Living in Main line court was a wonderful experience, everything went so smooth and fast since the day I saw the apartment until I signed my lease and moved in. Everyone who worked in Harrison Richards ( Caleb, Mathew and James ) were so nice and professional, they quickly responded to my emails and went above and beyond to help me. My apartment was so unique and clean, it had its own private entrance and brand new appliances. I never had an issue living there even during heavy snow, they were very efficient in removing the snow and making it easy for me to go to work. The apartment location itself was a fantastic plus for me. I couldnt have picked a better place to live and if I am ever back in the area, I would definitely look into moving back to Main line court.

I truly enjoyed living in Main Line Court for the past two years. I valued the new kitchen, ample space and the extremely helpful staff. I also loved living in Belmont Hills. It is much quieter than Manayunk so I could enjoy more peace and quiet. Yet,it is within walking distance to Manayunk so I could still walk to the bars and restaurants. The Belmont Hills neighborhood has a beautiful park with tennis courts and a wonderful outdoor pool. I highly recommend renting from Harrison Richards and living at Main Line Court.

I worked with Raegan and it was a smooth streamlined leasing process. I moved-in about a month ago but so far so good! Nice quiet area and really close to manayunk, MLC is located right next to 76 and other highways so everywhere in the city is pretty accessible. Overall, I would highly recommend to rent apartment in MLC/Harrison Richards without any hesitation!

We have lived in a 1 bedroom at this location for nearly 2 years. There has rarely been any issues with the apartment, and whenever there has been, Harrison Richards has been quick to resolve the problem. They are quick to respond to emails, and are sure to follow up to confirm the problem is resolved. Its a great place and I have no complaints
