They charge 10 bucks I walked in and walked right back out. The toys looked like they were in a thrift store. Ardmore is a really nice area and I was expecting for the place to at least be clean.
We’ve been going here for a couple of years - loved it from the first moment we walked in. Friendly staff, huge diversity of play items, very clean, and my kids (ages 3&4) are well entertained for over 60min at a time - a miracle.Our latest experience was celebrating my daughter’s birthday. Can’t say enough good things. It was very reasonable in price, the space was spotless, and the decorations provided by Lulu’s were incredible; they even spelled out my daughter’s name in a birthday banner! Price included tasty pizza and we were able to BYOB - great for adults.If you haven’t visited yet - you’re missing out! Freaking love this place.

Lots of toys for a wide age range (1-5?), well designed, nice amenities like the cafe. Cant escape the basement vibe, though.

One of the best place you can hang with your kids. They close at 12 om weekends. I wish they were open until 5 on weekends.

2022-02-17We loved that all we needed was the cake and the kids. Lulus Casita did everything else. The kids had a great time, and the birthday girl did too. We cant wait to go back, And will be telling friends and family about our experience, in hopes of them also sharing in this wonderful experience. Thank you Jenny and Julia!

2022-05-21Absolutely the best place for a birthday party!!!! We had our five year old son’s party here. All the kids had an amazing time. The food they supplied was great. When we walked in 10 minutes before the party with the cake, everything was ready and perfect. All of our friends and their kids had an excellent time. Cannot say enough about the experience.

2022-02-27The staff was really nice! I do think the overall experience is a bit too pricey for a birthday party, but I guess it is for the reason of cost of business in the area. The kids loved it, the adults loved it, I would do it again just because of the helpfulness and energy from the staff.

2019-11-05WOW! Lulus Casita is AWESOME! I had heard about it from a few friends and finally got a chance to take the kids over to Ardmore to check it out for myself. It was a chilly day, so indoor play was in order! Grandma is tired of cleaning up the disaster my kids keep leaving in her family room. So, off we went to Lulus Casita! Lulus Casita is a huge play space with several different themed play areas, COMFY couches FOR PARENTS to chill on while the kiddos play, and a large cafe. You enter Lulus from street level, but you cant see the actual play space until you walk down the stairs, so you have no idea what awaits you when you first open the door: A MAGICAL SPACE to light up the imaginations of children and adults alike! The staff was super friendly, informative, and cleaning constantly. The space is welcoming and well-maintained. I was super impressed by the decor, much of which included sensory opportunities for the little ones. It is abundantly evident that Lulus Casita was created out of a love for people and play. It is a work of art, and ode to whimsy! My favorite part of my life is being a mama and my favorite part of being a mama is discovering cool new places with my little ones. They both had so much fun exploring today and I loved seeing their expressions as they discovered each different play area. Grandma had fun too!

2019-08-12It’s a very cute idea. The toys and floors could all use a BIG upgrade though. All new stuff. And a good deep cleaning. Especially since it’s for young children that can easily get sick. The music was nice though, and so were the employees. Once they upgrade it I would go back.

2021-10-06We loved playing here! The owners are very friendly, place is super clean, and toys are very carefully selected for their age group. Playroom is open and easy to keep an eye on. Were already planning our next party here, great place for anyone with little ones!
