I am supposed to be doing a layaway for two necklaces and charms. I have tried calling several times and have received no answer. I tried to go pay on my layaway and the store is closed. I do not know what is going on, but I have already paid close to half of the total of the purchase. These are to be Christmas gifts. Can I get a refund or what is going to happen?!

Thanks Steve!!My boyfriend doesnt really like the whole ring shopping because people tend to push us to buy right then and there or keep on talking to convince us to buy or open a finance credit. BUT today there was no pressure. STEVE was the best! He listens what you want and he stayed true to your budget! He was very honest! I will be back!
I only have one star so my review can be seen this is a rip off I spent 500$ on a gold name chain the onyx has came completely off.The woman and man gave me all of 1 min to talk before he laughed in my face and told me you took shower in necklace! Sir your customer service skills is beyond horrible then u try to charge me 40$ to replace it all while I notice the chain is gold plated they are scam artists!!! Never AGAIN will I ever go to this store in my lifeeeeeee
This store sold me fake 14k gold earings ,Last mothers day I bought my mom some earings ,they told me they 14k and paid 200 for them , my mom took them out the box recently to go on vacation to spain which was the trip of her dreams and had to come back early cause her ear Turned green IT was bad ,turns out they were 925 silver diped in gold Smh CHECK YOUR STUFF PPL

2022-03-26This is my favorite jewelry shop in Philly. They have bespoke handcrafted jewelry in every precious metal you can think of. I always get compliments on these rings I bought here: white gold wedding band, blue laborite sterling silver 925 ring and my most recent purchase of 14K Gold garnet ring with diamonds set around it (pictured). People always ask me where I got my rings from! Steve and his employees are experienced jewelers who are down-to-earth and honest. They always strive to keep the prices very low while quality is high. I used to work at the Jewelers Row in center city for many years so I know what Im talking about.

2022-03-18I highly recommend this local jewelry spot. I love this shop! I have been going here for years and they have always sorted me out with the best jewelry presents for my family. This is a one-stop shop for jewelry for every occasion - theyve got everything, chains, rings, jewelry to get engraved , earrings, bracelets. The people who work here are really nice too and help me find jewelry in every price range. When I was looking for a really special diamond engagement ring for my girlfriend I searched everywhere online and went to a bunch of other jewelry shops but M Jewelers were able to find the exact one I wanted. Steve in the shop really went out of his way to find me that special ring for my wife! Im so happy. :-)

2022-03-26Great customer service and even more great jewelry variety to choose from. I was recommended by people who have been going to this local jewelry business for like the last 20 years. M JEWELERS custom-made my gold name pendant and necklace with a diamond charm. I am very happy that the outcome was exactly how the staff described/showed me when I placed the order. This shop is right outside the York-Dauphin Station. It was so easy to get to on the MFL. Steve went above and beyond to help me and even offered layaway plans if I need it. Will be shopping here again!!

2022-04-02I got a pair of sterling silver hoop earrings for my daughter. The store had so many choices, silver and gold jewelry to choose from. The designs on the earrings are so unique and gorgeous and my daughter loves her new sparkly present! Beautiful jewelry, great quality, and the owner is awesome. :)

2022-03-25I got a pair of 14K gold hoop earrings that have clip closures. I love the little diamond heart charms on them. They dangle very nicely. I was looking for earrings that were comfortable for every day wear that will not tarnish so these were perfect.

2022-03-18Wow. I am just really amazed at the selection of jewelry here. You dont have to have a lot of money to shop here. I wanted to get birth stone rings for all five of my kids and they had them all. You tell them what your price is and they will hook you up. They got lay-away here so I just put some 10K and 14K gold chains on lay-away. Imma definitely come back here for some gemstone and crystal jewelry for myself and a nice diamond watch for my man too.

2022-03-26I really enjoyed the staff and service at M Jewelers. This is the best family owned jewelry store in Fishtown. I went here to fix a ring, buy a matching bracelet, and do a name engraving on the bracelet. They did a perfect job! I loved that I could pick from different styles of engraving. I was in a rush but they accomodated me and finished everything on the same day.They gave me a free beautiful complimentary gift box (the kind other jewelry stores make you pay) with my purchase when I came to pick up my jewelry, everything was wrapped and ready for gifting! They have such a friendly and knowledgeable staff. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

2019-10-08If anyone needs jewelry repaired in Philly, stop by this place! Mr. Steve did an absolutely beautiful job re-setting my diamond earrings at a lovely price, and he added a small decorative polish and it looks brand new!!! at no charge! Just great!

2019-10-08Just got my name ring done here and I am very satisfied with the work Steve has done for me. It was a 14kt diamond ring with my name and I really loved it. I know the neighborhood is getting fancier and nice with all of those new developments but Steve kept the price very low compared to other places because he basically from this neighborhood and telling me the truths. For example if I spend too much he tries to save my money by cutting costs on labor and extra. He is not greedy as other jewelers who dont have souls.

2020-10-12Absolutely the worst customer service I ever had and the son claims he selling real diamond for only 200 instead of 20k value and talks to u like u no body . we pick 2 chains with names I asked if he willing to discount little out of the price for buying 2. he laughed at me . All he keep saying when my moms and dad go I will raise my prices so guess what I took my money and business across the street what a joker
