I like to shop here for their naked products to cut down on packaging. Since switching to Lush products my hair and skin look so much better and I feel better about shopping more environmentally friendly. The employees are always super helpful and kind.
Love this place! The products are great, the people are awesome, and the store smells amazing! They have something for everyone from bath bombs, shower foam, lotions, and even shampoos. The variety is great as well, I would definitely recommend Lush to everyone.

I love Lush products and am always satisfied with my purchases, however the staff at this store are not very helpful. During my last visit, two associates were busy assisting two high school students (in uniform, not assuming) who ultimately did not make a purchase, but seemed unwilling to help me locate a specific product and took a great deal of time to come to the register to check me out.
This place is awesome! Smells amazing and the staff were so helpful! I went to get some stuff for my sister who is a fish! 🤣 She loves baths so much that I stocked up on some bath oils and bath bombs for her Christmas and Birthday presents. She lives in the tub...I am just so happy to get her something that wont upset her ph balance.
Love the people who work here, both gentleman and lady working were very lovely people. They also are very informative and provide helpful suggestions after listening to descriptions of how you body reacts. I use these products over ones you buy at general shops :target, Walmart, bath & body works, etc
I really like this store: everything is well organized, beautifully displayed and the employees are available, knowledgeable, and helpful (to to point of being annoying). It helps that I love the products. It’s like the Body Shop but even more crunchy granola and pricier (don’t expect a sale or a bargain). The employees even demonstrate the products and how to use them. Some of the products are kooky (shower jelly and things that need to be refrigerated) but they are worth the price. It also has a great location right in the heart of the Walnut Street shopping district. I highly recommend this store and LUSH in general.
This was amazing! It was my first time ever entering a beauty store looking for advice and products for my skin! They were so willing to help with everything and let me try everything. A woman named Stephanie helped me and she was just phenomenal with helping me pick what I needed. As well as helping me pick products she gave me samples of multiple things to try considering I was a newbie!
Absolutely will be back!! They staff is very knowledgeable and AMAZING🤩 I just happened to walk past and was drawn in by the pleasant aromas. I shared my concerns regarding my daughters skin condition and they were all so helpful with ideas and regimens. Unfortunately due to the overpowering scents coming from inside, I could not personally go in. However, both of my daughters raved about it. They loved the variety of items and each made purchases that they were very happy with. Im sure well (theyll) visiting again.
First time shopping here and Griffen was very helpful! He was personable and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my purchase. He had a lot of product knowledge. I will defiantly be shopping here again.
Lush is a great company to buy from: they are against animal testing, all their ingredients are ethically sourced, they work with charities and makes donations frequently and they are fighting to reduce packaging and plastic waste plus their products are fantastic and creative. Every company should strive for this. So why the 4 stars? Because they continue to use some animal derived ingredients. If they went vegan, I would give them 10 stars.This particular Lush is on the smaller side but the staff is friendly and knowledgable. Parking is an issue, but otherwise great location if you take public transportation or live in the area.
Best smelling place on the block. Create your own soap creation and get carried away with all the bubble choices. Its hard to resist. Customer service is top notch.
The smell is a bit too strong in the store tbh so I couldnt stay in there for as long as I wanted. BUT the staffs are super nice and helpful, plus, I love this brand and whats theyre doing for our world ❤️
Went in with a really vague idea of what I was looking for. The employees were friendly and helpful, but also great about taking a hint when I was ready to poke around on my own, and when I had questions again they were just as happy to answer those. Employees were wonderful, Ive also been very happy with my purchases. (Big shampoo & Shades of Earl Grey bar)
You cant go wrong here. The staff are super friendly and the products (while not cheap) are worth every penny. High quality from an amazing, sustainability-driven brand. Plus it just smells amazing in here.
I was helped by Griffin. He was super nice and helpful. I showed up 10-15 min before they closed shop, had to bike over after work, and everyone was so sweet! Love this place, their employees are awesome.
Love these cosmetics. Everything is vegan so its perfect if you have sensitive skin. The reps in store are extremely helpful and you can request samples before you buy.

Had my best experience ever at Lush. Griffin was very helpful in selecting a new fresh face mask for me. I was a big fan of Sacred Truth which they discontinued. Griffin suggested Cosmetic Warrior for my current facial needs and it works great in conjunction with Angels on bare skin. I also purchased Honey lip scrub. Very knowledgeable, pleasant and fun associate. Thanx Griffin!

Had one of my favorite Lush experiences to date here with Ryan and Toddy! They both were so friendly and knowledgeable. They helped me pick out the perfect bath bombs based on what I told them my preferences were. I couldn’t have been happier!!! Thank you both can’t wait to see you on my next trip to philly!!!!
Well staffed and good variety of product. The KOP location has a larger selection of bath and bubble bombs. We walked in and were helped right away! 👍 My special jacuzzi bubble bath was awesome, thank you!
I always mentally prepare myself before going into any Lush Cosmetics store. I know the employees are trained to be pretty in-your-face and it can be irritating. But this store, by far, was the worst. I felt like I was prey to a heavy flock of Lush vultures and frankly, I would have spent more money if they would have left me alone and let me smell, look, read about the products on my own. All I wanted to do was leave.
Dont go here if you not gone buy everything because you will want to and you will be mad

Love Lush and their products. The staff is super nice and stuff too but holy crap they wont let me breathe. I walked in with my S/O today shopping for his nieces and at the same time, 2 of their employees kinda crept up to our sides and asked what are we looking for. Then they would start handing us stuff to smell and just not letting me look around. I eventually had to be like.... I want to look around PLEASE! lol I ended up finding everything fine on my own by simply reading the signs. Some of the stuff I ended up getting they didnt even think to recommend. I always feel a little overwhelmed by the staff crowding me there but Its the holiday season so they really seemed like they amped it up. Like, the place is crowded enough with holiday shoppers so having them all up in our grills made us pretty antsy.
I didnt buy anything here; my review is for the fantastic employees.I was walking through Philly with a friend and began to have an asthma attack near Lush Cosmetics. We came inside to try to find a place to sit and get everything under control. Meanwhile, the two girls working at the register managed to take care of other customers while still being incredibly helpful to me. They offered me a glass of water, somewhere to sit, and were altogether kind and didnt make me feel embarrassed at all.I would have loved to have a regular shopping trip here without the medical emergency, but I am confident my experience would have been great.
I absolutely love this shop. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable — even when they are out of something or the item is not in season, I’m always able to leave happy. I’ve found many a new favorite here!
Friendly service awaits! Lush has a lot of hand made, organic, natural cosmetics that really do sometimes feel better than what youll buy in a store. The service here is great and all the associates will be glad to help you find whatever youre looking for, and even something extra!I know I know, youre saying this is a chick place right? Nah. Theyre got a few things for dudes that youd be surprised about. Soaps? Yup. Manly smelling soaps. And the best shaving cream Ive ever used. And hey, if you wanna just soak in a bubble tub for awhile, theyve got the bubble baths and bath bombs to sit you right.
Always have a great experience here! All employees are friendly and helpful, I have worked with Griffin both times I have been there and he is the absolute best! He is always so friendly and makes the experience shopping there so fun!
While expensive, these luxurious bath and beauty products will make you feel refreshed and beautiful. Sometimes the scent from everything in the store is overwhelming, but it’s worth it once you’re the one smelling good.
Ive been to many Lush shops- Including ones in the UK. The Philly staff are the very best. They are helpful and available without being as pushy or in your face as many other Lush stores I have been to. If you have a chance to try the Spa, its also really lovely. Really, its not as big as the one in London, but its certainly the Lush I most enjoy browsing in.
First time going to a lush location... All of the employees were SO sweet! So many demonstrations, they let me try everything. Ended up spending $100. Totally fine with this. Will be coming back again, even if its just to have my hands lathered in body butter and wash it off.

Usually known for their great customer service its not the case when this place is busy. I was barely greeted and only offered help after I had wrapped up my shopping. The cashiers were also not that friendly.
Samorah is such a sweet girl! She helped me pick out some fresh masks and reminded me of their 5 pot program. She made jokes with me and was really kind. I was there for maybe 10-12 minutes and got everything I needed. That interaction was exactly what i needed after a looooooooong day at work. Thank you Lush, but thank you Samorah most!
This place smells nice and has very expensive, environmentally friendly, vegetarian cosmetic products. If you want to spend $12 on a bath bomb come here. Your bath will smell good and look colorful.
When you walk in the aroma is heavenly. The products are all handmade and work wonders! I travel 2 hours to shop there. I wish they would open a store in the Allentown area.
Natural products that are actually nice, employees are paid a LIVING wage, and their version of charity involves actually giving money to charities while not making profit. I shouldnt have to say anything else, just please go here.
I have shopped here several times. The clerks give you lots of help. I love some of their soaps and their honey shampoo. My daughter loves the bath bombs

The validation facial massage is lackluster. While you take home samples of most of the products used during your service, the facial itself is not worth it. The estheticians were wonderful, calming attitudes and knowledgeable about the products, but this is NOT a facial. Its one hour of someone lightly running their hands across your chest and down your arms, it couldnt even be considered a light massage. The exfoliant, a mechanical exfoliant, was applied to my face and let sit. Thats not how it works. There was makeup residue still on my skin when I left. I came here, as a fellow esthetician, looking for inspiration and left disappointed.

The selection is great I wish they kept a few of the special items longer, honestly the staff used to be really friendly and you could spend some time their and get 5 options for your skin at varying prices but lately I feel like the staff is kinda curt unless your of a certain color, Ill still come here since the selection is great plus they rotate workers so maybe the next batch will be better

The products are habit-forming! So many of them are so good theres barely room in the basket for everything you want to try.. Enjoy the experience of just exploring the smell and feel of bath products...SUBLIME.Alot of the staff is really helpful and informative.. That said:...some of them seem to be desperate to make a sale...sadly their inexperience puts off some visitors from a product that just about sells itself. They lose the sale. Lush loses a a customer.The best way is to let them do their high-energy schpiel and then gently let them know youll call them over if you have a question.If theyre really overbearing, grab a copy of Lush Times before you exit. If you dont mind the shipping cost, you can also get stuff online...and sometimes items that arent in the stores anymore.
Great staff- always ready to answer questions (or let you use the sink when you rubbed face mask all over your hand) but also let you explore on your own. Excellent products!

2022-05-02I enjoyed shopping here when it was suggested to me by a friend. The employees are incredibly friendly and helpful! I really enjoyed when they had a hairstylist working there because it was fun to chat with him about hair products and styles. I was interested in the hair products but sadly I felt those came up short for me. When products are being advertised as having sulfates in them, that’s an absolute no as someone who pays a lot of money for expensive balayage highlights. I kept saying that if they upped their game with hair products- making them vegan and sulfate free, they would be more competitive with other products in the area.I do love that they’re cruelty free, that’s awesome but I would like to see more vegan products instead of vegetarian. I ended up not purchasing products made with honey for ethical reasons.Their store smells delicious and very fragrant!They have lots of notions and ideas… for me it was more of a miss than hit but way to go for effort!

2021-03-21I have skin that likes to grow accustomed to just about any acne product I can find so I find I am constantly switching things up. Thankfully, Lushs small batch products are perfect for this, and I can always sample a product beforehand to make sure its just right for me! Highly recommend if you have dry skin, oily skin, acne, eczema, dull skin, or just cant seem to find a product that works for you! Everyone is also very knowledgeable about the products so they are always willing to help you find a few things that might fit your needs. (Bonus: it always smells so nice in here!)

2021-02-10While I think lush is overpriced... Treat Yo self.. right? Lol this store was barren when my mom and I walked in on a Monday afternoon. Great! (Pandemic and all) the man, who I believe to be the manager and a friendly young lady greeted us with all smiles. They asked that we use hand sanitizer before the explained their safety protocols. Must wear mask even when smelling products, ask for samples of lotions and hand creams, and please dont take your mask off at all! This was a good shopping experience. I dont shop in store at all these days. Product availability was a limited for the small store but I got what I needed. Would return again! Oh shout out to Sheldon, Everything smells amazing!

2021-08-12Since my review keeps being denied on the lush website I will try to leave it here. my boyfriend had been using the “aramaco” deodorant for about a month. At first everything was fine he had no complaints, enjoyed the smell it lasted all day. But unfortunately he noticed his armpits becoming sensitive and bright red! He immediately stopped using the deodorant. It’s been about a week since he stopped..his armpits are still bright red and a little sensitive. It looks like he has a sunburn under his arms…if you have sensitive skin please be careful. I’m super disappointed that lush rejected my HONEST review for not meeting all their “review guidelines”. (Pictures attached are the current state of his armpits)
